On my lips “leaving”

is love,

a thousandfold

from the outworn heart. (Montri Umavijani)

“From the very beginning, my idea, my wish concerning Parfums Dusita was to turn the poetry of my father into different scents. Imagining his words as living creatures, in a certain surrounding, evoking all sorts of feelings and sensations like freedom, love, passion, tranquility, nostalgia…” Pissara Umavijani for her CaFleureBon tribute to her father Montri Umavijani

I have always been extremely moved and inspired by how certain bonds can transcend time and our mortal coils, and Parfums Dusita is one poetic example of how passion and love can fuel life and bloom in so many beautiful and poetic ways, and that can connect and touch so many lives, so profoundly. The kind of love that transcends time, with the kind of manifestations that builds onto themselves, with real, small incremental states, every day, until life breathes new life.

Parfums Dusita Rosarine at Esxence

In the beautiful madness that the four hectic days in Milan were during Esxence, one could not help but stop, smile, and smell the roses when coming across Dusita stand – a whimsical wonderland awash in a sea of natural roses.  There, I met Parfums Dusita Rosarine for the first time, a mouthwatering rose of May infused with Pissara’s trademark elegance and complexity. I carried it on my wrists, on my walk through the city, after the first day. The reddish light of the late afternoon, the blooming trees, Milan architecture, and beautiful cloud of perfume surrounding me – a recipe for a picture-perfect moment that I will cherish. And I could not think of a better companion than Rosarine, that filled the light blue air of Italian spring with a transparent veil of “la vie en rose”.

Parc du Bagatelle in Paris

Parc de Bagatelle illustration by Pissara

For Pissara, the main inspiration behind Parfums Dusita Rosarine was her desire to craft a rose-focused fragrance, reminiscent of her first encounter with the rose gardens at Bagatelle Park in Paris. This day was particularly meaningful for her, as it marked her commitment to becoming a perfumer. Parc de Bagatelle is a beautiful historic park located in the Bois de Boulogne area of Paris, France, that was created in the late 18th century by the French aristocrat and garden designer François-Joseph Bélanger, who was commissioned by the Comte d’Artois to design a magnificent park and chateau on the site. And magnificent it is, with its elegant castle built in just 64 days, as part of a bet between Comte d’Artois and Queen Marie-Antoinette.

The park itself is renowned for its beautiful gardens, which feature a wide variety of trees, flowers, and fountains, with one of the most popular attractions in the park is the Roseraie de Bagatelle, a stunning rose garden that features over 10,000 rose bushes and more than 1,200 different species of roses from around the world.

Pissara Umavijani of Parfums Dusita

Pissara Umavijani of Parfums Dusita

I have declared my love of roses numerous times, and for me a rose is a rose is a rose, be it dark or bright, sweet or spectral, delicately blooming or dusty and vampiresque, covered in incense, spiked in patchouli, engulfed in oud or just bright and shining pink soliflores – I just love them all.

Roses Parfums Rosarine

Roses via wiki art

A combination of Bulgarian Rose and May Rose creates a singular rose accord, that seems iridescent:  it’s white, as it is airy, fresh, and open; it’s a delicate powdered- rosy cheeked- pink bud with tart litchi and delicious raspberry notes; and also feels yellow, with the vanilla roundness and jasmine carnality. Rosarine is not the kind of rose to be put in a vase, it remains with its roots firmly placed in the moist ground of the garden: alive, dewy green, and sappy fresh, with deeper chocolaty patchouli and smoky elegant woods.

AI generated rose by Nicoleta

Imagine the rose in Parfums Dusita Rosarine like the pulse of a metronome, a strong and steady rhythm, around which a beautiful melodic line is woven, presenting different facets and moods: fun, fruity, metallic, enigmatic, earthy. Rosarine swings in perfect balance between a nostalgic wave to past poised classics (like Guerlain Nahema) and a contemporary, bright-eyed, and dynamic construction, with tart fruits and gourmand nuances, making it a must-try for any rose lover.

Top notes: Bulgarian Rose, Litchi, Raspberry, Bergamot; Middle notes:  Rose de Mai, Jasmine Sambac, Incense, Ambrette (Musk Mallow), Orris, Amyris; Base notes: Patchouli, Vanilla, Vetiver, Cacao, Sandalwood, Benzoin.

