Xerjoff Nio Review

You are hereby invited to celebrate the marriage of Mlle. Bergamot-Neroli to M. Eau de Cologne at the House of Xerjoff this afternoon. The bride, who hails from Calabria, is attended by maid of honour Jasmine and bridesmaids Cardamom and Pink Pepper. The groom, scion of a venerable Italian family, is joined by best man Patchouli and groomsmen Vetiver and Woods. The couple’s married name hereafter will be Xerjoff Nio. The festivities begin now.

Xerjoff Nio is one of the Best Citrus Xerjoff Perfumes

Xerjoff Nio, part of the brand’s Shooting stars collection, starts the way classical comedy ends; with a symmetrical union of partners and the expectation of happily ever after. Here, jubilant, buoyant citrus, bepetaled with jasmine, stands in for Beatrice, while a traditional, perfectly balanced Eau de Cologne along the lines of Acqua di Parma substitutes for Benedick. The supporting characters are a lively mix of sweet spice, woods and green notes that blend perfectly into the proceedings.

Smelling the sprayer before that first spritz is a slightly dislocating experience: exceedingly green, almost crunchy, its aroma like the smell of thick tropical leaves just broken between your fingers. But as Nio hits the skin, the greenness falls away for a a time, as the fragrance it scatters a gorgeously lifelike bergamot – its bitter lime-rind smell never bettered – and then gives it space to linger and expand. The citrus seems to magnify, becoming fruitier, zestier, more aromatic, and I get a small hit of vetiver. There’s a flirty tickle of pink pepper to amplify the zing, and then, just as things are trending barbershop … the neroli sweeps in a profusion of creamy, soapy white flowers. Curling around the bergamot, its soft floral bouquet acts as a girlish counterpart to its sharper partner. While the opening notes persist, more is going on quietly in the background and the scenery is changing. In its middle, Nio becomes gradually greener, drier, as if we’ve walked from a lush citrus grove down a dusty country path. This is not the same green I detected from the sprayer; it is less overtly crisp, more diffuse, like the aroma of tall grasses and trees as you move past them. On the embankments, a tangle of jasmine trills faintly on a friendly breeze as you head into the woods. As the light deepens, the sweet, musky smell of cardamom and nutmeg filter in, and an earthy but surprisingly light base of patchouli and cedar. Nio’s unique brilliance is in the way it elongates the bergamot and neroli by pairing them with notes that emphasize the perfume’s unmistakable, high-class eau de cologne pedigree while adding dimension.  Xerjoff Nio treads a middle path precisely between masculine and feminine, on par with the great classic eau de colognes from Chanel and Guerlain.  Xerjoff Nio  eau de parfum and has a quality I thought I’d never find in a citrus fragrance: it lasts, even in the heat. It is one of the great citruses of the 2000s, and I sincerely hope Xerjoff keeps it around forever.

Notes: Tunisian neroli, Calabrian bergamot, jasmine, cardamom, nutmeg, pink pepper, green leaves, cedar, gaiac wood, Haitian vetiver, Indian patchouli, amber.

  • I loved the wedding analogy….so cute! I’m a fan of unisex fragrances and Nio sounds delicious. I enjoyed reading about how it changes “as if we’ve walked from a lush citrus grove down a dusty country path.” One of my favs is 1888. Thanks for the draw. Mich USA

  • That sounds so wonderful. Citrusy but not bashing you in the head with sugar. Then its a long lasting sent thats valuable any time of the year.

  • Absolutely loved the wedding and happily ever after reference! I quite enjoy the house of xerjoff providing quality scents! Have not tested bio yet but sounds right up my alley! This could be my happy scent with notes of neroli, bergamont, jasmine, green leaves. LOVE! Based in the US

  • What appeals to me most about Lauryn’s review is simply two words: “it lasts”. I’m a sucker for a good citrus fragrance and finding one that lasts on my skin is a challenge. Would love for this to be my first Xerjoff. Cheers from Indiana.

  • Bought Kobe like it but based on this review of Xerjoff Nio. I must get my nose on this. I live in the Bay Area, so I will buy a sample. This is one wedding I can go to during this pandemic

  • Lauryn,

Fantastic review! Thank you to you and to Eden Square for the generosity of the draw.

Love the wedding analogy – and a citrus marriage to last, to boot! I have really been craving citrus scents throughout the pandemic, they are uplifting, buoyant and bright. The citrus, the grasses and the jasmine, oh yeah!!!!

