Roja Parfums Sweetie Aoud Review + Great Gourmand Draw

When CaFleureBon Editor Sebastian Jara interviewed Roja Dove at the Roja Parfums boutique at the Burlington Arcade, he had the opportunity to speak with Roja about many of Mr. Dove’s fragrances. But what wowed him? Roja Parfums Sweetie Aoud is a gourmand with a unique patisserie accord, delicious with a buttery tone that blends beautifully with oud that stopped him and he declared “I am in love”. In his Roja Parfums Sweetie Aoud is the most beautiful gourmand he has ever smelled.  Launched in 2015, it may not be as well-known as many of the Roja Parfums, but Sebastian who used to cook and bake with his mother, can’t  praise it highly enough.

What a wonderful giveaway. I've sampled Sweetie Aoud at Beverly Hills Perfumery and it's amazing. I love that it's gourmand and the oud isn't overpowering.  I enjoyed Sebastian's interview with Roja Dove and discussing the joys of gourmand perfumes. Thanks again for the giveaway!

  • Doni Light says:

Absolutely love that cut to Roja describing the patisserie accord.  He's such a gem that one.  A stroke of genius combining aoud with warm, buttery bread!  Haven't gotten close to trying everything from the house, but my favourites are still Enigma and Oligarch.  Really interested to try this one!  USA

  • My favorite Roja Dove fragrance is Diaghilev. I typically like, but don’t love gourmands; however, I love gourmand notes with oud. What I liked most about Sebastian’s review was the way he annunciated sweetie and that he claims  this fragrance is almost orgasmic…I have almost had a fragrance O before…maybe this could get me all the way lol! I’d love a chance to win. Thanks to everyone who is making this giveaway possible!

  • Sebastian is a master reviewer as Roja is a master perfumer. 1st time I heard of a patisserie accord. When Sebastian mention this fragrance notes and said it is almost orgasmic made me smile ear to ear! Beautiful review. I pray I get my nose on this gourmand masterpiece. I need this sweet juice in my life for sure. I live in USA, CA.

  • sukhbirgill says:

Very Interesting Review by Sebastian, I like the way he described notes and there is some note not mentioned in fragrantica but Sebastian explained real good. I like gourmand perfumes and love to try this. I love Elysium Parfum Pour Homme.

  • fazalcheema says:

Sebastian's review indicates it is more of a gourmand fragrance than oud-centered one. the ones I have tried from Roja, danger is the one I like. US.

  • travelscentsibilities says:

Well, when a video starts out with Sebastian claiming that he's in love and head over heels for a fragrance, you know it's going to be good. I like how it's described as walking into a pâtisserie and smelling a buttery brioche or croissant but combined with oud. Unique and orgasmic? Sign me up! I've not tried many by Roja Dove, but I did get a chance to sample Amber Aoud at Beverly Hills Perfumery and loved it. I am a huge fan of gourmand fragrances.

  • Kuztomized says:

I felt like I could smell this based on his description alone.  I have never owned a Roja fragrance, just smelled a few testers.  I like some gourmands in the right weather, but I wouldn’t call myself a gourmand lover.

  • Wow croissants and oud! I love gourmands and like many but haven’t tried any by Roja Parfums. Sounds delicious

    Sweetie Aoud be mine

    I live in Nebraska

  • sammyfire2001 says:

I love Sebsatian's passion for gourmond fragrances. I share this love.  I have never smelled a Roja Parfum fragrance and would love this to be the first

  • This fragrance is described as a beautiful gourmand, with buttery notes. I'd like to try it because Roja Dove Parfums are superb. I've only sampled a few. Sebastian Jara’s review had my mouth watering, lol. Thanks for another fabulous draw! USA

  • Awesome review sounds amazing. I live in Florida. The lavender topped off with the nutmeg sounds crazy would love to smell

  • I haven't seen Sebastian speak like this about a fragrance in a while. My partner is a big fan of his and very active in his community (in fact, I'm entering this for her, as I'm a mere witness to her museum-worthy fragrance collection), and I often get to test the creations he recommends- so I trust that this is, indeed, spectacular. • twiggy3634 says:

Sebastian is the go-to reviewer for all things gourmand. I like that the video included a snippet of Sebastian's day with Mr. Roja Dove himself as you can see his genuine enthusiasm smelling Sweetie Aoud. Mt favorite Roja Dove is the original Aoud. I also love gourmands. Cheers from Indiana, US.

  • deeemolina1 says:

I used to work in bake shop and i vividly remember how the smell of phyllo crisping up in the oven would wake me up even before my morning coffee! The aroma of butter browning and flour toasting would have to be one of my favorite scent memories in this lifetime and im glad me and Sebastian share that memory; heck i think everyone of us should share such a comforting memory! I have never sampled any Roja scent as i dont have access to it, but i wouldnt mind if sweetie aoud takes away my roja virginity. Thank you folks of Cafleurebon for this giveaway! hoping to win!

