Favorite Spring Fragrances 2018 + 9 Perfumes for the Vernal Equinox Draw

Today is the March Vernal Equinox which heralds the coming of spring, but for most of us it feels like January. Spring is a temperamental season. Mark Twain said it best. "In the Spring I have counted one hundred and thirty-six different kinds of weather in four and twenty hours."  Our Favorite Spring Fragrances 2018:

"Varengeville Sunset" — 1899 — Camille Pissarro

Yes – Parisians flock to Normandy as soon as the murmurs of Spring rouse themselves from invernal slumber, and who wouldn't in their place? That windswept terrain renowned for its apples, cider, cheese (!!!), plentiful cod! Ȇtre en plein air sur la bord de la mer.(Sounds like Massachusetts with a gentler climate <3) Whether one chooses to ramble the countryside and take in bucolic farm landscapes or traverse the long low dunes lapped by the Channel, it's all there in just one spritz: heavenly herbal notes, tender blossoms which offset the former's piquant astringency. The joyful grassiness, nod to the horses and oceanic zephyrs in one breath. To regard the list of notes is misleading indeed because Parfums de Nicolai Week-End In Normandy sings in glorious seamless unison. On my husband, it skews distinctly virile and leathery; on myself, it's far more tenderly floral/herbal, as my skin tends to amplify any fragrance's sweetness. You may leave the confines of the city at any given time you choose with instant olfactory leisure. Notes: bergamot, lemon, galbanum, tarragon, basil, mint, jasmine, ylang, muguet, cardamom, cedar, oakmoss, leather, musk.-Ida Meister, Sr Editor

When I think about the scent of spring, orange blossom is what comes to mind. Is it one of the first fragrant flowers I notice, which tells me winter has broken and the new season has arrived. It’s almost festive the way these orange trees light up with starry white flowers that smell so celestial. Many orange blossom fragrances play on the story of eau de cologne, which tend to be light, clean smelling and refreshing. A current favourite, so perfect for spring, takes the orange blossom note in a different direction. Diana Vreeland Parfums’ Wildly Attractive is an eau de parfum created with Master Perfumer Carlos Benaim. With hints of mandarin and petitgrain, the orange blossom note is paired with jasmine sambac to create a dynamic white floral bouquet. The fragrance settles into a cosy bed of musk with a hint of natural oud oil. This unexpected addition of oud creates a woody depth and soulfulness, which is as vibrant as the legendary fashion editor herself- Guest Contributor,  Clayton Ilolahia

No perfume bottles spring’s jaunty innocence and muddy garden raunchiness more gorgeously than Masque Milano Romanza. Built around that sexiest of April flowers, narcissus, perfumer Cristiano Canali’s Romanza is a dewy, narcotic beauty with heavy-lidded eyes and a dandy’s strut. Bitter notes of absinthe and vetiver undercut the flower’s raindrop sweetness, while a purr of civet brings out narcissus’ creamy, sex kitten voluptuousness. As Romanza expands on the skin, orange blossom, jasmine combine in a heady chorus. The tension between bitter and fleshy notes tinges Romanza’s radiance with a sense of impending decay, the aching smell of a perfect bloom just starting to turn. A masterpiece.-Sr. Editor, Lauryn Beer

Spring in the Pacific Northwest is a capricious and fickle season. One day it may be 59 and sunny followed by a day of snow or rain. It’s always a dilemma whether to put away the winter scents in favor of something light, or power through and just ignore what’s happening outside. Fortunately my two fragrances are eminently adaptable to any weather condition. First up in my favorite spring fragrances is a new release in 2017 from Perris Monte Carlo called Tubereuse Absolue, a sparkling and delightful breath of fresh air perfect for those days when staying inside is a necessity. Created by Robertet perfumer Mathieu Nardin, Perris Monte Carlo Tubereuse Absolue with its blend of white floral fairly dances on my skin, transparent and spacious and backed by the sun-warmed greenish-dry toasted feeling of galbanum and broom. If you have been trepidatious about tuberose in the past, this might just be perfect for you. It is not in the Carnal Flower power range, forgoing almost all indoles and mentholated notes in favor of subtlety and nuance. Bright and happy, Tubereuse Absolue is a spring tonic for a dreary day. Notes: bergamot, cardamom, lavender, galbanum, tuberose, broom, jasmine sambac, gardenia, orange blossom, vetiver, cedar and musk.

I just received my sample of the new Perfumology scent for Nir Guy by perfumer Justin Frederico called Grange, and it has been love at first sniff. Created from Nir’s olfactive memories of youth spent roaming the woods and creeks surrounding the historic Grange Estate in Pennsylvania and Senior Editor Gail Gross has already written a marvelous review of Grange here, so I can only reiterate how magical it is to be swept up in glimmering memories of my childhood surrounded by California Scrub Oaks, Cedar trees and a seasonal creek. Grange is indeed, my childhood bottled. And that is a marvel. Notes: Mexican lime, Sicilian orange, fig, tobacco, oak and cedar. –Robert Herrmann, Senior Editor

A Vernal Nirvana, Grandiflora Boronia is the latest direction in creative Perfumery from  Saskia Havekes  and Bertrand Duchaufour. Being led by the proverbial ‘nose’ to the very edges of a glade, immersed in the tiniest of blooms mimicking stars, constellations that combine in a Cosmos that exudes the grandest of veritable forested scents. Intoxicating, almost suspenseful, a hovering in the headiness of air swollen with the emanations of this verdant, woody floral, so Antipodean. Less of a floral visual showpiece from its miniscule symmetry pulses a unique fragrance, supported by an earthy, resinous foundation, a mossy bed. Latency is overcome, pierced with warm fecundity as Springtide force of life’s awakening is released from the cocooned tombs of Winter.  Within the suede, tobacco and slightly sweetening creamy caramel evident as it emerges from my skin, Boronia’s residue of Winter’s fires and ashes are born in a verdant Renaissance.-Danu Seith-Fyr, Contributor

La Vie Parisienne 1920s

The weather in March and April can be especially unpredictable. Here in the Pacific Northwest, flowers will be blooming, the temperature 70ºF and the sun shining. Twelve hours later, rain and wind are gusting at 30 mph and temperatures have dropped into the low 40s. When I choose my favorite spring fragrances for the vernal season I usually match or anticipate the sunshine and the scents of the blooming trees and flowers in my garden.  I also like to be prepared with a cozy perfume to counteract any springtime chill.