I’ve only sampled a couple Xerjoff and loved them.

    I’m in Massachusetts

  • I loved how Lauryn makes a wedding analogy to the fragrance notes. So clever! Nio sounds like a wonderful fragrance for spring with it’s amazing citrus notes. I love Lira. Thank you for the chance to win. USA

  • Lauryn says Nio gives a deceptive green vibe when smelled from the spray. It has fruity citrusy top and later we encounter notes like vetiver and pepper and eventually green note that is less crisp and more like grass, different from how the spray nozzle smells. USA

  • I love that it is “exceedingly green”. I’ve wandered away from my normal gourmands I think I am tired of “cozy” scents after all this lock down. I need more bright cheerful scents in my life. I liked the jasmine trailing on the friendly breeze. I love a lot of the Casamorati line. In the non gourmand range I like Naxos. Thanks for the chance. Love the beautiful bottles from this line. USA.

  • A citrus fragrance created in the eau de cologne tradition that has staying power is a remarkable thing. The ingredients seem well sourced; Tunisian neroli, Calabrian bergamot, Haitian vetiver. The jasmine, cardamom and pink pepper seem like welcome additions to a bracing blend. Favorite Xerjoff is Dolce Amalfi. Commenting from MD, USA.

  • Those two groomsmen are my best friends! We get along juuuuuust fine. I seem to recall their very own marriages to Rose and Amber respectively. LOL Would love to experience that extra crisp greenness Lauryn mentions in the drydown of Nio – a lovely transition to any freshie, especially with the additional spiciness. First crunchy…then crispy? Whatya know my favourite chocolate bar is Crispy Crunch! lol Often hailed as THE quintessential citrus by a number of fragrance Youtubers over the years, I’m actually a little puzzled why I haven’t gotten myself a decant yet. If it truly does stand up to the old edc’s of Guerlain, it’s a worthy fragrance indeed. Sotd was actually AdP’s Colognia Essenza – a very soapy and floral neroli – so this is a wonderful coincidence. And despite Ivory Route being my current #1 from Xerjoff, I have no doubt that I would be a fan. Who knows, maybe Nio could even help be break out of the matrix. I’m still waiting on that call from Morpheus though. Anyone else? MI, USA

  • When I think about Xerjoff pictures of Mefisto always comes to mind. Being a barber my love for aromatic and citrusy fragrances comes naturally. Lavender is prominent, but don’t push it into mature territory. Super classy, yet not overly aggressive fragrance. It also lasts at least seven hours, to me that’s fine.
Mefisto i think is more dressed up fragrance , Nio I have to try myself first to find out, more casual maybe? I know it’s one of the oldest , loved by most Xerjoff fragrances, but I never smelled it. I’m really curious how it will compare to Mefisto.
Thanks to Lauren , and Europerfumes

  • Ooh, a long-lasting green citrus, sounds lovely! Though from reading Lauryn’s review and knowing Xerjoff’s reputation, I can see that it is not only that but much more. Thank you for the lovely review, and the generous draw. OR/US.

  • I too love the idea of a citrus fragrance that lasts. Lauryn’s description sorts out, with almost uncanny clarity, the different notes and tries to show how they interact and balance one another. That is a challenging job and she does it well. It makes me want to spray some on and read her review, following along as the fragrance unfolds. I have yet to try a Xerjoff perfume, although I read about them all the time. I am in the US, in North Carolina.

  • I love how Lauryn describes Nio as being a multi-faceted citrus fragrance, enhanced by green and floral aspects for a gender-free creation that can be enjoyed by all. I have not yet smelled any from the house but would love for Nio to be my first. Located in KY, USA.

  • Leonicia Blue says:

I have yet to find a citrus fragrance that I like to actually perform well. The imagery the author creates with the notes of this fragrance makes me think this would be the perfect summer citrus fragrance for me. I have yet to explore the house of Xerjoff but I plan on purchasing Lira or Italica.

  • Lauryn had me at the promise of a citrus that lasts! This sounds like it would be a wonderful summer scent. I don’t have a favorite Xerjoff (yet). I’m in Oklahoma, USA.

  • I love how Lauryn described the progression of the fragrance. I have had the pleasure of smelling this gorgeous perfume before, and the way Lauryn describes the scent is so accurate to my nose. I loved her analogy of walking past different citrus plants on a path and experiencing different aromas as you progress. The house of Xerjoff knows how to make luscious perfumes, and while Nio is phenomenal, Alexandria II will forever be my favorite from the house. Kind regards from Illinois, USA.