    Much Mahalo from Hawaii!

  • Wow! Sweetie Aoud sounds amazing. That patisserie accord is something I've never experienced before, and I love citrus and oud as well. Sebastian's descriptions are always spot on, and I so enjoyed Sebastian's full interview with Roja (in another video), he asks great questions and I could listen to Roja talk about fragance all day. Thank you for the opportunity to win, in the USA.

  • Ortega Desire says:

I love croissants with Nutella on top with a glass of milk. Sebastian review keeps reminding me that. I’d love to put my nose on this delicious gourmand.

  • Well, from the sounds of it, this fragrance is something special. I've never heard of a 'patisserie accord', but it sounds heavenly. I haven't smelled any Roja fragrances, but this one sounds especially interesting. I like gourmands especially, because they can evoke so many memories of sweets we all love, without the calories.

  • Love Sebastians review, although I don't think he's pronouncing sweetie correctly. His sounds like sweet Tea. If I win this, I'll say it anyway he wants. Lol.

  • Adriana860 says:

I would absolutely aaaadore this fragrance! I love oud and especially when it it intertwined with gourmand. I think this fragrance would be fun to try out!

Sebastian is the first Youtuber I have watched that reviews fragrances with great passion. You can see that he is honest and genuine in his reviews. This review was well done, I liked how he connected with the fragrance and explained how it reminded him of his childhood. Baking is a huge part of my childhood as well, and funny enough croissants are my favorite pastry. Sebastian’s review on Sweetie Aoud was well descriptive, I can imagine how well the notes blend together. Some of my favorite notes in Sweetie Aoud is cardamom, rose, cedar and bergamot. Gourmands are my favorite types of fragrance because they’re warm and comforting. The best  part of Gourmand parfums is that it’s so realistic, you can taste it. Although, I don’t have a Roja fragrance yet, I do have a couple that is on my list to get. My favorite Roja parfum I have smelt is Scandal Pour Homme Roja for men.

  • naveenkumar says:

Gourmandish review from @smelling Great Fragrance Reviews  Thanks sebastian!

I really like the way he decribed the accord of the parfum.

Till now my fav gourmand perfume is Salvatore Ferragamo Uomo.

After his review, I really want to try the sample of Roja Sweetie Aoud.

Hope I will get and try it.

    Cheers!

awesome Review like always man!  I love your videos and your awesome collection of fragrances can’t wait to put my nose on this

  • leilawaleila says:

Omg, Sebastian’s description of this perfume is mouth watering! I’ve never tried Roja perfume before as I live far from the store that carries them, but I’m definitely stopping by next time I’m in that area. I love delicious smells like this one. I’m also interested in smelling Goodnight Kiss by Roja. Seems like it’s based on very sentimental story. Thanks! Lili, Florida

  • The best reviewer showing that he loves what he really loves.

Its amazing how we can see when Sebastian is really impressed with some perfume.

My favorite Roja is PdLN 3 for sure.

    Who doesnt like gourmand perfumes?

  • Charlize Almeida says:

DELICIOUS REVIEW!!! Sounds like an amazing fragrance! I can't wait to try my bottle!!! Fingers crossed!!! ☝️

Sebastian’s review is spot on. This fragrance is mouth watering and delicious. I only have had the privilege of a sample of this masterpiece. Hopefully I can add this to my collection via this giveaway!

  • bigscoundrel says:

If Sebastian, who loves gourmands, is blown away, then there is no doubt this one is incredible. I’ve only tried Elysium from Roja Dove, but I really enjoy it. Sweetie Aoud is probably going to turn me into a lover of gourmands and Roja Dove fragrances. I’m in the USA.

  • Alex Chaulk says:

ahh I have been really wanting this one! I love 51 pour femme.  Gourmands are my favorite, and this one is amazing.  I love hearing from the perfumer himself in the review!  From Texas, USA

  • I love Sebastián when saya orgasmic that make me feel I need to try it look like is a masterpiece plus is a ROJA that is a big plus!!

  • alexchaulk says:

Wow I really want this one.  I love 51 pour femme.  Gourmands are my favorite, and this one is amazing.  I love hearing from the perfumer himself in the review!  From Texas, USA

  • As a gourmand lover, how can you not want to put hands on this given Sebastian’s enthusiasm? I’m enjoying Elysium for Spring. It was a New Years resolution for more  Roja Dove …. make it happen!

  • Love Sebastian's reviews this fragrance sounds awesome I have not experienced any roja dove would love to try this one.

  • alexchaulk says:

I love sebastian's reviews.  I really would love to win this one!!  As a gourmand lover, this one is right up my alley.  Roja parfums are masterpieces (hard to pick a favorite), and this one is no exception!