Ineke After My own Heart – (Ineke Rühland) 2006, is one of my all-time favorite lilac fragrances and one of my favorite spring fragrances. For many of us, the idea of the glorious scent of late spring lilacs has been sullied by memories of overpowering lilac room sprays and car deodorizers. Finding a realistic and at once delicate lilac perfume seemed impossibility until I discovered Ineke After My own Heart. The fragrance opens like new lilacs buds, green and wet with cool morning dew.  This effect is achieved using notes of fresh green leaves, bergamot and just the tiniest breath of sweet, tart raspberry.  At around ten minutes, After My Own Heart begins to bloom on my skin as the buds burst to reveal a natural, cool rendition of lilac. This is not the thick perfume of overblown blooms drooping in vases. Instead After My Own Heart is the transparent, ethereal scent of lilacs in situ floating on a cool breeze, impressions of the flowers sparkling in the bright, spring sunlight. Notes: Bergamot, raspberry, crisp green foliage, lilac, sandalwood, heliotrope and musk.

Atelier des Ors Lune Féline (Jean-Philippe Clermont and Marie Salamagne) 2015: When rains and winds of March and April drive me indoors, I reach for a fragrance that warms and comforts, a light blanket of woods and spices, resins and ambergris to take the chill off a blustery spring day. Atelier des Ors Luna Féline is a powdery gourmand, featuring a delicate blend of spices and cedar, a hint of ambergris, topped off with something fresh and green. As Lune Féline develops on my skin I am treated to a delightfully chewy sweet gourmand featuring vanilla, peru balsam and styrax.  The resinous notes in Lune Féline are never too heavy or dense, but are incorporated into the fragrance in the inviting, ethereal style characteristic of house Atelier des Ors.  The warmth and comfort of Lune Féline linger on my skin for eight hours and more, fading at last to a frothy vanilla, colored with peppered musk. Notes: Cinnamon, cardamom, pink pepper, green notes, cedar, ambergris, woods, styrax, vanilla, peru balsam and musk.-Gail Gross, Senior Editor

If April is the cruelest month, March has been no less here in Italy with the freezing burian wind blowing from Siberia. Unexpectedly, we got snowflakes instead of the yellow fragrant fluffs of mimosa, so in the colder days I couldn’t help but dousing myself in Frédéric Malle’s hypnotic Une Fleur de Cassie, by Dominique Ropion. Ethereal and delicate, its intoxicating smell mixes the sweetness of violet and the ripe facets of jasmine and heliotrope to the cheeky, almost mineral spiciness of cinnamon, cumin and clove together with an utterly erotic leather note. Definitely hot in such cold early spring!-Ermano Picco, Monthly Contributor

I had totally different favorite spring fragrances ready for this post, but as I typed, there was a chill in the air, they are predicting snow for tomorrow so my mood was as changeable as the weather. Vero Kern Rubj Extrait wears a Mona Lisa smile. Sweet orange blossom is wrapped in a scarf of changeant mousseline; a kaleidoscope of color, an optical illusion. The yang of musk and the yin of jasmine perform an exotic dance as they worship the Moroccan orange blossom. I smell plums, a hint of tuberose and honeyed liquor. Rubj Extrait is an enigma understood by few. For me,  Rubj Extrait is the nectar of the gods (and goddesses).

When I need an instant dose of sun; I spray Osmanthus by Ormonde Jayne (2006) with abandon. It is not a complicated fragrance, but I am growing weary of complex; I long for simple pleasures and blue skies. Osmanthus is fruity, in a good way, with a bright citrus top of pomelo that brings to mind a glass of iced tea sipped on a porch when the sun is shining. The heart of osmanthus absolue and jasmine sambac absolue is redolent of citrus fruits and apricots. The woody drydown is light and airy. After 6 months of wearing black tights and boots, Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus is the perfume equivalent of wearing a flirty short skirt that bares your legs for the first time in ages.–Michelyn Camen, Editor-in-Chief and Art  Director

I would not have thought of Lune Feline as a spring fragrance, but I can see an interpretation of it as a cozy but light knitted shawl for the cool evenings. I would choose Lune Feline it if I should be so fortunate to win. Grange is a wonderful new scent which I recently sampled, such an interesting journey throughout, so I would choose it and also Week-End in Normandy as alternate selections. There is still snow on the ground where I live but we are dreaming of spring and in hopes it is not too long before we may see green grass. I live in the US and thank you for this chance.

  • fazalcheema says:

It seems March has been quite unexpected not only in the US this time but even in European countries like Italy. The common themes about spring are almost universal in that they remind everyone of the smell of fresh leaves and green air. Flowers are the most powerful symbols of Spring so many editors have chosen perfumes with strong floral elements such as FM’s Cassie and Masque Milano Romanza. The weather here in NY is quite unpredictable like it always is. Today it is quite cloudy and rainy. My choices for this draw are:

    Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus
    Atelier des Ors Lune Feline
    Masque Milano Romanza

    I am in the US.

  • Some great choices there! When spring comes I love wearing more floral scents. I think Boronia, Osmanthus and Une fleur de Cassis all sound like nice choices for spring! My personal spring perfumes would be Nicolaï’s Le Temps d’une Fete, Number One and Odalisque, as well as Guy Laroche vintage.

Thanks for the draw! I live in EU. My picks for the draw are:
    Grandiflora Boronia
Parfums de Nicolai Week-End In Normandy

  • Spring is here at last, and what better way to welcome it than with another Nor’Easter. As much as I enjoy the snow, I can’t wait to see trees with green leaves again. Two fragrances that jumped at me were Grange and Ineke’s After my Own Heart. After Gail Gross’s review of Grange, I have been eager to try this fragrances that hearkens to childhood times in the woods. After that, another note I most associate with Spring are the lilacs that use to grow outside my window. Ineke’s interpretation of lilacs in her fragrance must be breathtaking if its anything like her past creations. Thank you for doing this giveaway, the fragrances I would like to win include:

    Grange by Perfumology
After my Own Heart by Ineke
    Osmanthus by Ormonde Jayne

    Thanks and cheers from CT.

  • I enjoyed reading your choices of spring fragrances. This season plays with us, more than any other, with temperature range. It’s chilly here at home; small patches of snow scattered around.
My choices: “Osmanthus”, “Week-End in Normandy”, “Lune Feline”, “Romanza”. Thanks for the draw, luck to all! I’m in the USA.

