Roja Parfums Parfum Cologne Pour Homme Reviews+ USA Readers’ Choice Draw

Roja Parfums Parfum Cologne Scandal , Danger, Creation-E, Elysium and Vetiver reviews

The Five Roja Parfums Parfum Cologne Pour Homme photo by Sebastian

In 2017, the first Roja Parfums Parfum Cologne was introduced with Elysium and it is the only original composition among the five that are currently offered for sale. The other four in the collection (debuted in 2019) are fresher versions of the originals; the difference in each is most discernable at the top with citrus, but with a nearly identical dry down to their “ancestor”.

The Top Five (not in Sebastian’s order):

Roja Parfums Parfum Scandal Cologne (2019) is based on Scandal Pour Homme 2011– an aromatic spicy woody fragrance that it is easy to wear with green touches, oakmoss, lily of the Valley and mint.

Roja Parfums Parfum Cologne Danger pour Homme 2011- A gorgeous masculine Oriental Woody fragrance (2019) fresher, but still spicy and woody.

Roja Parfums Parfum Cologne Creation E Pour Pour Homme (2019) is based on the 2013 original -Elegant with understated sensuality with boozy notes of cognac contrasted with tobacco, enhanced with woods and sweetness.

Elysium is modern fougere-Clean and fresh, very modern, icy cold and crisp with vetiver and juniper berries. It is a real crowd pleaser and as stated above the only Parfum Cologne not based on an existing Roja Parfum.

Roja Parfums Parfums Cologne Vetiver (2019)- Based on Vetiver Pour Homme, is considered a chypre and it’s a fresh take on woody spicy aromatic experience. Classy and Rich.

Never tried any of Roja fragrances I hope can win the giveaway and of all I want to try most the famous the Elysium

  • Russell Johnson III says:

Out of all the niche houses, this is one I haven’t dipped my toe in yet. There seems to be so many polarizing comments on which one is better than the other. After reading the notes I would agree highly with Sebastian’s list. There is no question that their quality is extremely high, but I haven’t yet decided which one to get. This video helped to answer that question. I’m always in the hunt to be a part of a great Scandal.

  • Greninja Dunn says:

I do agree with his list but I personally would switch Elysium with Vetiver… I would also switch Enigma with Scandal… But everything is very close! I would love to get Elysium because I remember having a small decant of it and it got me a lot of compliments!

  • hautebrother says:

Sebastian’s order is spot on. I would put Danger ahead of Creation E, but they’re all unique and luxurious. If I were to win, I would love a bottle of Scandal.

  • Brad Woolslayer says:

Haven’t tried a Roja fragrance yet, so it’s hard to argue with Sebastian’s ratings. However, I’d love to try Elysium, since it seems to be a crowd pleaser and is similar to many other popular fragrances that appeal to others.

  • A friend gave me a decant of Creation-E last year, and I’ve been desperately in need of a bottle ever since! It’s totally me in a bottle, but Covid has kept it out of my reach. I would love to win a bottle of Roja Creation-E/Enigma!!

  • ThatMulattoDude says:

Fire content by Sebastian…I can’t really agree or disagree with his assessments because I haven’t tried any of these offerings. It’s really tough to pick a favorite because the scent profiles all seem appealing. I’d have to say that Elysium Parfum Cologne fills a niche that I do not have in my fragrance collection so that would be the one I’d choose if I were to win. Appreciate Ms. Camen’s summary and Europerfumes’ generosity of the giveaway! Best from Virginia, USA!

  • Hendrix Wilson says:

I agree with Sebastian. I love all of the Roja Parfums. I would love to have Scandal in my collection. USA

  • Parish Cratc says:

I do like his rankings but I think the Creation-E/Enigma from both lines would probably be number 1. Another great video as usual from Sebastian! I would chose Creation E.

  • I don’t agree with the ranking, might even go in reverse order for me as I’m not a fan of Scandal. I would choose Elysium. Live in California!

  • I rank them 1. Creation-e parfum cologne 2. Elysium parfum cologne. I would have to revisit samples of the others, I remember being let down by them though.

  • I haven’t gotten my nose on these, so I can’t say for sure I agree with Sebastian’s list. I do love the original Danger, though! From this edition, the creaminess of Scandal is calling my name. 😉

  • I really wanted to try to scandal perfume cologne it sounds interesting not only the name the notes in the cologne too. Sometimes I wear men’s Cologne because I love the scent

  • HiMyNameIsWaste says:

Tough to say whether I agree with the ranking as Creation E, Danger and Scandal are all deserving of that first-place slot.

But, if I have to pick one scent to potentially win, it has to be Scandal.

I live in Nashville, TN, USA.

  • I trust Sebastian’s review, his nose is far more experienced than mine.
Creation-E Parfum Cologne sounds excellent, I do love tobacco notes and rose.
    Deanna, USA

  • I’ve only tried Scandal, so I would agree with Sebastian’s list so far. I would love to try Crration-E.

  • Beaverton123 says:

    Hi

Love Roja! And Sébastien ‘s reviews. Thanks for offering the giveaway! Hope to win Elysium! So fresh.