  • Amy Leonhardt says:

I’ve never seen him so in love! I love gourmand smells, and I want to pretend I’m in Paris! I have not tried any Roja. The buttery note sounds like Selperniku, which I love, but Love and Crime is also a favorite, but that one is super sweet. CA USA

  • It was great hearing Roja Dove talk about this fragrance and of course seeing Sebastian's "wow" reaction was great too.  Elysium is my favorite Roa Dove fragrance.  Gourmands are certainly fun in the cooler months.

  • rosiedolly says:

I actually requested a review on a perfume EXACTLY like this one, on one of his past videos, he responded (so kind of him) saying to stay tuned for there would be a video on a sweet fragrance like this one, on Thursday (which is today) and since I love his videos so so much, I came back right when he posted today and I’m so happy with his review, I’ve been searching for a fragrance that makes me smell like I just ran through a pastry kitchen, rolled around in sugar and danced in between cupcakes…really descriptive but I just love the smell of sweet baked goods.

  • Doc2SmellG8 says:

The passion and joy Sebastion displays during this review took this to the next level. He is a man who obviously knows his way around a scents collection and for him to be so exited when encountering a new fragrance can only fan the flames  of desire in all of us gourmand lovers.

  • I love gourmand perfume, just purchased tuxedo by YSL a few days ago. Sebastian's review describing the scent has me sold. The buttery dough and fruity accord sounds lovely. The only Roja I tried is Elysium and it was great but pricey. From Michigan, USA.

  • heribertomaya says:

This is one of the most amazing gourmands I have ever tried, bar none.  What I loved about his review was his 100% accurate description of the "Barkery" aspect of the scent,  without ever going cloying like most other gourmands.  Masterpiece.

  • I'd love to smell as good as Sebastián describes this frag. If Dove says it smells so good people would want to eat me, then sign me up!

Excited to try this! Love gourmands  US here

  • I'm a big fan of gourmand fragrances. There is something comforting about scents that remind you of treats from your past. I haven't had a chance to sample many Roja scents but I have a bottle of Creation E which I love. Tennessee here

  • Oh my gosh, I am dieing to try this I would be so grateful to get a chance.

I loved Sebastians review because of his description of what he smells, it sounds mouthwatering! I too absolutely love the doughy smell that comes along with baking, and I love all things baking in general. The smells and product that come as a end result are delicious.

I have not had a chance to try and Roja Dove but am a Gourmand LOVER big time.
Thank you Europerfumes and Can for the chance!

  • citizenkage says:

I  loved how truly excited Sebastian was with this fragrance. I think he might have a new favorite. Roja makes some fantastic fragrances but I think my favorite is enigma. I do like gourmand fragrances. I live in Florida, USA.

  • Oh man this sounds heavenly. If Sebastian says "orgasmic", you know it has to be really, really good! I love some gourmands, and some I do not. Depends on the notes. This fragrance has a huge list of ingredients. Roja is definitely a top of the class house. I love Elysium. I would very much love to try this! Thank you for the chance of possibly winning a bottle!! NY, US.

  • Love gourmand fragrances! I loved it when Sebastian called the scent "orgasmic." Hilde Soliani's "Orgasmo" happens to also smell like buttery bread dough in the dry-down.I have a 10ml of Roja Doce's Tuberose, which is delightful. I must try Sweetie Aoud!

  • Like always a fantastic review from Sebastian. I love gourmands in general and the way Sebastian explains in the video (patisserie accord with smooth oud and sweet plus buttery) simply mouthwatering. I would love to try this fantastic fragrance, thanks for the chance, Oakland US.

  • brandonmont says:

Loved the review as always! This is at the very top of my wish list. I would be so so so happy to win this one!!!! I love gourmands

  • jrstults82 says:

I enjoyed Sebastian's straight forward description and including Roja in on the video. My favorite from Roja is Enigma and I do enjoy gourmand scents. Thanks for such an incredible giveaway. USA-IL

  • Derek Vela says:

I have a virgin nose for roja Parfums. And always love Sebastiáns take on fragrances

  • What always gets me is when Sebastian says, "delicious." My fave Roja is probably Enslaved. I didn't used to like gourmands but have bought a few of them that are vanilla-based or chocolate and have loved a few. My nose is changing. I still hate oakmoss though! I'm in USA.

  • I enjoyed the one on one interview with Roja and how the frangrance is described as rich and buttery like a croissant. Most of the gourmands I have sampled are too sweet for my taste, and I would love to get my nose on one that leans a different way. The only Roja Dove fragrance I've sampled so far is a decant of Elysium and I love it!