  • DespinaVnt says:

Hello and thank you for the beautiful text, as well as the choice of perfumes that is really a welcome surprise to me.
Most of these florals seem to have an interesting twist in their composition, an unexpected element, which makes them truly intriguing.
From all the spectacular-sounding scents featuring in the article, I’d only heard about the Week-end in Normandy, and I was already looking forward to trying it – as I do with all of the other fragrances after reading this.
I think I’d be most excited to win my own bottle of any of the following:
    – Parfums de Nicolai / Week-End In Normandy
    – Atelier des Ors / Lune Feline
    – Ormonde Jayne / Osmanthus
    – Perris Monte Carlo / Tuberose Absolue
I live in EU, and specifically in Paris.
The weather this week is being rather unstable, ranging from light snow to very welcome periods of sun.
We are certainly looking forward to warmer days!

    Thank you again,
    D.V.

  • It’s dark and dreary and damp chilly and there is snow coming. It definitely does not feel like spring right now, but I am very glad that it’s here. I like everyone’s choices for spring perfumes, even those I have not tried yet. They all feel right for the season. For me, spring and summer perfumes are all about flowers. I live in the US and my choices are:

    Perris Monte Carlo Tuberose Absolue
    Grandiflora Boronia
    Atelier des Ors Lune Feline

  • Here are some great choices for spring. In my country it’s still snowing so this means a little more extra time for the tobacco\smokey\ambery\resins juices 🙂
I would love to win some of the beauties in here and this would be my choices: Lune feline, Osmathus, Romanza and Normandy. I live in the EU, thanks for this amazing draw.

  • It’s autumn equinox here in Melbourne, Australia, and the weather (for once!) decided to play along and we had a chilly night. I love winter, so this suits me just fine. 🙂
My favourite spring fragrance is Dali Purplelight. I rarely if ever see this perfume talked about, it’s a lovely lilac/bamboo and reminds me of the lilac tree I grew up with. For most of the year it looked grey, emaciated and half-dead, but come spring it would scent the entire yard with huge fountains of purple blooms.
My #1 choice would be Grandiflora Boronia, as it has a most appealing notes list. Thank you for the opportunity. 🙂

  • Mr_Sillage says:

As the Northeastern United States is getting pummeled with snow on this first day of Spring, it great to read a list of your favorite scents that you’ve all compiled for this Spring. That Mark Twain quote is my LIFE in the artic habitat known as Philadelphia..
It’s cool to see a fragrance that I have being mentioned in this list, with Robert’s mention of Grange. I definitely look forward to wearing that this spring, as it brings to mind my childhood, my teenage years and my adulthood all into one scent.
Michelyn really spiked my interest in Ormonde Jayne’s Osmanthus. It’s bright citrus opening and simplistic composition sound perfect for Spring. There’s beauty in simplicity.
One perfume, that I have not mentioned, that I’m excited to wear this Spring (if spring actually ever comes) is Gallagher Fragrances Bergemust
The ones I would love to win, if given the chance, are :
-Parfums de Nicolai ‘s Week-End in Normandy
    -Ormonde Jayne’s Osmanthus
-Perris Monte Carlo ‘s Tuberose Absolue
I live in the United States

  • lemurcatta says:

Some wonderful sounding choices! I especially loved Lauryn’s description of Romanza. I’m ready for some muddy garden raunchiness if Winter ever ends up here!
My choices for the draw are:
    Romanza
    Lune Féline
    Tuberose Absolue

I’m in Canada, and it looks like we’re headed for a cruel start to April with more snow and freezing rain 🙁 . The only upside to that is I can keep wearing my favorite Winter scent Portrait of a Lady a while longer.

  • Well its coming into Autumn here in Melbourne, Australia and the leaves are flying everywhere. I am keen for jackets and cooler weather, and loving my warmer and richer fragrances.

I like all the recommendations you have posted – it would be amazing to get my nose on those!

My fave spring scents: Frederic Malle En Passant – my preferred wet lilac. Its just so realistic – and Hiram Green Dilettante – so stunningly floral and uplifting.

Please enter me into all worldwide draws:
    – grandiflora boronia
    – parfums de nicolai weekend in normandy
    – masque milano romanza.

    thanks so much!

  • Elizabeth T. says:

What a marvelous compilation! My interest is peaked the most by Lune Feline, as the cold weather here right now calls for something warm and cozy… it was beautifully sunny here today but stepping outside there was a bitterly cold wind! My excitement for Lune Feline barely outstrips Week’End in Normandy – my skin also amplifies the sweet in perfumes, so this sounds like it might really bloom on my skin. I would be happy with any of the generous perfumes described here today. A beautiful list to welcome in spring (whenever it finally gets here!). Thank you! I’m in the USA.

  • I’m so longing for spring – snow is predicted here in NC tomorrow! I loved the poetic description of Rubj in particular, though I know it’s not included in the drawing. My springtime scent so far is MDCI’s Peche Cardinale, which somehow marries peach with white flowers and sunwarmed skin.

My choices for the drawing would be any of:

Perris Monte Carlo – Tuberose Absolue
    Ormonde Jayne – Osmanthus
    Masque Milano – Romanza

Thanks so much for the opportunity!

  • It has been a miserable March here in DC and now it is snowing. What I enjoyed the most was every review went into detail and I could smell spring. I would be happy to win Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus,Perris Tuberuse, romanza, weekend in Normandy, Boronia, Grange, Aftter my own heart and lupine feline
The art was beautiful especially the opening of the woman in the snow
    Thank you

  • Some great choices. The Lune Feline suprised me a little and then again in some parts of the US like here in Wisconsin spring is generalky cooler with some occassional snow flake. I have a new found love in Carven Paris Seville and would opt to wear that in spring. Here in Wi its still cool….we may get some snow this weekend. I am in the US. Thank you for the opportunity.

  • The weather here in Southern Illinois is GREY… Cool and Damp, Expanding into Spring… I think… Ya, it’s coming slowly but sure! The sunny spring days are soon to come. Going through the so many reviews the last few weeks I am really energetic about putting away my winter fragrances and looking for green and floral scents of SPRING. I can’t wait to start rocking these fresh vibes of the season! For spring from your fragrance choices are… Ormonde Jayne for 120 ml of Osmanthus – Perfumology Grange – Atelier des Ors for 100 ml of Lune Feline… So THANK YOU for this draw!

  • These choices all sound wonderful, cozy enough for the cool weather but flirty and bright enough for when it finally warms up! It’s raining here in Southern California and I would love to win the Lune Feline or Romanza (truthfully, I’d be thrilled to win any of them, but those two especially)!

