Five Jovoy Paris Perfumes We Love: Jovoy Paris 21 Conduit Street, Les Jeux Sont Faits, Musc Pallas, Psychedelique, Remember Me photo by Oli Marlow ©

When Francois Hénin, Founder and Owner of Jovoy Paris Parfums Rarespresident of the Parfetique Company, and founder of the brands Jovoy Paris and Jeroboam learned of  ÇaFleureBon’s 15th anniversary landmark on March 22nd, he wanted to fete our readers and viewers with fabulous gifts including the JOVOY DREAM BOX, (there was a winner!). To continue the celebration, in Part  2, Steven Gavrielatos and Michelyn Camen curated five Jovoy Paris perfumes that represent a range of unique and high-quality Jovoy fragrances from the collection. We asked Contributor Oli Marlow (Jovoy Mayfair‘s videographer and co-creator of 21 Conduit Street) to introduce Steven’s video with brief reviews in order of their release date. –Michelyn Camen, Editor-in-Chief

Jovoy Paris Perfumes Psychedelique best patchouli

Jovoy Paris Psychedelique (Jacques Flori) 2011: “Jovoy Paris Psychedelique is a powerhouse patchouli perfume. Inspired by the time Jovoy owner Francois Henin spent in Vietnam in his youth, where he worked processing and distilling raw materials. It focuses hard on his very favourite quality of (chocolatey) patchouli and reclaims its aroma from the annals of hippie history – where it was often worn to cover body odour – presenting it instead as a complex and luxurious sillage. -Oli Marlow

 Les Jeux Sont Faits Jovoy

Jovoy Paris Les Jeux Sont Faits (Amelie Bourgeois) 2012:Named for a French expression that translates to “the bets are placed”, Les Jeux Sont Faits typifies the early wave of Jovoy’s perfumes perfectly. It is big, it’s loud and it’s kind of outrageous but it also nails its brief perfectly – an olfactory portrait of a 1950’s high roller who wasn’t afraid to bet big, drink large and defend his honour with his fists. Amelie Bourgeois painted this rich human soup with rum, tobacco, amber and cumin”.- Oli Marlow

Jovoy Remember Me by Cecile Zarokian

Jovoy Paris Remember Me (Cecile Zarokian) 2018: A chai latte, served amongst frangipani flowers” is how I’ve always described Cecile Zarokian’s Remember Me but, in all honesty it’s far more nuanced and layered than that. The perfumer’s command of gourmand elements (vanilla, condensed milk) defines the heart and base but there’s also the unique subtle shifts in spicing (from cardamom to ginger), the dryness of her tea accord and just how unctuous her frangipani feels with all those thick, sweet elements under it.” -Oli Marlow

Jovoy Paris 21 Conduit Street

Jovoy Paris 21 Conduit St (Oli Marlow & Marie Schnirer) 2020:A collaboration between the independent perfumer Marie Schnirer and myself, 21 Conduit St was conceived primarily as a riff on a modern fougere – aromatic and impactful, slightly fruity and with a long, smooth vetiverol heavy drydown. It contains two excellent qualities of lavender, a slight hashish note from a stunning Javanese vetiver and Schnirer’s rhubarb accord which powers the heart of the fragrance“.-Oli Marlow

Jovoy Paris Musc Pallas (Vanina Murraciole) 2023: “Vanina Murraciole has already proven time and again that she knows how to deliver tangible shimmer and drive compositions with musks (just smell any of her work for Jeroboam), but in Musc Pallas, Vanina Murriacole makes something that feels a bit more gauzy and silky. It’s a powdery musk perfume that feels weightless and alluring with its iris tones, hints of peach and the wooly comfort of ambrette seeds.”-Oli Marlow

Would love to try 21 Conduit St. all the ingredients scream fantastic taste and being a fan of Rhubarb and Almond amongst a bunch of other fragrances. Would love to see what has been brought forth for us to experience.

  • Amazing selection, the only one I am familiar is Pallas but would love to try them all, especially Remember Me. Oli’s intro was really engaging as he made the perfumes sound like little worlds in a bottle. Steven’s video added a friendly, easygoing touch. I loved hearing his personal favorites and how he described them so naturally. I wouldd love to win Remember Me.

  • DAISY PEREZ says:

Wow, what a cool way to celebrate 15 years of fragrance passion! Hénin really went all out—love how he turned the spotlight on the readers with those Jovoy gifts. The video and curated picks sound like a perfect mix of scent storytelling and appreciation. Definitely gives off that thoughtful, artistic vibe Jovoy is known
for. I have sampled Remember me and i absolutely loved it. I have heard a lot of Fire at will. Musc Pallas sounds like something I would like to try as well.
If i was to win i would love to try Les Jeux Sont Faits.

  • I love learning more about Jovoy perfumes. Remember Me is a huge favorite of mine and I’m actually wearing it today.

I would love to win Musc Pallas

  • autumnblue9 says:

Oli’s intro painted Remember Me like a warm cup of spiced tea which comforting. I loved how he brought out the depth of the vanilla and florals. Steven’s video had such an inviting tone I’d pick Remember Me, it sounds like something I’d reach for often.

  • I’ve been dying to try one of Jovoy creations. Psychedelique in particular sounds so good according to Steven’s description in the video.
Hopefully I get my hands on Psychedelique in this giveaway

  • Odor Aeternitatis says:

Oh, what wonderful descriptions, these all sound heavenly. I am particularly intrigued by the nostalgic Remember Me. I live in the USA. Steven did a great job breaking down the note and explaining the fragrances.

  • Nice selection. I am familiar with few of those 5 and few others from Jovoy. I find them all outstanding. Oli’s intro makes me want to try Psychedelique as a powerful chocolatey patchouli dominant scent inspired by the hippie history. Steven’s video was interesting. I liked hearing his personal favorites and how he described them in such an intriguing way. I would love to win Les Jeux Sont Faits with those beautiful rum, tobacco and amber notes. From EU

  • Catherine Davis says:

Les Jeux Sont Faits the one for me! Absolutely Existential and deeply complex – it will be my honor to contend with the Angelica! Thank you Stephen

  • These five are very intriguing. However, I believe the psychedelic one intrigues me the most… Thank you for this information…

  • chocoshelo says:

I was drawn to remember me immediately, Oli’s writing made it sound so smooth and vanillic. Way steven described it really stuck with me. This is definitely my choice!

  • Jenna Park says:

Jovoy really seems to have a lot of variety in what they offer. I have and love fire at will. I would like to add Remember Me to my collection. I love vanilla and amber notes together. The addition of frangipani and spice sound beautiful. Each of the fragrances have something in them that peaks my interest I really do love a musk and the description of Les Jeux Sont Faits makes it sound mysterious and intriguing. The one that stands out for me is Remember Me. I am from Pennsylvania USA

  • Monica Pierre says:

Musc Pallas is top of my list to try and now I’m even more sure based on Steven’s review I want to try Psychedelique. I have been following Steven for a while and he always gives us his true and honest opinion. Also Marlow’s introduction really gave an insight on the notes and what to expect. I would love to win psychedelique I reside in NY. This win will be my very 1st introduction into the brand

  • Michael Lowerre says:

Wow, I am an self proclaimed fragrance enthusiast but I have not ventured into this house. Honestly youve gotten my attention and am incredibly interested in a few from your line now. 21 Conduit Street Is my number 1 choice. As a healthcare provider it is imperative to not wear something offensive or off putting for a pt that could have a reaction to aromas. This 21 Conduit Street sound slike a beautiful uplifting fragrance that will undoubtedly lift people in its silage up and be extremely pleasant aroma therapy. Beautiful line up, this has most definitely peaked my interest.

  • First of all, I’m so impressed as Steven mentioned Oli co-creating the 21 Conduit St. The visionary mind of a videographer is beautiful and I am looking forward to this freshy bottle.
Oli has introduced these fragrances like a ringmaster in a circus – it makes you eager to put your nose on the bottles like sitting on the edge of your seat.
As usual, Steven was very thorough and reviewed each fragrance like putting on a presentation on a projector. I’m now looking forward to win either 21 Conduit St or Musc Pallas.
Thank you to François and team, as well as Michelyn and team for this opportunity. I’m your forever fan from California, USA.

  • Well, without wanting to sound like I’m buttering up Oli, the fragrance I know I want to try, and hopefully win, is the one he co-created – 21 Conduit St. And as someone who would like to describe themselves as “aromatic and impactful” (hahaha :P) I would like to own a fragrance that matches my personality. And for Steven in his video to go on to describe 21 Conduit Street as being “idiosyncratic” and having “pizzazz” – well, two more ways I’d describe myself! So, it’s very clear that I’ve made my choice.

London, UK – 21 Conduit Street

  • Aleisha Gomez says:

I enjoy Steven’s videos so much and how he breaks down fragrances in a concise yet effective way. I own Remember Me and have had Fire at Will on my list for quite some time. But, this was the first time I had my antennas go up for Musc Pallas. The way Steven described it made me think oooo that’s another one for me!

  • I would love to have Musc Pallas, I have never tried any fragrance from Jovoy. I live NY . Thank You so much for this opportunity.

  • I enjoyed reading about patchouli covering up body odour and the 1950’s high roller. Steven mentioned that all five are unisex, my kind of scent. Happy Anniversary ÇaFleureBon. If lucky I’d choose Les Jeux sont Faits. MI USA

  • I believe I should win the Jovoy Fragrance Psychedelique giveaway because this scent perfectly aligns with my love for rich, complex fragrances that tell a story. Psychedelique’s deep, earthy patchouli and warm amber notes reflect my appreciation for bold, expressive perfumes that stand out and leave a lasting impression. Winning this giveaway would not only be an incredible way to experience one of Jovoy’s most iconic creations, but also allow me to share my genuine passion for niche perfumery with others. I’d proudly wear it, review it, and let the world know why Psychedelique is a masterpiece worth discovering.

  • Jonlyn Williams says:

They all sound amazing and I’ve been wanting to add Jovoy to my collection. The one I would choose is Remember Me. I love Vanilla fragrances.

  • Cebisile Ednah Mathaba says:

I would like to have my noise on Jovoy
Jovoy Paris Les Jeux Sont Faits
Just because I love booze scent and the fact that is supposed to be loud and amber, sounds like my type of scent

  • Remember me sounds amazing and love the perfumers work. Thank you for the opportunity.

  • Sabrina Young says:

After listening to Steve give amazing reviews and recommendations, I have decided that I would love to have the honor of winning a bottle of Remember Me.

  • Oli’s description of Remember Me as “a chai latte served amongst frangipani flowers” is so lovely and vivid! Please do transport me to a cozy cafe surrounded by exotic blooms! I also loved that Steven pointed out how well the “evocative, sweet, and endearing” name suits the scent. I’d love to win Remember Me and experience Cecile Zarokian’s mastery of gourmand elements firsthand! From the USA

  • The perspectives of the written review and video review for Remember Me are so different that it’s causing me concern, but I’d still like to win it. Marlow describes the frangipani as a strong note that sits atop gourmand elements of the fragrance. A masterfully deployed dry tea note is another reason for me to hope that Remember Me isn’t too sweet for my taste. Conversely, the video review mentions the beautiful quality of the vanilla and amber. Gavrielatos recommends the perfume as a gourmand for those looking for something on “the sweeter side of things.” I’m from Virginia, and while I adore sweet tea in real life, I don’t want my tea fragrances to be very sweet.

  • Jennifer Lecher says:

I think the composition of “Remember Me” sounds uniquely interesting but I would gladly try any of these fragrances. I am in Fairview, Oregon USA.
All of these fragrances sound wonderful. Steven describes them beautifully, as well.

  • Remember me is a the scent I would love to try! I purchased fire at will a few months ago and it is GONE I used that baby upppp fast. It was sooo delicious!!!! Trying out different scent and finding out I enjoy scents that I didn’t enjoy in the past let’s me know my nose has changed!!!!

  • I would love to win Musc Pallas. Oli’s descriptions are so visual, I can see the fragrance notes. And I love the way Steven describes fragrances! Creamy and velvety smooth is how I want to smell day or night. Year round fragrance that I could also use as a base, so versatile. Who could ask for more than that? I own and love Remember me and Fire at Will. Winning Musc Pallas would give me great joy and complete my fragrance wardrobe.

  • Between Oli’s eloquent fragrance stories and Steven’s straight-to-the-point impressions, y’all have offered a pretty comprehensive picture of each of these scents! Remember Me sounds absolutely divine with its chai latte and frangipani combination – I’d be thrilled to win this one as my introduction to Jovoy. I’m based in the US and haven’t tried any Jovoy Paris perfumes yet.

