Goldfield & Bank Sunset Hour explores the novelty of the Quandong, a wild Desert Peach from Australia, as it takes center stage in the composition, pouring its delicious juice over the rest of the ingredients.
Wit & West Perfumes is a Colorado based artisan natural perfumery founded in 2021 by Whitley Swales, and her husband Rob Westendorf. Wit & West is a passion-based business, paying homage to traditional methods of artisan perfumery through both their Bespoke Experience (custom designed perfumes) and our process of handcrafting their perfumes and colognes in small batches using 100% all-natural ingredients including custom handmade tinctures and enfleurage extraits carefully selected, sourced and handmade from raw materials including those from their very own garden.
Thai perfumer Nutt Wesshasartat, who had been on Husen Baba’s radar for some time, was chosen for I Am Darkness because of his facility with white florals, including a key element of AZAMAN Perfumes I Am Darkness, frangipani flower, which is native to Thailand. I Am Darkness is a beautiful incense fragrance built, unconventionally, on a chypre structure.
As the author of her own story, Nathalie Feisthauer decided to create a floral, spicy scent with musky and slightly gourmand undertones. One built on powerful ingredients. The challenge to produce a natural fragrance using strong and aggressive notes was to balance them and subtly blend them, to bring across the beauty of Parfumeurs du Monde Nam Chaa as uplifting, yet, soft and soothing.
