Best Autumn fragrances of 2020

Aprils have never meant much to me, autumn seems that season of beginning, spring. -Truman Capote, Breakfast at Tiffany’s

The editors and contributors of CaFleureBon live all around the world and even during these strange almost surreal times, we all find comfort in our favorite autumn perfumes, as the days grow shorter and the hot breath of summer is almost gone.

Treachery Maher Olfactive

dana with Maher Olfactive Treachery

This year, I feel robbed. 2020 has been insane, alienating, scary, guilt-inducing, freeze-mode-living-but-not-quite, and with only small exceptions to the dread—but Treachery by Shawn Maher of Maher Olfactive is an exception to those exceptions. First postponed on account of a misperceived harshness, it now provides great comfort of a physically-affecting kind. Familiarly hot, naturally smoky, and boozy like a barrel of fermenting plums, Treachery is both sweet but tannic, dense but outdoorsy, salty and nutty, and conjurer of better times when the kids’ school starting thrill was only matched by that of the men dancing around alambics distilling the bounty of autumn. A rich, powdery, hot wind at dusk, just enough to hold you together before another long slumber. Notes: pipe tobacco, vanilla, almond, cocoao, whiskey, saffron, spices, davana and berriesdana sandu / a_nose_knows, Editor

Histoires de parfums Noir Patchouli for autumn

Georgia O’Keefe The Maple

Autumn is not my favorite season, along with winter, so I try to be philosophical about it. As daylight shortens and temperatures fall down bringing back what Milan is famous for, fog and humidity, my heart  yearns for the dog days and summertime, when the living is easy. However  Autumn reminds me everything that is falling apart  goes back to ground where it belongs, and suddenly I start craving earthy smells as the most precious and full of life aromas. Nothing like patchouli embodies every tiny detail of this, from black moist soil to crushed leaves and naked trees, and even insects involved in this gorgeous decay. Histoires de Parfums Noir Patchouli smells like Autumn with its dusty, earthy wood on steroids wrapped in cold spices. Dipped in boozy rose, this dry debauchery bearing smoky, leathery hints speaks to me of forthcoming cold evenings drinking Sirah by the fireplace, waiting for a new spring to come. Notes: Patchouli, coriander, cardamom, flowers, berries, musk, leather, vanilla. Ermano Picco – Editor

Chemical Love Olibere Parfums review

As the first yellow leaves have fallen to the ground, nature starts to change its color palette: hello, warm greens, golden yellows, browns, and deep burgundies! If you tend to change your perfume palette come fall, why not add a touch of sparkle and glamour to brighten up your days? Cozy and comfortable in fall is fine and oh! so cuddly, but let’s not forget to shine: Chemical Love from Olibere Parfums/Luca Maffei is a breathtaking combination of contrasts, bitter, metallic, and refined sweet that feels flirty, dangerous, elegant and boozy at the same time. High heels click, jaws drop, ice in glasses filled with Bailey’s melts, and this addictive gourmet opulence floods over any imperfection invisible underneath dimmed lights. Let yourself get energized and then enchanted by sensual swirls of ylang-ylang and highly intoxicating patchouli with a deep and powerful drydown. Notes: Bitter Orange, Davana, Elemi, Cocaine Accord, Ylang Ylang, Orange Blossom, Baileys Cream, Patchouli, Sandalwood, Labdanum, Vanilla, Musk – Elena Cvjetkovic Editor, author of The Plum Girl

best autumn paintings

“A walk in the woods in autumn” by Sergei Vinogradov©

Parfums Dusita Issara (Pissara Umavijani) is a creative take on fougère that casts aside the genre’s traditional barbershop-like, citrus/lavender opening, featuring instead soft, tea-like herbs and a spectacular representation of the whole pine tree: the invigorating greenness of its tender needles, the moist woodiness of its bark, the mystical aroma of its tears of resin. Senses, spirit and mind open widely to experience a walk through Issara’s landscape: it’s early fall, and the sun beams are bursting through the forest trees. The afternoons remain long, balmy; the honeyesque smell of golden haystacks, along with whiffs of vanillic tobacco air curing in some nearby barn, blend themselves into the fragrance of the pine woods, while the increasingly brisk autumn wind carries an unexpected hint of the faraway sea. Adventurous at heart and peaceful in manner, Parfums Dusita Issara is an olfactory painting of dark greens, yellow ochre, burnt sienna and auburn, diffused by off-white musks, and set ablaze by the warm light of coumarin. Best Autumn fragrances for 2020