  • Boy!  What can I say!  I really would love to smell this!  After that review from Sebastian all I want to do is find a nice buttery croissant to eat!  🙂  Sebastian always gives a word picture that is exciting.  I'm not anywhere near a place to smell Roja fragrances so I can't say I have a favorite one.  I'd be thrilled to win the giveaway but if I don't I will have to get my hands on a sample.  Thanks for the chance.  In the USA.

  • mforce20000 says:

Great review and comments Sebastian!  I've smelled the DUA version of this and its quite nice.  Reminds me of black phantom from the atomizer but quite different on skin.  Id love to try and own the original.  Ive not smelled any Rojas yet!

  • Diego Velazquez says:

Sebastian always does a great job, definitely have to get my nose on it in the future!

  • I loved how Sebastian said the fragrance is like an orgasmic to him! I don't have a favorite from Roja Parfums because I have never had the opportunity to try or sample them! I love gourmand fragrances and it would be incredible and a pleasure if I won this fragrance for I have always wanted to try Roja fragrances! Thanks for this opportunity!

  • This gourmand sounds amazing! Plus an oud that shouldn't offend the masses(I personally love a heavy oud though). I really enjoy Sebastian's outtake to his collaboration with Roja Dove with Roja's thoughts on the fragrance. I would love to on this one! I appreciate the opportunity for the giveaway. I am in Michigan, USA.

  • Absolutely fantastic video from Sébastian. I love how particular Mr, Roja Dove is when composing his fragrances.  His line is unique and so extraordinary.  As a gourmand lover, I would love to smell this wonderful scent. Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity.

    Cheers

  • Always had a difficult time imagining what this one smells like.    Sebastian came through again with a brilliant description.   Enjoyed his highly detailed impression, really helps.   Love gourmands almost more than any other category.   Can be hard to find a good one at times.   Creation E is my favorite Roja hands down, just delicious.

  • newyork318 says:

I’ve recently come to be very fond of a number of Roja’s creations, Diaghilev being my favorite, but haven’t yet gotten a chance to smell this one, and probably would have continued to overlook it had Sebastian not given this great review. I really also appreciate hearing from Roja himself about this fragrance. I enjoy gourmands generally, but this sounds like an awfully special one! US.

  • Wow! What a treat! I love that Sebastian mentioned that the smell remains him a childhood, when he was spending a precious time with his mother baking. I love Roja’s Enigma. I would be the happiest man on Earth if I win this one!

  • What a huge giveaway!!!!!!

What I like about your reviews you describe the fragrance and you make me smell it somehow

Sebastian knows his ouds and deep "big" frags really well. Favorite Roja has to be Elixir for me! Love gourmands, but typically semi-gourmands like BR540 extrait

  • great video review, loved the display in the store and as a big fan of gourmands this seems right for me.

  • I like gourmands…though I don't have many of them.  And I always love Sebastien's reviews. He's precise in his descriptions, but it's his enthusiasm that makes them so winning.  I've never tried a Roja Dove fragrance.  Perhaps this draw will give me the chance to try Sweetie Aoud.  I'm in the US and am also a Smelling Great subscriber.

  • I have a few Roja Dove samples but none of their bottles. Gourmand is my favorite scents. I love when you speak of things you have done with your mom. Oud and patisseries wow! I’m in Clearwater Florida. Would love to get my nose on this Roja fragarance to review.

  • Haven’t tried many gourmands, but this sounds amazing. Sebastian’s descriptions are always colorful and intriguing. I would love to try this Roja! From Utah.

  • I always enjoy Sebastian’s reviews because of his choice of words in reviewing the fragrances. I live gourmand perfumes but I don’t have any favorite Roja Parfums as of now.

    I live in California.

  • Owning one of Roja's perfums has been my goal for the longest and I definitely want that it's be a great addition to my collection, Thank you subastian for giving us this opportunity to win one, I always enjoy your reviews

  • What a review!  Sebastian really seems to like this one. Sounds like it could be a favorite the way he paised it. I love gourmand fragrances IF they are done right.  My current favorite Roja is Creation E. I live in the U.S. and would like to win the tester.

Skin good enough to eat. Now that's a good thing, isn't it?..said Mr. Rojas Dove. Sebastian I've heard a lot of perfume descrptions over the years but that one IS rich. I'm still laughing. Mr. Dove  has a fun personality. Hope you do another interview with him. The perfume sounds fun too. Never tried a sweet buttery accord before. But why not!

  • Shaheen Ferris says:

He had a fragasm…does it get much better than this? Not sure hiw. Always a great review. Thanks Sebastian. Virginia/ Creation-E

  • I enjoyed Sebastian's interview with Roja immensely;he is such an elegant man with a deep passion for fragrance.  It was wonderful to listen to him describe his inpirations and love of his fragrances and I love gourmand fragrances!  The only Roja Dove fragrance I've smelled is Elysium, and it is a great fragrance.  When Sebastian stated he was 'in love' with Sweetie Aoud, and that it is 'orgasmic', I wanted to get my nose on it right away!  The way Sebastian described this fragrance on his skin makes me want to wear it and smell delicious too!  I am from the USA.  Thank you!