  • What a wonderful smorgasbord of scents for spring! I found Danu Seith-Fyr’s review of Grandiflora Boronia the most intriguing. The tiniest of blooms mimicking stars” and exuding an “intoxicating” scent, reminds me of the night time smell of Spring. I would love to win Grandiflora Boronia! Our weather has been cool, but will warm up soon. I live in Tucson, Arizona in the US.

  • From this long list of great fragrances, to my shame, I know only Une Fleur de Cassie which is a great mimosa-based creation. It has such a retro vibe, but yet is modern and very wearable.

I am from EU and I would like to test/win the following: Lune Feline, Osmanthus and Romanza.

    Thank you!

  • These all sound great, especially I love delicious description of Lune Feline.

Today it’s rainy and cold. Early this morning I could hear frozen rain ticking off our roof and windows but it eventually just turned to rain. Waiting for spring!

    My choices would be:
    Lune Feline
    Masque Milano Romanza
    Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus
    Nicolai Week-End In Normandy

    Thank you for the draw!

  • coconyc205 says:

These all sound amazing, especially lune feline and weekend in normandy.

It’s just kind of cold and snowy and grey all spring here in Jackson Hole, WY where i live. We really don’t hit summer until July.

    Choices would be
Parfums De Nicolai Weekend in Normandy
    Perris Monte Carlo Tubereuse Absolue
    Ormond Jayne Osmanthus
    Atelier Des Ors Lune Feline

Thanks so much for the generous giveaway!

  • ElenaChiss says:

I don’t know any of them, but I must admit that the descriptions are quite ingriguing and also the image used for them are beautiful and very expressive.

I am in EU right now and it is snowing here, not quite spring. But I think snow is better than rain. At least if we don’t have sun rays we don’t have rain and it is good and perfect for me. Rain weather is depressing.

I would love to win any of the following: Romanza, Osmanthus, Lune Feline and Boronia.

Thanks and good luck to everyone!

  • marcopietro says:

Great selection! It’s a beautiful bouquet of floral fragrances.
I appreciate the absence of too opulent and explicitly sensual notes and the choice to exalt more delicate and innocent nuances. I have always associated the idea of spring fragrance with herbaceous and persuasive flowery evocations.
Here Spring has come, but only on calendars and in the blooms of trees, time is more variable than ever, the effects of global warming are evident. Today in northern Italy the temperature is really cold but a pale sun tries to rip the clouds.
    My choices would be:
    Atelier des Ors Lune Feline
    Masque Milano Romanza
    Grandiflora Boronia
    I live in EU
    Thank you for the draw!

  • In general I am not a floral fan, but you have some unique twists in there! I think it’s time for spring now. Winter with snow came back last weekend, it’s still cold, but at least today the sun is shining! While I like winter, I love the changing seasons 🙂 Would be happy to win Week-End In Normandy or Romanza; to Germany.

  • For me also, white and yellow flowers such as jasmine, tuberose and mimosa epitomize spring. Thus I can relate to your choices for Wildly Attractive, Tubereuse Absolue and especially Une Fleur de Cassie (gosh, that one really brightens my day whenever I wear it, it’s like sunshine condensed in a bottle). On the other hand, I wouldn’t necessarily get a very spring-like sensation out of Romanza (narcissus makes me rather think of winter, I find it earthy and thus a bit gloomy) or the Boronia, as woody scents also make me rather think of autumn or winter. But I haven’t tried these last two, so I can’t really judge.
The weather here in Belgium, EU, today is sunny (for a few hours) and cold, but it will probably start raining soon and… never end – Belgian weather!
I’d love to win Romanza, Boronia or Lune Feline. I live in the EU.
    Thanks for the draw!

  • So interesting article and great review!
    Thank you Cafleurebon!!!
Some of perfume from reviewers favorite perfumes I think are great for spreang, for example Une Fleur de Cassie Lune Feline Atelie des Ors snd Nicolai’s Week- End, some perfumes I’ve not tested
my favorite spreang perfumes are Xerjoff Mefisto.
    USA
I’d love to win Romanza, Boronia, Lune Feline, Parfums de Nicolai ‘s Week-End in Normandy, and Ormonde Jayne’s Osmanthus.

  • Out of the mentioned ones, I’ve only tried Perris Monte Carlo tuberose Absolue and I fully agree with the review and I love it, perfect for the spring! Other choices sound pretty nice too, especially Lune Feline and Romanza. I can hardly wait for the spring to settle in, it’s winter still…
Thanks for the draw, I live in the EU and my choices would be: Masque Milano Romanza or Perris Monte Carlo Tuberose Absolue or Atelier des Ors Lune Feline or Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus or Parfums de Nicolai Week-End In Normandy.

  • BostonScentGuy says:

This year in particular, I agree that spring can be quite fickle! The past few years where I was, we were at least out of the woods with regards to snow by late March. In any case, I’m intrigued by some of these choices, love some, and am not a fan of others. I would love to try Boronia and the PdN Weekend… scent. I’m a huge fan of Lune Feline (though I just think of fireplaces and winter warm drinks), Osmanthus for its bright floral sweetness, and Fleur de Cassie, which is a gorgeous bizarre thing. I want to love Romanza because paper white narcissus flowers are a favorite smell of mine, but I just can’t quite connect with it…it smells to me like some strange strongly scented marker. I’d love to try Grange. My personal scent associations with spring are all the different flowers that start popping up, beginning with the magnolias early, then the lilacs in mid-late May. Thanks for this draw! I live in the US and my choices would be:
    Lune Feline
    Osmanthus
    Grange
    Weekend in Normandy

  • It still feels like winter where I live – I love the idea of a warm comforting scent on those blustery days but alternate with something floral on the spectacular clear sunny days. I live in the US and my choices would be:

    Lune Feline
    Perris Monte Carlo Tuberose Absolue
    Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus

    Thanks for the draw!

  • Nadine Cunningham says:

A great set of fragrances for the spring season!! I only have experience with a few and would like to win the following:
    1. Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus
    2. Atelier Des Ors Lune Feline
    3. Parfums De Nicolai Weekend in Normandy

I’m in the United States….Thank you!!!

  • Chocolate Marzipan says:

Fantastic list! With another Nor eastern here today I want what Michelyn chose- Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus to chase away the snow! I reside in the United States.