Autumn leaves by Michelyn

Xerjoff’s Lira Casamorati 1888 is an autumn coat of many colors. Each note dances a solo performance, like a separate leaf swirling in the air before settling to the earth. Akin to an autumn day, Lira begins bright and clear with notes of bergamot, lavender and red orange. The last blooms of summer –jasmine and rose give way to deeper hues of cinnamon and licorice. Creamy caramel and vanilla comfort me before calling it a night when Lira wraps me in its skin musk embrace that lingers until dawn.Michelyn Camen, Editor in Chief

  • all of the picks sound so lovely. I adore autumn so I know exactly where everyone stands. From the list, here’s what I would choose in order that like to win. I live in the USA.
    1. Lira
    2. Chemical Love
    3. Issara

    Thank you!

  • All of them sound amazing. I have only tried which is a masterpiece, one of the best gourmard-vanilla fragrances. As for the rest the ones id like to try the most are Issara and noir patchouli.
    Im in EU

  • What a great post. I knew some of the fragrances and some were completely new to me.

Treachery – Tobacco is great for the autumn season. This one is combined with warmth and sweetness, but it doesn’t appear to be too much. Thanks for putting this on my radar.

Issara – Again tobacco. This one has been on my wishlist for a while.

Chemical Love – Angelica can be so magical. I’m also seriously intrigued by the notes of Bailey’s and cocaine. Sounds like a good Friday Night.

Noir Patchouli – Rose and patchouli is a winning combo. The review describes the rose as quite boozy, so that’s another point. I’m generally pleased with the works of Histoires de Parfums but somehow I’ve never tried this one.

Any of the 4 mentioned fragrances would be welcomed in my collection with open arms. I look forward to reading part 2 as well. I live in Denmark, EU.

  • To all Çafleurebon editors, I love this first fall edition; actually been waiting for getting to know new fall fragrances. The one I’m aiming for Is Noir Patchouli closely followed by Treachery. On the third spot chemical Love and Issara share equal desire. Will there be a second list? Living in Belgium.

  • Oh, yes! These are great selections for Fall!! I have only ever tested Xerjoff Lira – I don’t own a bottle. But it is so yummy and so perfect for cool, crisp weather! This is my most favorite time of the year because I can wear these gorgeous fragrances.

I’d be happy to win any one of these but if I had to choose, it would be Xerjoff Lira. Otherwise, if chosen, I will leave it up to you to pick one for me.

    I live in the US.

  • These are great picks. I know each company for once, a xcepr Olibere but elenas review makes chemical love sound wonderful
I would love to win Lira, and Dusita Issara
    I live in Connecticut

  • Loved reading all these favorite autumn picks. I also associate crunchy leaves with patchouli, and the colors and the cool air are my favorite things about autumn. I would love to try Treachery. I’m in CA, USA.

  • O no! I’m not sure I’m ready to say goodbye to summer yet, but reading these beautiful descriptions of fall fragrances I’m being eased into the season of falling leaves, brown, beige and red and shorter days. I love Despina’s choice of Issara by Dussita Parfums. This sounds perfect for the beginning of autumn when the warm sun still shines through the trees. I have never heard of Olibere’s Chemical Love but it sounds perfect for autumn at its fullest. Leaves in shades of brown and the season of caramel sweets in full swing. Great choice from Elena which I would also love to try. Finally Maher’s Treachery chosen by Dana would be one for later in the autumn season when it gets closer to winter. It sounds warm boozy and dark. One to wear with a scarf maybe…I would love to have a chance to try one of these three this autumn. Marit, UK

  • I learned that Issara is a creative take on fougere. Lira begins clear but later turns floral and oriental, with special emphasis on creamy vibe and vanilla. My choices are Issara and Lira. USA.

  • I love Fall abd I love to read about all these amazing fragrances…all sound to be faboulous…I never tridd any of these houses…I would like to do it.
    I’m from RO, EU.