  • Ron A.G Salmon says:

Sadly, I’ve never had a chance to try this one, but after watching your video, I’m head-over-heals in love❤️…. Every single day of our existence we learn new things.  For me today it was this “patisserie accord”!  I’m a huge fan and connoisseur of hugh-end pastry shops and bakeries and such and I’m truly truly tempted to delve into this blend, to experience that rich, diabetetes-inducing butteriness from that accord.  I think croissant, I think danish, I think lavish opulence…..  Interestingly, I’ve experienced thus buttery appeal from Iris butter or Orris in many top quality niche scents- some of them Roja’s….  I know it’s most likely going to be a very different type of butteriness and I look forward to trying it one day, either luckily via thus contest or acsample with purchase from Osswald’s or another store I frequently shop at….

Currently, I own about 12 offerings from thus iconic & eclectic House & I must say, my top 3 are:  Kuwait, Creation E & Elysium Parfum….  Honorable mention to Neroli Extrait.  Sadly, my bottle is now down to 10mls or less…..  By the way, I’d ❤️to hear you break down the nuances of the 3 offerings in the Tutti Fruity Collection……  It would be most educational Friend……

Peace & Love From Orange, New Jersey Sir and please do keep up the fine work.

  • What an awesome giveaway! This is a dream fragrance for me and I would love to win this! Sadly, there are no places I could even sample this in my town!

  • Sebastian, Roja Parfums Sweetie Aoud sounds like an amazing fragrance.  A fragrance with a ton of basenotes along with Aoud and a Patisserie Accord that is to die for.  It sounds truly amazing.  I haven't had the opportunity to sample this, but I know there are a lot of amazing fragrances from the Roja Parfums fragrance house.

  • ShenaJane says:

Sweetie Aoud sounds amazing! Love the mention of a bakery note and I love gourmands. I haven't tried a lot from Roja parfums but I do enjoy 51 pour femme for its fluffy sweetness. I would love to enter!

Not all , but most Roja Dove fragrances are very complex , so i presume Sweetie Aoud will be just as good.

Of course i love gourmands – that's my favorite genre . Like ~ 40% of the fragrances in my collection are gourmands.
    Thank you for this draw.
I am a fan of Roja Dove fragrances-own full bottles of Parfum Version of Enigma/Creation-E and vintage version of Bergamot Extrait –by FAR the best bergamot fragrance ever imo … unfortunately discontinued
    I do follow all of you on  Instagram @cafleurebon , @lookfeelsmellgreat @rojaparfums , @official_europerfumes .I also follow @rojadove and @hauteparfumerie .

  • I reeeeaally enjoy gourmands and it sounds like Sebastian does as well! He always brings so much energy and knowledge to his reviews. My favroite ROJA would be Creation-E. Lovely stuff! Arkansas

  • Suzansabdallah says:

I would love to win this because gourmand is my life. I am layering SDV and Feve Delisciouse (IN THE OFFICE) as I type this. My daily bed time scent is Un Bois Vanille…I have tried hundreds of gourmands but something was always missing. I am pretty sure that this will be what I've been looking for all my life. I could tell how good it is by how excited Sabastian was. And I have watched him for years and can tell the difference when he's just reviewing something good…Vs when he's blown away by a perfume. I have never tried a Roja perfume and my birthday is coming up in ten days so this would be the best gift ever. I live in Delaware USA (hence I don’t really have access to niche perfumes). Sending positive vibes to everyone.

  • d3m0lici0n says:

What a great review, a well made gourmand is certainly a treat for the senses. And to dash some oud on top of that makes it perfect.

Would love to win this one!

I live in the US. Thanks

  • Awesome giveaway!  I enjoy gourmands and really love the idea of the buttery note.  I love cossiants so this sounds wonderful. A great review from Sebastian.  My favorite Roja is Fetish.  Live in the US and thanks again for the giveaway.

  • SheogorathWaldo says:

I always enjoy Sebastian's reviews and his love for gourmands, but I have yet to find many gourmands I love. Angelique Noire by Guerlain is one, and I'd like to add to that list, perhaps with Sweetie Aoud. I sadly have not tried many Rojas, but I really like Midsummer Dream and am seeking a bottle.

  • snsepulveda1 says:

I always appreciate the thoughness of Sebatians reviews, he has greatly impacted my sense of taste in fragrances and sweetie AOUD is no different I can't wait to try it!

  • redwheelbarrow says:

Good god this sounds amazing! I love gourmands and have yet to try any Roja frangrances. Thanks to Sebastian for causing an instant craving for some pastries. I would love to win this one. I am in the US.