  • While I don’t normally go for rose scented perfumes, I’ve been following the releases from Parfums Dusita since the very first ones. Erawan has and always will be my favorite, but so many of them are amazing! So curious about this rose. Hello from Hawaii USA!

  • Laurentiu says:

I have the sample set from Parfums Dusita so I know the majority of creations from this house. My favorite is Issara and each of them has something interesting going on. I am sure I am going to like this new release as well. Thanks!

  • As a lover of all things rose, I am always on the search for beautiful reflections of it in fragrance, which actually is not so easy to find. I am thrilled that Parfums Dusita has devoted one of their creations to the scent of a rose in the garden. I have been so impressed with the thoughtfulness and complexity of their other creations, and based on Nicoleta’s reference to the different facets and moods of Rosarine,
I am confident it will live up to their reputation. I would be thrilled to try it! Thank you for this generous draw. I live in NH, USA.

  • Johnmichael02302 says:

I love this house & how beautiful is it to learn Parfums Dusita was inspired by the poetry of Pissara’s father. What a brilliant concept to incorporate his poetry into different scents. Reading her say, “Imagining his words as living creatures, in a certain surrounding, evoking all sorts of feelings and sensations like freedom, love, passion, tranquility, nostalgia,” gave me chills all over. So beautiful! No doubt Pissara has inherited her father’s passion for the arts. My favorite Dusita is oudh infini.. & I live in Boston, MA.

  • The very intriguing notes of this fragrance spark my interest. I live in Trzebnica, Poland, EU. I don’t have a favorite from Dusita because I never tried the house but for me Rosarine sounds really interesting and beautiful.

  • Oh wow, I had no idea that the drive behind this house was to recreate moments from her father’s poetry. That is one of the sweetest things I’ve ever heard and is so moving. Art inspiring art across generational bonds and love – Beautiful!

I have had a rose-filled weekend so it’s a cheerful coincidence that today’s article features it as well. I’ve been basking in Declaration D’un Soir Intense from Cartier as well as Smolderose and Gumus from January Scent Project the last couple of days, then chose Smoked Bloom from Libertine for today. I love this flower so much and Rosarine sounds like it would be right at home amongst these others. I love a fresh garden rose scent and Nicoleta mentioned this one evoking such a feeling. There’s something magical when they capture the green and thorny facets as well as the blossoms (I’m looking at you, Rostracto by Rogue). While it seems this one would place a great deal more focus on the more “flowery” side of things, having those other elements in there as support adds to the transportative experience. I’m quite curious about these metallic notes Nicoleta mentioned near the end. I love a cold-steel musk and while I am rather doubtful that is what they would have used here, I would be ecstatic if it were. Alas, I have rambled enough. Best of luck to all. I live in NC, USA.

  • Sorohan Adriana says:

Who could have better appreciated and valued the rose than
Nicoleta who loves the rose?! The resemblance to Nahema makes Rosarine making it a must-try for any rose lover.
    My favorite Dusita is
    Melodie de L’Amour.
    I am from Romania, EU

  • Hello from Chicago, USA! I LOVE Parfums Dusita. They are some of the highest quality perfumes I have tried. So far, my favorite perfume from Dusita is Issara, which happens to be my favorite perfume of all time! I am currently saving up to buy a full bottle! I also surprisingly enjoyed Oudh infini – it touches some of my earliest memories since I grew up in a barn and the rose in it is just stunning. My favorite note is rose, and the rose that Pissara uses is one of my favorites. “alive, dewy green, and sappy fresh, with deeper chocolaty patchouli and smoky elegant woods.” This just sounds incredible, and knowing the quality of this house means it will probably be one of the best rose fragrances out there.

  • Rosarine sounds astonishing, and also what a beautiful name!
What caught my attention the most was the fact that Nicoleta described it as a rose that lives and breathes, a rose planted in earth, with its sap, dew and freshness. The fact Rosarine manages to both evoke a timeless classic like Nahema, and represent a modern, bright and dynamic rose for the everyday woman also sounds like quite an achievement.
Last but not least, it’s always interesting to read about Pissara’s vision and goal from every olfactive creation!
I am commenting from the EU and have several favorite Dusitas; now I can think of Rhapsodie Noire, Splendiris and Moonlight in Chiangmai.
    Thanks for the draw!