  • Nio has many notes that are right up my alley stuck as Neroli, pink pepper, and woods. I’ve been interested in spicy woody fragrances lately and always a fan of unisex fragrances. Also Guerlain mentioned in this review is one of my favorite houses. My favorite and the only one I tried from Xerjoff is Naxos. I love the honey tobacco in that fragrance. It was really nice gourmand fragrance. I heard about Nio a lot lately being one of the easy going niche fragrances to start with. This review got me even more interested

  • What appeals to me about Nio most is that its a great sounding citrus fragrance that has longevity. My favorite Xerjoff fragrance is Alexandria ii

  • Oh, this sounds like a scent I need right now! Citrus is my favorite note, and I’m longing for one that lasts a long time. The supporting notes sounds wonderful together. I don’t know this house, but I am definitely intrigued! I’m in NYC.

  • Bryant Worley says:

    I…LOVE…THIS…FRAGRANCE! CAN…..YOU…..DIG ITTTTTTTTTTTTT????!!!!!

Now that I’ve gotten that off of my chest, I would like to thank Lauryn for outlining what took place at this wedding made from perfumery heaven. And then she goes on to breakdown the nuances of this heavenly match – – “….as Nio hits the skin, the greenness falls away for a a time, as the fragrance it scatters a gorgeously lifelike bergamot – its bitter lime-rind smell never bettered – and then gives it space to linger and expand. Nio’s unique brilliance is in the way it elongates the bergamot and neroli by pairing them with notes that emphasize the perfume’s unmistakable, high-class eau de cologne pedigree while adding dimension.” BEAUTIFUL!

Two years ago, I tried a 2ml sample of Nio, and it was love at first sniff.

Currently, my favorite Xerjoff is More Than Words. WHOO, LAWDY!!!!!

I live in Waldorf, Maryland, USA.

  • I liked how Lauryn’s review with the wedding analogy felt bright and happy, seemingly appropriate for the experience of Nio. And as she mentioned the lasting power especially for a bright citrus scent is not easy to find and is great with Nio. I have sampled Nio and really enjoyed it a lot! I’ve enjoyed most of the Xerjoffs I’ve sampled and to pick a favorite would be difficult. Really did like Nio, Mefisto and Mefisto Gentiluomo, Kobe, Uden Overdose, Erba Pura, Naxos, and 40 Knots from the Xerjoffs I sampled and still have some more samples to try and others I really want to try like Lira, Appolonia, Ivory Route, and Renaissance among others. But Nio really is a great, charming,, and lasting fresh scent. From CT USA. Thanks for the very generous draw!

  • The wedding description! Also, the descriptive progression through the fragrance – perfect. Unisex fragrances are always pretty elegant to straddle that line, and this seems right there. Citrus sometimes feels overused, but this seems very unique and complex. Never tried a Xerjoff perfume. USA based.

  • Jed Or Alive says:

I really enjoyed the wedding analogy, and also generally enjoy ‘unisex’ perfumes that pull from both traditionally masculine and feminine aspects. My favorite from Xerjoff is currently Mefisto. Located in California.

  • I sampled Nio about two years ago and absolutely fell in love with it! I think Lauryn’s review is spot on. I think it’s great at the beginning of the review that the notes are getting married. I have been wanting to pick up a bottle. I really like Mefisto and Naxos from this house. I reside in Hawaii.

  • Nio is a classic, a reference fragrance for green perfumes. It is a gem and a piece each collector should own, mostly because it is so perfectly made. Even if one is not into fresh and greens, this one should be for study at least. CA, USA

  • Xerjoff is modern niche brand , with big catalog of fragrances. There’s a little bit of everything, for everyone. I’ve smelled maybe 10-12 Xerjoff fragrances, yes I have smelled Nio .
Kobe , Nio , More than Words i would like to add to my collection.
“Xerjoff Nio treads a middle path precisely between masculine and feminine….”
I don’t think so, I’m sorry. People should buy what they like , I’m sure some women will enjoy wearing it, but I do think Nio is clasically structured , leaning masculine Italian Cologne. Never smelled it on a woman before, only on men. Green tart citrus opening, with spicy and woody base is what I think of Nio.
For clubbing , and personal satisfaction I have Lira , my favorite Xerjoff
Another beautiful giveaway – thanks a lot.
    USA

  • I really enjoy citrus heavy fragrances, so this checks off most of what I find attractive in a scent. Of course, comparing the notes to a wedding paints an even vetter picture of what to expect. Would love to try this.

