I’m listening to Steven describe this Fragrance and reading the article at the same time. The notes absolutely sound really nice. Steven thinks Vanilla is in it, but it’s not in the notes.. Either way I would love to win a bottle to transition into the Fall …

  • This is a fragrance I can’t wait to try. I love balsamic and fruity smells. It sounds like it has a nice balance of zesty and sweetness.

    Also has a great presentation!

  • Brad Woolslayer says:

I enjoyed Steven’s review of this fragrance. I like how it combines a summery lime accord with deeper tones, making this a good intermediary fragrance from summer to fall. I live in Maryland USA.

  • Steven does awesome reviews! He makes me want to buy the cologne just by how he describes it so amazingly!

  • Love this beautiful composition by Jorge Lee! One of the best in the Navitus collection. Nice job by Steven review it, and sharing this gem with the masses!

  • Karen Ruano says:

The way this perfume was described almost made me smell it through the screen. It sounds right up my alley. I have tried Kind Intentions and it is amazing! And I follow you on insta my handle is karendoesperfume

  • Renato Carotti says:

Hi, the notes sound amazing and I do like the Navitus brand. Would love to add this to my collection!!

  • Devonte Gordon says:

Aura ultime is definitely a year around fragrance and Steve’s review of it was spot on! I got a sample and would love a full bottle of it!

  • Ariel N Hampton says:

Redolessence does a amazing job explaining how a fragrance smells and he never really leads me in the wrong direction. I think this fragrance would be a fantastic scent.

  • This one sounds great. I was excited when Michelyn let us know it was composed by Jorge Lee. As she mentioned, he composed Hacivat, but he has also done a number of other fragrances for Nishane, including Wulong Cha, Fan Your Flames, Ambra Calabria, and Sultan Vetiver. He is also the nose behind one of my new favorite fragrances, Poem of Damas from Alghabra Perfumes. Being familiar with so many of his works, I am eager to see what he has composed for Navitus. I know he did Aweigh, which I have heard good things about, but I have not tried it yet.

Steven mentioned Aura Ultime being a great scent for the transitional period between summer and fall, highlighting how the lime provides a bright and zesty opening before revealing an ambery and balsamic personality. I love balsams and cypress so this sounds really good to me. Steven also mentioned it being very unique, which is a quality I always look for. The performance seems to be astronomical. I don’t require my frags to be “beast mode”, but as an admitted oversprayer, I love it when they pack a punch. I would love the chance to have this. Best of luck to everyone. I do follow on Instagram (thearronq). I live in NC, USA.

  • The notes Michelyn listed sound great. I think the coffee and sandalwood would make an excellent base for the lime and cypress. Knowing this was made by the creator of Wulong Cha and Spice Bazaar is really exciting because those are two of my favorite Nishane scents. Steven called the fragrance brooding, which really piqued my interest. I love deep, rich, and somewhat dark profiles . I would like the chance to have this. I live in VA, USA.

  • mrlontemusic says:

Great review, the notes sounds wonderful for a fall or winter scent… Bottom line..I WANT IT.

  • equatorgrim says:

Obsessed with how Steven describes the personality of the fragrance, it really gives life to the notes. Interested in the cream, sweet scent of the sandalwood and coffee.

I liked the thoughts of fall that upcoming. It’s been a long, hot summer.

I haven’t had the opportunity yet to try a Navitus, so favorites (yet)!

  • ramsesperez52 says:

I’d have to agree that I have never smelled a fragrance quite like this, a zesty opening than transitions to an amber base. An intermediate summer to fall fragrance which we’re just about to get there where I am. This one has very exotic notes I haven’t seen in other fragrances so of course I’m curious to try it and hopefully win a bottle too. My Insta name is ramses.d.perez and I’m located in NJ, USA.

  • The fact that Steven said he’s never smelled anything like this out of this 1000+ bottle collection is quite impressive. Sounds like a great in between fragrance. I’ve been meaning to get some discovery sets from this house but haven’t tried any yet.

  • Steven is always very thorough in his review. I appreciate his mention of the not-listed vanilla note and the inclusion of a lime note that brings some zest to a spicy, balsamic fragrance. I do not have a favorite Navitus perfume. IG@blinkydog1999.

  • I have never smelled a Navitus scent, but this scent is right up my alley.
Love the lime and cypress notes.
The Brazilian Copahu is a new note for me and can’t wait to smell.
Hacivat is a fave for me so I am sure this is good also.

As always, Steven never disappoints when describing fragrance. The presentation of this is spectacular, and the notes as well as the nose behind it sound amazing. I love a unique scent. I would love the opportunity to win a bottle! I’m on IG as bammylove 17. Thanks, Steven and Navitus!

