This week everything stopped. I found myself searching for some peace of mind, and I knew where to find it. I gently pulled Santa Maria Novella Fieno from my dresser, and realized that this little slip of a fragrance turned a glum day into a peaceful one.
Today’s gray skies turned sunny while wearing Soleil Liquide. When I emerged street level, I arrived at a different kind of open-air courtyard, namely Rockefeller Plaza. I was transported to Andalusia. Spain and to the streets of Seville.
As I stood in front of Dior’s Collection Privée at Bergdorf Goodman, I realized how fortunate I was. Roberta, Dior’s fragrance expert was engaged and super helpful with additional insights. I had Eau Noire in my hand and on my pulse points. I left knowing the evening was off to an excellent start, perhaps even a noble one.