  • Rose is one of my favorite notes and I love how Nicoleta described the notes in Rosarine as “dewy” and “alive.” It sounds gorgeous for spring! My favorite from Dusita is Le Pavillon D’Or and I’d love to win a bottle of Rosarine as well! I’m in MN, USA.

  • Rosarine is inspired by the garden of Bagatele and is iridescent; a white composition with airy nuances. I am in US.

  • RonaldProkes17 says:

A stellar review! I was really impressed by the combination of different rose notes in this perfume. I like how Nicoleta described it as a metronome in both swaying between accords as well as swaying in time. Dusita are an amazing house and nobody does florals as well as Pissara does. I love updated takes on classic perfumery, so I would love a bottle of Rosarine.

    California, USA.

  • ianbradleyandrews says:

This sounds delightful, especially the raspberry. I love roses and this sounds right up my alley. I live in Indiana.

  • Scentsational Exchange says:

Thank you for this nice overview. Nicoleta’s review of Rosarine paints a vivid picture of the scent and its inspiration, from the beautiful rose gardens of Bagatelle Park in Paris to the different facets and moods of the fragrance. I love how Nicoleta describes Rosarine as a must-try for any rose lover, with its combination of Bulgarian Rose and May Rose creating a singular accord that is both fresh and sappy, with deeper notes of patchouli and elegant woods. As a big roses fan I am intrigued to try tis Pissara`s creation! The addition of tart fruits and gourmand nuances give it a contemporary twist. Overall, this review sparks my interest in trying Rosarine for its complex yet harmonious composition and its connection to the beauty and history of Paris.

    I live in Germany.

  • I’m old school and like my Declaration d’Un Soir by Cartier the best when I feel Rosey. But this sounds pretty good if it can hang around for a while. The bad part about Declaration d’Un Soir I have to use a lot for it to last. This has the sounds of pretty good longevity.

Thanks for the giveaway from the USA

  • I just love Nicoleta’s reviews. They have a poetic touch, so naturally this one sparked my interested too. Being a rose lover myself I am keen on trying Rosarine, especially if it has a nostalgic and retro quality to it. Greetings from Romania, EU.

  • Patricia R. says:

I believe that rose is a timeless classic in any form. The thought it s light and iridescent and has a smoky woods both is intriguing to me. Love from Slovakia.

  • I’ve met the Parfums Dusita stand at Esxence and I loved the different watercolor mouillettes, one per every perfume they had. I still have some of them because they are so nice! Though I have not tried Rosarine, I like the rose and litchi accord as in Delina and I’d love to smell this one! I’m writing from Italy, EU

  • I would love to own this perfume because I’m a man and I love rose but often I find them too simple and bland. I like the Dusita brand, Le Sillage Blanc is the perfume I wear the most, it’s a magnificent green chypre heir to Bandit. What piques my interest in Rosarine in Nicoleta’s review is this little quote: “Imagine the rose in Parfums Dusita Rosarine like the pulse of a metronome, a strong and steady rhythm, around which a beautiful melodic line is woven, presenting different facets and moods: fun, fruity, metallic, enigmatic, earthy.” and of course the comparison with the great Nahema by Guerlain, arguably the best rose ever created. I live in France, EU.

  • Nice review Nicoleta ! I guess it was amazing to be close to the Dusita stand in Esxence, even from your pic you can smell the roses! It took some time to Ms.Umavijani to create an rose-focused scent, but I imagine the importance of her visit to the rose gardens at Bagatelle Park in Paris for he career as perfumer (last week the rose garden in Retiro Park in Madrid was at its peak). Bulgarian Rose and May Rose mixed in an light airy, fresh way ( I love the raspberry and litchi nuances of the flower, enhanced here): the image of the rose in a moist green garden shows us the real Rosarine: bright and contemporary. I live in Spain, EU and my favorite Dusita Parfum is Moonlight in Chiangmai with its amazing yuzu/jasmine opening.