    Long Island NY

  • It is difficult to make bergamot and Neroli last but as Lauyrn stated it’s expertly crafted and has a lot of depth and dimension. Citrus, greens, and a little spice. I’ve sampled once and while I’m not a big citrus fan this one is excellent. My favorite Xerjoff is a tie between Naxos and Golden Dallah.

  • Lauryn’s review is spot on. I completely agree that it is one of the great citruses of the 2000s, and completely unisex. I have smelled it a couple of times but I don’t own a bottle ye, but I hope I will. I really enjoyed her description of the development of Nio and it reminded me why I want to have it. I haven’t smelled many Xerjoff fragrances yet and I don’t own any bottle. One that I also like a lot is of course Naxos. I’m from Illinois, US.

  • Everything about Lauryn’s review of Xerjoff Nio appeals to me. A citrus that lasts? Come on! I haven’t tried any Xerjoff perfumes and I live in the US.

  • Andrei Artimon says:

My favourite house by far !!! I had a sample of this and loved it !! Winning it would be a dream come true , new york , usa .

  • This sounds like such a wonderful citrus fragrance! I’ve only ever tried one Xerjoff fragrance, and looking forward to trying more in the future. Where I live we have exceedingly hot Summers, and this sounds like perfect Summer fragrance. I also hear a lot of great things about this one in the fragrance community. This seems like a very complex citrus, which I don’t see all the time. Thank you for the post and the draw. Located in the US.

  • HiMyNameIsWaste says:

I love unisex scents, so something that treads between masculine and feminine sounds perfect.

    My favorite Xerjoff is Richwood.

I live in Nashville, TN, USA.

  • Lauryn’s analogy of Xerjoff Nio to a wedding with bridesmaids and groomsmen Patchouli, Vetiver, and Woods brought a smile to my face. And made it easy to remember Xerjoff Nio. I haven’t tried any Xerjoff perfumes, yet. I like citrus perfumes and because this is long-lasting, it makes it even better. Beautiful bottle, lovely review of a perfume by Xerjoff, a brand I want to check out. Thanks for the generous draw and review. Writing from the USA.

  • “Xerjoff Nio eau de parfum and has a quality I thought I’d never find in a citrus fragrance: it lasts, even in the heat.”

This is the thing that appeals most to me. Finding a light, airy fragrance which lasts is like chasing something you can rarely catch. My favorite Xerjoff is Mefisto Gentiluomo, such a wonderful scent for a crisp day!

  • Cezara Alexandra says:

I am a big fan of unisex fragrance and I can appreciate a good citrus fragrance in the heat of the summer. My favourite Xerjoff is Casamorati Lira, IMHO the Queen of gourmands!
    I live in Europe, Romania.

  • Thank you Lauryn for the detailed review and vivid imagery 🙂 I found the analogue of the interplay of notes being compared to a wedding to be quite interesting. My favorites from Xerjoff are Naxos and ‘More Than Words’ but it sounds like Nio will find a place at or near the top of the list. I’m in USA

  • It would make my life if I won this. I’ve heard so much about how NIO is the very BEST of all citrus fragrances. I’m drawn to the breezy brilliance of this fragrance. Thanks for the opportunity. USA

  • I’m a sucker for citrus fragrances, and this sounds like it will be no exception. Especially love the way Lauryn described the interplay of green notes and neroli – it really sounds like a dream. My favorite Xerjoff (of the moment) is Ivory Coast, which is perfect for the summers where I live in New York.

  • Neroli plus cardamom and add nutmeg it will be some to experience for all. It will be my favorite Xerjoff. I am in CA USA

  • We have a classic one today . Naxos, Nio, Kobe and Lira are already established as niche classics, for a good reason.
Xerjoff is one best niche brands ever.Their portfolio is vast, you’ll easily find a fragrance you’ll enjoy, no matter what your taste is. At this moment I own 6 bottles . My favorite one is Mamluk.
Nio goes through a 2-3 phases, it hits you with a blast of aromatic, green bergamot, then comes the clean creamy jasmine, and if the base spices , and cedar, while remaining most of it’s floral and fresh aspect.
If you’re like me, and you’re sensitive to jasmine, don’t be afraid. Jasmine in Nio is present, but it’s clean, there’s nothing dirty or indolic.
All the profiles I already follow on Instagram + Sergio Momo at @joffmomo
    Fantastic opportunity, thanks.