  • I appreciate how Oli captures the essence of each fragrance through vivid imagery while Steven cuts right to the personal experience lol. Remember Me has me dreaming about that cardamom-ginger milk and frangipani floating atop gourmand elements- yum!! That’s definitely the one I’d love to win! Greetings and thanks-
    US

  • I loved learning about Steven’s favorite Les Jeux Sont Faits as a portrait of a 1950s high roller! Though that sounds incredible, I’m most drawn to Remember Me’s chai latte and frangipani vibe. I’d love to win this and add it to my collection here in the US

  • What a dilemma. Almost impossible to choose. Having watched the Redolessence video and read each intro, I can just tell that Les Jeux Sont Faits or Psychedelique are calling my name. Yet…as luck would have it…I have been longing for a truly special musk for a while and have believed I would not find any truly inspirational musks any more. Oli – you got me with ‘sparkling’! You just absolutely nailed it for me. If I am lucky enough to be selected, I would love Musc Pallas, please! I am in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, US. Thank you for holding this giveaway! And thank you, Steven, for making scent come alive in video – very challenging!

  • I really enjoyed reading Oli’s introduction and learning more about Jovoy and the 5 perfumes presented.
Based on Steven’s amazing reviews, the perfume that caught my attention was Remember Me – a beautiful, warm vanilla and amber combination, amazing for gourmand lovers such as me. That’s the one I’d love to win!
My favorite Jovoy is Fire at will.
    Happy Easter from Croatia, EU.

  • I’ve been a long-time fan of Jovoy Paris — their fragrances are bold, expressive, and always rooted in a sense of classic elegance. I own and love several from the house: Incident Diplomatique, Psychédélique, Les Jeux Sont Faits, L’Art de la Guerre, and Private Label — each one feels like it tells a story with character and conviction.
I really appreciated Oli Marlow’s written introduction — especially the way he connected each perfume to its context and personality without ever making them feel boxed in. His description of 21 Conduit Street as a modern fougère with rhubarb and that rich Javanese vetiver was especially intriguing. I also enjoyed Steven’s video review — you can feel his passion and deep familiarity with the brand, and his comments on Remember Me and Musc Pallas made me want to revisit them too.
If I were lucky enough to win, I’d love to receive 21 Conduit Street. It sounds like the perfect next addition to my Jovoy collection. I live in France.

  • Named for a French expression that translates to “the bets are placed”, Les Jeux Sont Faits typifies the early wave of Jovoy’s perfumes perfectly. It is big, it’s loud and it’s kind of outrageous but it also nails its brief perfectly – an olfactory portrait of a 1950’s high roller who wasn’t afraid to bet big, drink large and defend his honour with his fists. Amelie Bourgeois painted this rich human soup with rum, tobacco, amber and cumin”.- Oli Marlow A beautiful description from Steven and Oli I am really intrigued by the rum and tobacco combination and the dark and rich qualities. If I am lucky to win I would love Les Jeux Sont Faits. Thanks a lot from the UK

  • Jovoy Paris Psychedelique is a powerhouse patchouli perfume. -Oli Marlow I am a self confessed Patchouli lover I am intrigued by the chocolate and patchouli combination sounds luxurious and mysterious. If I am successful would love to win Psychadelique. Thanks a million from the UK

  • wonderscent.mari says:

JOVOY is such a special house and has been on my radar for a long time! I have long admired for its refined and evocative creations. Their ability to capture emotion and narrative in a bottle is remarkable!
Remember Me completely stole my heart with its comforting milk and spice, as dear Oli describes the unique shifting to this spiceness, the tea accord and the frangipani made this fragrance that stays with you, both figuratively and literally.
Love Steven’s descriptions cause are as always on point, with great descriptions of main notes to help me understand each fragrance. Musc Pallas really intrigued me as he mentioned that its beautiful velvety nuanced pearl like Musc scent.
The one that stands out for me is Remember Me, cause it was an instant love at first sniff ❤️
I am located in EU and would be beyond overjoyed to win this generous giveaway!
    Happy Easter to everyone

  • Gosh, how can anyone decide on which one? I have managed to sample a few Jovoy fragrances and I cannot get enough. Blown away by this house and its story. I would dream to one day visit in France. If I had to pick one from Steven’s list, I’d have to say Psychedelique, but can’t go wrong with any of them!

  • Oli’s write-up is basically perfume poetry. I could almost smell the patchouli in Psychedelique just from his words. There’s something so immersive about the way he describes scent—textured, personal, cinematic. Steven’s video balances that energy so well with clear, grounded takes. I loved how natural he sounded, like a friend geeking out with you. I’d love to win Remember Me, it sounds like the kind of comforting magic I want to carry everywhere.

  • FragranceFrenzyS says:

Oli had me at “1950s high roller”, Les Jeux Sont Faits sounds like a movie in a bottle. His writing brings a kind of old-school charm I really felt. And Steven, bless him, really knows how to break things down without losing the soul of the scent. Watching his video was like a mini masterclass but chill. My vote for the giveaway? Definitely Les Jeux Sont Faits, I’m all about the drama and rum-soaked swagger.
    I am from the EU

  • Oli’s writing is so vibey—it’s like reading a stylish blog that knows its ingredients inside out. I appreciate how he captures the essence without overloading on jargon. Steven’s video had great pacing and solid explanations, very approachable. I’m lowkey obsessed with the sound of Musc Pallas—peachy iris wrapped in musk? Say less.

  • AromaAdventurer says:

I LOVED Oli’s take on 21 Conduit St—he made vetiver and lavender sound unexpectedly edgy. That hashish detail? I need to smell that. His style feels intimate, like he’s letting you into the lab a little. Steven’s energy in the video was great—informative but never stiff, and you can tell he’s passionate. I’d be beyond thrilled to win 21 Conduit St, it just sounds like a whole vibe.

    I am from the EU

  • LindenNoir says:

Reading Oli’s description of Remember Me made me hungry and emotional at the same time? Frangipani, chai, vanilla—it’s giving creamy nostalgia. His writing is so vivid, I could imagine the texture of the scent. Steven totally nailed it in the video—super chill delivery but packed with insight. My dream win would be Remember Me. It just feels like me in perfume form.

    EU, Germany

  • What a dreamy giveaway! I thoroughly loved Oli’s brief but precise presentation of each of the five, and then proceeded to listen to Steven’s more detailed and personal experience of each. I have to say, I’m thoroughly impressed! Each of these fragrances sounds like an absolutely stunner in their own right, and man, could they be more different! The statement that I find sums up the house of Jovoy, from this article, is that it demonstrates such extensive craftsmanship, being able to deliver fantastically executed fragrances from such different scent profiles.
I am also having a real hard time choosing one, were I so lucky to win – they all speak to me in different ways. And while I am a huge fan of musk and would love to smell Pallas, and Remember Me sounds absolutely glorious with its cozy frangipani-faceted vanillic gourmandise, and Psychedelic is described by Steven as being the patchouli lover’s go-to, I think I am most curious now about 21 Conduit St. The grapefruit-rhubarb combo with a vetiver finish resonates with me at the moment.
    Thanks, from the EU!

  • photo_perfection says:

Hello pt2 of co-curated list of Jovoy fragrances , this time like a basket case with 5 different types of fragrances, unique treats, lots of fun and positive emotions.
Francois Henin and Michelyn Camen share quite a lot of values , both aesthetes surely with their own inimitable style , both affection affection for art , craftsmanship and business is noticeable , without being corny , both seems quite humble.
Oli Marlow introduction provided a short but nice background to where and when Psychedelique, Les Jeux Sont Faits, Remember Me, 21 Conduit St and Musc Pallas were created , and gave them an overview which i appreciate.
Redolessence , Michelyn and Oli Marlow grabbed me the most with the rich history of both Jovoy and Cafleurebon .
Les Jeux Sont Faits provoked my curiosity , an olfactory portrait of the 1950’s , with a lot of contrasts, from dried fruits to angelica, rum , amber and honeyed tobacco. Amelie Bourgeois work is like invading the senses poetic invitation. Les Jeux Sont Faits aspects are impossible to resist the fragrance I’d love to win.
I have smelled Ambre Premier and it’s delicious
Thank you for the draw EU

  • Timothy_knows_well says:

    Hello from UK
Never been to the worldwide famous Jovoy Paris , but Jovoy UK boutique in Mayfair is my go-to place to shop niche fragrances , the place I discovered brands like Electimuss London, Sora Dora, Jovoy and many more.
I really like how Michelyn Camen and Francois Henin are always keeping his sight forward , and never looked back , that’s why you’re so successful.
I’d love to win the Les Jeux Sont Faits based Oli Marlow insightful information , Redolessence top notch reviews , and my previous experience with Jovoy brand , delighted owner of Fire at Will + Psychedelique and I’m envisioning excellence once again. I like to bet , drink large (from time to time) , rum , tobacco and I do defend my honor with my fists if I have to.
    Thank you so much

Hey there – Happy 15th Anniversary
The unique merging of one read and one video in one article I enjoyed very much , the Five Jovoy Paris fragrances you should be wearing with Michelyn Camen , Oli Marlow and Redolessence.
I’m proud of having an Olympic triathlon gold medalist in my family and Jovoy and Cafleurebon journeys instantly reminded me of all the “blood sweat and tears” stories I’ve heard. All the resolutions, faithfulness to achieve the final goal to step on top of the Olympic games podium i can relate to what the energetic Jovoy creative director and owner , and Cafleurebon Editor-in-Chief went through a lot so he can be on the Olympic Fragrance podium. What greatly helped them in their journeys is viewing perfumery as an art , no wonder only best of the best brands can be found in the Paris, London, Qatar and Dubai boutiques , and on Cafleurebon pages.
I now know more about the Psychedelique, Les Jeux Sont Faits, Remember Me, 21 Conduit St and Musc Pallas origin , and I’m all for chocolate patchouli flourishing with Psychedelique , boozy smoky , tobacco and leather reality with Les Jeux Sont Faits , the elegance of the vanilla and chai tea of Remember Me, the modern fougere 21 Conduit St and the gauzy and silky Musc Pallas.
To me the the rum and tobacco aspects , the high end tobacco , the gentle spices , and the big bowl of boldness are the most appealing sides of Les Jeux SontFaits , such an alluring fragrance . I’m expecting an intoxicating and daring haze that came as a result of Amelie Bourgeois work .
I had a terrific time learning about the 5 recommend fragrances , and I’d be happy to win Les Jeux Sont Faits
    Thanks
    EU

  • Based on the enthusiasm of the video review I’d choose Musc Pallas for the draw. The written portion confirmed it’s a powdery musk which I do enjoy. US

  • So of course, Steven the wordsmith piqued my interest as I am not familiar with the house. Hmmm… Les Jeux sont faits??? Then I came here and dug deeper…total confusion. They all sound great!!! After reading though LJSF sounds a bit too masculine leaning for me so my pick is Remember me! Texas

  • Frozen.Eyes says:

Remarkably enjoyable article , bravo to both Francois Henin and Michelyn Camen for their success story . I learned about how everything started , about 5 distinct creations and the 2 overviews of them.
I firmly believe Francois Henin decision to offer such diverse offerings and not focus on one or two genres is one of the main reasons why he’s so successful.
To me Cafleurebon is slowly becoming my most visited blog and I feel tempted once again by both Oli Marlow and Redolessence.I own Psychedelique , and I do want to know all other Jovoy manifestations, and in particular Les Jeux Sont Faits, Remember Me, 21 Conduit St and Musc Pallas.

I’m torn between Les Jeux Sont Faits and 21 Conduit St , one bold and mysterious and the other calm , aromatic and impactful.
It is big, it’s loud and it’s kind of outrageous but it also nails its brief perfectly – an olfactory portrait of a 1950’s high roller who wasn’t afraid to bet big, drink large and defend his honour with his fists – Oli Marlow
I guess Les Jeux Sont Faits would be my choice, sophisticated fragrance pairing tobacco, rum and amber. Then throw in that some fists and cumin and I just know this is heavenly. I need Les Jeux Sont Faits like now lol. Oli Marlow made me think of how the gambling background is giving the fragrance an alpha demeanor , and I feel tempted now.
    Appreciate the chance – EU

  • teatreesoil says:

While at first glance, these perfumes are not for me given the notes, I do enjoy seeing the unorthodox/more creative combinations that Javoy Paris goes with. Oli Marlow does a good job making notes I normally despise (ie, lavender) sound quite appealing (downright appetizing, to be honest)! And then Steven gives more details in his overview that makes me feel as if I really should be more open minded, especially about patchouli! 21 Conduit Palace sounds fun and delightful, and I am curious about how the almond plays into the sparkling grapefruit and rhubarb opening. I will have to seek out samples for Psychedelique especially as I am quite curious about the type of patchouli Javoy Paris uses in it.