  • I’m a big fan of this beautiful Fragrance house. Love how each Fragrance comes with a poem from her father, and her art work. This makes all her Fragrances very Special to me . My favorite note is Rose. I’m sure this new release (Rosarine) will be beautiful. Thank you for this Chance USA

  • I’m not well familiar with Parfums Dusita, so reading about Rosarine in such details was fascinating . The way Nicoleta described it , it makes me think it would be calming and relaxing fragrances , capable of putting me in a zen mode. With all the stress at work I had lately , and I need a 10/10 Zen fragrance , so bottle of Rosarine would be a dream come true , contemporary rose , famous Bagatelle Park in Paris ,and some slight funky feel all together.
Keeping the artistic memories of your father alive, no matter what , i think Pissara process of making Rosarine was both pleasure, and a struggle.
Issara is my favorite Parfums Dusita , but it’s the only Pissara fragrance I’ve ever smelled.
    Thanks for the draw

Parfums Dusita is one of my favorite niche houses, but this one I haven’t tried. As a rose lover, I believe it would be perfect for me and the notes are amazing! I mean Bulgarian Rose, Litchi, Rose de Mai, Jasmine, Patchouli, Vanilla, Sandalwood… Wow!
Nicoleta’s sparked my interest with the description “A combination of Bulgarian Rose and May Rose creates a singular rose accord, that seems iridescent: it’s white, as it is airy, fresh, and open; it’s a delicate powdered- rosy cheeked- pink bud with tart litchi and delicious raspberry notes; and also feels yellow, with the vanilla roundness and jasmine carnality.”

  • Great review by Nicoleta here.
I love Parfums Dusita since I tried La Raphsodie Noire, it blew my mind.
I thinak that Rosarine is a great fragrance in all the words because of the elegance and the complexity this rose-based fragrance provides. I also love that it is inspired by the Bagatelle Parks in Paris, a wonderful place.
As a rose lover myself I would love to try this one.
    USA here.

I also have a soft spot for rose perfumes, even though there have been innumerable takes on rose for centuries on centuries, I am always up for taking a whiff of a new take on the queen of flowers. My favorite from Parfums Dusita is Erawan – I liked it enough to get a whole bottle! It’s a smart and evocative composition so I’m very interested to see what she brings to the table with Rosarine. I’m in the US, thank you for the draw!

  • castlemicro says:

Hello from Florida, and thank you to Nicoleta for the review!

I’m already a fan of Parfums Dusita because of Erawan. Rosarine also sounds like it would be a great experience. I love roses (who doesn’t?) but am very rarely satisfied with how they’re depicted in perfumery — hopefully Rosarine might be an exception.

  • Trinity33 says:

I was fortunate enough to be able to try my friend’s sample of Parfums Dusita Rosarine. The rose was complex and luminous. The orris and ambrette appear a bit later introducing the powdery notes. The vanilla and sandalwood add the creaminess and the patchouli adds deep chocolate notes It’s just exceptionally well blended and rather feminine. I love rose fragrances and would love a bottle of this. MD. USA

  • chrisskins says:

A rose both nostalgic and modern – hopefully capturing the joy of a dozen roses delivered in a long white box. Remember how wonderful they smelled, day after day, back in the day, before the scent was farmed out of them? I do not have a favorite Dusita although I did purchase one for my son. I live in NY.

  • ElenaChiss says:

Never tried anything from Parfums Dusita, but Rosarine definitely got my attention with some of the notes in the composition – bulgarian rose, litchi, cacao, vanilla, sandalwood…
    Thank you!

A rose focused fragrance by Pissara and Dusita is a creation both me and my wife look forward to getting our noses on. The notes in this fragrance sound very alluring to me.

  • I love Rosarine! I was very lucky and have a sample from eau my soul Facebook group. I think it’s beautiful joyous sparkling rose. I enjoyed reading Nicoleta’s review to compare my thoughts with hers. I am in U.K. and I love a lot of Dusita perfumes but my favourite is La Doucer de Siam

This house is great. I’d have to say Erawan is my favorite thus far. I be this one would smell great on my partner. Thanks for the opportunity. From USA

  • I don’t know how i’ve missed Parc de Bagatelle when I visited Paris – but “a stunning rose garden that features over 10,000 rose bushes and more than 1,200 different species of roses from around the world” would be my paradise. If Rosarine is inspired by this magical place and if it manages to perfectly merge clasic and contemporary, as Nicoleta says, then sure it must be a gorgeous rose!

So far, my favorites from Dusita are Fleur de Lalita, Melodie d’Amour and La Douceur de Siam. These all are florals, so it must be a sign that I will love Rosarine.

I live in Europe and I want to say a big thank you for this opportunity!

    Bon Chance, everyone.