    Thanks

    Dean Koenig

  • Bradley Griffeth says:

Creation-E is my favorite of the five and I enjoyed Sebastian’s video and his thoughts on them.

  • Aly Padilla says:

I tend to agree with Sebastian, so his top two sound like they are my top two! However, I think I’d swap out Vetiver with Danger in my ranking because I really do love vetiver in fragrances. Additionally, I live in SoCal, so really rich orientals are harder to wear in the typical weather here!
I would choose Scandal Pour homme because I *love* fragrances with mint and the notes of lily of the valley and oakmoss!

  • Allan D Gould says:

I have all the Roja Parfums (except for Elysium) in travel size decants. My favorites are Vetiver and Danger. Very high quality and recommended.

  • I haven’t tried any Roja yet. Though I should probably trust Sebastian’s nose and I have been enjoying Fougere more, vetiver is one of my favorite notes for a fragrance to be centered on, so I would lean towards wanting to check out Vetiver Parfum Cologne first. I also don’t currently have a fresh take on vetiver with Encre Noir being a darker version.

  • kronicscents says:

I agree with Sebastians list except I haven’t tried creation E yet so I would switch that to number 5 spot. I would love to win a bottle of Vetiver Parfum Cologne.

  • Enigma edp has been my favourite perfume of all time for a good 4 years. Haven’t smelled the parfum cologne version, but from what I’ve heard from other reviewers and how Sebastian describes it, I’m confident I would enjoy it just as much. Definitely would pick that one myself. If it were my list, I’d simply switch Enigma with Scandal and leave the rest the same. Not at all surprised that Seb and I have very similar tastes. A great collection overall. Mi, USA

  • My ranking would have been #5 Elysium, #4 Vetiver, #3 Danger, #2 Scandal and #1 Enigma/Creation -E.
I would personally select Creation E as my choice. I love the fresh opening of the Parfum Cologne version and the dry down which is closer to the original.

  • I would flip Sebastian’s picks for 1 and 2. Creation E would be my 1 and Scandal would be my 2.

I would chose Danger. Philadelphia Pa

  • I would have to put vetiver first. Its bright and easy and doesn’t feel as heavy as say enigma. Scandal is my close second.

  • Not sure if I agree with Sebatian’s ratings, but then everyone’s tastes are their own. I would love to win Danger pour Homme 2011 just because I’m a sucker for Oriental type fragrances. Loved Sebastian’s review. Many thanks to Europerfumes for making this draw possible. I’m in the USA,

  • Gavin Sweetin says:

Wow what a great video of a great fragrance house. Sebastian hit the nail on the head but I have only one change. I think Creation needs to be number one. While scandal may be easier to wear I just feel that Creation just has such a unique and inviting scent. It’s just the ultimate seduction and the boozy note makes it a stunner. Everything else was in perfect order. If I could choose one out of the bunch it would for sure be Creation. Hands down! Great review though, Short, sweet, and detailed. Great job Sebastian!

  • Haven’t tried them all unfortunately but Creation-E is ABSOLUTELY the best I’ve tried. Terrific fragrance!

  • Luis Angel Grisales says:

I love all Roja parfum Cologne. But my best will be for Creation-E is a beautiful composition with great silage and longevity. Sweet and sexy due the ambergris

  • I always agree Seb
He has all the niche taste! good lord just love his chanel!

I would likle to choose Enigma (Creation-E)
    Thank you! Love u all!

    USA Portland here!!!

  • Crystal Caicedo says:

    Hello,
I wouldn’t disagree with Sebastian. He picks based on what he likes and he does know his stuff so if he likes scandal I know it’s good. However, as my top Choice, I would have picked elysium due to its note breakdown and description as crisp and fresh. We can all use a little freshness right now.

  • I’ll defer to Sebastian on the ranking of the fragrances. I’ve only ever sampled Elysium. I would love to have a full bottle. Commenting from MD, USA.

  • EricTheAviator says:

I wish the midwest had more of a perfume collector location. Would truly love to explore Roja in general. I have never heard a single bad thing about anything he makes.. Guess it makes sense I want to try his work being that Guerlain is my favorite house, and he supposedly got a start at Guerlain. Creation – E or Enigma sounds so wonderful everything I’ve ever heard about it!

  • I tried 4 of the Parfum Cologne line: Vetiver, Scandal, Elysium and Creation E. I own full bottles of Creation E and Elysium and Creation E is my number 1 favorite among all of them (different than Sebastian). I also love Elysium more than Vetiver and Scandal that’s different from Sebastian’s ranking. I also love the Creation E Parfum Cologne version slightly more than the Pour Homme version because it is fresher and projects better especially more suitable for warmer climate. But the Pour Homme version is boozier and thicker and last longer which I also love. The only one I still haven’t tried is Danger. Wish I can win a bottle of the Danger to try. I’m in Los Angeles USA.

  • Love this line of Roja, started with Elysium a summer staple, followed by Creation-E for colder weather. Recently acquired Scandal. Sebastian ranking and quick rundown on each one is spot on! If I get lucky on your giveaway I will pick Vetiver.