Thanks for the great review Lauryn.

Nio does sound like a great summer scent. Extending the life of bergamot and neroli, while not messing them up is a very cool olfactory achievement.

Xerjoff Golden Dallah is one of my current favourites (tracked down a decant after a Cafleurebon review)

    Cheers from WI, USA

  • Lauryn’s review Reminds me of all the reasons Nio is always on my wishlist. Long lasting unisex citrus, sounding perfect for for when we are finally out and about in the summer. And who doesn’t love a happily ever after ending! As far as xerjoff goes, I am always drawn to gourmands- lira, italic, all the sweet and yummy things. Thanks for the giveaway and review. Commenting from NY

  • ThatMulattoDude says:

Really enjoyed Lauryn’s analogy of the wedding of masculine and feminine notes that coalesce in a brilliant interplay of a masterful scent. Xerjoff spares no detail in creating fine concoctions and this is one I would be happy to add to my collection. Appreciate the content and offer of the giveaway. Best from Virginia, USA!

  • Xerjoff fragrances are multifaceted , and Nio is a good example. Since I have a sample, I can tell.
I know it sounds like really easy to wear fragrance, still i don’t think you should buy it without sampling. Not sure it’s because I’m a woman, or it’s how my skin reacts to it , but the green, and the bergamot past is so pronounced, it’s more than tart, it’s almost acidic. It’s so well done, with the cardamom and jasmine, than the mild woodyness.
Not for everyone , but to me , undoubtedly a stunner .
Naxos was my favorite Xerjoff for a long, long time, but after sampling La Capitale early December , I now have a new favorite. Naxos I do own, La Capitale I still don’t.
Generous giveaway, thanks to Lauren and Europerfumes

Xerjoff is one of my favorite houses. All the ones I have tried are more fall/winter fragrances. The fact they can create a quality citrus summer one is amazing. Typically, my summer frags fade too quickly. Thanks for the draw. From USA.

  • Thank you Lauryn for beautiful review! I have tried Nio about year ago- it’s really jubilant, buoyant citruses, some bitterness and woddy touch of vetiver.
Alexandria 2 is not only favorite from Xerjoff, but my new love.

  • ScentitarFragrance says:

I love the description of the textures and how those textures changes and develops over time with this fragrance. This one is a real beauty for sure and I can see the feeling of a walking path and a cheeryful stroll on the country side is quite fitting for this fragrance. My favorite from the house is zefiro with naxos being a close second ! much love , usa , ms . Thank you for this chance

  • “It lasts, even in the heat” is tough to beat. It’s hot where I live 8 months out of the year and this sounds like the perfect scent for it. I’ve never sampled this line but this one will go on the list. I’m in the US.

  • This sounds like a very elevated version of some can’t-go-wrong classics. And I love the notion of a citrus that lasts. Sounds so ‘happy.’ Haven’t tried any Xerjoff before. (USA)

  • Nice. Xerjoff Nio is a really Nice citrus. Has a good amount of green in it too. I like how this treads a middle path between feminine and masculine. Renaissance is my favorite so far. Thanks for the draw, Ca

  • I would like to to try the anything from the line of Xerjoff. Xerjoff Nio sounds like a sweet slighty dusky scent meant to last all day.everything you want heading into Easter.

  • A long lasting citrus? I’m sold! I haven’t had the opportunity to try any Xerjoff fragrances, but I’ve heard many great things, so they’re on my list of houses to sample.

  • I am always on the lookout for citrus fragrances, but have never found one that lasts on my skin. Nio, as described by Lauryn, with its crunchy green beginning, sounds like it will be am exception. I love anything with bergamot. The jasmine note is an inspired addition.
    I like Al-Khat from Xerjoff.
    I live in the USA.

