Ormonde Jayne Sakura (Geza Schoen) 2023 + Hanami Giveaway

Ormonde Jayne Sakura

Ormonde Jayne Sakura, artwork by the brand

For years I thought cherry blossom was a tease; those beautiful, fluffy flowers beckoned with the promise of fragrance. But whenever I got close, I smelled nothing (and it is true that many varieties have no odor). It wasn’t until the wind shook the perfume from them en masse them that I realized they are the papery, ethereal scent that follows me from time to time like a curious wraith. Perhaps I imagine it. But in early spring, when the cherry blossoms are in puffy profusion around my neighbourhood, I wander with my dog hoping to catch that elusive scent. I’ve been known to stand for an eternity at the clump of cherries nearby – my own version of hanami, I suppose – hushing my impatient dog, waiting for that moment when breeze blows just right and I catch that origami sweetness. The scent is the promise, joyous and melancholy at once, of the fleeting spring to come.

Linda Pilkington and Geza Schoen

Sakura, from perfumer Geza Schoen, was created as a tribute to Ormonde Jayne founder and nose Linda Pilkington. Schoen called it “Sweet Linda,” but Pilkington connected its intricate, enigmatic demureness to the transient beauty of cherry blossom season and named it Sakura. Framed by green notes and watercolour florals, Sakura has the evanescent, agile loveliness of an early spring wind when it quiets down and lets the flowers breathe.

The opening of lime, fruity pink pepper, mandarin and bergamot has an irresistible radiance that feels like a sudden sunburst. The top notes remind me of the early stages of one of my favourite perfumes of all time, Gobin-Daude Nuit au Desert. Sakura could have stopped right there and I’d already be recommending a bottle, but of course, it has more to unfold.

Ormonde Jane Sakura review

Cherry Blossom image by Michelyn April 2022

Schoen’s arrangement of the flower notes is a watercolour artwork. The silvergreen smell of freesia washes over secretive violet and waterlily like glaze; pink rose adds its satiny sheen to the underripe melon aroma of cyclamen. But the brilliance here is Schoen’s use of osmanthus. Nestled in the heart of Sakura, this osmanthus leans into its fruity-apricot aspects rather than its characteristic leather, which is absent. While the liquid odors of the fragrance create its shimmer and quietness, osmanthus adds substance and warmth with tremendous elegance. Here in the perfume’s center, I also pick up the Ormonde Jayne woody-bergamot signature. It runs through the center of Sakura like a slender reed, aligning the fragrance with its sisters but never treading on its ethereal, flowery loveliness.

Blossom spring walk by Karen Arnold via publicdomainpictures

After an hour or so, Ormond Jayne Sakura is impressionistic: smelling it now, I get images of white flowers shaking in the chilly March wind; waterlilies gazing upwards on dark ponds, graceful weeping cherries grazing the water’s surface. As I breathe deeply, tree blooms that smell like creamsicles (courtesy of tonka, vanilla, and mandarin) drift my way. I smell the sun in the osmanthus and pink pepper, the chilly spring air in touches of violet and cedar. Vibrant bursts of lime bring hint at gentler weather. Today, on the coldest day of the year, Sakura’s ethereal beauty is a reminder that spring is sleeping in the woods, ready to stir in the green buds on the cherry trees at the end of the street, then dozing again. I spray this lovely scent again; I can wait.

Notes: Pink pepper, bergamot, lime, mandarin, coriander seed, cherry blossom, waterlilies, osmanthus, rose, freesia, cyclamen, violet, sandalwood, vanilla, musk, amber, cedarwood, tonka bean.

  • What’s strikes me about Lauryn’s review is the transiet and fleeting nature of cherry blossoms. The ability to capture its behavior in sunlight and how the scent wafts by you in the cold wind is intriguing. This would be my first exposure to Ormande Jayne. Im located in NY, USA

  • My favorite Ormonde Jayne fragrance is Levant. I feel the house has an original and beautiful take on florals that has now converted me to a floral lover. Not to mention Lauryn’s pictorial description of “tree blooms that smell like creamsicles (courtesy of tonka, vanilla, and mandarin” made my mouth absolutely water, I can almost taste/smell it. Would be beyond delighted to get an opportunity to smell this with spring closely approaching us.