  • I dont have a roja fragrance but iam going to trust sebastian for the number 1 and if I don’t win Iam buying it. Thanks for this giveaway.

  • This collection of 5 are the only Roja Parfums I have smelled. And only briefly at that for most of them. Based on that my order would be, Vetiver, Danger, Scandal, Elysium, Creation-E. I actually do own Elysium P.C. but I probably should have gone with Enigma. So if I was to win I would definitely choose Creation-E. Thanks for the generous giveaway, from CT USA.

  • kkarnes1986 says:

I love Sébastien’s channel, his videos are always so informative. I haven’t tried any Roja fragrances but would love to try Elysium. I’d be so excited to win that!

  • Silver Neychev says:

I watched another great video from Smelling Great Fragrance Reviews and I am really interested of Roja Elysium. I’ve heard very good things about it. I am interested of all the Roja fragrances ,but if I have to start this journey I think that this will be the first choice I am thankful and grateful for the opportunity to participate in this giveaway .

  • I was so excited to see this particular video on Sebastian channel. I mostly agree with his ranking, but I think that in my case I would just put Creation-E to be in the 1st pace. I love boozy tobacco fragrances. After his review I am even more sure that this should be the one for me to try first from this line. Creation-E sound great, so that is the one I would pick! I’m from Illinois, US.

  • judesis dominguez ilangilang says:

Sebastian’s review is spot on the way he ranked it. Always detailed in every aspect of any fragrances which in this case is about Roja Parfums Cologne edition. My favorite cologne without a doubt is SCANDAL.
Please enter me for the giveaway and thank for the opportunity.

  • Hi. Really like Roja’s! And Sebastian’s knowledge! Elysium is a great example of modern Fougeres Barbershop, my favorite style. I do agree Scandal as number one, excelent tribute to the classic colognes. I would love one day have a bottle of Elysium. Thank You! NJ, USA

  • Andrei Artimon says:

Really love the house , curently own elysium and creation e , would love to add scandal to my collection , new york , usa .

  • Charles M Medeiros says:

I had a sample of creation e. I just loved it. I also have a decant of scandal which is awesome. I’m going to ask for Creation E if I should be so lucky…. Sebastian give the best most honest reviews and I trust his judgment 100%. I can’t tell you how many blind buys I’ve made because of his reviews. I am always pleased…

  • I’ve never smelled any of these fragrances, but I’m sure Sebastian’s got them straight. I am surprised though as I’ve heard nothing but good things about Elysium, so I was expecting it to be higher. Hoping to get a chance to smell these! I’d personally choose Elysium. Kansas, USA

  • Oddly enough, I would completely agree with Sebastian. Perhaps not for the same reasons, however, because I have only smelled Elysium before. Going purely off of notes, Scandal sounds like the perfect fragrance. I absolutely love lavender and with lily of the valley, citrus, and green notes, it sounds amazing. I won’t dive into every placement, but I feel Sebastian’s list is the perfect combination of rating craftsmanship with personal taste. If I were to win, fingers crossed, I would choose Scandal because it peaks my interest the most. Kind regards from Illinois, USA.

  • Carlos Potes says:

I agree with Sebastian’s top two, but I would put Elysium in third place, followed by Danger and Vetiver (though I’ve never tried that one, but I’m not a big vetiver fan). For the giveaway I’d like Scandal, of course, but I’d also be very happy with Creation E.

  • Adrian Ibarra says:

I think that I’d go with Roja Scandal as my personal fave from these 5! Would love to add a bottle to the collection eventually!

  • I haven’t smelled all of these to say that I would rate them exactly as Sebastian did.. well especially because one that I have smelled is Elysium which I really do love. But I trust this this just means I need to try more!
    Commenting from NY

  • Great video Sebastian. Heard a lot about the parfum colognes. Just went to twisted Lily to order samples but none are available my favorite of the originals is Danger but it’s Creation E I wanna get my nose on
    Denver, CO

  • Isai Quintero says:

I haven’t not tried any fragrances from this house, but I have seen so many good reviews. So I’m hoping I win and get to try out Elysium.

  • I love enigma so much! I tried a sample of the creation-e parfum cologne and it was very similar. I know it would scratch my itch until I can save my pennies for the parfum. Sorry Sebastian, your list put this one second, so I cannot agree. I’m sure it’s because you own the parfum and I understand. I would love an opportunity to win a bottle of the amazing creation-e. From Idaho, USA

  • Wilson Siavichay says:

Roja parfums cologne are bottles full of art, memories, inspiration and attraction with the perfect touch of the freshness of the cologne

  • Since I haven’t tried any of the fragrances mentioned, I cannot agree nor disagree with Sebastian’s ranking. However, the description of Creation E sounds like I would enjoy it. A sweetened boozy tobacco scent with heliotrope? Yes, please! Thanks for the opportunity to sniff! Mich USA

  • Great video from Sebastian as always! I’ve been fortunate enough to have had my nose on most of them. Personally, I would rate them:
    1) Elysium
    2) Creation-E
    3) Vetiver
    4) Danger
    5) Scandal

I would love to win Elysium! For me, it is one of the best fragrances ever made. Regards from NY, USA.