  • Like always sebastian has convinced me I need to smell this! I love baked goods especially croissants and the smell of baking bread is just heavenly! I am also a big fan of oud so combine that with gourmands and you have a winner. I haven't tried anything from Roja yet but this just jumped to the top of my must try list and the bottle is absolutely gorgeous as well! Thank you for the giveaway I am in the USA in AZ.

  • Bubeto_GG says:

What a generous giveaway . As a said a couple of times Sebastian to me is the best Youtube reviewer.Bought over 15 niche fragrances beacause of him.

Mouthwatering i how i can describe this review , but not fair at the same time – i'm on a diet … Parisian patisserie ? Not fair to mention such thing.

The only full bottle Roja Dove fragrance that i own is Risque for men – phenomenal scent , and the best Roja Dove fragrance i’m familiar with , and one of the best fragrance i’ve ever smelled. It’s marketed for men only, but it’s 100% unisex to me-as a woman i don’t have a problem wearing it.In US is known as Creation R….don’t know why?!?

Sure i love gourmands – wearing Choco Violet Mancera atm .
Best wishes to all of you , and thank you for this fantastic giveaway.
    Cheers from VA

  • This is a great one. I enjoyed how Sebastian incorporated vieos of Roja discussing the frargrance in his video. I also enjoy Fortnum & Mason The Perfume

  • alldayalldre says:

I like the snippets of Roja giving his interpretation of this fragrance. I’ve only smelled Elysium but have always loved gourmand oud fragrances. Presentation is phenomenal as well!

  • Amirpasha says:

Thank you so much for this give away!! And wow what a perfume , just sampled it and I’m in love with it. I love how Sebastian describes all the notes, my fav roja is sweetie oud by far!! I love gourmands so much!!! I hope I get this!!

    USA CALIFORNIA

  • Wow. This seems like a great one! Great video. I didn't remember this from his interview with Roja. I haven't smelled this one yet. I really like some of Roja's perfumes, esp. Creation E. I'm inherently suspect of the aoud label, but love gourmands.

  • RobertNicolasB says:

Yes, love the energy and excitement.  I have only tried Musk Aoud and I own Elysium.  I cant get enough of the Elysium Parfum…wow!!! Would love to win something Sebastian is so enthusiastic about.  Thanks for the opportunity!!! USA

  • The evident love that Sebastian has for the Parisian patisserie and the inherent memories that it evokes within him of baking with his mother is what I liked about this review. Just hearing his description of the doughy aroma dripping with butter made me hungry! I would be so grateful if I was selected to receive a bottle of this amazing composition. Thanks Sebastian for reviewing Sweetie Aoud! I'm in Oregon, USA

  • DoogieHowser111 says:

I've been waiting for a gourmand fragrance to try to win! My only fragrance with cardamom currently is CH Men Privee, and I just have a feeling this is going to be leaps and bounds above it in quality.

  • saadfragrance says:

I love how Sebastian descrobes it sort of like a buttered croissant and his start to the video saying im in loveee GOD I WANT THIS. Ummm sorry got a bit carried away favourite is enigma from roja parfums and i adore gpurmand perfumes something about them is just so sensual.

  • I loved the way he described how Sweetie Aoud brought him back to his childhood. For me fragances are like going on a trip back to places we have been or also places we are still to discover and I would live to travel to Sweetie Aoud Patisserie.

  • Dcamp938876 says:

Sebastien’s passion for perfumery is ever present in this review and that is my favorite part about all of his reviews. I currently do not own any Roja Doves so it would be an honor to receive this prize as I absolutely adore gourmands more than any other kind of perfumery. Thanks you in advance:)

  • I’ve never smelled a Roja Dove scent before but I’ve heard a great deal about them, and this one sounds like it could be just my type. I love gourmand scents and anything with a patisserie accord must be a winner! I enjoyed getting to see a bit of Sebastian’s interview with Roja. What fun it must be to meet the creators of scents you love – it’s great to see Sebastian so enthusiastic! I’m in the US. Many thanks!

  • I loved Sebastian's enthusiasm for this fragrance! I love gourmand fragrances so I've got to try this. Unfortunately, I've never tried a Roja fragrance.

  • According to Sebastian its all about the base… no treble.  Never experienced a Roja fragrance, so I do not have one.   Some of my favorite gourmands are Foxcroft Fairgrounds, 1 Million Luck, and Unknown Pleasures.   Thanks for the giveaway USA

  • HassanAlnasser says:

Roja is on of the highest quality perfumes I have ever smelled, I really  like a lote of there perfumes, my favorite would be the oud collection especially Amber Oud, I like this compnation. I am really excited abour t sweeti oud, it sounds unique and very delicious, would be perfect gift to my fiancé in our anniversary.

