Francesca Brice and Kate Jason Smith supplied us with six crème perfumes fromPacific Perfumes “The Original Range”. Out of these six fragrances there were two that really stood out for me but I found all of them had something worth experiencing.
Then there are the very infrequent times when I get something which treads the rose garden path but finds a way to display the rose slightly differently and like the best artists within a genre add their own nuance to the oeuvre. Richard Fraysse, the in-house nose for Caron, has done that with the new Caron fountain fragrance Delire de Roses.

Like the best artists Ms. Buchanan has been taking her time and making sure the compositions she releases are what she wants them to be. I admire an artist that takes their time in the pursuit of their vision and Ms. Buchanan certainly seems to fall into that category.-Mark Behnke