  • ExPostDawggie says:

Here in Florida it is cool, sunny and pollen season, meaning many of us will not be able to breath without medical help until july or so…. my current favorite spring scent is Magnolia Nobile, but I would love to try the Ormond Jayne Osmanthus. I live, of course, in the US

  • Fantastic choices I think. In my country there has still snow, and cold. I’m waiting for the real spring weather very much.
I would very like to win:
    – Atelier des Ors for 100 ml of Lune Feline
    – Ormonde Jayne for 120 ml of Osmanthus
    – 100ml of Tuberose Absolue
    – 100 ml of Parfums de Nicolai Week-End In Normandy
    – 50 ml of Boronia
    – 35 ml of Romanza
Thank you very much for the draw. I live in Europe.

  • Robert is right on for the Pacific NW weather. 60’s yesterday, snow possible on Saturday!! Not bad compared to the Nor’easters that have been pounding the NE. I think everyone is ready for spring and the lighter, airy fragrances. I loved the description of Osmanthus by Ormonde Jayne, the thought of a short skirt and bare legs is just the mental image I need to get me through the last of the winter weather! All the descriptions were so enticing! I would love to win the Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus, or the Lune Feline (always love a gourmand) or the Weekend in Normandy! Thanks for a little feeling of spring! US

  • BethMongold says:

I love that there was so much variety in these reviews…spring is quite a mixed bag, and we need fragrances to match the wild fluctuations! Here in Colorado USA, it’s been warm and sunny, good for getting a jump start on gardening.

    I would be interested in:
    Atelier des Ors Lune Feline
    Masque Milano Romanza

    Many thanks and Happy Spring!

  • Some real bangers for the spring I think you definitely chose some winners, theres a few i am yet to check out.It is Spring here but far northern canada shes still icy cold,a whopping -25 celsius this fine brisk morning we still have at least around 6 weeks of cold still give or take in my region.Personally I love the winter its beautiful here and I adore those heavy resinous fragrances that are mainly for winter.

So if im blessed enough to win one of these fragrances my choices are in the following order:

-Ormonde Jayne 120 ml of Osmanthus
    -100ml of Tuberose Absolue
-Atelier des Ors 100 ml of Lune Feline
    – 50 ml of Boronia
    -100ml l of cap neroli
    -35 ml of Romanza

    Thanks for generous giveaway !

  • Really great selections for spring although here in NJ it is snowing so I would like Lune Feline and for warmer weather Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus
    Thank you great post

  • NiceVULady says:

Loved your choices for Spring. Spring where I am varies from 60 to 80 degrees depending on the day. Even the flowers and trees get confused. If I win, I’d like
    Atelier des Ors-Lune Feline
    Parfums de Nicolai-Week-end in Normandy
    Grandiflora-Boronia
    Ineke-After My Own Heart
    Ormande Jayne-Osmanthus
Thanks so much for the draw. I”m in the USA

  • I love the choices made. They give great insight as to the region lived in as well as what we would like to smell as Winter slowly turns to Spring. the weather is warm in FL and getting warmer. I would love to own:
    Baronia
    Lune Feline
    Une Fleur de Cassie
    Romanza
Thanks for the draw. I live in the US

  • bumbuliuki says:

A great selection of spring fragrances and great, diverse reviews. Thank you!
It’s still cold here and snowing so Gail’s review epitomizes the local atmosphere. I’m reaching for fragrances that envelops me with warmth and comfort, too, while waiting for true spring to appear and see green grass again.

    My perfume choices are:
    – Atelier des Ors Lune Feline
    – Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus
    – Perris Monte Carlo Tuberose Absolue
    – Parfums de Nicolai Week-End In Normandy
    – Masque Milano Romanza
    – Grandiflora Boronia

Thank you for a great selection of reviews and a very generous giveaway !
    I live in the EU.

  • Love all the suggestions! Own Fleur de Cassie, Romanza and Rubj, I would also recommend Mito, Cristalle, and Fidji. I much prefer green florals for spring as I find the piquant bitterness amazing!
I live in Europe (Spain) and I would love to win Week end in Normandy, Tuberose Absolue, or Lune Féline!

  • A nice looking list I have tried one of them and own none. The weather here of late has been rainy and cloudy but otherwise I do live in paradise and can’t complain it’s usually low 80’s sunny this time of year. Thanks for the draw from Hawaii

    My choices are the following
1.Perris Monte Carlo for 100ml of Tuberose Absolue
2.100 ml of Parfums de Nicolai Week-End In Normandy
3.Ormonde Jayne for 120 ml of Osmanthus
    4.50 ml of Perfumology Grange
5.Atelier des Ors for 100 ml of Lune Feline

  • Great draw!!!
I liked all selected perfumes for spring!!!
Mostly I do not like tuberosa, so I would not select Paris Monte Carlo Tuberose Absolue.
For spring I will recomend many perfumes- mostly floral, “happy” perfumes and perfumes with big amounts of Iso E Super, for example Escentric 02 Escentric Molecules.
MF Kurkdjian’s big part of perfumes have “spring” mood- Aqua universalis and Vitea, A la Rose, Amyris Femme.
    My perfume choices are:
    – Atelier des Ors Lune Feline
    – Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus
    – Perris Monte Carlo Tuberose Absolue
    – Parfums de Nicolai Week-End In Normandy
    – Masque Milano Romanza
    – Grandiflora Boronia
    USA

  • When I think of spring here in the desert of Arizona, I think of citrus blossoms. Citrus groves used to dot the entire valley here but what with the urban sprawl, they are fewer and fewer. Nevertheless, as the weather warms up, the orange tree outside my bedroom window never ceases to thrill me with its heady scent. The weather here has been hit or miss but fairly warm compared to the crazy weather elsewhere. If I were so lucky to win I would appreciate Weekend in Normandy, Romania, Tuberose Absolue, Osmanthus, Lune Feline or After my own Heart. Thank you for the chance. I am in the US.

  • Grange sounds fantastic, also being a PA native. I know it was created in the memory of growing up on in Havertown, PA (outside of Philadelphia). To capture the woods, streams, and happy memories as a child. I would also love to try Lune Feline that also sounds wonderful. Even though floral smells instantly remind me of spring. I also, enjoy the scent of a warming tea Gucci Pour Homme 2. As for a white floral Bond no 9 fire island is very nice. From Pennsylvania.

  • From all the fragrances reviewed here, “Romanza” by Masque Milano sang the best song to my ears with its narcotic, bitter, and fleshy aspects. The second place is occupied by “Une Fleur de Cassie” by Frederic Malle. On the third place I will put Parfums de Nicolai’s “Week-End In Normandy” with its herbs, oakmoss, and especially leather.

