NEW FRAGRANCES: Tahitian Honey and Vacances by Alexandra Balahoutis of Strange Invisible Perfumes

How we love summer and the strange invisible perfumes they waft.  Alexandra Balahoutis of Strange  Invisible Perfumes and one of  Cafleurebon's Green Goddesses announces two new but oh so limited  fragrances, which naturally will be gone by season's end.

Vacances  is a mysterious trip by barge to a far off Caribbean Shore. Notes of Temple mandarine, cedar, hemp, black copal with its secret energies of the night, Black Current and Honey create a composition that beckons like Circe to Odysseus.

Tahitian Honey takes us to Tahiti with its allure of plumeria, honey, Temple Mandarine, Fresh Ginger, and Honey

Where do you want to travel?

Editor's note Black Copal is very rare and like an incense….  bewitch us!

  • I looked for a sample of these on her site, but couldn’t find them listed. They certainly sound sniff worthy

  • I would love to travel back to Tahiti. I went to Moorea and loved the beauty of it, the water, and the flora.

Tahitian Honey sounds delightful. Love plumeria, and the mandarin, honey, and ginger combination sounds good.

  • Tahitian Honey sounds wonderful for summer….must seek out sample of this one. I am having a thing for honey notes.

  • These both sound good. For some reason this season, anything with “honey” or “bees” is intriguing to me.

  • I want to travel to Greece, specifically Crete, want to come back to Puerto Rico, will travel to one of my favorite camping spot in the foothills of Cascades…

Tahitian Honey sounds wonderful! Need a sample of that one.

  • you can call the boutique and they can send you samples for a fee. I just received them both today and they are WONDERFUL. It will be hard to purchase only one.