  • Lauryn’s elegant prose is so evocative! Only Geza could paint such a tender aquarelle. I hear Sakura as a lilting melody which needs no additional ornamentation.
I would be thrilled to anoint myself, were I so fortunate. I live in South Boston, USA.

  • Lauryn’s description of this fragrance make it sound nearly whimsical. I especially like the imagery of the water lillies gazing upward as the cherries gently brush the surafce of the pond. Ormond Jayne is a house I do not have a lot of experience with but I do have a generous travel size decant of Montabaco and I adore it. It is near the very top of my must-have list. Eager to try their take on a floral, especially one like this. I live in VA, USA

  • Lauryn’s descriptions are so beautiful, and fit this scent profile so well. I also enjoy the image of her waiting for the breeze to bring the sakura scent to her while walking her dog. I lived in Japan for a few years, and was fortunate enough to enjoy the o-hanami a few times while there. This fragrance sounds like it would perfectly help to encapsulate that experience. I live in the US, in Illinois.

  • I agree it is hard to bottle cherry blossom but it seems Ormonde Jayne Sakura has gotten it written. This looks like a tart, refined composition with peppery tones that is one of the characters of Geza’s compositions. My fav. from Ormonde Jayne is Nawab of Oudh. I am in US.

  • Sakura sounds gorgeous! I have long loved cherry blossom scents, and this sounds like one done right. I am curious about how prominent the osmanthus is in this scent, I love it in tea but haven’t found a love in fragrance yet. From the USA.

  • Brad Woolslayer says:

It’s interesting the way that Sakura captures the aroma of the cherry blossoms as they bloom in the spring. I enjoyed Lauryn’s experience of smelling the cherry blossoms while walking her dog as well. I live in Maryland USA. I haven’t tried any fragrances from Ormonde Jayne yet, but this sounds like a fun introduction to the house.

  • Lauryn’s review about Ormonde Jayne Sakura Fragrance left me wanting Spring to arrive soon. The cherry blossom is such a beautiful flower. I love the notes. Thank you for this Chance USA

  • BostonScentGuy says:

Wow! This sounds gorgeous. And exactly what I need right now in this dreary midwinter–the promise of spring. I love how this sounds like the perfect combination of words, wispy florals, greenery, citrus. Sounds so beautifully balanced and I’d be excited to try, especially know and loving much more of OJ and Geza Schoen’s work. I’m a huge fan of the original Ormonde Woman, but also Ta’if, Tolu, Orris Noir (really a lot of the “oldies”). I found them to be the first time I recognized Iso E Super but used with a lovely, deft hand. Thanks for the generous draw! I’m in the US.

  • I live in Indiana where the weather is still cold and warm weather is months away. Sakura is a celebration of the coming spring. I love thé idea of lime and mandarin mixed with floral notes. Also, like the ethereal nature of spring, the perfume changes and drifts away. I love the entire fragrance concept and can’t wait to try it.

  • The thing that strikes me about Ormonde Jayne Sakura is the shifting notes within the fragrance. I really like how it starts off as a somewhat citrusy fragrance that shifts into a flowery woody fragrance over times, which citrus and wood is one of my favorite combination. This is my first time hearing about Ormonde Jayne so I can’t really say what my favorite fragrance is, but If given the chance, I would love to try a sample of this fragrance. From TX, USA.

  • I love the description of sakura as a sunburst. Sounds gorgeous and perfect for spring. I need some sunshine in my neck of the woods, spring can come early if i win this! Beautiful bottle. Ormonde jayne always looks so classy. I havent tried this house yet, but one is in the mail, going to try qi as i love osmanthus. Love hearing other faves from this house from the comments! Im in WA, USA.

  • Describing this as a ‘watercolor fragrance’ is what caught my attention most about Sakura. Lauryn’s description makes this fragrance seem very ethereal/elusive so would be very excited to try it! My favorite fragrance from Ormande Jayne is Levant.
    NY, USA

  • Sakura sound so lovely a few all could use a breath of spring. My favorites from Ormonde Jayne are so many -Ormonde Woman, Tolu, Champaca, Prive
    USA
    Lovely photos too

  • I’ve always loved the visual image of sakura blossoms in bloom, it’s one of my favorite images when I think of Japan and the culture there. I’ve had a cherry blossom tree but sadly could never smell anything from the blossoms. I suppose I had the wrong varity of sakura tree, I was terribly sad by that. I image painted by the authors words here as so lovely, it speaks to how I’ve always thought of sakura blossoms. I think, for me, sakura blossom is something I’ve always thought of as beautiful. This fragrence seems to capture that, from the sound of it. This would be my first fragrence with sakura blossom in it. I’m in NY, USA.