  • I live in USA and I like this part of part one of favorite autumn fragrances by Elena Cvjetkovic “addictive gourmet opulence floods over any imperfection invisible underneath dimmed lights. Let yourself get energized and then enchanted by sensual swirls of ylang-ylang and highly intoxicating patchouli with a deep and powerful drydown. Notes: Bitter Orange, Davana, Elemi, Cocaine Accord, Ylang Ylang, Orange Blossom, Baileys Cream, Patchouli, Sandalwood, Labdanum, Vanilla, Musk” if I won I would like Xerjoff Casomarati Lira or Chemical Love

  • Great choices for Autumn I am intrigued by Treachery the most. If I am lucky I would love to win treachery fascinated by the notes. Thanks a million from the United Kingdom

  • I loved thinking about autumn. The list of fragrances is beautiful and so are the pics. Especially Georgia O’Keefe and beautiful falling leaves. I would love to win
    Lira
    Treachery
    Chemical Love
    Thank you!

  • Fall, my favorite season (besides Spring, Summer and Winter, lol). Seriously, some fragrances do smell better during the chillier days. If lucky: Issara, Treachery, Noir Patchouli, Chemical Love, 1888. Thanks for another great draw. Mich USA

  • This year, I feel robbed. A rich, powdery, hot wind at dusk, just enough to hold you together before another long slumber. Notes: pipe tobacco, vanilla, almond, cocoao, whiskey, saffron, spices, davana and berries —dana sandu. A beautiful description intrigued by Olibere and Treachery the most if I am successful I would love to win these the most. Thanks a lot from the UK

  • Thank you very much for part one of your favorite autumn fragrances. To me; this season offers some of my absolute favorite fragrances and smells generally. I’d absolutely be enamored to win Xerjoff Lira. That fragrance sounds absolutely PERFECT for me.

    I reside in Iowa, USA.

Thank you so much for the giveaway!

  • Most of the picks are great but to me personally, I don’t love Noir Patchouli. It’s not bad but it’s just not my taste. I would love a bottle of any of the other four but my favorite 2 would be Chemical Love and Treachery. USA

  • Like Dana, I too feel robbed. Spring and Summer stolen by COVID-19 and the smoke-filled California skies. In spite of it all I am truly blessed with continual good health and employment. The 22nd is officially the last day of summer. I hope for an Indian Summer with clear skies and no fire danger.
The cocaine note of Chemical Love has me interested, but I have no clue what cocaine smells like. Hopefully not the horrid burning plastic smell of crack. Nevertheless, should I win I would choose:
    1. Issara
    2. Lira
    3. Chemical Love
    4. Noir Patchouli
    5. Treachery

Thank you for the drawing. Here in the USA

  • I see that Dana and I are once again of the same mind when it comes to encapsulating the autumn in a scent. Plums, booze, tobacco, amber, and everything stewing in a warm embrace of acceptance. Ermano has me covered with the smoky leather, Despina with the turning foliage and woods and Michelyn with desserts of sweet caramel. Nummy nummy num. Absolutely fantastic choices overall and my favourite season for a reason – the veritable olfactory bounty it provides both in scent and the opportunity for experimentation. Permission in transition as I always say! 😉 A petition for submission without suspicion of transmission. In 2020 at least. LOL In order, I’d love to win Treachery, Lira, Issara and Chemical Love. Canada/USA.

  • Russell Johnson III says:

Yes. We all feel robbed this year and now everything will start to unravel as entropy opens its claws once again to rip summer away from us. Instead of the death and decay these cooler months bring, remember the joy of the holidays that bring family and friends together and what better way to do that but with smokey, tobacco, gourmand fragrances that invoke warmth and ritual. If chosen, any of the fragrances would help me to shake off the clutches of the cooler weather and imbue me with a sense of family and friends. After all what else is there to be had not only during these trying times, but during the holidays?

  • My favorite kind of perfumes are those for colder weather. I really enjoy boozy spicy warm and cozy fragrances. Just like the ones on this list. Since I can mention more than one fragrance for this giveaway I’ll list those that I would really love to try based on their notes. Firs of all Treachery for sure, then Histoires de Parfums Noir Patchouli, and finally Xerjoff’s Lira Casamorati 1888. I’m from Illinois, US.

  • I love autumn. The changing leaves and the coming of the colder, crisp air reminds me that life is a cycle and this too shall pass. 2020 was terrible for a lot of people and with change comes hope. All of these fragrances are great selections and I would be happy to win any of them. My top three would be: Lira, Chemical Love and Treachery. Commenting from the US.