Thanks for the review/overview from VA, USA

  • WARMING_JOY says:

Such a luminous , full of positive energy , mystery and positive transformations essay with multiple throwback to different eras, where all begin for Jovoy Paris.
Oli Marlow, Redolessence and Michelyn Camen words i find captivating for its vivid imagery and evocative descriptions of different kinds . In their own way the trio intertwined 5 journey with distinct fragrances like Psychedelique, Les Jeux Sont Faits, Remember Me, 21 Conduit St and Musc Pallas
I’m new to Jovoy , out of the five suggestions I’d gladly wear Psychedelique, Les Jeux Sont Faits and 21 Conduit St. Les Jeux Sont Faits won me over for its tobacco-boozy-spicy combination with gambling games . Oli Marlow and Redolessence convinced me that all facets in Les Jeux Sont Faits fuse together by Amelie Bourgeois in a truly immersive experience. Thanks
    I am from the EU

  • Snooker.player says:

Michelyn Camen fondness of Jovoy fragrances and Francois Henin talent is apparent from Part 1 , and that doesn’t come as a surprise. Part 2 was just as good where all Michelyn Camen, Oli Marlow and Redolessence contribution was noticeable.
Exactly like my gem Fire at Will , all other Jovoy recommendations are another precious stones rooted in French traditions and perfumery, but taking on a modern twist and appearing to be exquisite .
I love the idea of a powerhouse chocolate patchouli with luxurious sillage in Psychedelique, the milky smooth tea and vanilla in Remember Me and the courageous personality of Les Jeux Sont Faits , and it was hard to pick between the three. Redolessence called Les Jeux Sont Faits “boozy , rich , dark and mysterious” and Oli Marlow 1950’s olfactory portrait made me want to win the fragrance.
Cafleurebon and Jovoy means craftsmanship ,legit fusion of skill , intellect and passion . I thought my favorite Jovoy Fire at Will would be part of your Top 5 but I’m glad I learned about Psychedelique, Les Jeux Sont Faits, Remember Me, 21 Conduit St and Musc Pallas .
Thank you from the chance EU

  • I would love to have a full bottle of 21 Conduit Str. I got a tester bottle two years and it was really amazing. Thank you

One particular phrase caught my attention right away: “Named for a French expression that translates to “the bets are placed”, Les Jeux Sont Faits typifies the early wave of Jovoy’s perfumes perfectly.”
Beautifully put Oli Marlow , I’m impressed. Taking time to do enjoy your sometimes guilty pleasures is a must for me ,  especially when passion,  rum and tobacco are involved , there’s a energy surrounding the fragrance , that’s uncommon nowadays.
Cafleurebon very essence is rooted in exclusivity. You found a way to combine ultimate luxury, passion and contribution , in my opinion a very clear path to happiness and success , no wonder you shared not one but five excellent fragrances with us the readers.
Thanks to Redolessence, Michelyn Camen and Oli Marlow I’m attracted to the whole Jovoy culture and style of fragrances now
    Appreciate the chance EU

I personally find the house of Jovoy to be a built upon columns of quality and creativity. One of my favorite brands in niche perfumery. My first experience with this house was with one of my all time favorite patchouli fragrances, Psychedelique. There is something quite special about this “chocolatey” patchouli creation. Both Steve and Oli were right on with their expression of this work of art in this article. Remember Me and 21 Conduit Street are the two others that are a must for my wife and I. They are all regulars in our fragrance rotations throughout the year.
The 2 mentioned in this article that I have not yet tried are Musc Pallas and Les Jeux Sont Faits. Both sound like fragrances and my wife MUST have. Looking forward to getting our noses on both of these. We flipped a coin and Les Jeux Sont Faits was the winner of which fragrance we would choose, should we be picked for this giveaway. 🙂

Oli and Steven have offered such a well-rounded view of these five! Psychedelique’s chocolatey patchouli sounds intriguing, but I’m captivated by Remember Me’s chai latte and frangipani combo. As a fragrance enthusiast in the US, I’d be thrilled to win Remember Me – it would be my first of Jovoy Paris!

  • Oli’s ability to paint olfactory pictures is remarkable and I’m so impressed by the fact he co-developed 21 Conduit St! Steven describing Remember Me as an ambery but still gourmand-adjacent vanilla adds another dimension I’m eager to experience. I’ve gotten decants of Fire at Will and will certainly be dipping my toes further into Jovoy Paris… I would absolutely treasure winning Remember Me
    USA

  • I own 3 Jovoy perfumes: Fire at Will, Ambre Premier, and Remember Me. They each are top line, and I am on my second bottle of Fire at Will. Based on Oli’s description Jovoy Paris “Psychedelique is a powerhouse patchouli perfume. Inspired by the time Jovoy owner Francois Henin spent in Vietnam in his youth, where he worked processing and distilling raw materials.” and learning Francois Henin worked in Vietnam, I would be honored to win Psychedelique. Happy 15th anniversary -France

  • A few years ago, I discovered JOVOY and fell in love with it. I recognize the excellent quality of its ingredients and the refinement of its scents. Three years ago, I gave La Liturgie des Heures to my husband for his birthday, He loves incense, I know it’s not a fragrance for everyone, but he loved it. I’d like to have it for myself L’Arbre de la Connaissance, I got a vial when I bought my husband’s perfume and its fresh, herbal charm seems ideal for these upcoming warm days. I hope to win the giveaway.

  • I feel that both introductions were about as useful as simply reading the notes off of fragrantica. Actually, they’re less useful because they take up way more time to deliver the exact same information I can read in five seconds. Nothing said about the experiences projection or longevity which are the the things I look for first when looking up information on a fragrance! That said, I came into this not having any experience with Jovoy and thinking that I would choose Remember Me because I love Cecile’s work but after becoming more aware of the brand I think I have to choose Paychedelique, although I am very intrigued by Les Jeux Sont Faits as well. I am in the USA.

  • Abdel Altamimi says:

All of these fragrances sound amazing, but 21 Conduit St is in the scent family that I lean towards the most. Grapefruit always stands out but combining that with rhubarb and almond…sound innovative and fantastic! Have to try it out. Thanks Redolessence for introducing these to me.

  • I’ve been wanting to try something from Jovoy for a while; something about the bottle style is quite appealing to me. I only dabble in musks but I found the way both Oli and Steven described Musc Pallas as velvety, smooth and pearl-like to sound quite lovely. If I were to win however, I think I would choose Remember Me. I love gourmands that have just a little more character, so the cardamom and condensed milk notes sound just right for me. As Steven described, it sounds quite memorable, rather than just another basic vanilla. USA

Cafleurebon and Jovoy 15 years of scouting and exelance, together with Michelyn Camen, Editor-in-Chief and the two senior editors Oli Marlow and Redolessence observations of Jovoy fragrances were very evocative and made me a bit nostalgic for the days of 10+ years ago , when I for the first time stumbled across niche perfumery.
Oli Marlow clarity when it comes to Cafleurebon , the years of creation of Psychedelic, Les Jeux Sont Faits, Remember Me, 21 Conduit St and Musc Pallas were helpful because I’d like to know when and the main reason fragrances are made of.
Since not a lot of people nowadays can blend passion and artistry in their lives and writings i enjoyed Oli Marlow and Redolessence work very much.
As a fan of Psychedelic I’m always eager to see how all other fragrances would translate into my own personal experiences. Maybe I’d place all my bets with Les Jeux Sont Faits, drink a warm tea with milk and cardamom with Remember Me, be up-to-date with 21 Conduit St or have a shimmering day with Musc Pallas?
I don’t gamble myself, but I’m all for big and loud fragrances, tobacco and rum. That’s why I’m going for Les Jeux Sont Faits.

  • Thanks to Francois Henin for his generosity, and Michelyn Camen for her intro , together with Oli Marlow and Redolessence reviews. Thanks to the general feel of the article started thinking about all kinds of Parisian moments I’d like to experience in the Summer . Visiting Jovoy Paris is in my list already.
Such a nice thing to read , you always focus on hard to find artistic perfumes, passion and cozy memories. I own Jovoy Paris fragrance already, Fire at Will and i can’t wait to try all Psychedelic, Les Jeux Sont Faits, Remember Me, 21 Conduit St and Musc Pallas. I believe Francois Henin and the different perfumers Jacques Flori, Amelie Bourgeois, Cécile Zarokian, Oli Marlow and Marie Schnirer, and Vanina Murraciole all have carefully chosen every single raw material , so their fragrances can tell a different and more unique stories.
Both Psychedelic and Les Jeux Sont Faits intrigued me equally, both huge perfumes with scent profiles I really like. Psychedelic i find particularly interesting because of how famous it is and the leaning towards the chocolate kind of patchouli, and Les Jeux Sont Faits for the honeyed tobacco , rum and spices structure , boozy and fruity accords and the 1950’s connection.
I do feel very special and desired wearing Fire at Will , my favorite Jovoy fragrance, and I know I’d feel the same way wearing Les Jeux Sont Faits
Once again congrats for your 15th anniversary , and fingers crossed

  • I read once again Part1 with Francois Henin and like him I also sign for another 15 years.
You guys are built differently , no mistake Oli Marlow own words proves that “Amelie Bourgeois painted this rich human soup with rum, tobacco, amber and cumin..”
Very emotional description by both OliMarlow and Redolessence , and just as emotional way of highlighting the prestigious heritage of Jovoy by Michelyn Camen in her introduction.
I”m glad to know the Jovoy fragrances I should be wearing consists of 5 magical fragrance with hypnotic trails . My type of scents are Psychedelic, Les Jeux Sont Faits , Remember Me and 21 Conduit St. What fascinated me the most is the share audacity of Les Jeux Sont Faits, bold, loud and ready to throw some fists . A good Jamaican rum and Cuban cigars are always welcomed , hopefully I’ll be able to win Les Jeux Sont Faits. Sincerely thank you from the EU

Last summer I followed Redolessence advice to subscribe and participate in a giveaway, and I’m glad I keep discovering new and interesting great smelling fragrances on your blog. Cafleurebon and Jovoy shared 15th Anniversary is a landmark no doubt – congratulations.
Crafting fine fragrance articles is an art and my expectations for Part 2 were quite high, as usual I’m pleased with Michelyn Camen, Oli Marlow and Redolessence collaboration , a balance of boldness and subtlety , darkness and light .
Jovoy Paris i know by name only , never had a chance to try their fragrances or to visit the 8 boutiques in person. What appeals to me about the article is learning that the house of Jovoy features one of a kind fragrances, all made by established perfumers .
Psychedelic I like for the modern dark chocolate patchouli, Les Jeux Sont Faits for the tobacco and rum , Remember Me for the tea with milk and cardamom, 21 Conduit St for the lavender and how impactful it is and Musc Pallas for the wooly comfort and hints of pear.
After several minutes of thinking I believe the one that stands out for me is Les Jeux Sont Faits, daring mysterious and appealing composition.

The senior editors Oli Marlow and Redolessence theme in every sense of the way confirmed my beliefs that I need both love ,  passion , comfort  , sophisticated fragrances , a bottle of Jamaican rum and Dominican cigars .
To me quality niche perfumery is a must, but I like to know the background of the brand and particular fragrances, that’s where Michelyn Camen and Oli Marlow grabbed me. Where Redolessence always shines was his detailed passionate reviews and knowledge.
The say chocolate is an aphrodisiac , I’d take delight in testing that theory with a hand made Swiss chocolate and a couple of sprays Psychedelic. Or maybe I should play some poker with a glass of rum and hand rolled Cuban cigar and Les Jeux Sont Faits?
Psychedelic and Les Jeux Sont Faits stood out to me the most,  not an easy task to choose between the two.
I’m on board with a fragrance that speaks in a language of 1950’s high roller, and since I play poker, I like Cuban cigars and Dominican rum I feel like Les Jeux Sont Faits is the natural choice for me.
    Warm hugs

Since I’ve always been fascinated by the all the aspects of Jovoy culture I’m glad I stumbled across your great “Five Jovoy Paris perfumes you should be wearing” theme .
Michelyn’s intro emphasizing how found Francois Henin is of Cafleurebon, and for the 2nd time in a couple of weeks giving one reader a chance to win one bottle of choice. No wonder the peaceful and patient energy on Cafleurebon really translates to the love and appreciation shown by the Jovoy owner.
I had some distinct sensory moments with Cafleurebon articles and I can’t get enough , wonderful work by Michelyn Camen, Editor-in-Chief, Oli Marlow and Redolessence.
Love Fire at Will and Psychedelic, and I’d like to also add multiple other Jovoy fragrances to my collection . Since I own Fire at Will and Psychedelic I’m now focused on Les Jeux Sont Faits, Remember Me, 21 Conduit St and Musc Pallas.
I’m not a gambler and I’m not drinking for 10+ years now ,  but I can’t help but to admire the effrontery of Les Jeux Sont Faits. Judging by Oli Marlow and Redolessence impressions i have to say Amelie Bourgeois created a very special fragrance. Boozy , with tobacco,  amber and cumin , the fragrance I’m looking for to win.

  • I am finding such a wealth of knowledge passed down from Steven G. I love that he covers such a broad range of frangrances from cost effective (important for us South African enthusiasts due to our poor currency performance internationally) right up to the beautiful niche offerings available, even if some of them are only fantasies! The five Jovoy fragrances listed and described above sound so luscious and complex but the one I would most love to experience is the Jovoy Paris Musc Pallas. This sounds tantalizing and intoxicating, something to dive into and truly expeience.

