  • The only one of these I’ve smelled is Terrasse and it is gorgeous, but I can’t believe that Trayee wasn’t selected from that list It’s one of the best things I’ve ever smelled.

  • Kilian doesn’t belong in this category
He’s in every saks and Neimans
Are they counting one Company as a store?

  • Kamajasmine says:

Such a shame Dsh , mandy aftel, joanne bassett,Charna Ethier tanja Bochnig Ayala moriel , ineke or any independent perfumer didn’t final
Are these companies indie or niche?
Maybe they need a new category for artisans
The above are all winners in my book

  • I agree with Roy
Does the fragrance foundation read its press release?
    Kilian a small company?
His finalist position robbed a true small company of their rightful place
    What a joke

  • Amber Oud is the only one of the top five I have tried and I love it. If I had the means I would buy a full bottle, but I agree with Roy that this is not the right category for Kilian.
The Rima is on my to-try list after reading about it – where else but CaFleureBon!

  • I had the pleasure of testing Cuirelle and it’s very lovely.

Too bad Maria Candida Gentile isn’t one of the finalists with Lady Day and/ or Neela Vermeire with Trayee.

  • Agreed that there should be a category for artisanal 🙂 !! But Rima is on the list and I am glad this was my choice in the previous draw! Now I am even more intrigued by this fragrance!

  • If you look at the full list many of the perfumers mentioned in the above comments have been nominated.

  • Kilian is an established brand that has been on the market for 5 years, which is not distributed or owned by a large company and which is sold in 40 stores in the US (not in Neiman) so it’s definitely an indie brand ! 🙂