  • “Robbed” is exactly how I would describe my feelings about 2020. Anyway, all five fragrances sound amazing, but if I’d have to choose, I’d go for Treachery and/or Issara. I live in Italy.

  • I feel robbed too. We all must in this horrible year. Great choices especially Dusita Issara and Xerjoff Casomarti Lira – very different but in a good way !
Also I would like to win treachery
    Thanks USA

  • All of these sound so lovely! And they seem to be perfect for the fall season. Interestingly, I also associate patchouli with black moist soil! Can’t wait to see part 2 of the list!
    Would love to win
    1. Xerjoff Lira
    2. Parfums Dusita Issara
    3. Chemical Love
    4. Treachery
    5. Histoires de Parfums Noir Patchouli

    Florida, USA

  • This is a nice selection of autumn fragrances by the editors. The fall is a season full of beauty and color, and I always think of cozy scents to welcome it nicely. I am looking forward to hearing more in the other articles. My selections are:

    Maher Treachery
    Dusita Issara
    Olibere Chemical Love

    I am in the USA.

  • I do enjoy Autumn, but not what comes next – winter, yuck lol.
I did enjoy hearing everyone’s feelings about the Fall. Great storytelling.
Would love to win Chemical Love or Lira.
    Pennsylvania USA

  • Autumn is also my favorite season of the year! I very much enjoy that chill or bite in the air, beautiful red trees, cuddling with your most worn blanket and sipping hot cocao while rocking a beautiful scent. Loved that you picked and aligned these beauties with fall. I’m based in the US. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to win

    Choosing in the order…
    1. Dusita Issa
    2. Lira
    3. Treachery
    4. Noir patchouli

  • Fall is my favorite season here in New England, the cool dry air is perfect for crisp leaves and the smoky fire in the fire pit. I love everyone’s choices for fall scents. I would a bottle of Noir Patchouli, Chemical Love or Lira. I think they all sound perfect for the season! I’m in the US.

  • John Michael Jones says:

Oh boy is this a dream giveaway or what!? I absolutely love these choices & the artist expression behind each description. I would love to win any of these gems but if i had to pick, I would say Dusita Issara or the Xerjoff! Good luck to all from Boston! LOVE THIS GROUP!

  • Autumn is such a lovely time of the year. All these perfumes sound amazing. My preferences in order:

    1. Lira – I love the jasmine and rose, with vanilla and caramel.

    2. Issara – I love a good fougere!

    3. Noir Patchouli – this sounds like a woody fall scent, like walking in a forest with woody notes.

    4. Treachery – This one intrigues me!

    5. Chemical Love – I am curious about the cocaine note!

    Thank you!

    California, USA

  • I love all of you autumn picks as they offer some great aspects that truly embody fall. Fall and winter are by far my favorite seasons (especially for perfumery). Kind regards from Illinois, USA, if I am to be chosen my picks would be as follows:
    1.) Lira
    2.) Noir Patchouli
    3.) Issara
    4.) Treachery
    5.) Chemical Love
Thank you for such a generous draw!

  • I don’t like cold seasons either but I surely enjoy the rich scent of perfumes designed for this particular weather. I’m saying hi from Ro/Eu

  • I like that the Part I Autumn Fragrances article has five brief, succinct, and what seem to be very different type fragrances listed.

    My picks for the draw:
    1) Parfums Dusita Issara: this sounds like a lovely lovely late summer/early Fall ramble in the countryside, a fragrance that tells a meandering story. I can envision this fragrance reflecting where I live (Maine USA). “Adventurous but peaceful,” yes I qualify.

    2) Xerjoff Casomarati Lira: I love those notes and when bright notes are bright and clear but then settle to a nice warmth upon dry down. I also adore a fragrance that unfolds note by note, drawing itself out languidly. So far I don’t have any Xerjoff. My shelf is incomplete without a beautiful Xerjoff bottle.

    3) Histoires de Parfums Noir Patchouli: sounds like it would be my fall scent. Earthiness, patchouli, smoke & leather? Yep, that’s my kind of fragrance. Almost every scent I’ve experienced with “noir” in it somehow becomes a favorite, why not this one too?