All thanks to Sebastian for the great review.

  • Ooh, this sounds delish! I really enjoy gourmands and the little touch of oud added makes it sound incredible. Sebastian always does such great reviews that make me want to run out and buy the fragrance he talks about!

    I live in the USA.

  • So great review!! Perfect, great job, Sebastian.

I am excited by your enthusiasm  and how you excited by this perfume.

I am gourmands lover too, and need to test oud- gourmand notes combination by Roja. As I understood, this perfume must be tested only on skin, because in some perfumes I hate sweetie- oud duet from paper..

From Roja my favorite perfume is Fetish Parfum Pour Homme.

  • shonparker3 says:

Sebastian provided a great review of Sweetie Aoud. I have been wanting to sample this fragrance for a while. I even thought about purchasing DUA's version. I would really like to win this fragrance. I really like Roja's Elysium. I am subscribed to Sebastian on youtube. I have purchased samples of some of the fragrances he has reviewed.

  • I have rarely seen Sebastian so excited and in love with a fragrance and I really enjoyed seeing how enraptured he was with this one.  I have only smelled Elysium Pour Homme and it was ethereal!  I don't own any Roja parfums yet unfortunately.  Love, love, love gourmand scents and can't wait to smell this one.

  • Awesome review as always! Thank you Sebastian, thank you Mychelin.

Sebastian described this perfume with so much fervent, saing that this he fall in love with this perfume, or Sweetie oud is "orgasmic" gourmand, thant I will run to shop for testing this beautiful woody-gourmand perfume.

I am sure that this one has high quality ingredient as other Roja's perfumes.

I like Creatin-E (Enigma) Pour Homme EDP and Amber Oud.

    USA

  • This fragrance sounds good and mentioned it’s more Oud and Patesserie. This is a love for Sebastian’s and I would like to get a chance to try this and others from Roja. Haven’t smelled a Roja Parfum yet. Thanks for this great giveaway like many others. California

  • I am not familiar with any of Roja Dove's perfumes but this one sounds amazing, especially trust Sebastian's enthusiasm for this one. Thank you for the draw. USA

  • I have always loved Sebastian’s great reviews. I loved hearing how sensual and evocative he found this fragrance. This patisserie accord is what dreams are made of! I am always striving to find the fragrances of the highest quality that are able to suspend time in place and transport my consciousness into another space. Take me to the bakery in the mind of the master himself, Roja!  Roja Dove’s incredible creativity and mastery of this art form is the fragrant hidden truffle my nose has been trying to sniff out all this time. So excited to have a chance to bring something as special as this into my modest collection. Grateful for the giveaway. Cheers!

  • Ivan.napoleon says:

I love gourmand and this is probably gonna be my fav Roja. Id love to try this frag.

    Miami Florida Thanks

  • I like how informative the review was. I have been on a Roja kick lately. Qatar is probably my new favorite but I would love to try this one.

  • I always enjoy Sebastian's reviews; they are informative in terms of the notes and I like his style in describing the notes, the development of the fragrance, and why he likes what he likes. I've always been partial to gourmands, and to have a gourmand oud combo just sounds so enticing! But I think what is different with this gourmand is the buttery pastry accord, instead of being a dessert-like gourmand, and it does sound mouth-watering.

I live in the USA; thanks for the giveaway!

  • WOW

If connoisseur like Mr Jara is genuinely impressed by Sweetie Aoud it has to be extremely good fragrance.

Pastry Chef in me is screaming " What is going on? I need this one in my life " . So Sweetie Aoud should take me to a Parisian cafe that serves finest brioche and croissants? Europerfumes I need to smell it ASAP.

Unlike some other subscribers my fragrance is not so big , but I have one Roja bottle – Creation E . If was a gift I received from my sister. Since she bought it from London it's called Enigma Pour Homme. For some odd reason only in US the name is Creation E. I later found out all over the world it's known as Enigma. Don't get it , but I'm Pastry Chef and not some high end marketing director.

Adore gourmands,  and not because of my job. Since very young age I've always been attracted to sweet and eatable smells.

Thank you for the great draw.

  • A bit surprised to be honest by this review. If you are collecting fragrances for a long period of time like Sebastian , it should be rare to find new one able to overwhelm you so immensely to use things like " I'm in love " , "most beautiful gourmand" , and even to call it "orgasmic" . Sweetie Aoud should be gourmand on some planetary level.

What I enjoyed about Sebastian review? Everything – his enthusiasm talking about Sweetie Aoud , part with Roja Dove himself , baking himself and patisserie comparison.

I only know 3-4 Roja fragrances . If I dig in more , I'll be able to tell what is my favorite one. From the familiar ones my favorite one is Elysium Pour Homme Parfum , but at the end I got the Cologne version. Even though I prefer both the bottle and the smell of Parfum , price difference between the two is BIG.