  • I can totally understand where Sebastian is coming with his order from but my order is: Danger, Vetiver, Scandal, Elysium, Creation-E/Enigma on top.

If it weren’t for the cumin which always feels so exaggerated on my skin, Danger would be way higher 😉 and my pick for the giveaway is Creation-E, I’ve been going off a sample vial I haven’t brought myself to use all of. Curious about the parfum version, will have to try someday. Maryland USA

  • I can’t really say I agree with his ranking because I only smelled Enigma but I can say I trust his ranking because I believe he has great taste. If I win, I would choose Scandal. Thanks.

  • The Surplus Hominid says:

I am only familiar with Roja’s work through the frag community. Roja’s craftsmanship and attention to quality is renowned. I really trust Sebastian’s nose.

It would be an honor to have a bottle of Scandel for him.

  • I agree with Sebastian expect Enigma would. E one and Scandal 2. I love Roja’s work and since I have 3 in parfum I would love to win Elysium since I dont have that one yet. Thanks for the wonderful draw. In Va USA.

  • Another great review, Sebastian! My ranking is a little different based on my taste. The ranking would be 1. Creation-E 2. Elysium 3. Sandal 4.Vetiver and 5. Danger. Thank you for the review and I enjoyed it as always. Love, from AZ ❤️❤️❤️

  • I was expecting Sebastian to rank Vetiver high on his list and I turned out to be correct. My list would be
    1. Vetiver
    2. Elysium
    3. Danger
    4. Scandal
    5. Creation-E

I already have experienced Vetiver so I would go for Elysium in this draw. I am in US

  • I haven’t tried any of the Roja fragrances so I can’t comment on the ranking. Based off of the notes, I would prefer Creation-E the most.

  • I would pick Scandal as my number 1 as well. i haven’t tried any Roja’s but i’m very interested in them! Sebastian has a great nose

  • Brian Burgermeister says:

As I write this I’m surprised to agree! I’ve been absolutely loving Creation-E this winter. I included Scandal in a set of samples I purchased and am loving Scandal just as much as it’s the opposite of Creation-E. If fortunate enough to be chosen, I’d chose Scandal.

  • Derek Ramirez says:

I have not smelled all 5 of the reviewed colognes but would probably switch Elysium with Danger in ranking. For the giveaway I would choose Creation E.

  • I agree with all the rankings. Unfortunately I haven’t had chance to buy or smell any of the house of ROJA’s scents. According to your rankings I think the way you put them in order is very honest to goodness because I trust your taste in scents.
I would really love to try Scandal.

  • Bryant Worley says:

I’ve never tried any Rojas, but have wanted to for a while now. My mind might be different next week, but today, except for SCANDAL!!!!, I can’t agree with Sebastian’s ranking. This week(!), I would rank them based on what I would wear on the daily, and #2 would be 5th.

So, if I am chosen, I want 100ml of Scandal sent to my residence in Waldorf, Maryland, USA.

  • derekramirez says:

I have not smelled all 5 of the reviewed fragrances but I believe I would switch Elysium with Danger. If I won I would love to add Creation E to my collection.

  • Can’t agree as I haven’t tried scandal or danger yet. I’m conflicted between enigma and elysium for my favorite.

  • diegopineda says:

The only thing I don’t agree with Sebastian is his #1 pick, I would put Elysium. Also, if I’m to win this giveaway I would like to have the elysium bottle.

  • Hi, well I respectfully don’t agree with his ranking but nonetheless I love watching his content. The fragrance I would be most interested in is Elysium. I love all the roja bottles I think they look beautiful!

  • forrestanez says:

I have never tried any Roja Parfums. Sebastian is a great reviewer with sound advice, so I believe his rankings are pretty solid. The one that seems most interesting to me is Creation-E. Thank you. I reside in Hawaii.

  • Aidan Rubel says:

I think I generally agree with the ranking in the video, although Creation-E is my most favorite that I have smelled. For that reason I would love to have a bottle of Creation-E if I win this giveaway. Thanks so much!

  • I came to know about Roja Dove from Sebastian’s YouTube channel and so far have tried 2 of his creations and loved both. I have my mind set on Scandal and would love to win Roja Parfums Parfum Scandal Cologne and somehow knew it would be Sebastian’s top choice 🙂 Thank you for the reviews and the giveaways. I’m in USA

  • Never tried these. But Sebastian’s reviews are usually spot on. Creation E sounds like something I would like.

  • I almost agree with Sebastian. (In my opinion one of the most professional fregnacce reviewers on YouTube) .Only I would choose Elysium to be number two after Scandal. I own Scandal  .So if I win I will choose Elysium.