    I would like to win:
    – Romanza, Masque
    – Week-End In Normandy, Parfums de Nicolai
    – Lune Feline, Atelier des Ors
    – Osmanthus, Ormonde Jayne
    – Tuberose Absolue, Perris Monte Carlo

It should have been spring here already, but it started to snow again on monday.
I live in the U.E. Thank you.

  • There’s no spring outside but in here, plenty of it 🙂 I loved your choices especially Weekend in Normandy, Lune Feline and After my own heart (yes, it is!).

It’s supposed to be already warm and sunny here, in the south of Russia, neverthless, we’ve got cold winds blowing for the last few days, and it’s going to snow tonight. Still, tulips are showing up already, it looks like a promise!

    My choices would be
100 ml of Parfums de Nicolai Week-End In Normandy
    Grandiflora 50 ml of Boronia
Masque Milano 35 ml of Romanza

Thank you for this fantabulous draw! I live in Russia

  • Catanosmia says:

Thanks for the draw, I’m in the US. I loved the sound of Lune Feline because it sounds warm but not heavy…for those of us not quite ready to let go of winter. We’re finally getting some rain in Northern California but it will soon be another sweltering long summer.
I would most like to win:
    Lune Feline
    Grange
    Week-end In Normandy
    Boronia
    Romanza

  • I enjoyed learning your favorites! If I could choose just one then I would go with Grange but all four of these sounds remarkable:

    • Parfums de Nicolai Week-End In Normandy
    • Merci Jean-Phillipe Clermont of Atelier des Ors – Lune Feline
    • Perfumology Grange
    • Strange Invisible Perfumes – Aries

Thank you! I live in the USA

  • Just Add Light says:

An interesting and delectable combination of blossoms, grasses, woods and dare I say…a touch of the gourmand? Week-End in Normandy and Grange are the standout winners for me as I am not the biggest fan of tuberose, civet, and some of the more blushing florals. I could definitely see myself wearing them this spring.

Incidentally, I’m also a big fan of Ineke Ruhland’s work, particularly Field Notes from Paris, Briar Rose and the sharp pine in Idyllwild. Therefore, I certainly wouldn’t be opposed to also winning After My Own Heart, since Lilac is a favourite note for the women in my family and a springtime floral I often like to collect in the forest near my home. And although I live in Canada, I’m also blessed to have an address in North Carolina. I could sure use the warmth right about now…

  • Such gorgeous choices! It’s chilly here in Iowa but I can see signs of Spring in my garden. Thanks for the generous giveaway, I live in the States.
    Would love to win:
    Grandiflora Boronia
    OJ Osmanthus
    Grange
    Ineke After My Heart
    Romanza

  • I adore the Wonderland photo at the top of this post. It’s the perfect image for the feeling I have as I make the mental shift from winter to spring. It may be really very cold outside, but in my mind the trees are tinted with pink, yellow, and tender green while the sun warms my face.

Romanza is a wonderful choice for spring. It has darkness and light in delicate counterpoint. It’s a grand perfume that speaks in quiet tones. I’m also intrigued by Grange for spring. My California childhood memories include the scrub oaks, cedars, and creeks as mentioned by Mr. Herrmann. Grange sounds like magic in a bottle.

I would enjoy each and everyone of the nine fragrances featured. At the moment I would most like to try Tubéreuse Absolue, Grange, and Week-End in Normandy. Alas, I wish I were walking the beach at Colleville-sur-Mer! Standing at the water’s edge is a restorative balm for the soul, particularly as winter ends. But here I am in the southwest US where we have grey skies and much-needed rain arriving very soon. Thank you for the round-up of delightful ideas for spring fragrances and for the generous draw as well.

  • Snow day in NYC ! Timing couldn't be more perfect it feels like it will never be spring I loved weekend in Normandy, The interesting choice of a cozy scent like Lupine .I also would love to win Ormonde Osmanthus, Romanza and boronia Thank you for the chance

  • QuietlyWaiting says:

I’m in the South Eastern US, and after a brief warm spell, it’s suddenly turned cold again. It catches me by surprise every year (a friend warned me this would happen, just after I put away my hat, gloves, and scarves). I’ve literally gone from running the air conditioner at night just days ago, to having the heat on again. Brrr…

I love the spring selections! Great choices. I’ve started reaching for lighter florals too… in anticipation of warmer weather.

    I’d love to win either:
    – Ormande Jayne – Osmanthus, or
    – Perfumology – Grange

I’ve been wanting to try the Ormande Jayne… I’ve only tried one other Osmanthus perfume, and I really liked it, although it’s very light and doesn’t last.

The Perfumology selection just sounds so interesting and I find things that smell like outdoors are often comforting for me. I’d love to try it.

Thanks. I’m in the US. Happy Spring!

  • Thank you for the recs and the draw! The weather tonight is decidedly un-springlike… supposedly the last snowstorm of the season.
So it seems fitting to include scents that drape warmth like a shawl and not only pale green and tender flowers emerging from the cool ground. It’s not something I would have thought of but given how the season includes the tail-end of winter it makes sense.

I have a friend who adores lilac on herself; for me there are many negative associations, but real lilac is incredibly beautiful. And it signals that spring is here!

A year ago I was encountering orange blossom in person for the first time; that too is a signal in the natural world which we mimic to similar effect.

    My top choices:
    Aires
    Lune Feline
    Osmanthus

    Boronia
    Romanza
    Tubéreuse Absolue

    USA

  • This was a wonderful list of Spring fragrances! Some I would have never thought of for the warmer months.
If I’m selected, I would choose:

    Tuberose Absolue
    After My Own Heart
    Lune Feline

    I live in the USA

  • Thank you for the great reading! I love these articles with perfumes for each season. Interesting to see what are the best creations linked to each season according to the editors.

As I am living in EU, my choices are Lune Feline, Romanza, Osmanthus. Thanks!

  • Happy spring equinox to all! Let the Sun bring fresh colours again!

I agree that it is not so easy to choose spring fragrance, as the weather change its mood all the time, so do people. The scents I mostly associate with spring season are the powdery ones, but then we have also Aries season and I want more of those red and brave scents!
From your article I liked the most the description of the BORONIA and WEEK-END IN NORMANDY.

    I would love to win:
    – Boronia Grandiflora
    – Week-End In Normandy, Parfums de Nicolai
    – Osmanthus, Ormonde Jayne

    I live in Europe (EU).
Thank you very much for this chance!