What a gorgeous review , and opportunity. Thank you.

What a great chance to win a bottle from Roja Dove.  I own Candy Aoud and Fruity Aoud.  I've never smelled Sweetie Aoud though but it seems to get a lot of praise. I didn't realize until I watched Sebastian's video that sweetie Aoud had a pastry note in it. I would very much love to win a bottle.

I'm in the US and a subscriber to Sebastian's channel.

    Thank you.

I haven’t been a gourmand fan until just recently, when I found a beautiful scent in the Jovoy Mayfair boutique. I also sniffed a couple of Roja scents on my visit to London, but totally missed this one! Sebastian’s review is super intriguing and I’m so curious to try this ASAP! Just like Sebastian, I’m a lover of anything sweet and baked. So far I have no favorite Roja scents, since I haven’t smelled so many.

Florida, US, and obviously a subscriber to Sebastian’s channel. Following all the insta accounts as well.

Thanks for the amazing giveaway and lovely review.

  • IvanVelikov says:

What a giveaway . No wonder so many subscribers entered .

Sebastian’s  reviews usually don’t start with “Oh my I’m in love , I’m absolutely head over hills for Sweetie Aoud “ .

Parisian patisserie that serves the finest brioche and croissants.Roja Dove sure knows his job , so he can get customers and viewers attention.

I like Sebastian’s memories growing up , and how he used to bake with his mom and smelling sweet goodies. Maybe that’s how he got he’s obsession for gourmands.

My favorite Roja Dove is Amber Aoud Absolue Precieux. Mesmerizing scent , but the price tag is …

Elysium Pour Homme Parfum Cologne is my go out fragrance.

Of course I love gourmand fragrances . Sorriso Profumum Roma is my scent of the day.

    Many thanks

  • Fantastic review Sebastian!  I really enjoyed hearing the note profile from Master perfumer Roja Dove himself. Being a gourmand lover myself this one sounds very exciting. Really appreciate the detailed note break down. Thank you from PA.

Always enjoy Sebastians reviews.  Now I want pastries and this fragrance.  I love gourmand.  Funny I was in Neiman Marcus in FL while on vacation, so fun to watch this review while the fragrance was on my arm.  My fave from Roja is 51 por Femme.  THanks for the chance.  Usa.

  • I have to admit I do have a sweet tooth, and this review +interview made want to go to the local bakery… owned by a French cook. They do sell croissants and brioches I both adore eating with my morning and afternoon coffees. Interview was great too . As a bit new to the fragrance game I have to say I really enjoyed this review + interview combination. Backstory of Sweetie Aoud , mr Jara being super impressed, his childhood memories baking with his mother. Almost feels like hi is somehow connected with this fragrance, like it was made for him. As for Roja Dove the only one I have the pleasure to know is Elysium Pour Homme – the blue bottle, but because of mr Jara excitement I really want to sample Sweetie Aoud. Thx to him for his work, and to Europerfumes and Cagleurebon for the draw. USA

  • Excellent review by Sebastion and my favorite part was Roja Dove explaining the fragrance! This sounds exquisite and I love combining the sweet with the oud. Like Sebastian, I am also a lover of gourmands and since he called it "orgasmic" I am all in. This was my favorite line: "a gourmand with a unique patisserie accord, delicious with a buttery tone that blends beautifully with oud that stopped him and he declared “I am in love”. Thanks for generous giveaway and I live in the US!

  • Excellient review by Sebastian and I love the cut to Roja Dove explaining the fragrance! This sounds exquisite and since Sebastian called it "orgasmic" I need a vat of it as I love gourmands and ouds. I love the combination of the sweet with the oud. My favorite line is: a gourmand with a unique patisserie accord, delicious with a buttery tone that blends beautifully with oud that stopped him and he declared “I am in love”. Thanks for the generous giveaway and I live in the US!

  • I'm a gourmand lover, too, and I always pay attention when Sebastian praises a gourmand. I enjoyed the clip of the interview with Roja Dove (and also enjoyed the full video interview). It's difficult choosing a favorite Roja perfume, as there are so many excellent ones. My current favorite is the gourmand-ish Britannia, powdery chocolate, with orris, violet and ambergris.
Thank you for the generous giveaway!

I am a long time admirer of Roja Dove and his delightful creations. He creates magic in a bottle to me. Due to the cost of this item, I had to purchase a clone, but was excited to hear Sebastian, my favorite reviewer, finally speak about this. Sebastian has a very similar taste to me, and I know from the clone why he likes this so much. My favorite is probably Creation E but this is my second favorite by far! I live in USA

I love Sebastian. Like all of his reviews, he gives us in depth knowledge and foresight into these scents. I want to win this soooooo as. I’m. Obsessed . WIth . Gourmand scents.
