Roja Elysium Pour Femme Review (Roja Dove) 2024

Elysium Pour Femme Roja Parfums

Roja Elysium Pour Femme by Olya Bar.

No matter the season, flowers have always held a special place in my heart. One of the first fragrances I ever fell in love with as a young girl was a lush floral, and it’s no surprise that, even years later, I still have a soft spot for exquisitely crafted floral perfumes. Wearing florals makes me feel like I’m in my own personal fantasy garden, empowered, confident and feminine. Elysium Pour Femme is a perfect embodiment of that enduring affection—capturing the essence of elegance and beauty that continues to captivate me. Meticulously composed, it evokes the same sense of wonder and joy I felt all those years ago, reminding me why floral fragrances will forever be my weakness.

Roja Elysium Pour Femme was created to represent an unwavering, independent spirit of feminine energy. In the Elysium universe, our heroine strides across a fantasy landscape, her presence a force of nature itself. Wherever she treads, flowers bloom—awakened by her touch—in their most vibrant, fragrant splendor. The horizon is cast in a bouquet of colors, and the air is filled with a refreshingly sweet aroma. This is Elysium: an ethereal blend of luscious fruits and transparent flowers suspended in a delicate veil of soft musks. As she transforms from mortal heroine to divine goddess, the paradise she inhabits is one of her own making, a sanctuary of beauty and power.

Roja Elysium Pour Femme evokes this transformative journey, capturing the feeling of walking into a floral atelier—each moment filled with excitement, as though the world itself were offering you its freshest, most beautiful blooms. The fragrance transports me to that feeling I experience in a floral shop, where the lush, freshly cut bouquets greet you like an artful composition of nature’s finest.

Imagine experiencing it through the scent of long green stems, still wet from the morning dew, exuding a crisp, earthy aroma that fills the air. The florist opens the refrigerator door, and an incredible rush of air greets you. The delicate blooms are arranged like regal ice princesses, preserved in their perfect, pristine habitat. The chill heightens the vividness of the pastel peony pinks, soft cyclamen blues, watery freesia and creamy jasmine whites, all waiting to be admired. Yet, despite the coolness, the flowers radiate an inner warmth, each petal exuding a quiet but profound joy. In the background, there is a bowl overflowing with fruits, a juicy burst of ripe peach and tangy blackberries, infusing the fragrance with a vibrant touch of brightness. The base is grounded in rich woods, complemented by a warm, musky trail of vanilla that lingers softly.

Stepping into a floral shop always fills me with pure happiness, like stepping into a living, breathing masterpiece. The air itself is charged with the energy of creation, fresh and invigorating as if every stem and bloom is a brushstroke on the canvas of your senses. Violets, roses and velvety magnolias are everywhere. The bright greens of the stems anchor the variety of colors, their earthy scent mingling softly with the addictive sweetness of the flowers. Every glance, every inhalation lifts the spirit, filling you with an immediate sense of wonder and delight. There’s an undeniable magic here—a fleeting yet eternal moment of pure, unfiltered joy that transcends the everyday. Like Elysium, it’s a paradise where beauty and fragrance reign, entirely of your own making.

  • I had the pleasure of experiencing Roja Elysium Pour Femme at a fragrance boutique, and it truly left an impression. The fresh, floral nature of the perfume is captivating—opening with bursts of vibrant fruit notes like peach and blackberry, which then give way to an elegant heart of delicate jasmine, violet, and peony. The blend is beautifully grounded by warm musks and sandalwood, leaving a soft, lasting trail. Elysium Pour Femme feels like walking through a sunlit garden, embodying both power and femininity in a scent that is as timeless as it is modern.

  • Wow, that’s a gorgeous bottle. I don’t own any of Rona Dove’s creations. The bottles are so pretty and tempting, I may need to get my nose on this sooner then later.

  • Not sure if this is a giveaway, but if it’s Roja, it has to be good. I can’t remember what old commercial that’s from but I have a Roja Hair Mist and it is just lovely. Elysium sounds like perfect floral goodness sitting on a bed of sandalwood, cedar, vanilla and musk’s. De-licious. I always enjoy Olya’s reviews, brings my nose to the plot. I live in NY.