  • I am so looking forward to sniffing Rosarine. As a huge fan of Parfums Dusita, imo, every fragrance is a winner. I liked Nicoleta’s description of the scent as a rose “alive, dewy green, and sappy fresh”. Fantastic review, once again. Thanks for the opportunity to sniff. Mich USA

How wonderful that Nicoleta could try Rosarine while walking in Milan. What a treasured scent memory! I like that Pissara Umavijani turns the poetry of her father into beautiful scents. And I love that she was inspired by the roses in Bagatelle Park in Paris. It’s meaningful indeed that here visit to the park sealed her commitment to become a perfumer.
I love Oudh Infini from Perfums Dusita.
    I live in the USA.

Thank you for the lovely review of Rosarine, Nicoleta! There are so many things that attract me to rose perfumes, Diptyque Eau Rose and Frederic Malle’s Portrait of a Lady have been staples of mine for years now, but really strikes my interest in Parfums Dusita’s Rosarine is some of the notes that accompany the Bulgarian Rose, especially Ambrette and benzoin. I love that Rosarine has raspberry listed, considering that’s one of my favorite notes from Portrait of a Lady. Fruity and metallic, with gourmand nuances, just lovely.

  • This perfume sounds like a bridge that connects the past of a vintage and a classic profile with the glamorous contemporary perfumes that are present nowadays. Please count me in for this one!
    Thanks

  • All of Pissara’s creations are unique and walk the line between vintage and modern. I appreciate her accords that she blends so beautifully. I love that, once again, she has created something out of the norm. While not all of them are for me, they are all special. Because Rosarine doesn’t fit into any one “rose” category, I would definitely enjoy getting to know it. My Dusita love is Melodie De L’Amour.

Thank you for the generous giveaway. I’m in VA, USA

Rosarine is high grade reefined , and elegant fragrance i will try after the official release. The modern rose with slight gourmand nuances, keeping the classy profile definitely sparked my interest.

Moonlight In Chiangmai and Issara are just as good

  • Nicoleta does a great job describing the rose in this perfume as the kind of rose that is not to be put in a vase – it remains with its roots firmly placed in the moist ground of the garden: alive, dewy green, and sappy fresh, with deeper chocolaty patchouli and smoky elegant woods. It’s white as it is airy, fresh and open, delicate and delicious.
    Now that sounds really tempting!

Beautiful tribute to her Father. Love the photos. I enjoyed the declaration of love to the rose. I enjoy raspberry with my rose, so this looks fabulous. My favorite Dusita is Earawan. Thanks for the chance to win this beauty. USA.

  • Uncle1979 says:

Rosarine story is deep , and there’s sentimental value in it.
Nicoleta take on the fragrance reminded me of making the famous Thai (i think it’s Thai at least) Lychee Kheer dessert you can find in Thai restaurants and coffee shops. Since the memory of perfumer’s father is involved , Imagined him playing with young Pissara , having fun and both eating Lychee Kheer .
From Thailand to Paris, and the rose gardens of Bagatelle Park i also started thinking of the famous Raspberry Rose and Lychee Cake . I guess maybe Rosarine is sitting somewhere in between Lychee Kheer , and Raspberry Rose and Lychee Cake, at least I believe so.. One way or another Rosarine is sophisticated fragrance I’ll be happy to win.
I need to visit Paris in the near future, I miss the city , and it’s very different compared to US enjoying life type of lifestyle.
From Parfums Dusita I enjoy the most La Rhapsodie Noire and La Douceur de Siam , in my Pastry Chef mind they smell like
☆ La Rhapsodie – Noire Rum Raisin Coffee Cake , with some whiff of a cigar nearby.
☆La Douceur de Siam to me smells like apricot and frangipani dessert cake . It’s popular in some Asian countries.
Appreciate the review, and the giveaway campaign

Thanks for the great writeup Nicoleta!

I feel like this fragrance sounds like a kaleidoscopic view of a rose, with every notes seeming like a little color facet of a larger rose note. The use of raspberry, litchi, two different kinds of roses and orris all seem to collectively add up to the larger part.

I’m a big fan of Parfums Dusita Oudh Infini.