  • Mutual.Respect says:

What a beautiful and informative article, and continuation of  Cafleurebon and Jovoy 15th Anniversary. I loved equally reading Michelyn Camen and Oli Marlow thoughts and watching Redolessence video. To me you all represents wisdom, renewal and patience , and various other artistic values .
I’m pleased to know the only Jovoy fragrance in my possession the modern 21 Conduit St. found a way to your Top 5 , and also how Oli Marlow was one of co-creators . Such a surprise  !
I’m looking forward to try Psychedelic, Les Jeux Sont Faits, Remember Me and Musc Pallas. Even though all soud equally as great the main reason I’m going with Les Jeux Sont Faits is the sense of confidence and gambling impudence coming from the fragrance . Not to mention i love rum and tobacco.

  • I feel that Jovoy is one of the most underhyped fragrance houses out there. Everything I’ve tried from them has been of exceptional quality and its surprising you don’t hear them mentioned more often in the YouTube space. I loved Oli’s blurbs because they manage to accurately describe each scent in such a succinct way – no fluff or filler and he absolutely nailed the gauzy experience of Musc Pallas and the unctuous feeling of Remember Me. Steven’s video also provided brief yet effective descriptors, but gave us a sense of each fragrance’s potency. I also love that he commended the creative names that Jovoy has chosen for their scents. I’ve tried nearly all of the five here today, and they are all stunning, If I were to be chosen, though, I think I would take the gamble and go for the one I have not tried yet: 21 Conduit Street. I’ve come across it in blogs for years, but have never managed to sample it. With spring going into full effect here in the South, I think it would be perfect. I live in NC, USA.

I enjoy greatly Jovoy Paris friendly approach towards everyone who enter the boutique . I had the pleasure of visiting the Summer of 23′ , no one was pushing me to buy and I received recommendations by the sales associates only when I asked for a sophisticated boozy fragrance with tobacco. After smelling maybe a dozen i end up buying Jovoy own Pavillion Rouge.
Everything in the “5 Jovoy Paris fragrances you should be wearing” article is on its own plac , the variety , performance , there’s comfort and there’s boldness, there’s sweetness , fruity , boozy , tobacco, musk , tea , vanilla and patchouli nuances.
The reason my pick would be Les Jeux Sont Faits is based mostly Oli Marlow and Redolessence opinions, but I’m also curious because of the scent profile. Like I said I own Jovoy Pavillion Rouge, and even though there’s rum and tobacco in both i tend to believe two two are very different. I’m I’m ready for exquisite Monaco casino trip with Les Jeux Sont Faits
I love the genuine appreciation Cafleurebon and Jovoy have for each other , since you both surrounded yourself with brilliance.
Thanks a million and Happy Anniversary

  • Utmost respect for people like Francois Henin , Michelyn Camen, Oli Marlow and Redolessence all of which have unbelievably high frafgrance standards and goals , yet do not forget to spread optimism and passion.

《Amelie Bourgeois painted this rich human soup with rum, tobacco, amber and cumin”.- Oli Marlow》

Wow …. that’s THE human soup I need to try. At first when I saw the list of fragrances I thought I’d go with Psychedelique, but Oli Marlow definitely pushed me towards Les Jeux Sont Faits with some rum , tobacco and gambling games.
Good job Cafleurebon … as usual , and good job Jovoy , together with different very talented people in your circles you engineered magnificent articles and fragrances. On top of that i do have a favorite Jovoy fragrance, I wear Fire at Will all year long

15th Anniversary ? Salutations to both Cafleurebon and Jovoy. It could be my impressions only but I believe most people associate Jovoy with Psychedelique , one of the best patchouli fragrances I’ve ever smelled , and Cafleurebon with sophisticated , from cozy to edgy detailed reviews.I was absolutely sure I’d see Psychedelique in your recommendations.
It was a pleasure reading part2 of 15th Anniversary celebration ,i’ve learned a lot of today. What intrigued me the most, in no particular order a) Jovoy and Cafleurebon never-ending ambition to grow b) the slightly different perspective of the 5 fragrances by Oli Marlow and Redolessence c) Francois Henin appreciation and trust in Michelyn Camen d) How classy the Jovoy and Cafleurebon owners are e) the 15 years of hard work f) the fact that I can pick the fragrance that speaks to me the most Les Jeux Sont Faits.
I really like the macho man energy of the fragrance. Gambling is not my thing, but I definitely like a good rum ,and hand rolled Cuban cigar, who doesn’t?
Psychedelique is already in my possession

  • Part 2 of Cafleurebon and Jovoy co-curated Anniversary article is here , love it. Jovoy and Cafleurebon I’m keen on because I value passion, accuracy and exquisite fragrances myself. Also Cafleurebon just as much as Francois Henin have affinity for attention to every detail, originality, exclusivity and above all quality.
I do own two vanilla based Jovoy fragrances , Remember Me and Fire at Will and I presume Michelyn and Redolessence didn’t wanted to put two sweet fragrances in their top 5 , since I personally believe Fire at Will also deserves to be in the list.
Psychedelic I know of course, Les Jeux Sont Faits , 21 Conduit St and Musc Pallas i haven’t smelled.
What really grabbed me in Michelyn Camen introduction, Oli Marlow essay and Redolessence video is the extensive journey they went through to recommend evergreen patchouli like Psychedelique , the adventurous , boozy and bold Les Jeux Sont Faits, the comforting Remember Me, the modern fougere 21 Conduit St and the silky Musc Pallas , and most notably the whole Jovoy top 5 package.
I’m keen on the impertinent behavior of the person depicted by Oli Marlow, the person who likes to gamble, drink and if he has to to defend his honour with his fists. Thanks to him , the rum and tobacco notes , and depending on Redolessence ecstatic experience I’m aware Les Jeux Sont Faits is a very special brass fragrance with lots of depth, and unique character , ,my pick.
I do enjoy Remember Me and Fire at Will equally.

It’s amazing how long Francois Henin and Michelyn Camen worked towards turning their emotions and dreams into reality – 15 long years. I suppose the satisfaction is tremendous now.
I find Cafleurebon very professional , all experts always take their time to talk about the presentation , the perfumer , the history of the brand, the ingredients , the whole creative process and not just how the fragrance smells.
Thank you Michelyn Camen, Editor-in-Chief , Oli Marlow and Redolessence for recreating your memories of Jovoy and in particular Psychedelique, Les Jeux Sont Faits, Remember Me, 21 Conduit St and Musc Pallas. It was pleasing to see the variety in your picks, the prime example of patchouli- Psychedelique, the boozy and tobacco like Les Jeux Sont Faits, the milky tea of Remember Me, slightly fruity and aromatic 21 Conduit St and tangible Musc Pallas.
Cafleurebon as the global reference when it comes to artistic and niche perfume , and in collaboration with Jovoy also generously providing one lucky reader with a bottle of choice. What I’d pick is Les Jeux Sont Faits.

Psychedelique is leaning on the chocolate patchouli, 21 Conduit St a riff on a modern fougere, and Les Jeux Sont Faits an ode to 1950’s high roller. If lucky I’d choose Les Jeux Sont Faits
I acknowledge Jovoy Paris and Cafleurebon fine work during the years , and I’d like to say I’m thankful for the chance. EU

Oli Marlow’s written introductions are as vivid and evocative as the perfumes themselves—each description transports you into the world of the scent, making it impossible not to crave a spritz. Steven’ video review was equally captivating, offering an immersive experience that highlights the artistry behind each creation. • I am curious about the Jovoy line based on prior reading and viewing various fragrance reviews, but I have never tried one. Of these 5, it is so hard to choose just one! The mystery and booziness of Les Jeux Sont Faits that is Steven’s favorite sounds intriguing and unique. The spiced vanilla frangipani of Remember me sounds so tempting to try (I have been curious about Fire At Will also!). But ultimately, I think I would most want to try Musc Pallas for its velvety iris musk. I am in MA, USA.

  • This one has me hooked—*Remember Me* sounds like pure comfort in a bottle. That creamy chai vibe with cardamom, ginger, and frangipani? Absolutely dreamy. Out of the five, this is the one I need in my life!

In my world 15th Anniversary is called Quindecennial or Crystal . I’d like to believe that’s why Francois Henin of Jovoy wanted to fete Cafleurebon readers with such general gifts in both Part 1 and Part 2 , as a token of appreciation for Michelyn Camen and Crystal Anniversary traditions.
I like the way Oli Marlow and Redolessence shared the way they perceive Psychedelique, Les Jeux Sont Faits, Remember Me, 21 Conduit St and Musc Pallas , Oli focusing on the stories behind the fragrances , when they were made and who the perfumer is, and Redolessence more on the way they smell.
Jovoy is a great house , I have tested a few of their offerings including Remember Me and 21 Conduit St. Don’t have a bottle yet , just samples but I’d name Fire at Will as my favourite.
I’d love to discover Psychedelique, Les Jeux Sont Faits and Musc Pallas too , even though I have to admit the one that grabbed me instantly was Les Jeux Sont Faits.
The 1950’s high roller gambling background of the fragrance made me think of a casino wedding i organized last month. The couple were looking to add an extra touch of luxury with wedding packages that include special services and discounts. From helicopter transfers to access to VIP lounges, like Oli Marlow said olfactory portrait of a high roller , but with 2025’s settings. Fragrances can easily transport you to places and events, and now i can’t stop thinking of Les Jeux Sont Faits, count me in for the rum and tobacco wedding fragrance. Even if they don’t win big at the tables, couples can rest assured knowing that their special day was excellent with some extra sprays of Les Jeux Sont Faits 🙂

I’ve always been favorable to passionate and accurate content, that’s why I enjoyed so much the written reviews by Oli Marlow and Redolessence YouTube video so much. They gave their own unique spin to all Psychedelic, Les Jeux Sont Faits, Remember Me, 21 Conduit St and Musc Pallas. I’m in between Les Jeux Sont Faits and Remember Me. The milky tea with cardamom in Remember Me is so soothing, yet the fragrance that’s calling my name is Les Jeux Sont Faits. • Since I enjoyed everything I read and watched I’m not sure where should even start with. I’ll start with
    A) Part 1 , Michelyn Camen introduction
We asked Contributor Oli Marlow (Jovoy Mayfair‘s videographer and co-creator of 21 Conduit Street) to introduce Steven’s video with brief reviews in order of their release date.
    –Michelyn Camen, Editor-in-Chief
So Oli Marlow is Jovoy Mayfair videographer, perfumer and Cafleurebon contributor at the same time, hats down to you Oli
It’s nice to have someone who share your values.
    B) Part 2 , 5 Jovoy fragrances we should be wearing – Oli Marlow’s take
“Named for a French expression that translates to “the bets are placed”, Les Jeux Sont Faits typifies the early wave of Jovoy’s perfumes perfectly. ”

I absolutely love Oli Marlow read , once again the information made me wonder, and think for a while.
    C) Part 3 , Jovoy fragrances we should be wearing – Redolessence take , vibrant and detailed as usual.
The whole package was great and I’m not sure how to continue , maybe with Francois Henin and Michelyn Camen values , or the with the unique blend between the gambling games podium of the 1950’s , premium rum and cigars haze of Les Jeux Sont Faits , or maybe the importance of the Redolessence evocative reviews ? All are equally as important for the forming of the current article identity.
I do appreciate the artistry in all other recommendations , but I came to realization I need Les Jeux Sont Faits in my life
Unfortunately I have no experience with Jovoy fragrances , I own Jeroboam Insulo though
    EU
    Cheers

  • To me Cafleurebon often feels like mine or someone else childhood memories are bottled up , a place where reviews are vivid and full of positive energy.Francois Henin is also built differently , happy and dedicated plus he also likes to surround himself with people who have the same or similar values just like Michelyn Camen. The long time partnership between the two is admirable.
I am familiar with one Jovoy fragrance Fire at Will, kind of thought I’d see it in your co-curated list but you chose some worthy alternatives 😉
The three fragrances i find attractive are Psychedelique based on the dark chocolate patchouli , Les Jeux Sont Faits based on 1950’s high roller profile with tobacco and rum, and Remember Me based on the tea with gourmand elements and spices.
What I do know is that i do like to want to add high roller luxury into my life in 2025 , and considering my taste for perfumes i believe i can do that with Les Jeux Sont Faits . Love the mental getaway to the best Cuban cigars in a luxury casino environment with a bottle of Calvados , what a journey i had with the help of Oli , Michelyn, Redolessence and Amelie Bourgeois. I bet Les Jeux Sont Faits would surprise me greatly , sassy fragrance i believe , I’m hooked
Thank you for the whole Jovoy+Cafleurebon experience

Well structured three way fragrance episode by Michelyn Camen, Oli Marlow and Redolessence , I like the more thoughtful overall experience I just had. I learned about Jovoy Paris Psychedelique , Les Jeux Sont Faits, Remember Me, 21 Conduit St and Musc Pallas distinct and complex scents , and the way Francois Henin wanted to fete Cafleurebon readers
My personal final flourish is the harmony of the article you were able to achieve. I’m pulling out my favorite quote now :
[ It is big, it’s loud and it’s kind of outrageous but it also nails its brief perfectly – an olfactory portrait of a 1950’s high roller who wasn’t afraid to bet big, drink large and defend his honour with his fists. ]
I never gamble but I’m also a tobacco and rum lover , and Les Jeux Sont Faits appealed to me the most . I learned about Amelie Bourgeois kinetic pairing of rum , tobacco and angelica and the 1950’s high roller portrait. Les Jeux Sont Faits is such a distinct and complex scent
Thank you very much Jovoy Paris , perfumer Amelie Bourgeois, Cafleurebon ,Oli Marlow and Redolessence , EU

Slendid work , not only a spectacular read and video , or overview of the mutual appreciation between Francois Henin’s and Michelyn Camen , but way more. Thank Michelyn , you’ve chosen the brands to work with wisely , Francois Henin is doing the exact same thing.
There are refined , cozy , passionate fragrances , patchouli, tea, musk, vanilla, rum and tobacco , there are stories , guilty pleasures, adventures and gambling here and I’m loving it.
Jovoy Paris Fire at Will floral and fluffy sensation i like a lot , that’s why i own a bottle. The fragrance I’d like to win today is Les Jeux Sont Faits . I love the way Amelie Bourgeois made one unbelievable aroma in unique and daring at the same time way , she’s one of my favorite perfumers
    Thank you so much EU

  • Musc Pallas because I love a good musk scent.Love learning about this fragrance house. So many wonderful fragrances. Steven’s video has me wanting to sample many . USA

  • I really appreciate the variety of fragrances chosen from the Jovoy Paris collection. At first I was going to choose Psychedelique because I’m an unabashed patchouli lover but I’m also a fougere aficionado and the rhubarb accord in 21 Conduit St has me intrigued. MD, USA.