  • liquidasset77 says:

Winner after winner and this seems right in my favorite genre with the most coveted note (my personal favorite ) guaiac wood. I’d love to have this in my collection. Michigan USA

  • FragranceIsMe says:

Steven has been my “Go-To” reviewer for several years and one whom I hold in high esteem when it comes to the fragrance assessment. I’m really enjoying the most recent presentations offered by this house…absolutely beautiful. I have several favorites from Navitus. However, for this time of the year my top 2 are Aweigh (also by Jorge Lee) and Aura Celeste. I look forward to getting my nose on this creation.

  • Thank you for the great write-up by Michelyn and the fantastic video review by Steven.

  • Michelyn, thanks for introducing us to this nice fragrance. Honestly, I’ve never encountered a scent from Navitus until now. The fact that even Steven, who boasts an extensive collection, has found nothing comparable to Aura Ultime in his olfactory journey speaks volumes. As he said, the zesty opening segues seamlessly into a warm amber base, making it an ideal transitional scent from summer to fall. What sets this fragrance apart is its exotic notes, distinct from anything I’ve come across before. Naturally, my curiosity is piqued, and I’m eager to not only try it but also have a chance to win a bottle. You can find me on Instagram as ealiyahia. Florida, USA.

  • Navitus Parfums fragrances are all made with quality ingredients, and composed by renowned perfumers . Both the new premium line , and Vivamor sub-brand are steps in the right direction. In my opinion they make the whole range of fragrances exceptionally well , from gourmands to florals , to spicy and woody aromatics like Aura Ultime.

“Jorge Lee composed seven Navitus Parfums including Aweigh, Serenade (which Steven has featured on ÇaFleureBon). Steven thinks it is a great transitional scent— from later summer into fall.”

Serenade is great , unfortunately Bow Tie Fragrance Guy recently announced , with genuine sadness in his eyes that the fragrance is now discontinued. I even asked Stephen on Instagram, and he confirmed the fact , I would’ve bought a back-up bottle if I knew …

“Jorge Lee he is the nose behind the cult favorite Havicet from Nishane as well as many others for that brand-Michelyn”

He also composed fragrances for Vivamor and Galleria Parfums, sister brands to Navitus, and also a few for Unique’e Luxury, one of the trendiest brands for the past few years.
I like Steven’s the inside information about how Aura Ultime was made , the perfumer, the scent profile and its versatility. Jorge Lee always finds a way to combine raw materials for similarities and contrasting effects.
If I have to rate my favorite Navitus Parfums fragrances :
    1. Soir Exclusif
    2. Serenade/Empyreal
    3. Exralt Nuit/The Embrace
Both Cafleurebon and Steven Instagram profiles I already follow, i also follow @jorgeleegaitanperfumer , @waltherp99bg

I always appreciate Steven’s reviews! People seem to think he is biased, but I have purchased five Navitus Parfums as well as a sample box and I can honestly say that they all smell amazing. Some work better with my chemistry, but all of the fragrances are great in my opinion.

  • Regis Monkton says:

I’d like to try fragrances from Navitus, and “Aura Ultime” sounds like one I’d like to try. I’d like to add another fragrance which is suited for autumn to my collection, and this one sounds like it would be good for that. I like to hear that it has woods, oakmoss, and lime. I’d like to see what its creamy, sweet, balsamic personality is like. This one sounds interesting. I live in the U.S.A. I follow @cafleurebonoffical on Instagram from @regismonkton

  • Steven’s review got me excited about the fragrance! I love the idea of having a transitional scent that will also do well in the winter months. One of my recent favorite discoveries is a lime mixed with vanilla, and while there isn’t vanilla in this fragrance, I’m intrigued!

  • Happy to know Aura Ultime is made already accomplished perfumer like Jorge Lee , with interesting credentials, and Colombian heritage , thanks for the introduction.
I’d love to win Aura Ultime because of the slightly sweet balsamic and earthy aspects , and the zesty lime opening. I know I’d enjoy the scent especially during the upcoming transitional Fall weather.
Aubade (Lyrik) is collaboration between Julien Rasquinet and Dominique Ropion is the best Navitus fragrance I’ve smelled . In my husband and mine, mostly shared fragrance collection, there’s already 3 Navitus fragrances Aubade (Lyrik) , The Embrace and Navus.
    Thanks for the draw

  • Aura Ultime will be a wonderful fit for cooling weather. The twist of juicy Mexican lime is a nice counter to the many aromatic woods and its pairing with coffee reminds me of Shawn Maher’s 1904. I’m glad Steven pointed out that the coffee is not particularly strong; coffee can overwhelm other notes quickly. The way he described the smooth and subtle nutmeg is also very appealing. Definitely a unique composition. Appreciate the detailed review, Steven.