  • about Roja fragrances, I think I can say only one thing about them: This is Roja! I don’t know how they are mixed and combined, but the results are fantastic. I find them elegant, precious and statement. Just wearing on Roja, I find it enough accessorizing for an outfit to be complete. CA, USA

  • I can’t speak for all the line sine I have only smelled Vetiver, Elysium and Scandal but if you count the others out, I completely agree with the ranking!! Of course I would pick Scandal Pour Homme as it’s miles better than the ones I have smelled before!
    NY USA

  • I am new to fragrances but from what he stated in the video the Scandal notes and his description make me want to try it. His rankings also seemed spot on.

  • concertslover says:

I followed Sebastian on YouTube for a long time now and I’ve been a big fan of his reviews of fragrances, almost as long as I’ve been a member here. He’s always seem to have an affinity for Roja And I have sampled a few based on his suggestions. I would love to try Elysium. From the USA. Thank you

  • I definitely agree with his ranking! The one that has held my attention the most is definitely Creation-E and I would love to get my hands on it! I’m from Pennsylvania.

  • Great review. I’ve never tried them before so can’t judge whether I agree or not. But I’ve only heard good thing about Creation-E so that’s the one I’d choose.

  • chrisssemm17 says:

I haven’t tried these yet but Sebastian has great taste and roja parfums is a house I need to get into! They all sound great, I’d probably want to try Scandal the most.

  • The first time I heard the name Perfume cologne I thought that this collection is not going to have anything with a performance as I normally like but I was wrong. These, even if fresh, have a certain lasting quality to them, they leave the initial impression that a cologne which is super fresh and uplifting but the dry down for some of them is definitely potent. If I were to rank them according to my taste: 1.Creation-E 2.Scandal 3. Vetiver 4. Elysium 5. Danger.
My favourite of the bunch is Creation-E.

    Octav-Romania

  • Daniel Wehmueller says:

Tested 1ml samples of them all except Vetiver. If it is a high-end version of Guerlain, I’m sure I’d enjoy it too. I agree Scandal is the best, reminds me another favorite classic, Eau Sauvage but smells even better. I also think Creation-E smells great, particularly between Thanksgiving and New Years Eve. I never participate in these sort of giveaways so you know I’d love a bottle.

  • IvanVelikov says:

    Such a great draw
Roja Dove sure knows his job , no wonder almost all fragrance enthusiasts puts him on such pedestal , it’s not just Sebastian.
My favorite Roja Dove is Amber Aoud Absolue Precieux. Mesmerizing scent , but the price tag for 30ml bottle is ….. way too much for me. Let’s put it this way . Elysium Pour Homme Parfum Cologne is my go out fragrance .
If we’re talking about Parfums Colognes only , the three i know are Elysium , Vetiver and Creation E . Scandal and Danger i don’t know. My rating would be:
    1. Elysium, pleasing versatile , and surprisingly long lasting
    2. Creation E , boozy and sweet goodness
    3. Vetiver, professional business meetings fragrance. I think the original is a lot better.
Since I own Elysium already, Creation-E is my pick.
    Thanks a lot , USA

  • Very interesting. MIchelyn’s and Sebastian’s lists are quite similar. While they both give rave reviews of Scandal, oakmoss and I don’t get along. I would like to win Danger, I like the idea of it being both fresh and woody. That sounds really nice. I haven’t tried any Roja fragrances, this would be my first. I am in the US.

  • Stephen Williams says:

I’ve only tried, then purchased Elysium. I love that one. I’d like to be entered into the giveaway in hopes of being able to get Creation E. I’ve heard many people say it’s the best Roja.

  • Brandon Joseff says:

As mainstream as it has become (or as mainstream as a Roja perfume can be), I would probably pick Elysium!

  • I really love Roja Parfums and think the Parfum Cologne collection is a great gateway to the brand for the younger audience. Freshness with lasting power, plus each smells so unique. Hard to disagree with Sebastian’s ranking, but personally would not have Scandal at number 1. If I am lucky enough to win, I would love to try the classy Vetiver that Roja creates. Warm wishes from New York!

  • I would choose for this great draw the Scandal. They all sound/read worthy though. Only tried one RJ ever before. US

  • I discovered Roja Parfums as late as, about, mid-2020 and I still haven’t tried anything from them yet. According to the listing of notes for each fragrance, and according to how Sebastian described each fragrance, my ranking of them might be about the same as Sebastian’s ranking. If I win the draw, then I would choose the one that’s called “Scandal” because I can like classic-style fragrances, aromatic fougeres, and oakmoss. I am a subscriber to Sebastian’s channel and I live in MD., U.S.A. I hope to be able to try all of the fragrance releases from Roja Parfums in the near future.

  • Enjoyable review from Sebastian , Michelyn intro was also helpful.Obviously it’s a special brand , I can almost sense the enthusiasm from both of you.
I only know 3-4 Roja fragrances . From the familiar ones my favorite one is Elysium Pour Homme Parfum , but at the end I got the Cologne version. Even though I prefer both the bottle and the smell of the Parfum , price difference between the two is BIG.
I’ll gladly wear all Scandal , Danger, Creation-E and Vetiver. I can’t rate them, because I haven’t tried them myself. The Parfum version of Creation-E is fantastic, my reason for choosing Creation-E Cologne
Such a nice draw. Thank you all.
    USA

  • Well, I slightly agree with Seb’s ranking. To me it’s:
    5. Danger, 4, Scandal, 3. Vetiver, 2. Elysium, 1. Enigma.
    I hope to win!!!! 🙂

  • Sebastian has such a broad knowledge and great taste in fragrances I tend to not question his rankings. Also, I have not smelled all these. If he puts four above Elysium they must be very very good. Thanks for arranging the giveaway – Elysium would be my pick. Watching from Pennsylvania.