  • NeverOrdinaryPerfumery says:

Such a nice surveying Redolessence did on Jovoy Paris Psychedelique, Les Jeux Sont Faits, Remember Me, 21 Conduit St and Musc Pallas , I’m keen on his meticulousness . Oli Marlow insightful perspective was just as helpful since he’s not just a Cafleurebon contributor , but also Jovoy Mayfair videographer and on top of that 21 Conduit St is a collaboration between him and Marie Schnirer.
Jumping in between flavorful, tasty , romantic , betting , tranquil and outrageous in a good way  depictions was a treat i was not expecting . I’m pleased since I have a thing for chocolate patchouli (Psychedelique) , and amber,  rum and tobacco fragrances (Les Jeux Sont Faits) done in an unconventional manner.
Since I have to choose between Psychedelique and Les Jeux Sont Faits I’d put my money on the latter. Can’t miss the chance to win a fragrance with tobacco and rum.
Count me in . From the EU

I like how Cafleurebon and Jovoy represent equally the almost lost virtues of the past like artisanal passion, and the brightness of the future.
I love the article since it helped me getting in touch with the harmony in Jovoy Paris offerings .I appreciate the chocolate oriented patchouli aspect of Psychedelique, the vanilla and milk tea in Remember Me, the lavender and slight hashish note in 21 Conduit St , but I love boozy tobacco fragrances, and Les Jeux Sont Faits is my cup of tea.
The Amelie Bourgeois made fragrance is letting its arrogant side shine bright with deep tobacco and rum facets that thicken up the feel of 1950’s high roller hue , and the angelica is adding a green herbal undertones and to this exelance . I believe Les Jeux Sont Faits is actually an elegant perfume but with a wild flames in its eyes! EU

Michelyn Camen words in the intro are truly evocative, capturing the essence of memories and emotions that many of us can relate to. I’m talking about those simple yet profound moments of passion , loyalty, and respect . For those who can appreciate them they linger around longer than any fragrance.
Oli Marlow framing of Jovoy Les Jeux Sont Faits as “an olfactory portrait of a 1950’s high roller who wasn’t afraid to bet big, drink large and defend his honour with his fists” captured my imagination . The fragrance beautifully aligns with the echoes of the 1950’s high roller gamblers since they were not afraid of betting big , drink large and punch someone if their honor was at stake. All beautifully aligns with the my current emotional spectrum , and tobacco and rum scent profile.
Les Jeux Sont Faits is an unique and artistic perfume I’d be thrilled to win . EU

    Happy 15th Anniversary !
I love Francois Henin’s gesture to Cafleurebon , and the readers of the blog.
Beyond questions I’m all for the artistic and niche perfume, passion and creativity, qualities all wildly available at Cafleurebon and Jovoy.
Oli Marlow highlighted the release dates of the fragrances , the authenticity , modesty and grace as foundations of Francois Henin path and I’m on board with that. Jovoy Mayfair is where i’ve smelled a few and bought 21 Conduit St . Good to know Oli Marlow was part of the duo who created it , together with Marie Schnirer.
Redolessence mentioned that all 5 Jovoy suggestions are curated in celebration of Cafleurebon 15th Anniversary. I’d like to celebrate my next anniversary with Les Jeux Sont Faits
I’m delighted by the two reviews,  your shared Jovoy history and the chance , in the UK

  • What more to ask? I can’t think of anything else. Michelyn Camen and Redolessence served us 5 exotic cocktails , and garnishe them with wisdom, introspection, elegance and passion. This time you added a betting room and 1950’s olfactory portrait. Let the 15th Anniversary celebrations continue.
Jovoy fragrances are always made by exceptional materials ! I love this house , Psychedelique i own.
If I have to pick between the boozy tobacco in Les Jeux Sont Faits, the chai latte in Remember Me, the aromatic and impactful 21 Conduit St and the silky Musc Pallas I’d choose Les Jeux Sont Faits.
Thanks for the opportunity to win such a generous gift, and also thanks to Michelyn , Editor-in-Chief Camen , Redolessence and Oli Marlow the splendid work

  • I am very new to the perfume journey, learning to distinguish notes and appreciating the art of blending different materials to create a beautiful fragrance.
“Remember me “ transforms me back to childhood in small town of Ukraine Vinnitsa. Meeting friends for coffee or tea in a small shop. And as soon as you come in, piece and serenity hugs you and you will happy and alive. 35 years later I can still close my eyes and relive this experience over and over. Remember me….

  • It’s almost May can’t believe that , the time for 15th Anniversary celebration is now , congrats
It’s interesting that Cafleurebon and Jovoy I discovered around the same time ~ 6-7 years ago , Remember Me and Private Label are in my possession now. Between the two I’d say I slightly prefer Private Label , the booziness is so strong on my skin, it’s so dry i absolutely love it. I had Incident Diplomatique in the past too but I finished it.
What I like the most on Cafleurebon is that the variety of brands and styles is massive. Doesn’t matter the genre you always got me covered.
All Jovoy fragrances are special, I had to read the article and watch Redolessence video twice in a row, so I can make the right choice. It was a tie for me between Psychedelique and Les Jeux Sont Faits. I think I like Amelie Bourgeois rich soup with rum, tobacco and cumin just a little more, my choice would be Les Jeux Sont Faits

Jovoy is a house I feel deserves more recognition as they have some hidden gems within their collection. Love the selection of fragrances here. I own Psychedelique so I know exactly what Olí means by the chocolatey feeling to it. I’m not too familiar with the others presented here but I have only heard amazing things from Jovoy. Should I be so lucky to win, Remember Me does sound like the one more aligned with my taste. I’m located in the USA.

  • My takeaway of Jovoy and Cafleurebon anniversaries with a quote :

“When Francois Hénin, Founder and Owner of Jovoy Paris Parfums Rares, president of the Parfetique Company, and founder of the brands Jovoy Paris and Jeroboam learned of ÇaFleureBon’s 15th anniversary landmark on March 22nd, he wanted to fete our readers and viewers with fabulous gifts including the JOVOY DREAM BOX, (there was a winner!). To continue the celebration, in Part 2, Steven Gavrielatos and Michelyn Camen curated five Jovoy Paris perfumes that represent a range of unique and high-quality Jovoy fragrances from the collection.”
    – Michelyn Camen
Yes please on everything Michelyn said. Unquestionably dedication and originality are super important for the 21st century dire competition, and expectations are beyond high for everyone , in particular for niche fragrance boutiques , brands and blogs.
Michelyn Camen and Francois Henin are leading the way , although I have a feeling every single person in Jovoy and Cafleurebon teams do possess noteworthy work ethics , Oli Marlow and Redolessence easily proved my point with their work.
Yes to the chocolate patchouli in Psychedelique, the modern fougere 21 Conduit St and the chai latte served amongst frangipani flowers Remember Me. Still 1950’s high roller who’s gambling big, drinks a lot and occasionally defends his honour with his fists…are you serious Oli? LOL When “the bets are placed” my money would be on Les Jeux Sont Faits
Fire at Will is my favorite Jovoy , truly addictive gourmand with powdery mimosa, brown sugar and grown-ups suited aroma. Thank you

I would love to get Remember Me. I remember first smelling it at a local perfume shop here in San Francisco (ZGO) and finding it such an outstanding expression of florals and spice. I was torn between purchasing it and Incident Diplomatique. I went with the latter as I thought it would work well for office wear, while Remember Me cried out for casual fun scenes. I still love (and regularly wear) Incident Diplomatique, but have always had a very fond spot in my memory for Remember Me… seems fitting! 🙂

  • olgAPOISON says:

Oli Marlow’s introduction is both evocative and informative—his personal connection to each scent adds real depth to the descriptions. I especially loved how he captured the complexity of Remember Me with the phrase “a chai latte served amongst frangipani flowers.” It instantly painted a warm, comforting, yet exotic image in my mind. Steven’s video review further deepened my appreciation for the craftsmanship behind Jovoy’s perfumes. His passion is clear and contagious, making me even more curious to experience the fragrances firsthand. If I were to win, I’d choose Remember Me—I live in EU and the mix of gourmand notes, spices, and frangipani sounds like a dreamy, emotional scent I’d reach for every day.

  • ianbradleyandrews says:

I love Steven’s reviews. They are always so thorough and helpful. Both his and the written review make me think I’d like the earthy patchouli of psychedelique. That is the one I’d chose if picked. I live in Indiana.

  • Brandon Rodriguez says:

Mr. Marlows introduction to the fragrances is succinct and highlights the wonderous characteristics each of these Jovoy brings to you. In particular 21 Conduits highlight of Lavender vetiver and rhubarb sounds freshly decadent. Steve’s review as always paints the mental picture of the fragrance notes. His impression of freshness and uniqueness of conduit makes this sound like a great warm weather and perhaps everyday wear. Given that I’d love to be the winner and I’d choose 21 Conduits st. Live in NY, USA. Good luck all.

  • Daniel Rutan says:

I have loved the House of Jovoy and many of its iconic fragrances!! I have yet to try 21 Conduit Street and am intrigued by Oli’s description of a modern riff on a Fougere. I have a deep appreciation for Fougeres in general and would love to try this one. The combination of grapefruit and Vetiver sound like they would balance each other well with the contrast of bright citrus and dry, earthy Vetiver. One day I hope to make it to Paris to visit the Jovoy boutique!! I live in Oak Park, IL.

  • Eris.can.swatch.kaos says:

If I could afford high-end luxury niche, Jovoy would top my list of brands I would own. I have a hard time choosing from these five offerings of which would be my favorite, but I think Remember Me is it. They are all so different and Steven described them beautifully, though quickly. Remember Me has a gourmand quality that I can’t live without, and an amber facet that speaks volumes. I am a Redolessence subscriber and I follow Cafleurebon on ig. I live in Oregon.

15 years? You had me closing my eyes to interpret what that long journey have been for both Jovoy and Cafleurebon.
“an olfactory portrait of a 1950’s high roller who wasn’t afraid to bet big, drink large and defend his honour with his fists”
1950’s high roller you say? A gambler, heavy drinker and smoker with rum and tobacco, now that’s a scene I’d like to see . No wonder Jovoy is the spectacle of niche perfumery, and Cafleurebon the spectacle of niche reviews.
What sets you both apart is the passion and exclusivity you spread. Having worn Fire at Will for some time now , I am anxiously waiting to try Les Jeux Sont Faits.

Michelyn Camen introduction to Jovoy and Cafleurebon 15th Anniversary was truly captivating , Oli Marlow and Redolessence reviews speak for themselves.
Their passion for the art of perfumery shines through, making me even more eager to experience Jovoy Fragrances hence I never had the pleasure to do so.
Michelyn stating that Oli Marlow is not just a Cafleurebon team member, but Jovoy Mayfair videographer and co-creator of 21 Conduit St was a powerful message. Such a gifted guy.
I’m thinking about two fragrances right now, the dark chocolate patchouli with luxurious sillage in Psychedelique , and the loud and outrageous rum and tobacco in Les Jeux Sont Faits. Between the two i think I’d prefer Les Jeux Sont Faits. From the EU
    Lovely opportunity

  • Happy Easter to those who celebrate, and Happy 15th Anniversary to Cafleurebon and Jovoy
To me Cafleurebon and Jovoy together represent the patient energy , peacefulness, strategic thinking and positive transformations , no wonder Michelyn Camen and Francois Henin click so well.
Psychedelique is an iconic fragrance that smells fantastic , Pavillion Rouge when it comes to compliments alone is second to none.
I’ve noticed that both Oli Marlow and Steven didn’t mention rose when it comes to Psychedelique. I wear the fragrance for many years , and other than the patchouli and the earthy nuances the rose easy to smell on my skin , especially in the drydown.
I have no experience with the other four fragrances chosen by Michelyn and Steven to represent Jovoy. I tend to believe Les Jeux Sont Faits, Remember Me and 21 Conduit St are all great , and will suit me really well.
Les Jeux Sont Faits stands out the most with the spices , the tobacco and the rum . Fragrance made by Amelie Bourgeois for those appreciate the artistry, but also who like to get noticed , for people like me .
Pavillion Rouge is my favorite Jovoy Paris fragrance.