  • Wow, this fragrance sounds absolutely stunning! The description of it as a “watercolour artwork” with the perfect balance of floral and fruity notes is incredibly intriguing. I can just imagine the scent of freesia washing over the other flower notes, with the pink rose adding its satin sheen. And the use of osmanthus, leaning into its fruity-apricot aspects rather than its characteristic leather, sounds like a brilliant touch. It’s also exciting to see the Ormonde Jayne woody-bergamot signature running through the center, tying the fragrance to the brand’s other scents. I am definitely eager to try this fragrance for myself and experience the ethereal, flowery loveliness described in the review. If I win, Please ship to Pennsylvania, USA!

Notes: Pink pepper, bergamot, lime, mandarin, coriander seed, cherry blossom, waterlilies, osmanthus, rose, freesia, cyclamen, violet, sandalwood, vanilla, musk, amber, cedarwood, tonka bean. A beautiful description by Lauryn really intrigued by the note of Cherry Blossom a note that I have not encountered before. My favourite from this is Ormonde man just a breathtaking fragrance. Thanks a million from the UK

I smell the sun in the osmanthus and pink pepper, the chilly spring air in touches of violet and cedar. Vibrant bursts of lime bring hint at gentler weather. A wonderful description by Lauryn has piqued my interest in this composition and this house. I am really fascinated by the notes especially tonka bean, vanilla and mandarin I would love to smell this on skin. A house that I have got no experience with I am afraid but I am intrigued by nonetheless. Thanks a lot from the United Kingdom

  • The fleeting, evanescence quality of this fragrance sounds worth catching. The bright burst of lime, bergamot, and mandarin, followed by violet, osmanthus, and cyclamen sounds so delicate and lovely. I haven’t tried any Ormande Jayne fragrances yet, but I am curious to try Indus and Ormand Jayne Woman. Hello from Colorado, and thank you for hosting this!

  • Hello again! This sounds amazing and something I would wear in a spring time. I am from USA and am following @cafleurebonofficial
    Thank you

  • I would love to win this Ormonde Jayne Sakura as I think it would be a perfect spring scent. I loved the watercolour artwork comparison….it is like you could see it, a smell that you could actually see. I have no favorite Ormonde Jayne fragrance.

Sakura sounds like a beautiful spring time fragrance based on Lauryn’s review, and I love creamsicles. I hope I win this to gift to my SO. New Jersey, USA

  • Wow, your explanation of walking through trees in March with a creamsicle leaves was so beautiful! Spring has always been my favorite time of year due to the warmth but without excessive heat that we get in Florida. I do live in Florida. It would be so lovely to win this scent!

  • This description is something I would love to smell on a lady. A lovely soft Sping fragrance. New Jersey, USA

  • ‘Spring is sleeping in the woods’ – so much is conveyed in this phrase, so comforting. I live in the UK and my favourite is Ormonde Woman.

  • ScentedClown says:

I do like the comparison to water colours as it allows me to picture how the flowers are with out even smelling it my self present but like stained glass can be seen through allowing other elements to present them self.

  • One of my favs is Ormonde Woman. Cherry fragrances are a welcome scent during the spring thaw, imo. The notes of lime, mandarin, cherry blossom, waterlilies, osmanthus, rose, freesia, cyclamen, violet, sandalwood and vanilla all included in Sakura sound like a match made in heaven. Thanks for another wonderful review and draw. Mich USA

  • Lauryn’s review is so elegant and poetic! I’m fairly new to deep diving into niche, and I have not had much experience with florals. This description makes me want to explore it. I have not smelled any Jayne fragrances and would love for this to be the first. I’m in California.

  • Thanks for the review Lauryn!

Spring fragrances bring me so much joy. As much as I enjoy Winter, it’s the refreshing nature of Spring that brings out the best in me. Unlike you I can’t wait!

Your description of the chilly spring air in touches of violet and cedar really got me interested in sampling this new release. My girlfriend is already a huge fan of the House and I think a release like Sakura has my name written all over it!

My favourite fragrance from Ormonde Jayne at the moment is one that my partner wears which is Ta’if. Oh my gosh it is so incredible seductive!