  • I completely agree with Sebastian’s ranking! If I could choose one for myself, I think Elysium would be a great choice. Love all of Sebastian’s rankings and reviews!

  • Hi there yes Sebastian is always fantastic with his choices! I’ve always been interested in trying Creation-E. Thank you!

  • I almost agree with Sebastian’s ordering, but I would switch out the numbers 2 and 1 and put Creation E at top, which is the one I would choose!

  • I Live in the USA. I’ve smelled both the Vetiver and Elysium colognes. Although they are both fantastic, I would rank Vetiver above Elysium. I have not smelled the other three in cologne form, but based on the originals I would agree with the ranking listed.

  • So interesting review, Sebastian.
Thank you, Michelyn for short reviews.
I have tested from Cologne seria only Elysium, but after this video-review I would rank 1) Enigma 2) Danger 3) Scandal 4) Vetiver 5) Elysium.
I would like to win Enigma Cologne.
    US

  • I so much appreciate Sebastian never ending passion for high quality niche fragrances 🙂
I love Roja Dove house , all Colognes i know , all are well blended, and really good…on their own. But I have to be honest here , Colognes are not the same like Parfums, with just added freshness in the opening. If you’re well familiar with Parfums, you’ll immediately tell the difference between the two versions. It’s not one being fuller than the other, for example in Enigma Parfum Cologne booziness is toned down quite a lot.
To me the best Parfum Colognes are :
    1. Enigma/Creation-E . I think it’s way better than all others
    2. Elysium
    3. Vetiver
    4. Danger
    5. Scandal
Like I said Roja Dove fragrances I’m a fan of- at the moment I own 2 bottles, both vintage Enigma Pure Parfum , and Bergamot Extrait , but i want a lot more.
I would love to win Enigma Parfum Cologne.
    Already follow all of you on Instagram @cafleurebon , , @rojaparfums ,@official_europerfumes and @twistedlily .I also follow @rojadove and @hauteparfumerie .

Thanks for the great review Sebastian. I have been following splits on these fragrances, but for some reason I never pulled the trigger on them for some reason.

I love the concept behind Parfums Scandal and Cologne Vetiver the best. The sound of a vetiver chypre with rose sounds so good.
I’m kind of happy to see that Parfums Scandal. I generally tend to veer in the direction of your nose – I like the idea of the lilly of the valley with the oakmoss.

Since I haven’t smelt any of these before, I will go with your ranking for now.

I would choose either either Cologne Vetiver or Scandal.

    Cheers from WI, USA

I agreed with Sebastian on his choice of ranking since it is according to his own personal taste in fragrances. Though I do have to mention that this taste is not of an average guy type of taste but of a fragrance expert whom can tell notes and such. For us average everyday guy we just like to enjoy something that “smells good” to us and people around us no matter what notes are in the fragrance. For me my pick would be Elysium since it is clean and fresh; my top priority when using a fragrance.

  • I have a decant of Elysium and I enjoy wearing it. I have not experienced the other fragrances, but I trust Sebastian’s ranking. I would like to win Scandal.

  • Wow this is a hard one to choose from. I remember sampling a lot of them before covid and absolutely falling in love with a lot of them. But I have to go with Sebastian in saying Scandal is the best. Fresh, modern, robust in character and absolutely a close call with how good the other fragrances are. I reside in CA.

  • Great review. I’ve only tried Elysium and Enigma, but sounds like I need to get a sample of (or better yet, win a giveaway 🙂 )of Vetiver. Thanks for entering me in the giveaway. I’d like to win the Vetiver. Regards from Plano, Texas.

  • Carlos De La Torre Jr says:

I haven’t smelled all of them so I can’t say if i can agree with his line up. Though I did like Elysium. I was surprised a little by his choice for #1 since most reviews I’ve seen have it last in their favs.

  • Lauren Yamasaki says:

I would chose Creation-E to own. I haven’t smelled any of them but I trust his opinion. 🙂

  • Quia Wilson says:

    My ranking, ironically, is inverted.
Roja Parfums Parfum Scandal Cologn Because of the mint.

  • I wish I could say I’ve smelled all of these, but I haven’t. But who wouldn’t trust Sebastian’s opinion. Elysium is so great and I can’t get enough of it.

  • Bryan Castater says:

I usually agree with Sebastian but in this case I would change his top three at number three I would do scandal, number two danger and number one creation-E. Creation-E Is my favorite and that would be the one that I would want if I was the winner. Thank you!

