Lotu is the flower of The Buddha. The blue water lily, Nymphaea caerulea, which is called the Blue Lotus has been recognized from ancient times as a flower that has powers of altering the wearer in the kindest and most soporific of ways.
One of my favorite fragrances of 2010 was Dawn Spencer Hurwitz’s Bancha it grabbed me from first sniff. When I saw Ms. Hurwitz in at Fall Ball 2010, I asked her about making an extreme version of Bancha. She did. It is 100% natural and botanical as was the original.
