Dawn Spencer Hurwitz's L'eau d'Iris is the perfect late spring bouquet – one of those "Dutch bouquets" of spring blooms tied up with twine featuring iris as the queen
Her Route d'Iris is a dry powdery wonderful promise of later garden magic and majesty.
Perhaps it's the promise of spring I'm looking for, too.
So we have to hang in and on 'til the end of March.
Damn the little prognosticating rodent in Pennsylvania!
Editor's note: Ground Hog saw its shadow on Ground Hog's Day, so spring should be just a few weeks away if we believe Punxsutawney Phil and Staten Island Chuck.
The draw was random and their name is a good sign that the prognosticating rodent in Pennsylvania is right (which he is 65-80% of the time )
NOTE QUEEN DID NOT RESPOND THE NEW WINNER IS MEGGIE