  • Such a high level perfumery Roja Dove is . I need to dig in more into Parfum Cologne, and all other lines.
You can’t judge a book by its cover, so I won’t judge Scandal , Danger and Vetiver. I will Creation-E and Elysium, because I know both.
When i think about Creation-E, i imagine hard to get invited into , old private gentleman’s club , with cognac and tobacco smell lingering all over it. Elysium is good too, but it’s way too cold right now for it.
Since I’m a traditionally trained in Paris Pastry Chef, I can’t help but being heads over heals about Sweetie Aoud , fragrance made to mimic the smell of French Pastry Shop, and particularly freshly baked croissants 🙂 Creation-E is my second favorite Roja Dove , and the fragrance I’d really want to win.
Appreciate Sebastian review , and the giveaway campaign

  • I respect Sebastian’s list but I just can’t deny Elysium my number one spot. So good! I currently only have a decant.

  • Having never smelled any Roja perfume, I can’t say whether or not I agree with Sebastian’s ranking. But he has convinced me that if I had to blind pick one to win, it would be the Scandal Parfum Cologne. I live in Oklahoma, USA.

  • Adam Straight says:

Do not, my order is Creation E, Elysium, Danger, Scandal, then Vetiver. I am saving to get parfum bottles of the first two so I’m going to pass those on my checklist. I would choose Danger if I won here!

  • Michael Werno says:

Love Sebastian but my favorites of this line are Creation-E and Elysium. I’d pick Vetiver from these 5 though because I’m looking for a new fresher take on vetiver.

  • Sebastian’s got a good nose and a lot of experience, so I trust his rankings. I have not smelled all of these, but going off the notes and Sebastian’s reviews, I would change my order only slightly. Mine would go 5. Elysium (same) 4. Vetiver (same) 3. Scandal 2. Danger and 1. Creation E. While I haven’t smelled Creation E, Orientals are by far my favorite genre of fragrances and tobacco my favorite note, so I can’t help but think this one would be a standout to me. Therefore, I would also choose Creation E if I won the draw.

  • Great video as always – excited to see a review of the colognes from this house (also, love the drawings!) I mostly agree with Sebastian’s ranking, except I would put Elysium over Danger and Vetiver among Roja Parfums’ colognes. If given the chance, I would love to win a bottle of Elysium!

  • Not that I’ve have the privilege of smelling these but I’d be inclined to agree with his ranking, in particular I like citrusy floral scents that are deep. I’m interested in what the dry down for Scandal would be on myself, this would be my choice if I won. Typically scents turn a bit sweet like candy on me, so it’s hard trying to find the right pairing that feels “grown up”. Danger sounds lovely though! I’m interested in picking up 1 ml samples of each of these now just so I can confirm if I do agree with Sebastiana order, lol.

  • I couldn’t say if I agree with Sebastian’s ranking, as I haven’t smelled any of them, though I enjoy his videos and want to try anything he recommends. For me, it seems like Creation-E would be best. Those bottles, by the way, are very attractive, especially pictured all together.

  • I haven’t smelled any so don’t know if I agree with his order but will like to give them a try eventually but Elysian sounds good but Sebastian said it was safe I don’t care for safe fragrances so scandal sounds like it something nice he mentioned creamy I like creamy

  • It’s always pleasure to watch Sebastian’s reviews! Michelyn’s short conclusions are very informative!
I haven’t familiar with this perfumes, but all sounds interesting. Cause I’ve not tested I can not rank those. But maybe Danger 1st place than Enigma.
    All sounds very beautiful.
I would like to win Danger.

  • As I haven’t smelled any of them I couldn’t say anything right about Sebastian’s ranking, , though I enjoy his videos and want to try anything he recommends.
Mostly I liked Enigma Cologne description!!
I would love to win Enigma)))

  • Adventurous, classy ,different fragrances with its own DNA , and look , in my opinion Roja Dove is literally the epitome the niche, and high end perfumery.
Sebastian is obviously super impressed by Roja fragrances, and we know he’s right. Almost feels hе is somehow connected with this brand, like some were made for him specifically.
As for Roja Dove the only one I have the pleasure of owning is Elysium Pour Homme – the blue bottle, but because of Sebastian excitement I really want to sample Scandal and Danger Cologne.
    1) Enigma 2) Elysium 3) Vetiver is my ranking , Elysium and Vetiver are just as good to me.
Enigma I’ll be happy to win.
Thank you Sebastian for the fine work, and Europerfumes and Çafleurebon for the gorgeous draw. Whoever wins will be really lucky and happy. Hopefully it would be me. USA

  • In my opinion , at the top spot should be Creation-e , second – Elysium. But for myself i’d better pick Elysium only because i have enough fragrances for cold weather.

  • Yes I agree with Sebastian top 5, I choose Scandal will ge great to spray on and get people reaction. Love to have it. I am in CA

  • Alvis Leung says:

I enjoy watching Sebastian’s fragrance reviews as always. However, I do not own any fragrance from the house of Rosa Parfums. So it will be great if I can have a chance to win a full bottle of Creation E. Thanks.

