    Steve knows how to make you smell something just by describing it very well. I can shell the cleanliness of 724 already. I love musk and citric fragrances. Really hoping to get my nose on this one.

    I loved how a Steven described MFK ability to create uplifting scents with a clean smelling musk. I feel like he is a master of that. I don’t own any MFK fragrances yet but do own some that were his creations by other brands. I adore his L’Eau Couture by Saab for example that he created.

    I haven’t had a chance to try any Francis Kurkdjian perfumes, but I’ve certainly heard of Baccarat Rouge 540, so a new perfume caught my attention. This is an interesting concept—a fragrance that invokes the fresh energy and reflections of a glass and chrome metropolis in the sun. I like that Steven pointed out all the attributes of the notes here, but also clarified the characteristics they don’t exhibit here (indolic jasmine, animalic musk). His description completely changed how I would have interpreted this notes list. Thanks for the review.

    Steven’s review has definitely piqued my interest in this perfume! I have not smelled a ton of MFK’s fragrances, but out of the ones I have tried Grand Soir is my favorite!

    Fantastic review Steven! I think Steven’s YouTube video review is incredibly helpful in the way he compares this new fragrance with so many other MF fragrances – from Aqua unversalis to Apom and so many others. Steven’s encyclopedic knowledge of so many difference fragrances makes his comparisons very accurate and very helpful for a frame of reference. I live in the US.     I like how the inspiration for this fragrance is urban architecture, sharp designs. It’s interesting to see how this is experienced in the clean bright opening and the sharp lines cut from jasmine and white musk.

    The longevity of this fragrance is impressive. Thanks for Michelyn and Mike for their writeups.