Splendid approach , I like the variety and the option to pick between 5 exquisite fragrances , thank you Michelyn and Happy 15th Anniversary.
Cafleurebon team , even though with different styles and preferences all have a taste for unique olfactory experiences , to me that’s essential. Stylistically Oli Marlow and Redolessence differ in many ways, each giving their own perspective.
Psychedelique and the gothic churchy incense La Liturgie des Heures are the two Jovoy Paris fragrances i own .
    ■ Psychedelique is one of the best patchouli fragrances ever made, dark chocolate, amber , rich and decadent.
    ■ Les Jeux Sont Faits i haven’t smelled, made by high-quality materials artistic tobacco and rum fragrance, long lasting warm and bold
    ■ Remember Me I’ve sampled, both Oli Marlow and Steven implied that it’s a sweet fragrance with gourmand elements. It’s not as sweet to me.
    ■ 21 Conduit St i hasn’t smelled, modern fougere with lavender, rhubarb and vetiver.
    ■ Musc Pallas I haven’t smelled too , silky powdery muskiness and hints of fruits
No matter the scent profile all Jovoy fragrances share the sense of exclusivity. Les Jeux Sont Faits is my choice.
Between my two favorites Psychedelique and La Liturgie des Heures i slightly prefer Psychedelique.

Great 5 way reviews and giveaway !
It was a pleasure learning about Francois Henin history in Vietnam, Oli Marlow gifts , the 4 bespoke fragrances , and the way they were created. I said 4 and not 5 because I’ve tested and own Psychedelique. I love the fact that every perfume is in the Michelyn Camen and Redolessence co-curated list and in Jovoy catalog for an artistic reason rather than following 2025’s trends. Surely Cafleurebon found a like-minded business partner in Francois Henin and Jovoy.
I’m on board with Les Jeux Sont Faits , I love the way Oli compared this beautiful fragrance to short tempered person who likes to gamble, drink , smoke and fight. I love boozy fragrances and I think the fragrance is true juxtaposition of classic and modern. I really love a good tobacco note too and this sounds so interesting, mixing current and past. The herbal angelica note Redolessence spoke about also sound wonderful!
    My favorite Jovoy is Psychedelique
Thank you Cafleurebon for the draw, EU

  • I believe it’s easy to say not just Michelyn Camen but Francois Henin is also working his dream job which is so rare , both business owners and creative people . I’m absolutely convinced that if you want to be successful in this world and at the same time be happy , doesn’t matter if your in the fragrance industry or not , you have to follow your passion first. It’s safe to say all Francois Henin, Michelyn Camen, Oli Marlow and Redolessence are such happy and successful people.
Jovoy Paris Remember Me i own , I have no experience with Psychedelic, Les Jeux Sont Faits, 21 Conduit St and Musc Pallas but I enjoyed learning about them all .
The intro by Michelyn Camen is so well put! I also loved the way you tied all 5 fragrances to aspects of the Jovoy and Francois Henin nature.
Psychedelique is really famous patchouli fragrance leaning towards the dark chocolate, Les Jeux Sont Faits 1950’s high roller gambling DNA with high doses of rum and tobacco caught my eye, and I also think 21 Conduit St versatility is well suited for the warmer weather.
Each fragrance was so beautifully described; great article . I do believe I’d profoundly enjoy wearing Les Jeux Sont Faits and be delighted by the aroma. The idea of adding spices , rum , dried fruits and vanilla to the tobacco , making it loud and outrageous only comes to show the creative parts of Francois Henin and Amelie Bourgeois characters .
Powerful and novelty fragrance, with lots of twists , no wonder Oli Marlow thinks Les Jeux Sont Faits is like an olfactory portrait of a 1950’s high roller , my pick for sure

I’ve been a fan of his for a long time , no wonder to he’s known as “The Ambassador of niche” , and Jovoy and Cafleurebon to all fragrance enthusiasts equal class , beauty and creativity .
“Jovoy Paris Psychedelique is a powerhouse patchouli perfume. Inspired by the time Jovoy owner Francois Henin spent in Vietnam in his youth, where he worked processing and distilling raw materials.″ .
Psychedelique and Ambre Premier are the best Jovoy fragrance I’ve smelled, both are in my possession. I was not aware Francois Henin spent some time in Vietnam processing and distilling raw materials, interesting detail .
Musc Pallas is one of my girlfriend favorite fragrances, cozy juicy fruity and musky.
21 Conduit St and Les Jeux Sont Faits I’m genuinely curious , one versatile fragrance i can wear all year round in all occasions and weather conditions, and one cheeky and obnoxious Amelie Bourgeois creation with rum and tobacco. Completely different fragrances I’d both love to have, the reason I’m going for Les Jeux Sont Faits is the high roller gamblers profile from the 1950’s.

Jovoy is such a fun brand because of the versatility and the quality of the compositions.

I’ve had the chance to try Remember Me and Psychedelique. Remember Me is possibly one of the nicest tea fragrances that I’ve smelt. It works well as a whole composition. Psychedelique is such a pretty chocoloatey patchouli with an elegance to it that I can’t quite descirbe.

Such a devotion , cherished memories between Jovoy and Cafleurebon and strength of characters , I’m love it here ❤
I liked the way Oli Marlow underlines that all the passion and balance in Jovoy Paris fragrances , and considering the 15th Anniversary of Cafleurebon I’d say the blog has a character of its own. To me the biggest appeal of Cafleurebon lies in the Michelyn Camen, Editor-in-Chief and the different contributors abilities to deliver exclusivity.
Major contribution by Francois Henin with the fragrance of choice , and by Michelyn Camen, Oli Marlow and Redolessence by capture the essence of Jovoy with 5 skilfully crafted fragrances .
The ones I can see myself wearing are Psychedelique , Les Jeux Sont Faits and 21 Conduit St. Nothing a like fragrances by the way , Psychedelique is praised by variety of different people as a great patchouli, 21 Conduit St is also business meetings friendly but Les Jeux Sont Faits i like the most because of how how hedonistic it is , a passionate balance with the more primal memories relying on rum , tobacco and considering the loud and outrageous features I’d say the fragrance has a character of its own.
Out of the few Jovoy Paris fragrances I’ve tested , the incense in La Liturgie des Heures I find spectacular.

Thank you for this detailed information and Happy 15th Anniversary
I appreciate learning about where and when Cafleurebon and Jovoy were created , and Francois Henin starting in Vietnam processing and distilling raw materials.
I believe the two authors Oli Marlow and Redolessence with the help of Michelyn Camen are showcasing the niche way of perfumes, by bringing depth and intensity . They made the read and the YouTube a graceful counterpart to all the tedious fragrance reviews online.
I’d love to experience this Jovoy interpretation of niche myself starting with either Les Jeux Sont Faits or Remember Me. Both blends are fabulous, the boozy and tobacco Les Jeux Sont Faits shamelessness is noteworthy, and the chai latte with gourmand elements Remember Me I find calming. Since I need to choose one fragrance if lucky I’d like to explore the captivating Les Jeux Sont Faits. European Union

  • I’m keen on Cafleurebon not sorely because of the multiple sophisticated fragrances and reviews I can find here , that’s the bonus but not the main reason. To me what actually matters to me is the individuality of every single author, not just Oli Marlow and Redolessence.
The images the two painted so well were so evocative , I’m impressed. Out of the fragrances you recommend I’ve only smelled the spectacular Psychedelique, I have a bottle.
Not that I’m a gambler, but I absolutely NEED to know how a 1950’s high roller who wasn’t afraid to bet, drink large and defend his honour with his fists smells.I’d love to win Les Jeux Sont Faits.Cheers from UK

Thanks to Michelyn Camen , Redolessence and Oli Marlow I feel scented now with passion and accuracy, and hopefully with the rum and tobacco of Les Jeux Sont Faits. I love the straight to your face character of the fragrance.

I don’t think anywhere else I’d see a fragrance description like a high roller from 1950’s who likes to gamble and drink big, and he’s not afraid to throw punches left and right 🙂
I like the brass l energy of the Jovoy offering called Les Jeux Sont Faits , Oli Marlow tricked my imagination into thinking of being in Bellagio Casino in Las Vegas.
I have no experience with Jovoy fragrances, and other than Les Jeux Sont Faits I’d also like to try Psychedelic and 21 Conduit St.
By all means YES to Cafleurebon energy , eye-opening introduction and two zealous reviews .
Warm thanks to Francois Henin, Cafleurebon crew and Jovoy . EU

There’s a famous quote from Aloo Denish Obiero that says
“Authenticity is the fragrance of a soul at peace with itself”
Cafleurebon and Jovoy are the evidence , period. I’m fascinated by the emotional fragrance affair between Michelyn Camen and Francois Henin , Part 3 with Olya Bar and Karl Topham would be great Lol
Each of the five fragrances i find delightful due to various reasons, Psychedelique due to chocolate variety of patchouli, Les Jeux Sont Faits due to special boozy-tobacco elegance and gambling spark , Remember Me due to gourmand tea , 21 Conduit St for the rhubarb and lavender, and Musc Pallas due to the iris ,hints of fruits and woody comfort.
The intricate layering of boozy and edgy , maybe even naughty notes , plus the 1950’s high roller narrative of elegance do make Les Jeux Sont Faits sound enchanting and multifaceted , the fragrance i would like to win the most.
    Thanks a lot EU

  • For me Cafleurebon and its content
is timeless , I’d never get tired of reading different stories and takes on sophisticated fragrances. As a Classically trained in Paris Pastry Chef I can tell you guys know how to cook , all of you
I do have a few favorite Jovoy fragrances:
☆ Fire At Will smells like classical Almond Flour Vanilla Cake , with toasted Brown sugar , and Raw almonds on top .
☆ Incident Diplomatique is special occasions only perfume.
☆ Ambre Premier smells like Caramel Rose Wedding Cake with Peaches , with real rose water in it.
I guess Michelyn and Steven perception is slightly different than mine because non of my favorite Jovoy fragrance is part of the Top 5 suggestions.
☆ Psychedelique I agree is a powerhouse fragrance with Chocolate Cake opening.
☆ Les Jeux Sont Faits is awesome and very loud fragrance. I have no idea of the 1950’s high rollers ,and I don’t bet but I know Amelie Bourgeois cooked a great one. To me the fragrance smells like I’m eating Dried Fruits Cake with Rum and there’s a Cuban cigar right next to my plate.
☆ Remember Me gourmand elements are there , lactonic and spicy.
☆ 21 Conduit St i don’t know, versatile fragrance, modern and aromatic. Good to know Oli Marlow was in the kitchen cooking with Marie Schnirer.
☆ Musc Pallas I don’t know either, Peach Mousse Cake and relax is what I’m thinking thanks to Steven and Oli Marlow.
Les Jeux Sont Faits would be my pick
Appreciate Michelyn introduction, Francois Henin’s zest for Cafleurebon , both reviews and the giveaway campaign

Michelyn Camen ’s introduction to JOVOY and Francois Henin was truly captivating since I’m not aware of the brand. I feel that Jovoy fragrances are all designed to leave a lasting impressions .
Oli Marlow offered a short glimpse into Francois Henin Vietnam journey, the perfumers , when the fragrances were made and shared quite a lot of one of a kind stories, like the one from 1950’s drinking large high roller who also likes to bet big.
The balance between luscious, cheeky , boozy and tobacco elements in is masterful. I feel that Les Jeux Sont Faits no is a scent like no other , definitely worked correspondingly for Oli and Redolessence . I hope I’ll be able to win the fragrance.