  • Sherin Thomas says:

I love the house of Roja. I don’t necessarily agree with Sebastian’s rating order unfortunately. After 1 month, Sebastian will have Roja Vetiver on number 1 spot and Danger the month after, ever changing preference. Not everyone loves overload of Lavender from Scandal although it is a nice scent. I love Elysium with is more versatile and mass pleaser – From Reading, PA

  • I have wanted Scandal for a LONG TIME! I agree with his ratings. I only wear Men’s frags, and when I got a whiff of Scandal, because my Pops wore it, and it reminds me of him!

  • Great review, Sebastian. I enjoyed this video. Thank you Michelyn for information.
I have Elysium sample- need try it more, because it did not want to open on my skin.
Enigma Cologne sounds great- fresh boozy-woody. after Enigma I would put Danger. But in warm weather I would chose Scandal.
I would like to win Enigma.

  • I have always wanted to test out Roja fragrances but have yet to smell any. Of the 5, the one that really jumped out for me was Creation E because of the boozy and tobacco notes. I love rich fragrances like that, that can be worn by both me and my boyfriend.
I live in the US – Pennsylvania

  • julesleverne says:

I seem to have a similar aesthetic to Sebastian’s. Although I have never tried Roja Parfums, I think that my fragrance ranking would probably echo his same choices; therefore, since I love lily of the Valley and mint, I think that Scandal would be right up my alley!

Thank you, for giving us this AWESOME opportunity! I pray that I win…!!!!!

  • Hi! I love to watch the videos that Sebastian is doing in YouTube!!!! They always are great!!!!
I never tried any of aroma Parfum Colognes, so I can’t agree or disagree with his ranking))) but I definitely trust his taste))!
I would like to win Roja Parfums Creation – E – Parfum Cologne 2019. I like that it is a combination of cognac and vanilla. I like that it has note of Ambergris. I want to win it for my husband and I like when he smells sweet and woody))!
I like in Kansas in USA! I came here from Ukraine two years ago!!! Hope to win this giveaway!!))))
Wishing a good luck to everyone!!)

  • It was a very good review by Sebastian. Unfortunately, I haven’t tried any fragrances by Roja Parfums, yet, so can’t comment on which one is my favorite. Enjoyed the short introduction by Michelyn also. Based on Michelyn’s introduction and Sebastian’s reviews, if I’m lucky enough to win this draw, I am going to choose Creation E Pour Pour Homme (2019), simply because I like Tom Ford’s Tobacco Oud, and Creation E Pour Pour Homme (2019) seems similar to that one. Thanks for the review and the draw. Writing from the USA.

  • Been wanting to try Enigma Parfum Cologne so that’ll be the one I’d like to go with but I’d like to try the rest also. I enjoy Elysium especially for the Warm/Hot Days. Enjoyed the vid by Sebastian. Thanks, Ca

  • Michael Prince says:

Once again Sebastian hits it out of park ranking, rating, and reviewing Roja’s Parfum Cologne Line. I honestly can’t say if I agree with his rankings because the only one I have tried is Creation-E/Enigma. If I were to guess that would probably be my #1 if I was ranking them. If I were to win I would definitely pick Creation-E/Enigma. I am from Ohio, USA.

  • Creation E has some interesting facets listed in it, have never tried if before , I will love to.
    Great combination

  • I would put Elysium at the top of the list. It’s a beautiful fragrance and really stands out among the fougere category which tends to be redundant. Elysium would definitely be my first choice to add to my collection. I didn’t care much for the others even though they’re highly praised by the fragrance community. I didn’t find them to be that interesting and would prefer many others in Rojas line.

  • Favorite Roja Dove Vetiver Pour Homme , Parfum Cologne and Creation-E Parfum . Both I’m a huge fan of. Vetiver Pour Homme , Parfum Cologne is the one from the Cologne line I know. I’m basing my rating on Sebastian review, and my knowledge of Creation-E Parfum.
    1. Vetiver Pour Homme , Parfum Cologne (I own it , compliments galore each and every time)
    2. Creation-E, Parfum Cologne
    3. Elysium , Parfum Cologne
    4. Danger , Parfum Cologne
    5. Scandal , Parfum Cologne
Since I own Vetiver Pour Homme , Parfum Cologne , Creation-E is next in line I’ll be happy to win
    Overly exsiting giveaway, USA

I haven’t tried any Roja fragrances, so I can only agree with Sebastian’s ranking. I was all set to choose Vetiver. But the way Sebastian talked about Danger, with its aromatic and woody notes, completely intrigued me. I would choose Danger.
    I live in the USA.

  • Jed Or Alive says:

I’ve only tried one Roja fragrance so far (Elysium Parfum Cologne), and I really enjoyed it. Just based on the descriptions, I’d rank the other 4 in the following order of how much they interest me – Enigma, Vetiver, Scandal, Danger. Located in California, US.

  • I would choose Enigma. Ive heard such good things about it and would love to win a Roja – the most supreme fragrances. USA

  • Sebastian once again did a great review! I share the love for eylsium amongst thousands of other noses!

  • Minsung kim says:

Mr.Jara, ranking is on par! I love elysium, so easy to wear! Beautiful fresh/citrusy scent that garnishes compliments while it lasts!
