I would like to go this kind of an event and experience all of these products which Hernando got to try. I like that those behind the company the Lovery use their own products. I would like to see what the essential oils are like in the candles at this event. I like that a lot of these products are vegan-friendly. I live in MD, U.S.A.

  • The varieties and types of new fragrances is something that interests me, and there are some perfume houses that I recognize like Tokyo Milk so I will definitely need to check out this even if im ever in town. I think the products that’s sparked my interest is Tokyo Milk, but the trend that I enjoy seeing (though not really new) is a mindfulness of ingredients used or a social purpose like OrcaSong. I didn’t see the shark tank episode, but will be sure to check it out. From TX, USA

  • What a great report Hernando.
So thorough and it’s great to read about female owned businesses especially when two are Shark Tank winners. Fascinating to read about Essence of Harris who captures Scotland with perfumes.

  • This is quite a detailed report and it seems it would be fun to visit this event, and have enough time to go to different brands. There seems to be a large variety of products offered and it is nice to see natural and vegan options. Tokyo Milk is an interesting brand and I would like to check it out. From continental USA.

  • My goodness so much great ‘new to me‘ creators!! I really appreciate learning about all these innovative and conscientious retailers! Thank you Hernando and Cafleurebon.
I think what I loved about this was so many are ethically sourced, organic or at least minimally synthetic, and so many are celebrating their identity and home whether it’s LBGTQ+ or Scotland or incorporating multiple skills/passions in one (candles and gems etc). And all these women owned companies is a joy to witness.
I really love that candles, soaps and creams are focusing on more ethically sourced, fragrantly thought provoking, and cleaner ingredients.
I would absolutely love to win this… soap making is a hobby of mine. I started because I wanted ethically sourced ingredients and “super fatted” nurturing soaps.
Thank you so much for the opportunity to win!

  • Hernando, fantastic round-up of this event! You covered so many Vendors at this event. Also, your report was helpful in many ways.
I did not see the episode on Shark Tank.

  • Oh boy, I always find out late about these amazing events.
I loved reading about the NY NOW 2023. I love going to events like this one and I hope next year I can be on it.
The thing that got my attention the most was the Paloma Melon Candle, that looks amazing, but I also loved the 2-in-1 reusable Toothbrush + Toothpaste, will definately search it.
I did not watch the Shark Tank episode yet.
    Continental USA here.

  • What a wonderful event and what great coverage.
Someday I hope to be able to attend some of these types of events.
Thanks for taking the time to cover and report.

  • Thanks Hernando for always taking this tough assignment. Love Jamie’s Kilt! So many natural brands out there. La Chatelaine really looks lovely. Nice to see a brand from my home state of WA. The Soap Co. of Nova Scotia has my interest as I love fine high quality soaps. Nice they think of the pets too. Thanks for sharing this goodie bag! USA.

Very interesting report Hernando! What appeals to me about Hernando’s NY Now Winter 2023 Market Event Report was learning about the overall trends that are influencing the market – learning that there is a shift away from the overabundance of CBD products and towards more inclusive and diverse brands owner particularly Female-Owned brands. I love that and am very encouraged by it!

The products that most sparked my interest were the gorgeous Toyko Milk scents and gift sets. How gorgeous! And perfect for gift-giving! I did not see FunkK Off on Shark Tanks. I live in the US.

  • I watched the FunkOFF! Shark Tank episode and it was brilliant.
I would have loved to meet the founders and talk to them.
I certainly hope that Hernando did.

    Cheers from WI, USA