Jovoy fragrances have been on my to-try-list for a while. The fact that Michelyn Camen, Editor-in-Chief depicted the five recommendations as unique and high-quality sounds promising.
In the busy world we’re living in I hold dear creative people like Oli Marlow and Redolessence who are not scared to communicate with passion , and most certainly both reviews were passionate.
I went through modern fougere like 21 Conduit St, chai latte like Remember Me, dark chocolate Psychedelique, Musc Pallas tangible shimmer and most notably the decadent Les Jeux Sont Faits. The fragrance made by Amelie Bourgeois does not ask for restraint, throw punches, there’s large doses of rum and tobacco, that’s the fragrance I’d like to win.
I happen to own Insulo from Francois Henin other brand called Jeroboam . EU

Howdies from Germany and Happy Anniversary to all who contribute to the blog in any way.
This is quite a collection of perfumes , all unique and special.I’m very much picky in terms of all types of fragrances , especially patchouli, boozy and tobacco , and Jovoy Psychedelique and Les Jeux Sont Faits captured my attention.
Psychedelique is chocolate variety of patchouli, complex fragrance with luxurious sillage. Les Jeux Sont Faits is unique fragrance where the perfumer Amelie Bourgeois paired rum , tobacco and spices.
I love boozy and tobacco fragrances , and especially those that combine the two genres. I became instantly attracted to the smell of Les Jeux Sont Faits together with carefully selected by Francois Henin and Amelie Bourgeois deeper and bolder shades.
Sum total i love the whole 15th Anniversary read and video , the info that Cafleurebon and Jovoy relationships goes back in time and I’d also love to win Les Jeux Sont Faits
    Thank you

  • Short but captivating introduction, and two enthusiastic reviews , job well done to Michelyn , Oli Marlow and Redolessence.
There’s a reason Jovoy and Cafleurebon are respected by fragrance enthusiasts. I can’t help but to be impressed how both Michelyn and Francois Henin were able to achieve so much, especially when Francois was processing and distilling raw materials back in the days.
I find the idea of winning Les Jeux Sont Faits delightful. Never stepped into a casino, but Dominican cigars and rum in a fragrance is a tempting idea . I’d also love to visit Jovoy Paris in person , it will be so much fun especially if Francois Henin is there.
I do own Jovoy fragrance yes – Fire at Will .

Happy Easter to all , and Happy 15th Anniversary to Cafleurebon
Jovoy and Cafleurebon paths intertwined multiple times during the last 15 years, in my case I became a subscriber back in 2018 because of Sebastian and his Psychedelique YouTube review . François Henin i had the absolute blast of meeting at Paris Jovoy boutique.
I’m familiar with all Jovoy fragrances and my favorite ones are :
    1. Les Jeux Sont Faits
    2. Pavillion Rouge
    3. Psychedelique/Fire at Will
As usual I’ll share my thoughts, and compare them with what Steven and Oli Marlow are getting.
    1. Psychedelique , composed by Jacques Flori , iconic fragrance and a must for every patchouli lover. Indeed it’s more of chocolate leaning patchouli but I also get conifer nuances, and rose too.
    2. Les Jeux Sont Faits , to my knowledge co-created by Amelie Bourgeois currently of FLAIR, and Dorothée Piot of Roberet is very complex and hard to describe fragrance. On top of all it’s a changeling and it smells very different on different people. Other than the rum and tobacco i get dried fruits, leather, patchouli and gin .
    3. Remember Me, composed by Cécile Zarokian is green , spicy and floral vanilla .
    4. 21 Conduit St, composed by our own Oli Marlow and Marie Schnirer is a beautiful fresh and modern aromatic. I don’t get the hashish note.
    5. Musc Pallas, composed by Vanina Muracciole is comforting and easy to wear clean musk fragrance, on top of iris and peach.
I’d prefer Les Jeux Sont Faits.
    All profiles I already follow , @waltherp99bg

All fragrances can tell a story, so does people’s personal and professional relationships. Just by the fact that Francois Henin and Michelyn Camen click so well i can tell the two share a similar passionate mindset .
I have a keen interest in the giveaway because of the delicious scent profile of my favorite Jovoy Pavillion Rouge, I’d like to explore the other 5 fragrances picked by Redolessence and Michelyn Camen.
Oli and Redolessence managed to fit the characters of the five perfume picks into the energetic flow of the Jovoy and Francois Henin personalities . Love all of the choices even though Les Jeux Sont Faits has attracted me the most with its quality based on the dichotomy of the different notes, Cuban rum and cigars, angelica ,and a few touches of exclusivity and 1950’s casino atmosphere .
Winning Les Jeux Sont Faits would be a dream come true because the way it leads to good and delicious memories of my 23′ trip to Havana Cuba .
Thank you kindly and Happy Easter EU

  • Remember me sounds like something special for the summertime and all year around. Unisex scents are the way to go in my opinion. The natural chemistry doesn’t always coincide with it’s wearer. Opposites don’t attract like magnets. They dispell and can make it harder to just flow freely. Keener senses is one element but on the flip side, the lack of instinct and thoughtfulness doesn’t make the scent sought after it’s lacking. The heavy deep scents Ive grown somewhat accustomed to. Bright, aromatics bring back a “renewed” sense of simplistic luxury. Unsure of how this house wears but I assume it’s niche namesake is appropriate. From USA.

  • Reading Oli’s excellent reviews, I’m immediately drawn to 21 Conduit St; I love rhubarb notes in green fragrances. The “slight hashish note” from Japanese vetiver is an intriguing point of distinction. Steven’s video pointed out the fragrance’s bright profile and mentioned a surprising amaretto note too. He also called my attention to the brand’s naming, which is unusual and evocative. I haven’t had a chance to try any Jovoy Parfums fragrances yet, but it sounds like a thoughtful line full of wonderful compositions, with a focus on quality materials.

I’m in the USA. If I were to win, I’d choose 21 Conduit St. Thanks!

  • Happy Easter and thanks for the great writeup + YouTube video .
Per Oli Marlow , videographer for Jovoy Mayfair, Cafleurebon author and perfumer , I love the commitment to balance in his perfume life  , some extra details and a great way to start part 2  . I’d like to visit Jovoy Paris one day and to experience its energy myself. I’d enjoy it just as much as I enjoy Cafleurebon addictive and rich reviews.
Redolessence revealed more of the scent profiles of Psychedelic, Les Jeux Sont Faits, Remember Me, 21 Conduit St and Musc Pallas, Oli Marlow leaning on Jovoy stories for each fragrance i also enjoyed.
I love top quality aged rum , smoking Cuban cigars and from Les Jeux Sont Faits I’m anticipating spectacular fragrance, something I’ve never encountered before.I’m also a fan of  the rich ingredients, the smell , and last but not least how fragrance is a bridge between 1950’s high roller gambling atmosphere  and 2025 perfumery. Amelie Bourgeois made Les Jeux Sont Faits so addictive , not an easy task I believe . I’m very much found of the way Oli added a corny demeanor to Les Jeux Sont Faits awesome profile , whiteout a doubt the fragrance I’d love to win
Thanks to Francois Henin, Michelyn Camen, Oli Marlow and Redolessence,  and best of luck to all participants

Happy to learn 2025 is the year of Cafleurebon and Jovoy 15th birthday
Francois Henin has been quite busy last couple of months releasing gems like RED by Sora Dora for example , the Harrods exclusive Your Oudhness Jeroboam , and opening new boutiques.I genuinely love dedicated people who do rely on inner drive for improvement in the field they chose , all Francois Henin , Michelyn Camen and her strategic and adaptive team including Redolessence and Oli Marlow fall into the same category.
I have a penchant for high grade complex fragrances , from the classy patchouli like Psychedelique, the boozy and tobacco adventurous Les Jeux Sont Faits, the chai latte Remember Me, dressed up modern fougere 21 Conduit St and gauzy and silky Musc Pallas i like them .
Redolessence and Oli Marlow examinations of Amelie Bourgeois Les Jeux Sont Faits fascinated me , my choice if lucky . The fragrance is so posh yet impudent , even the naming it “the bets are placed” is a bullseye, as the look and smell matches the name.
21 Conduit Street is my favorite Jovoy fragrance .
    Thank you very much

  • I envision 21 Conduit St to be a fragrance I would wear the most during every day situation during the spring and summer.

Jovoy Paris has some very popular scent, and Psychedelique is the most well known from the house, and for a reason.

    Happy 15ty anniversary, Jovoy Parfums.

  • It is big, it’s loud and it’s kind of outrageous but it also nails its brief perfectly – an olfactory portrait of a 1950’s high roller who wasn’t afraid to bet big, drink large and defend his honour with his fists.
    – Oli Marlow

Speaking like a true adept in both history of gambling and perfumery . The way Oli Marlow presented Les Jeux Sont Faits had such an impact on me that I almost went to a dreamland in Monaco with a tailor made suit at some luxury casino , drinking rum, smoking Cuban cigars , gambling and enjoying life to the fullest.
Very informative article, Redolessence contribution essential too since I had little knowledge of Jovoy fragrances other than the outstanding Psychedelique.
It has been a pleasure learning about the shared 15th Anniversary, and the positive energy and good memories between Jovoy and Cafleurebon.
I’m a fan of beautiful things, opulent aura, creativity , Jovoy and Cafleurebon , and I’ll be happy to win the Les Jeux Sont Faits
    Much obliged EU

  • these bottles really have grown on me in the past few months, they remind me of modern sterling silver jewelry for some reason. i’d love to try Musc Pallas. oli’s “gauzy and silky” descriptors are so enticing! steven’s video is so calming, i’m really glad to know of his channel now. great note descriptors that make sense to me right away. i’m in the US.

For few years I tried to find samples from Jovoy’s scents. I think that I will love Musk Pallas and 21 Conduit street. But the most I want to win Remember me because I am charmed by the notes of tea and cardamom in cozzy, slightly gourmand, elegant perfumes. The Steven’s video was so pleasent to watch, very easy imaginative in few words.

  • Oh what an absolutely generous giveaway! A 100ml? Well I already have and love Musc Pallas and Remember Me and I have not yet tried 21 so that leaves me with the horribly hard decision of Psychédélique and Les Jeux sont Faits. Tossed a coin and Les Jeux won ! I agree with Steven about Remember Me. It’s wonderful.
I am located in the U.S.

  • Another opportunity to congratulate ÇaFleureBon on its 15th anniversary and thank Mr. Henin for his gifts. I didn’t know Oli was Jovoy’s videographer or the co-creator of a scent for the brand. As Steven says, the Jovoy brand catalog is vast and there’s something for everyone, even in this sample of five perfumes. From a powdery/silky musk to a vanilla/amber gourmand, or a bright/fresh kinda fougere to an early patchouli. Or Steven’s favorite: a tobacco/rum loud scent. I think, as Oli says, the sillage of Psicodelyque is eternal: I’ve had a couple of sprays in a blotter for a few days now, and it keeps going. Since we’re heading into the warmer months, I’m choosing 21 Conduit St and the incredible Ms. Schnirer’s rhubarb accord that Oli mentions. I live in Spain, EU

  • Oh, wow! What an amazing generous giveaway! I personally have not tried Jovoy fragrances, but I would love to! I’ve heard wonderful things. Steven has described Psychedelique as many do, the classic, quintessential patchouli fragrance. Sounds like must-own for any patchouli lover!

As much as I love patchouli, I’m a sucker for Ambrette, so I’d love to win Musc Pallas, which Oli described as weightless and gauzy. I live in Texas, USA.

Such a lovely way to celebrate 15 years of fragrance passion! I found Michelyn Camen’s introduction to JOVOY and Francois Henin’s fragrances intriguing, highlighting the brand’s impact on the market.
Redolessence video , Oli Marlow written reviews and co-curated picks sound like a blend of scent symbolism and appreciation.
Jovoy seems to have a lot of variety in what they offer , it’s not just Fire at Will fragrance I own. Really nice all 5 fragrances are giving off that sophisticated , artistic vibe Jovoy is known for.
If i was to win i would love to try Les Jeux Sont Faits. I love rum and tobacco notes together and the uniqueness of fragrance , which Oli Marlow and Redolessence mentioned during their presentations.

  • Howdy everyone and Happy 15th Anniversary ! ✨
Since we’re already into Q2 of a the year full of international tensions and I very much enjoy the way Michelyn Camen invites us to to experience the cozy Jovoy atmosphere .
I sincerely believe that Cafleurebon do transcend the ordinary fragrance experiences others are capable of, to me Oli Marlow and Redolessence delivered an emotional nourishment with their thoughts on the 5 Jovoy Paris fragrances we should be wearing.
Psychedelique is in my possession , the other four fragrances I haven’t been able to smell. 21 Conduit St is classy fragrance , modern aromatic and i like rhubarb too.
Rum , tobacco and cumin and is combination you don’t see everyday, considering the levels of sophistication, self-scrutiny characteristics i tend to believe , with Oli’s and Redolessence help that Jovoy Paris Les Jeux Sont Faits transcends the ordinary perfumery and experiences.
Amelie Bourgeois was able to put sweet , boozy , spicy , bold tobacco traits in one unique basket , i’m intrigued , Les Jeux Sont Faits is my choice

The right way to start with Francois Henin life story of the past , and then go to their present time top 5 Jovoy Paris fragrances co-curated by Michelyn Camen and Redolessence list.
Apparently the Francois and Michelyn were bright minds with interest of unique smells 15 years ago, and through hard work and dedication become owners of the most prestigious fragrance boutiques and blog in the world , splendid work. I’m also pleased to know that Francois Henin worked in Vietnam where he was processing and distilling raw materials.
As usual Cafleurebon is spreading scented passion and accuracy to perfume fans all over the world. Comfortable chai latte and musc fragrances, chocolate patchouli, a riff on a modern fougere and one spectacular cocky fragrance called Les Jeux Sont Faits. Redolessence said the fragrance is boozy , dark , rich and mysterious and Oli told us about the 1950’s high roller inspiration, those words made me want to win a bottle.
Fire at Will is my favorite Jovoy fragrance
    Million thanks EU

  • First I decided to share my favorite Jovoy memory since I really like Aqua Memorabilis , not just the great smelling aroma with the succulent clementines and woods, it’s also sophisticated and long lasting. I also decided to share my takeaway of “Five Jovoy Paris fragrances you should be wearing” article since it’s important to me.