    Cheers from WI, USA

  • Bubeto_GG says:

Impressive job from Nicoleta . I’ve learned a lot of new things today , about the creation and the beauty of the Parc de Bagatelle historic park , the time when Pissara Umavijani decided to become a perfumer, and most importantly about the new Rosarine fragrance.
The love and respect for her father , and the monumental for her career moment , together with Nicoleta’s enthusiastic review leads me to believe the elegant , alive and cheerful Rosarine means a lot to Pissara .
Before reading Nicoleta’s review i was not aware of Parc de Bagatelle , but I remembered the last time I visited Montmartre with my husband , and a brunch with a bottle Rosé in one of local Bistros.
Pre-C..d Parfums Dusita discovery set is in my possession, and my favorite Dusita fragrance is Erawan , closely followed by Splendiris , and then comes Issara.
Berries, cherries pairs great with Rosé , I’ll treat myself now with Château Léoube ‘Secret de Léoube’ Rosé , peel some Lychees for my own cocktail , and keep thinking of Rosarine.
Cheers and thank you for the opportunity

Rose scented perfumes are a newfound love for me, and this one sounds like it would make a stellar addition to my collection. It’s very beautiful that the scent is inspired by the poetry of Pissara’s father. I have not yet had the pleasure of smelling anything by Parfums Dusita, and I think that this would be an amazing entry point into the brand. I live in Sweden, EU.

  • I adore rose-based fragrances and this review captures so beautifully the way a rose fragrance can evoke an entire rose garden, including the whole range of colors and scents. Of the Parfums Dusita I have, including samples, my favorites are probably Cavatina and Le Sillage Blanc. I live in the USA. Thanks for doing this draw!

Rosarine is like photorealistic image of Pissara love , and admiration for her father , going through the prisms of her Parc de Bagatelle enlightening experience, and modern day Paris lifestyle, all made up , and bottled up in a scent .
I expect Rosarine to be more contemporary than leaning towards Nahema areas because of the cacao, vanilla and the fruity nuances.
Sincne i know all Parfums Dusita fragrances , except for Rosarine , I have to say this brand is unique.
If I have to rate my personal favorite Parfums Dusita fragrances:
    1. Erawan
    2. Issara
    3. La Rhapsodie Noire /Moonlight In Chiangmai

  • I find rose fragrances difficult to wear, but Parfums Dusita Rosarine sounds lovely—yellow rose gardens perfuming the air. Nicoleta’s description of this rose as the pulse of a metronome is really evocative too. Excellent review.

I’m in the USA. I haven’t tried any Parfums Dusita fragrances.

  • What’s interesting to me is to see what Pissara does especially focused on rose. Oudh Infini is such a daring and unique scent – I wonder how she flips this. US-CA.

  • This is my first time discovering Parfums Dustia and Nicoleta’s review has definitely made an impression. I’m surprised to hear about how many variations of rose species there are in Bagatelle Park, but even more so by the differences that the species of rose have as a note like in the blend of Bulgarian and May rose in this fragrance. Will definitely need to look into Parfums Dustia and visit the inspiration behind this fragrance when given the chance. From TX, USA.

  • Outstanding review by Nicoleta of Parfums Dusita Rosarine. What sparks interest is her comparing this rose fragrance to classical music and a rose which performs like metronome with the notes swing in for moods of fun, nostalgia, enigmatic, fruity and earthy. The fragrance sounds like a symphony of beauty. Thanks for the giveaway. Greetings and gratitude from the USA!

The well-maintained gardens of the Parc de Bagatelle are located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris , right at the heart of the Bois de Boulogne, a vast woodland to the west of Paris, not far from Neuilly-sur-Seine and Suresnes. Bagatelle is well-known for its very romantic scenery and also for its exquisite rose garden , the place where all started for Ms Umavijani
Some of her fragrances I’ve smelled first at NoseParis , and then at her own cozy boutique at 11 rue de la Sourdière in Paris
I’m curious about Rosarine because of the gourmand touches added to the two different roses.
La Rhapsodie Noire is kind of sweet, and smoky, with little bit of tobacco , and coffee. 100ml for €220 was a great deal

Lovely review! What sparks my interest based on Nicoleta’s review is learning that the main inspiration behind the scent is Pissara’s first encounter with the rose gardens at Bagatelle Park in Paris. I love a realistic garden inspired fragrance and i particularly love a rose-centric one. Which makes it all the more perfect that Nicoleta describes Rosarine as “not the kind of rose to be put in a vase, it remains with its roots firmly placed in the moist ground of the garden: alive, dewy green, and sappy fresh.” Living roses have always enchanted me more than cut and manicured ones – thorns and all!

I live in the US. My favorite Parfums Dusita is definitely Oudh infini – what a stunner!