    Greetings from the UK!

  • Cherry blossoms are spring to me. Ormonde Jaye’s Sakura sounds like a lovely interpretation of the season. The citrus, delicate flowers, vanilla and woody musk base is an impressionistic rendering of warmer sunnier days to come. Favorite Ormonde Jaye is Woman. MD, USA.

  • “Ethereal beauty”, and the the scent of weeping cherries and creamscicles… I have been longing to try this scent! Thank you so much for this generous draw! An elegant and quiet cherry blossom scent has been on my search for years. I love Ormond Jayne’s work – my favorite so far is Woman, with it’s hemlock accord, but perhaps Sakura would top it…. I live in the USA, Boston area.

  • Sakura sounds like an amazing light floral fragrance for spring. I love the idea of the lingering strong notes of vanilla and tonka and would love to try this scent; it would be the first Ormonde Jayne fragrance I have tried. In Pennsylvania, USA.

  • sephrenia300 says:

Wonderful article Lauryn! What strikes me about Ormonde Jayne Sakura based on Lauryn’s review is how she describes it as like a watercolor painting that shifts into an impressionistic masterpiece, with an unusual use of osmanthus that focuses on the fruity and apricoty aspects of the flower without any of the usual leather. That sounds absolutely lovely. I live in the US and my favourite Ormonde Jayne fragrance is the brilliant Nawab of Oudh.

  • I have to say I really like Lauryn Beer “Sweet Linda” review of Ormonde Jayne Sakura .
Her take on the fragrance reminded me of some of our most popular Wedding Cakes at the bakery , and also cupcakes especially in the Spring
In such cases I use my Pink Buttercream Cherry Blossom Sakura Frosting. Not only catches the eye, but it’s delicious to top your cupcakes, muffins and decorate all your favorite baked treats.
It’s so pretty, pink and made out of cherry blossoms , Japanese Sakura Cherry Blossom Powder to be precise.
If you are looking for a perfect springtime dessert, the Sakura Frosting ones will become one of your favorites , delicious, fresh and wild slightly floral taste, and exactly like the Ormonde Jayne fragrance with the same Sakura name , forerunners of Spring.
To me Ormonde Jayne almost equals Ta’if Elixir. I was blown away by the smell of a client in my bakery , how i found about it. Smells very, and I mean very similar to a traditional Persian cake with rose, cardamom, saffron, almonds , orange water and dates. It’s called Kayk-e Eshgh, but more people know it as Persian Love Cake , or Persian Pavlova cake. I’m at the end of my bottle, and I’ll buy another one as soon as I see the bottom.
Appreciate the review, and the giveaway campaign.

  • Oh wow I’ve really been longing for a Sakura/cherry blossom with skill and maturity and here it is, finally. And I love the little added gems of violet and cedar, a juicy osthmanthus and water lilies…. This is so timely.
    Thank you
Hoping to win this time in California! .

  • Thanks you for the generous giveaway! I’ve never had the opportunity to Shrek any Ormonde Jayne fragrances but I’d love the chance because I think so many of them sound amazing! What captured my attention in this article (besides the picture of that gorgeous bottle) is how this fragrance brings to mind creamsicles, which I associate with spring and summer. This whole fragrance sings like spring in a bottle! The 4 words “weeping”, “graceful” and “ethereal” and “watercolor” really caught my attention and it makes me imagine a an uber-femimine, soft and almost ghostly vibe to this which is right up my alley! The osmanthus leaning into it’s apricot nuances rather than it’s unusual leather nuance also really caught my eye. Beautiful article! Thanks again for the generous giveaway! I’m in Philadelphia, PA and I can’t wait to see the cherry blossoms lining my street. I’m ready!

  • Ormonde Jayne is a wonderful house with many great fragrances. As soon as Sakura was released, I knew I needed to try it. Not only do I love Ormonde Jayne, but I also love cherry blossom. It’s one of my favorite spring flowers. Lauryn’s description of Sakura was beautiful. I love how she described the osmanthus; I appreciate it leans into the apricot-like facet instead of leather. Sakura really does sound impressionistic. Although I haven’t smelled it yet, it brings to mind a Monet painting. Also, what a bonus to get wafts of creamsicles. That sounds absolutely divine!

It’s hard to choose my number one Ormonde Jayne fragrance. I love Ormonde Woman, Tolu, and Ta’if.