“Amelie Bourgeois painted this rich human soup with rum, tobacco, amber and cumin”.- Oli Marlow

We share a lot of common objectives and principles, Francois Henin , Michelyn Camen, Redolessence, Oli Marlow and I , as Artisan myself, I’m a leather arts craft woman I’m overjoyed of your creativity. It’s just great how everything sums up nicely for Jovoy and Cafleurebon .
Out of the five fragrances two are matching my energy greatly Psychedelique and Les Jeux Sont Faits. I like chocolate patchouli fragrances, but at the same time Les Jeux Sont Faits is not just the great smelling aroma with rum and tobacco , there’s also cumin and gentle darkness , like it’s part of a fantasy gambling story from the 1950’s.
As a lover of Amelie Bourgeois and boozy fragrances I found Les Jeux Sont Faits mesmerizing , something I would love to try.
    Much appreciated, EU

Redolessence brought me to Cafleurebon and enjoying my time here ever since. Never been in person at any of the 8 Jovoy boutiques , but from the 3 fragrances I’ve sampled Fire at Will grabbed me from the first spray, I had no choice but to order a bottle.
The intro, together with Oli Marlow and Redolessence reviews are awesome . It’s remarkable that you all , in your own way discovered Jovoy Paris and love and appreciation for their fragrances and Francois Henin.
The balanced between the 5 different fragrance in Jovoy and Cafleurebon Top 5 list is what I’m looking for the most. All listed perfumes are good choices, all sophisticated and original but Les Jeux Sont Faits stood out to me .
There are so many good rum and tobacco fragrances on the market right now, but creating not just good but also unique fragrance featuring the two is something major. It’s remarkable that Amelie Bourgeois with Les Jeux Sont Faits found the balance between wearability and originality. Like everything in real life some components of Les Jeux Sont Faits are gentle like the angelica, others delicious like the rum , others like the tobacco and the cumin i find adventurous.

What captivated me about these reviews is Psychedelique and its passing similarity to another excellent offering from Guerlain, LIDGE. I don’t own any scents with a strong patchouli note but I do like that Psychedelique accentuates its sometimes chocolatey character. Oli’s experience with the materials working in Vietnam was an interesting aside. Appreciate Steven for his review. Hope to win this one, thanks for the generosity. Many blessings from Virginia, USA!

  • I’m thrilled to participate in this generous giveaway celebrating Jovoy Paris’s exquisite fragrances. Among the five highlighted, “Remember Me” captivates me the most. The description of this scent evokes a comforting yet refreshing experience, blending notes of cardamom, ginger, and frangipani with a creamy tea accord. It conjures images of a serene afternoon, sipping spiced tea amidst blooming flowers—a perfect olfactory companion for the warmer seasons. I love in Europe, Romania, I appreciate fragrances that offer both warmth and freshness, and “Remember Me” seems to embody that balance beautifully. Thank you for this opportunity to explore such a remarkable scent.

  • Since I have long been meaning to finally try and experience more of Jovoy’s perfumes, I am obviously quite interested.

I usually tend to rely more on written descriptions when trying to assess a perfume. The written introductions by Oli Marlow have therefore been a great help and this is the kind of poetic prose you read as if it was a sweet treat. The video review by Steven may be a more direct way of sharing one’s experience so I believe these two methods complement each other nicely.

All these perfumes sound fascinating but since we have to pick one, my first try would be “Remember Me”.

This is the kind of celebrations you cannot get tired of. Thank you for making us take part.

PS: I live in the EU.

  • Considering the stressful times we’re living in at the moment , to me Cafleurebon other than the best source of fragrance information , is like different mental getaway trips to the most beautiful places in the world.
The places I went to thanks to Steven and Oli Marlow are Vietnam with Psychedelique, Cuba in the 1950’s with Les Jeux Sont Faits, Paris with Remember Me, London with 21 Conduit St and somewhere in the clouds with Musc Pallas.
If I have to pack my bags right now and pick one destination I’m going to Cuba in the 1950’s with Les Jeux Sont Faits. I just love big and loud fragrances, tobacco and rum.
I do like a lot of Jovoy fragrances , Fire at Will is one of those I like the most.

I can say the same thing about Cafleurebon too .
I like how Ms Camen spoke of Jovoy and Mr Marlow in the intro , the best boutique and a person with diverse interests. To my liking there’s a variety of different fragrances in the list , and reviews are made by exceptional contributors as well.
I used to live in Paris up until recently, and I still visit once a month , of course I’m aware of Jovoy boutique, and Jovoy and Jeroboam . I bought multiple fragrances from them, almost all in person, as well as 5 x Jovoy, and 1 x Jeroboam , 5 of which from Jovoy Paris and 1 from Jovoy Le Mans . My personal N1 is Incident Diplomatique , Psychedelique and Remember Me I also own , so my N1 choice today would be Les Jeux Sont Faits. Let’s see how Amelie Bourgeois painted this rich human soup.

Maybe it’s a different chai tea that the one I’m used to , but Remember Me to me is not as sweet like Oli Marlow and Redolessence said. It could be the frangipani that’s adds some green layers.
Les Jeux Sont Faits and Musc Pallas I haven’t smelled. I can’t say no to a mixture of risk-taking poker game , bottle of rum and 3-4 Cuban cigars , the bets are placed now with Les Jeux Sont Faits.

The famous song matches well with Oli Marlow depiction of Les Jeux Sont Faits , and the tone of the article. If I’m gonna play the fragrance game the right way would be to sit on Cafleurebon table, and to put my money on Jovoy Paris fragrances 🙂
I do believe I’d enjoy all Psychedelic, Les Jeux Sont Faits and 21 Conduit St. Psychedelic because of the modern chocolate patchouli, 21 Conduit St because of the grapefruit and rhubarb and Les Jeux Sont Faits because ofthe unusual pairing of rum , tobacco and cumin.
In light of the article and Oli Marlow and Redolessence reviews I have no doubts I’d like to put my money on Les Jeux Sont Faits

I love Steven’s review (as always). I like that he’s very to the point without a lot of unnecessary chitchat. I also like how he gives info about who it’s for, what occasion, performance… all the details. I’ve never tried a Jovoy fragrance before so I don’t have a favorite.

My choice would be Remember Me.

  • Traveling is my thing , and I hope one day I’ll be lucky enough to visit real deal fragrance Nirvana called Jovoy Paris.Michelyn Camen convinced me that I need to explore all Jovoy fragrances.
I was so caught off guard by Francois Henin dedication , such a wishful thinker . The whole 15th Anniversary article comes as a gentle reminder of how there are still brands like Jovoy Paris and people like Francois Henin, Michelyn Camen , Oli Marlow and Redolessence who still posses imagination, and are not afraid to be adventurous.
I have the pleasure of knowing Remember Me well. Sweetened Macha tea with milk and cardamom , the way I believe the fragrance smells. I’d love to win the mysterious Les Jeux Sont Faits with those amber notes with tobacco and rum.

Since Psychedelique is my fave , and I firmly believe Francois Henin and Michelyn Camen natures are very much similar to mine , I’d like to say I’m thankful for the chance of winning another Jovoy Paris fragrance.
Taking into consideration my impressions of 21 Conduit St i don’t smell the hashish note or the lavender, but the grapefruit, vetiver and rhubarb are there from the very beginning.
I’m only looking for brands and fragrances with authenticity, quality and uniqueness that’s why I’d prefer Les Jeux Sont Faits. I don’t think I’ve ever smelled anything like it before, the olfactory portrait of the 1950’s high roller with tobacco and rum.
    Many thanks , UK

  • I’m a big Jeroboam fan with 3 in my possession Insulo , Gozo and Ambra, Jovoy fragrances i still haven’t smelled. I’m actually quite curious , since I still don’t know what differentiates the two brands other than the fact all Jeroboam fragrances are created by Vanina Muracciole , but when it comes to Jovoy Francois Henin also works with other perfumers.
I like how Oli Marlow included extra information about the included fragrances, when they were made, who the perfumer is , and the Vietnam story when Francois Henin was processing and distilling raw materials.
Just by reading the article I visualized the exact moment when Oli Marlow and Redolessence discovered Les Jeux Sont Faits. Oli was thinking of how loud and addictively outrageous it is , Redolessence how mysterious, boozy and dark it is. I’ll be more than happy to win a bottle.

Hello Cafleurebon and Happy 15th Anniversary
It’s rare to see Michelyn Camen so exited , maybe it’s because of the 15th Anniversary , the mutual understanding with Francois Henin or the fabulous gifts both from Part 1 and Part 2 offered to Cafleurebon subscribers . I’ve always been a fan of the way she and Francois Henin are moving all the pieces with ease on their own fragrance chessboards . It’s a big plus too how you’re both not really bothered by what other niche brands , boutiques and blogs are doing.
In Les Jeux Sont Faits perfumer Amelie Bourgeois is the most powerful piece in the chess game , moving any numbers of squares horizontally, vertically and diagonally. The other important pieces on the board to me are the premium rum and tobacco , angelica and cumin. I’d like to win a bottle
I’m based in EU , thanks

  • I love Jovoy. They have so many incredible fragrances. Psychedelique is absolutely a powerhouse patchouli perfume. I love how Oli mentions the chocolatey quality of the patchouli. I also agree with Steven that it’s a must-try for patchouli lovers! Remember Me is one of my favorites from Jovoy. I love Oli’s description of it smelling like “a chai latte served among frangipani flowers”. Musc Pallas is another one of my favorites. I agree with Oli that it has a gauzy and silky quality. Steven points out how it’s a long-lasting fragrance, although it’s powdery and musky, which I agree with. It truly is beautiful.

It’s so hard to choose a favorite, but Gardez Moi might be my number one at the moment. It’s also hard to choose which fragrance I would pick for the giveaway, but right now I am drawn to Musc Pallas.

Thank you, Oli and Steven, for your great reviews, and thank you to François Henin for the generous giveaway. I am located in the USA.

  • Love the idea of celebrating Cafleurebon 15th Anniversary with a fabulous gifts offered by Francois Henin and Jovoy. Michelyn and Francois Henin bonded so well on personal, professional and creative level, that they worked in the past and i believe will continue to work together for a long period of time .
I can emphasize to Oli Marlow and Redolessence words of passion for Jovoy . I can sense the quality and exclusivity in all Psychedelic , Les Jeux Sont Faits , Remember Me , 21 Conduit St and Musc.
Out of all the picks , I’m interested the most in Les Jeux Sont Faits mostly for the boozy and tobacco aspects . The fragrance is evolving, slowly like a story unfolding over a drink and Dominican cigar over the gambling table.
Fire at Will is an fantastic vanilla fragrance imo , I have travel size mini bottle now. It is warm ,voluptuous and a bit boozy .
Thank you Michelyn , Jovoy , Oli Marlow and Redolessence and also thank you for the generosity

Cafleurebon is the expert in niche fragrances , and since Jovoy Paris fragrances are available on the blog the excellent quality is guaranteed.
Two of the fragrances I find daring Psychedelique and Les Jeux Sont Faits, three more comforting and easier to wear 21 Conduit St, Remember Me and Musc Pallas.
Les Jeux Sont Faits i find most attractive, the scent is absolutely unapologetic ode to 1950’s “high roller” who wasn’t afraid to bet , drink and fight to defend his honour. That’s how I’d describe the fragrance after reading Oli Marlow and Redolessence evaluation. Big and loud parfum that celebrates basic desires without any rules or shame.
Some fragrances do more than smell beautiful – they speak to the heart , and Les Jeux Sont Faits absolutely speaks to me.
I do have a favorite Jovoy perfume Ambre Premier.
    I’m eager to participate  EU

  • Having never heard of this house before, I was very excited to hear about these fragrances, notes and thoughts on them. After listening to Steven, it would be very difficult to pick which might be a favorite, because they all sound delicious for their own reasons. But I love the thought of a patchouli fragrance that doesn’t sit heavy or pungent. I believe Psychedelique would be my first pick ….

Oli Marlow’s writing is not only informative but delightfully evocative—his descriptions have a cinematic quality that makes each fragrance feel like a character in its own film. I especially loved his turn of phrase describing Les Jeux Sont Faits as a “rich human soup”—that line alone tells me this scent has drama, depth, and swagger. Steven’s video built beautifully on Oli’s foundation, giving real-life texture to the storytelling and anchoring the fantasy in wearability. The passion and authenticity from both contributors made this a pleasure to watch and read.

If I had the chance, I’d love to win Musc Pallas. I’m drawn to the idea of a musk that feels like “tangible shimmer”—Vanina Murraciole’s use of powdery iris and ambrette sounds like the kind of quietly magnetic presence I could wear endlessly.

I live in the USA, and my favorite Jovoy so far has been Private Label, but this list has me rethinking my entire wishlist!