  • Nio i smelled briefly on blotter, and I remember being overly tart at the beginning, like a Lemon Tart with slices of lemon on top of it , also the juice, and I also remember smelling fresh mint.
I don’t know how it changes, It was just a short introduction.
THE best Xerjoff is called Italica. Up until 10 days ago it was exclusive to Harvey Nichols in UK , and really hard to get in US. Now the exclusivity deal is gone , and with slightly changed presentation is available on Xerjoff Universe site . I presume in 2-3 weeks all US boutiques will have it for sale.
Smells very, and I mean very similar to a traditional Toffee Almond Cake . It’s a classical Italian cake. I’m pretty sure the cake was the inspiration behind Italica. One of the best realistically smelling gourmands , i have ever smelled, and being Traditionally trained in Paris Pastry Chef, with a sweet tooth , with over 100 in my possession, I know my gourmands 🙂
Appreciate Lauryn review, and the giveaway campaign

  • Your review is vividly descriptive. I believe the details you provide do justice to how realistic and well done I remember this fragrance being while sampling in the past. As the only scent I’ve tried from the house, Nio is my favorite of theirs by default. Thanks for hosting this giveaway, I would love to be entered. I’m in IL, USA.

  • This sounds so refreshing and uplifting!! I love fragrances (for summertime) that have neroli in them. I really enjoy that soapy note that gives the fragrance a clean, just showered feel.

I have only tested a few Xerjoff fragrances and the only one I have in my collection is Golden Dallah. I just love it! I’d love to have a fresh scent of Xerjoff to be my next one.

    I live in the USA.

  • Nio is by far my favorite Xerjoff from what I’ve tried and unfortunately I haven’t tried too many. Just as Lauryn wrote it is a great citrus and it last and lasts! I blew threw my sample and it’s on my to buy list, just have to save my pennies. It’s such a great uplifting scent and I hope some day to add it to my wardrobe. Thanks for the great article and the chance to win!

  • I definitely hope that I win this draw. I still haven’t tried anything yet from Xerjoff. This fragrance seems like something that I want to have and wear. I think that it’s interesting that Lauryn says that this E.D.P. is: “on par with the great classic eau de colognes from Chanel and Guerlain. Xerjoff Nio eau de parfum and has a quality I thought I’d never find in a citrus fragrance: it lasts, even in the heat. It is one of the great citruses of the 2000s, and I sincerely hope Xerjoff keeps it around forever.” Also, on account of a lot of the other things that Lauryn said about it, I’m very interested in trying this fragrance. I live in MD., U.S.A.

  • All I can say is WOW! The way the transition of this scent is described it takes you on a true journey, nothing but pleasing aromatic bliss. Xerjoff Naxos is the only scrnt I have tried. I live in Indiana USA

  • Michael Prince says:

What appeals to me about Lauryn’s review of Xerjoff Nio is her vivid and detailed description. It’s amazing how I can literally visualize how this fragrance smells from the green, aromatic, citrus, and fresh experience. I have been wanting to try this offering from Xerjoff for a long time. My favorite Xerjoff fragrance is Naxos. I am from Ohio, USA.

  • I truly love the wedding script entrance idea. For sure this is a wedding that I would like to attend specially with all those citrusy notes in the opening and the fresh and aromatic burst of green and garden-fresh air soon after. I think and many probably agreed with me, that Nio deserves the fairytale ending, no doubt about it. Thank you for the opportunity to enter the draw, commenting from Orlando, Fl.

  • I had Nio back in 2001 , Wow 10 years went fast Presentation was very different from the current one, but the fragrance i believe is the same.
I know the perception of what’s masculine, feminine and unisex changed dramatically last 10 years, but I still believe Nio is more masculine, than unisex. I also think the best time to wear it, is scorching hot weather.
As overly vain person , wearing Xerjoff fragrance is a special experience . I feel untouchable like Eliot Ness .My favorites are Lira and Opera . Love them equally .
I’m more than excited , USA
    Regards

  • I really enjoyed the wedding metaphor – a perfect union of two halves with different personalities. I have tried Nio, and it was precisely this contrast between the bright, floral neroli and the zesty, herbal bergamot that drew me in. The unexpectedly woody drydown, entwined with gentle musks, perfectly extended the more ephemeral top notes to give the impression of a long-lasting citrus fragrance! Nio’s depth and quality of materials also sets it apart from others in its genre, and I feel that its naturalcy and longevity are unparalleled amongst its peers.

From what I have tried, my favourite Xerjoff fragrance is Mamluk – it has a perfect golden, sticky honey accord that meshes so well with the more animalic qualities of oud. I live in the US, and would love to win Nio. Thank you for the draw!

I have only purchased Naxos but am so intrigued to try Nio after several glowing reviews.