I’m in the USA. I haven’t tried any Navitus Parfum fragrances. I’m @mmerline on Instagram and follow @cafleurebonoffical.

  • Michael Prince says:

I loved Steven’s review of Navitus Parfums Aura Ultime. This sounds perfect for the upcoming fall season with a nice coffee note which I will love as well as other earthy and woody facets of Oakmoss, Sandalwood, Guaiacwood, Cashmere Wood, Cypress, and Copahu a brazilian balm which sounds really interesting. I love how Steven describes this as a middle of the road date night fragrance that’s not overly playful and sweet or the other direction being dark and challenging. I love that is was composed by the Brilliant Jorge Lee. My favorite fragrance from Navitus Parfums is Arcanum. I am following Instagram page @cafleurebonoffical my name is @michaelprincefragrance I am from the USA.

  • Jordain Almazan says:

Going to blind buy this based on Steven’s review. I’ll also be attending Scentxplore in NYC this upcoming December so excited to see him there.

Subscribed to blog and long time subscriber of Stevens!

  • ThatMulattoDude says:

The Lime, Cypress, Coffee, Sandalwood combo is what’s really intriguing about this fragrance. And for Steven to say this is a unique scent given the olfactory library of fragrances he has encountered, is huge. I hope to win this giveaway. Thanks for the opportunity! Many blessings from VA, USA.

  • I liked Steven’s emphasis on the way this scent achieves a middle ground across a number of dimensions — the playful freshness of the lime with the seriousness of the deeper notes in the base, and the sweet gourmand touches balanced by the woods. This sounds like a great one to have on hand for the cooler months ahead! I live in New York, USA.

  • I love the blend of lime and coffee notes. Throughout it sounds like a nice blend of light top notes over a savory base. Seems like it would wear very nicely in humid weather then dry down into a nice close scent by the afternoon. Reminds me of my recent trip to Istanbul! I am following on Instagram as @hanstercek and live in NYC.

  • From Steven’s review it sounds like a great fragrance with a balanced blend of citrus, spice, sweet and amber notes. I’ve never tried a Navitus Parfums fragrance, as I’m new to the fragrance game, but it would be great to try this one out!

  • Amazing review by the one and onaly Steven, aka Redolessence.
I am excited that the creator of Aura Ultime is the same as the one of Hacivat.
My favorite Navitus Parfum so far is Soir Exclusif. I think that the fragrance house have top notch quality in their ingredients and they are truly a bomb in proyection and longevity.
I am intrigued by Aura Ultime of the balsamic personality it has. The cypress, sandalwood and the nutmeg give me everything I need in a fragrance. I hope I try this soon.

  • Jorge Lee career is remarkable , he cooked so many successful, beautiful and popular fragrances.
Aura Ultime is a fragrance I’ll be happy to win. I rarely wear a suit, or tuxedo jacket , only on special occasions, but Steven take on on the fragrance made me think of last August when I had to both cook , and attend as a guest an NPO gala , raising money for charity. Cozy transitional scent, I wonder if I’ll be able to pick the nutmeg , and the coffee.
A lot of famous perfumers worked with Navitus, not just Jorge Lee yet he was the one , who cooked my two favorites Navitus Parfums fragrances, Vivamor and Serenade
Vivamor smells a bit like Pineapple Upside Down Cake with saffron. Serenade reminds me of Chocolate Ganache Cognac Cake, with candied orange peel on top.
Appreciate the intro , the review, and the giveaway campaign

Let’s face it. Whether it’s for work, business meeting, or social nights out, every man needs a perfectly fitting suit , and a fragrance like Aura Ultime. I like the woods , cypress and the coffee, the balsamic drydown is tickling my fancy even more.
Brown Window Pane suit, width lapels, double vents, patch pockets and working sleeve buttons and Aura Ultime will give me a perfect balance between modern, formal and casual.
Vivamor is my favorite Navitus Parfums
Thank you Steven, Michelyn and Jorge Lee

  • Steven review was like a trip to Colorado, I felt there surrounded by rivers , trees with resins on .
I like Aura Ultime versatility, with added lime , and coffee, and the fact it’s suitable for all year round, not just for one particular season.
My favorite Navitus Parfums fragrance is Navus , my husband is into XO Brandy, Absolutio , and Vivamor .
    Thank you for the opportunity

Thanks for the nice review Steven and the lovely introduction to this perfumer.

The presentation is quite pretty. The opening of a sweet, juicy and zesty peppery citrus lime is a nice nod to summer. The transition with coffee, spices and sandalwood and then moving into guiacwood, cashmeran , musk and oakmoss, without veering into gourmand territory really makes this an all year round fragrance.

Would love to sniff this sometime.

    Cheers from WI, USa