  • I love that you chose mostly floral perfumes, which is what I like to wear in spring. I also like the idea to wear a balsamic perfume in rainy weather, like Gail Gross wrote. I would like to win Romanza, Tuberose Absolue or Lune Feline.

Here is snowing and it looks like winter 🙁

    I live in EU

  • gvillecreative says:

Happy Spring, everyone at Cafleurebon! I love the choices on your list from your descriptions, but I have only smelled Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus. I am definitely behind in my testing!

Of those that you listed, I would love to win and wear the following in the spring:
    * Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus
    * Atelier des Ors Lune Feline
    * Grandiflora Boronia

I would definitely wear those in the spring! I moved north this past year and am experiencing a spring with SNOW for the first time. It’s shocking! I think of spring as a time where there is days in the mid-70s with sun and green grass and blooming flowers. I typically wear a lot of green Chyres. But I am still in my cuddly winter frags, wrapped in blankets by the fire.

  • Such beautiful descriptions of your favorite spring fragrances. My favorites were weekend in Normandy and RUbj. I am an Aries so I would love to win strange invisible perfume Aries and Weekend innNormandy
    I live in Arizona

  • About -3°C and maybe 1-2 cm of snow. Rain melted most of the snow away couple of days ago (again). Last night we got some new snow.
I love the sound of Grandiflora Boronia.

    For the draw:
    Grandiflora Boronia
    Masque Milano Romanza
    Perris Monte Carlo Tuberose Absolue
    Atelier des Ors Lune Feline

Thank you for the interesting reviews and generous draw! I live in the EU.

  • fleurdelys says:

Great choices for a Spring too stubborn to come. It’s still snow here, but it’s slowly melting. Great selection of images especially Varengeville Sunset” by Camille Pissarro. It manages to capture spring incredibly well.
I’m also reaching for ligther, floral fragrances.
    My choices are :
Parfums de Nicolai Week-End In Normandy
    Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus
    Atelier des Ors Lune Feline
    Perris Monte Carlo Tuberose Absolue
    Grandiflora Boronia
    Masque Milano Romanza

Thank you for an incredibly generous giveaway !
    I live in the EU.

  • I always like to read the seasonal preferences because it’s when I can start putting fragrances on my to sniff list :).
The weather here has been a bit unstable this past month, going from cold to warm and cold again and it has been this way for the most part of Europe. Definitely waiting for the spring now! I’m in the EU.
Thanks for the draw, all of them are beautifully described and I would be lucky to win anyone of these:
    Grandiflora 50 ml of Boronia
Parfums de Nicolai Week-End In Normandy
Masque Milano for 35 ml of Romanza
Perris Monte Carlo for 100ml of Tuberose Absolue
Ormonde Jayne for 120 ml of Osmanthus
Atelier des Ors for 100 ml of Lune Feline

  • I already own Lune Feline and love it – spicy sweet vanilla-cardamom. The weather where I live is quite terrible – grey and cold and no spring in sight. To help with that, I would love to win a bottle of Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus or Parfums de Nicolai Week-End in Normandy.
    I live in the US.

  • I am in Cleveland Ohio and this has been a very long winter. We had snow yesterday, but at least the sun is shining today. Seems like we can go weeks without seeing the sun in the winter. Great choices and I’m all about the flowers when I think of spring fragrances. In the US and my choices would be:
    Masque Milano Romanza
    Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus
Parfums de Nicolai Weekend in Normandy
    Ineke After My Own Heart

  • So many sound wonderful I don’t know which to enter for since I am in the USA I will enter for all. The description of RUBJ nearly made me cry it was so beautiful
The weather here in Miami about 70 and perfect

  • Sergio Teixeira says:

Awesome picks for the spring. I live in Portugal. Its still kind of chilly (for us at least here in Lisbon), but we have about 300 sunny days a year, so we can’t complain. My favorite notes for spring are citrus (bergamote, neroli, orange blossom), lavender and vetiver. My picks would be:
    – Tuberose Absolue
    – Osmanthus
    – Lune Feline
    – Week-end in Normandy
    – Boronia
    – Romanza
    Portugal, Lisbon.

  • doveskylark says:

Lauryn’s description of Romanza really intrigued me, especially the narcissus and the civet. It does sound like a masterpiece. I’m in São Paulo, Brazil at the moment and it’s officially autumn, but the summer rains in the evening still occur, cooling the sultry atmosphere slightly.

    I would choose:
    Romanza
    After My Own Heart
    Lune Feline
    Boronia
    Grange
    Weekend in Normandy

    I live in the USA.

  • I enjoyed reading the varying spring fragrance descriptions; varying like March weather. Here it has been mostly cold although we’ve not gotten snow,, it’s too chilly to enjoy going outdoors and we’re hoping it warms up soon. US here. Thanks for the generous draw! My choices are:
    Tuberose Absolue
    After My Own Heart
    Osmanthus
    Lune Feline
    Weekend in Normandy
    Boronia
    Romanza

  • Some interesting choices for the spring. I tend to forget my spices and ambers in the spring and lean towards florals. However, the last 5 springs have been so different temperature-wise that I no longer know what to expect. This year, for instance, March has been quite harsh and I’ve enjoyed fragrances that I usually use in the winter, such as 777 Khol de Bahrein.

For the draw, I would love a chance to try any of the following:

    Grandiflora Boronia
Week-End In Normandy by Parfums de Nicolai
    Romanza by Masque Milano
    Osmanthus by Ormonde Jayne
Lune Feline by Atelier des Ors

    I live in the EU

  • gregorysop says:

Spring Season fragrances are always something to look forward to. This has been a long winter with a terrible flu season and yet it is still not yet over. There are several fragrances listed that I would love to win. Ohio is still getting snow tonight and tomorrow….so ready for spring.
    From USA
Any one of the following would be my selection
    Lune Feline Atelier des Ors
    Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus
    Perfumology Grange

  • I like flower fragrances for spring.
    I would like to win:

    50 ml of Boronia
100 ml of Parfums de Nicolai Week-End In Normandy
    35 ml of Romanza
    100ml of Tuberose Absolue
    120 ml of Osmanthus
    100 ml of Lune Feline

    It’s still very cold here.

  • The weather over here is awefull right now. One day the sun is shining and you feel the spring in the air and the other day it’s cold and snowing again.

Lot’s of lovely fragrances are mentioned. My favorite spring notes are ciitrus, neroli and orange blossom and I would love to win:
    Boronia, Grandiflora
    Romanza, Masque
Week-End In Normandy, Parfums de Nicolai
    Osmanthus, Ormonde Jayne
    Tuberose Absolue, Perris Monte Carlo

I live in EU. Thank you so much for this, yet again, awesome draw.

