There’s something undeniably magical about the aroma of freshly baked goodies. The scent transcends mere fragrance; it elicits cherished memories and paints a vivid tapestry of one’s childhood. Recently, I encountered a fragrance that perfectly expresses this nostalgia—Hez Parfums Brownie Points. This unique fragrance captures the essence of my grandmother’s kitchen and the joy of baking, making it an unexpected olfactory experience.

Hez Parfums Brownie Points unfurls from the first spray like a personal story. It opens with a luscious burst of strawberries, an invitation reminiscent of plump harvests from summer’s peak. This beautiful, vibrant beginning beckons you closer to a one-of-a-kind journey, leaving you intrigued and enchanted.

As Brownie Points develops, it reveals a rich cream undertone instantly drawing me back to my grandmother’s kitchen. I can almost envision her stirring batter in a bowl, the scent of cocoa wafting through the air, mingling with my childish questions. The luxurious chocolatey aroma forms a luscious base- decadent, intense, and comforting. There’s a whisper of satisfaction as chocolate syrup drizzles through, enhancing an already pleasant experience. This addition adds a syrupy sweetness that complements the brownie aspect, creating a mouthwatering temptation that is hard to resist. One can almost taste the prepared treats in this notes blend, waiting to be enjoyed. Yet, more complexity emerges. The playful, boozy, yet sophisticated undertow of cognac emerges, imparting a warm, spirited quality. This rich note adds depth, enhancing the encounter. Vanilla glides in next, serving as a tribute to sweet simplicity. It seamlessly merges with the other components, crafting a silky-smooth transition that stays on the skin long after the initial application. The long-lasting nature of this fragrance ensures that the sweet memories it evokes linger throughout the day, leaving you satisfied.

Brownie Points  evolves into its base, the grounding dry-down of incense, cedar, and sandalwood offers a serene closure. The incense adds a hint of mystique, creating an ambiance that brings stillness, while the cedar and sandalwood create balance against the sweet, creamy confectionery heart. These woody accords provide a richness that signifies the very core of every treasured memory. Finally, a gentle whisper of musk rounds out the delicious composition. Soft and subtle, it lingers quietly, leaving a trace reminiscent of fleeting moments. Like the echoes of laughter in my grandmother’s kitchen, the musk provides an enduring presence that connects the entire experience.

  • I like the way this seems to be balanced with the notes of the woods and incense added to the sweetness. Haven’t tried the house to have a fave. US

  • What’s not to like about a sweet escape with strawberries and chocolate. It’s a guilty free dessert anytime you want! I don’t have many strawberry fragrances and the mix of strawberries and chocolate make me salivate. I live in Ashburn, Virginia.

  • A good quality gourmand that has that sweetness but is refined and evolves in its dry down are the key points of Sandi’s review. The sweet notes of summer strawberries, decadent chocolate combined with the depth of cognac and vanilla paired the cedar, sandalwood to balance the sweetness. All combining to invoke the memories of childhood moments, of baking and family. This scent sounds amazing. I don’t have a particular favorite scent from this brand.

Who doesn’t love a gourmand fragrance, especially one made with chocolates a universally loved treat? I think this is the first time I hear about a brownie fragrance specifically, as there are many chocolate ones out now. Beyond just an indulgent sweet fragrance this is a scent to bring you back to your childhood and remind you of your mom baking you goodies in the morning. Something to start your day on the right mindset and with a cloud around you envelops you in a sweet heaven. I’m located in the USA.

  • Sandi’s review makes this perfume sound like an experience beyond just a scent—it’s like stepping into a warm, cozy kitchen filled with the smell of freshly baked brownies and sweet memories. The blend of strawberries, chocolate, and a hint of cognac sounds so unique and rich, like a mix of nostalgia and indulgence. The idea of a fragrance that’s both comforting and a little bit luxurious really sparks my interest—especially since I love everything about baking brownies!
I NEED this perfume in my life! I love baking (and eating!) brownies, and the way you describe it brings back such cozy memories. I’ve never tried anything from Hez Parfums, but a fragrance that’s like stepping into my kitchen during brownie-baking day? That sounds like pure heaven in a bottle!

I like the way Brownie Points can trigger a memory through its sweetness and woodsy base. Sounds unbelievable! I’ve never tried Hez Parfum but I’m interested! -New York, NY

  • The fragrance opens with juicy strawberry and whipped cream, leading to a heart of warm chocolate brownie and chocolate syrup, with a splash of cognac. This combination sounds like a delicious dessert in a bottle. I think this would be my favourite Hez perfume, I personally didn’t try any other ones. I live in Trzebnica, Poland, EU.