Thank you, Lauryn, for the beautiful review, and thank you to Ormonde Jayne for the giveaway. I am located in the USA.

  • I’m so intrigued by the inclusion of an apricot-forward osmanthus in this composition, I really enjoy osmanthus but I’ve been trying to find a perfume that features that note and feels like “me.” This sounds like it could be a comfortable fit. My favorite Ormonde Jayne fragrance is probably Ormonde Woman but Ta’if is close behind. Ta’if also deftly uses pink pepper, so I’m all more enamored with the idea of Sakura. I’d love to try this one. I live in the US, thank you for the draw!

  • redwheelbarrow says:

I love your description of the tease of the cherry blossom! I will have to try this year to wait for the wind to blow just right. I also love how you describe the osmanthus adding the substance. I can imagine the more ethereal notes just dancing around the osmanthus heart. I’ve only sample a couple of Ormand Jayne’s fragrances years ago and have been meaning for sometime to revisit this house. This review gives me the spark to do so. Thank you for the draw. From the US.

  • The transient nature of cherry blossoms, in fact of everything, is much appreciated in the Japanese culture, and Lauryn’s review talks about it describing Ormonde Jayne Sakura. The way Sakura evolves and smells remind of coming spring is beautifully described. I haven’t tried anything by this brand yet. Just looking at the list of notes reminds me that spring is around the corner. thanks for the draw. From continental USA.

  • In my world, the cherry blossoms mean that the year is getting rolling.
Ormonde Jayne is one of my favorite houses.
The smell of orange dreamsicle is one 9f my favorite scents.
    This one sounds like spring.

  • Ormonde Jayne I will always relate to Cafleurebon and Dana Sandu first , I still wonder what happened with her? Is she fully retired as contributor? She’s not active even at her YouTube channel, and Instagram.
Reading reviews on Cafleurebon is so addictive , I discovered a lot of fantastic fragrances here, but and also dangerous if you’re not careful.
Blind bought Ormonde Jayne Royal Elixir, because Dana contribution. Honestly I absolutely love it, but the smell is nothing like I imagined it to be . Back then she depicted Royal Elixir as rather cold fragrance, with people laying on ice , but the fragrance to me has nothing to do with all above, it’s so alive , with strong Caribbean or Brazilian vibe , with happy people dancing salsa .
Like I said I absolutely love Royal Elixir , but I also learned my lesson, and now I always sample first. No blind buys for me anymore, I learned my lesson, luckily for me in a good way.
Sakura i’ll try , I wonder what I’ll get from it, quality joyous and relaxing Spring time fragrance , with remnants of Japanese culture like Lauryn Beer depicted the scent, or something else
    Exciting giveaway,USA

  • I love the description of the fragrance in impressionistic terms & the description of its subtle changes during the wearing. Tried it yesterday & love it !

Im in the UK & my favourite OJ at the moment is Montabaco Cuba

  • I smell the sun in the osmanthus – This is stuck in my mind. I love Osmanthus so much and now I realise that it does smell like the sun for me. Like happiness and joy and light.
Ormonde Jayne Sakura looks like a great composition, like an ode to spring and the fact that is compared with a watercolor artwork makes it more close to the idea of Nature’s rebirth.
Lauryn’s review like always a great pleasure reading it.
    Hugs from UK

  • Such a great job, Lauryn!
What I liked the most about this review is that it is the perfect fragrance for spring with its osmantus, cherry blosom.
I also love that it was created as a tribute to Ormonde Jayne founder.
I hope I win this one
    USA here.

  • What a beautiful review! Cherry blossom with osmantus with its apricot notes and woody-bergamot sound very interesting.
My favorite OJ is Ormond Man.

  • No wonder Geza Schoen called her “Sweet Linda” , I’m a Linda Pilkington I’m a fan of for a long , long time , fighter and a dreamer all at once.
I know most of Ormonde Jayne fragrances, and if I have to rate my favorite ones…it’s hard, and depends on the mood I’m in, but … :
    1. Frangipani Made to Measure
    2. Ta’if Elixir
    3. Tolu /Montabaco Verano – another Geza Schoen fragrance

“But whenever I got close, I smelled nothing (and it is true that many varieties have no odor). It wasn’t until the wind shook the perfume from them en masse them that I realized they are the papery, ethereal scent that follows me from time to time like a curious wraith.”