  • I am excited to try Lune Feline- powdery and gourmand sounds so lovely!
The weather is not too bad. For the past few months, it’s either been raining, windy, frosty or just generally cold and miserable. Today and yesterday, it has been lovely.

    I’d love to win:
    Lune Feline Atelier des Ors
    Grandiflora Boronia
Week-End In Normandy by Parfums de Nicolai
    Romanza by Masque Milano
    Osmanthus by Ormonde Jayne

Thank you. I live in the EU.

  • In seattle today it rained, snowed, rained, snowed again, and is now sunny….very odd weather. spring scents rely so much on the weather of the day – gray and rainy (Seattle, after all) or springy, sunny and warm!
    I’d love to win

Ineke After my own heart (lilac – sigh)
    Tubereuse Absolue (with Broom!!)
    Lune Feline (warm)
    Weekend in Normandy
    Romanza
thank you for the lovely reviews – all sound wonderful, and your images are such fun

  • A few of the choices are favorites of mine, particularly Weekend in Normandy and Romanza. The ones I am not familiar with also sound delightful. The weather in Texas is starting to hint at the summer heat we will be experiencing soon but I’m trying to appreciate the short-lived spring while it lasts. I’d love to win:
    Grandiflora Boronia
    Masque Milano Romanza
    Perris Monte Carlo Tuberose Absolue
    Atelier des Ors Lune Feline
I am in the U.S., thank you for the generous draw!

  • Having grown up in New Zealand, and now living in Poland, the unpredictability of Spring really resonates with me. We snowed in Poznan in the last few days, only to wake up this morning to a comfortable 7*C. And Auckland, NZ, as many may know, boasts a reputation of having ‘four seasons in one day’. Finding that we have finally turned the corner and truly entered the warmer seasons, being able to change both clothing and perfume wardrobes, is a highly anticipated moment.
Thank you for such a generous opportunity! I am in the EU and I would love to win:

    – Grandiflora Boronia
    – Perris Monte Carlo Tuberose Absolue
    – Parfums de Nicolai Weekend in Normandy
    – Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus

  • I noticed most of your spring picks are florals, and that’s what I tend to reach for in the springtime too. Seattle is still rainy and cool, although we’ve had a few unseasonably warm, sunny days. It’s amazing how cheerful everyone becomes here when the sun comes out! Thank you for the drawing. I’m in the US, and I would love to win any of the fragrances, but my top picks would be:

Week-End In Normandy by Parfums de Nicolai
    Romanza by Masque Milano
    Osmanthus by Ormonde Jayne
    Perris Monte Carlo Tuberose Absolue
    Atelier des Ors Lune Feline
    Perfumology Grange
    Ineke After My Own Heart

  • WaltherP99 says:

Interesting list for sure-some great choices, and some…2 to be precise …not so much.I do own and love Romanza and i’ve smelled Grange (like a lot) , Boronia (love) , Lune Feline (love) and Osmanthus (love) . I’ll have to strongly disagree with 2 of your contributers statements :
1.Danu Seith-Fyr about Boronia – on my skin at least this one is a very nice fruity-boozie concoction with the hint of tobacco. If you’re not in Alaska or Minnesota this one is NOT a spring fragrance.
    2. Gail Gross about Lune Feline – love it and it’s a nice choice for the spring, but “delightfully chewy sweet gourmand”…NO.I am a gourmand lover and if he really thinks Lune Feline is a true swet gourmand…he’ll get both diabetes and a lot of cavities from most modern true gourmands.
    I’d like to win :
    1.Lune Feline
    2.Boronia
    3.Osmanthus
Virginia USA 95% of the time and London UK from time to time.

  • Theses are some nice choices for Spring. I haven’t tried any from above and would like to someday. I would go with Grange, Weekend in Normand, Ineke Rühland, Ormonde Jayn. From California and I believe it’s been a nice warm and cool winter but now in to Spring and mostly sunny days here. Thanks

  • I’m familiar with just 2 of the fragrances – Osmanthus by Ormonde Jayne and Grange by Perfumology -both are great. My husband owns Grange.
It’s super cold in VA ..
I hope i’ll be able to win Osmanthus by Ormonde Jayne , Boronia by Grandiflora or Lune Feline by Atelier des Ors-what a great bottle.
    Winchester VA

  • A wonderful article. All the choices sound amazing! Winter has been hanging on here in Ohio, gray, gray, gray. I need a dose of spring!
My choice would be either Romanza or Osmanthus. Thank you Cafleurbon!

  • Maxscent88 says:

Loved the description of Romanza and Osmanthus which I own the OJ. Bought that from Luckycent and it’s perfect for Warmer weather.
Romanza and boronia sound wonderful and I love everything by Duchaufour. Thanks for the great post

  • Anna Egeria says:

Lovely reviews! I’m inspired to try Une Fleur de Cassis. The weather here has been sunny but cold! It should be warming up this next week. My choices of fragrances are Romanza and
Boronia. Thank you for this drawing. I’m in the US.

  • Tom Schroeder says:

I love all the choices for Spring described above. Springtime in San Jose, California is fabulous from an olfactory perspective. Roses love the climate of the Bay Area. Orange blossoms also abound.

Of the fragrances listed for the draw, I am attracted to:
    * Atelier des Ors Lune Feline
    * Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus
    * Parfums de Nicolai Week-End In Normandy
    * Masque Milano Romanza
    * Grandiflora Boronia
    * Perfumology Grange

    I live in the USA

  • Great choices I must say and Lune Feline has really caught my attention with its powdery and gourmand notes, it is my kind of perfume!
The weather here is changing from bright and sunny during morning to windy during midday with heavy clouds giving their turn to mad showers due to the Sahara desert in the evening.
    My choices:
    – Lune Feline
    – Osmanthus
    – Tuberose Absolue
    – Week-End In Normandy
    – Boronia
    – Romanza
Thank you very much for the generous draw. I live in EU.

  • laureneboucher says:

Thank you for sharing such a wonderful post! So many of the fragrances look amazing but I am particularly interested in the Ineke After My own Heart and Atelier des Ors Lune Féline. I live in New Hampshire and it was snowing here last night! Such a bummer. I’m looking forward to spring. Side note – I look forward to a website that is mobile friendly and an easier way to log in to make comments. Thank you!