Correct, well said, but it also depends on the variety. To my knowledge the Korean and Japanese Cherry Blossoms do smell a bit differently. The scent is not powerful, but I can also detect almonds like aroma , and if you actually crush cherry blossoms between your palms , and smell them up close there’s a bitter almonds, benzaldehyde like aroma.

“But the brilliance here is Schoen’s use of osmanthus”

I’m glad Geza Schoen leaned on the peachy , instead of the leathery facets of osmanthus, and the addition of violet and cedar makes Sakura not only unique, but inviting in a harvester of Spring kind of way.
Proud of owning Frangipani Made to Measure in 50% concentration in a really beautiful , engraved crystal custom bottle , and i feel like i own bespoke perfume. A few years ago Ormonde Jayne pure parfum versions were part of a special line called Made to Measure , but since they are no longer available , I’ll cherish my bottle even more
    Thanks a lot

What interests me about Ormonde Jayne Sakura based on Lauryn’s review is learning more about Cherry Blossoms which are so beautiful in the spring. I loved learning the backstory on Sakura, from perfumer Geza Schoen, was created as a tribute to Ormonde Jayne founder and nose Linda Pilkington. Schoen called it “Sweet Linda,” but Pilkington connected its intricate, enigmatic demureness to the transient beauty of cherry blossom season and named it Sakura. I think this sounds like the perfect fresh, floral, and aromatic fragrance for the spring and summer. My favorite Ormonde Jayne fragrance is Ormonde Jayne Man. I am from the USA.

  • foreverscents says:

I am always curious to smell cherry blossom fragrances. I lived in Japan for many years, and the fragrance of the blossoms is indeed ethereal and papery. Geza Schoen’s impressionistic approach to sakura intrigues me, especially the use of lime, freesia, and violet. I feel that his choice of notes sounds shimmering and just outright lovely.
I love Ormande Man from this house. It is so beautifully blended.
    I live in the USA.

  • I love how Lauryn’s review described Sakura as a watercolor painting, warm and chilly like a spring day. I would love to win a bottle! I’m in MN, USA. My favorite Ormonde Jayne fragrance is Ormonde Woman.

  • I learned a lot about the smell of cherry blossoms reading this review. I’m not sure I’ve experienced that “papery, ethereal scent” in isolation, but I’ll watch out for it if I travel to a city known for their pink blooms in the spring. Ormonde Jayne Sakura sounds like a beautiful vehicle for cherry blossom, mixing it with a burst of radiant citrus and delicate florals on a woody backdrop. I love a good impressionistic floral (say, the original Zoologist Dragonfly) and this one is likely no exception. Thanks for the coverage, Lauryn.

I’m in the USA. I haven’t tried any Ormonde Jayne fragrances. Thanks for the giveaway!

  • A realistic cherry blossom note is one I’ve been looking for in fragrances. Reading the review and knowing Ormonde Jayne fragrances, I do think this one is as great as the review and it is close to what I’ve been dreaming of: delicate, natural and wearable cherry blossom. CA, US

  • Regis Monkton says:

I’d like to try this fragrance for multiple reasons, e.g. I want to see what the water lilies and the lime in this are like. I like hearing that it has good performance. I want to see what the fruity-apricot aspect of osmanthus is like in this fragrance. I live in the U.S.A. I’ve been wanting to try something from this company for a while now, but I haven’t gotten a chance to do that yet.

  • Classic high quality fragrances I adore , bright , fresh , and uplifting.
Sunny Spring timelessness is what I’m thinking right now thanks to Lauryn Beer , Sakura is what I need for such moment.

  • Such an artsy review from Lauryn , I love it
The soft Cherry Blossom Sakura melody echoing in my ears , like a song with bright citruses, happiness, and a Geza Schoen made creamsicle . I’m eager to try Sakura
Speaking of cherry blossom Sakura festivals and Japan i visited 3 , two in Japan, and one in Europe.
Ueno Cherry Blossom Festival Tokyo is a sight to be seen.
As for Ormonde Jayne fragrances , I told the story multiple times , but I’ll do it again, I had Tolu back in late 2014 , but my younger cousin broke the bottle – dropped it from the second floor of the house. From the 10-12 Ormonde Jayne I have smelled until now, Tolu is still my favorite. The bigger 120ml bottle is back in my collection