  • I love autumn, I love the weather (when it’s not raining continuosly though) and I love the temperature as it is perfect for me. Not very cold, not very hot, somewhere in between. Any perfume does it as well in this season. I love orientals and leathers based fragrances, so they are perfect for fall.

I am in Europe and I would love to win either Issara or Noir Patchouli. Thanks!

  • I for one absolutely hate the cold seasons, for many reasons, the main one being the cold , but reading this article I started mentally listing things you can enjoy during autumn and winter. Every time I read one of your articles it’s like I’m in the middle of the story, it feels like the first chapter of a really good book. Regarding the perfumes, I am fairly new to this domain, but I enjoy strong flavors, like tobacco, cocoa, leather, vanilla, so Treachery would be a first choice, followed by Noir Patchouli, but of course any of the perfumes would be more than welcome, since living in Romania makes it really difficult to try any of these.

  • I thought it was interesting to read someone else’s perspective on autumnal picks and why they are best suited , it was great to get an insight into how someone else seen the season and what they’d associate with it.

I would love to win 50 ml of Parfums Dusita Issara.

Or the 50 ml bottle of Chemical Love by Olibere

Or Maher Olfactive 50 ml of Treachery

Or 100 ml of Histoires de Parfums Noir Patchouli .

    I’m from Ireland, EU

  • israelfriedmann says:

I really like autumn, and with it, its colors and of course accompanied by these really interesting perfumes.
I like Histoires de Parfums Noir Patchouli
For its notes of cold spices, cardamom, musk and leather.
But any of the 5 fragrances would be a luxury to have …
I live in Miami, FL, USA
    Regards !!

  • Monica Beaton says:

Autumn – how I miss Canadian autumns….it’s a full sensory experience: the brilliant colours of the leaves, the smell in the air of slight decay and drying foliage, and most of all, the crunch of the colours and smells directly underfoot. Australia simply does not know what it’s missing. Along with all this, it’s time to pull out my ambers and tonkas, my woods and deep dark vanillas – my warm liquid cashmere wraps in fragrant form. Beautifully edited and illustrated as always Michelyn – to you and your team – take a long walk through the leaves for me a kick up a few neatly raked piles. One of life’s little joys! I live in Australia and would me thrilled with either Olfactive Treachery or Dusita Issara. I look forward to the upcoming review and stories. Rug up, keep warm!

  • I have mixed feelings about autumn and I also have a favourite perfume for this season: Dune by Christian Dior, because it keeps the warmth of the summer while showing the nostalgia of passing through towards the cold season. I would like to win Issara by Dusita, Noir Patchouli or Lira. I live in Romania, EU. Thanks!

  • I will start from beginning of article: love collage by Michelyn and words about Autumn “Aprils have never meant much to me, autumn seems that season of beginning, spring. -Truman Capote, Breakfast at Tiffany’s
Then, I enjoyed each Editor’s and Contributer’s photo and presentation of favorites Perfumes for Autumn.
Gorgeous choices favorite Fall fragragrances here on part 1, I’m intrigued about part 2. For me personally all sounds fabulous, hard to choose, but if I have to then I would put them in order
1 Xerjoff Lira because I love Gourmand
    2 Dusita Issara
    3 Treachery Maher Olfactive
    4 Chemical Love Olibere
    5 Noire Patchouli
    Florida USA

  • I love all of part one of the favorite Autumm Fragances.

Autumm is my favorite season of the year….I grew up in the forrest, the scent of impermanence, when the leaves fall and nature goes into rest, I still know what that smells like…,the description from Dana Sandu about Trachery brings me back to this forrest from my childhood…I love to win the Trachery…I live in the Netherlands EU

  • I like Fall, but it doesn’t come to where I leave until late November. I thought all your selections were marvelous. If I win, I would like:
    Chemical Love
    Issara
    Casomarati Lira
    Noir Patchouli
Thank you for all the Fall selections and for this terrific draw. I’m in the USA

  • Thanks for the informative reviews by my favorite reviewers. All fragrances seem to be wonderful, but if I’m lucky enough to win this draw, I’d choose the following, based on the reviews only as I have not tried these, top being the first choice, and then going down in order:

    1. Xerjoff Casomarati Lira
    2. Histoires de Parfums Noir Patchouli
    3. Chemical Love from Olibere Parfums
    4. Treachery by Shawn Maher
    5. Parfums Dusita Issara

Thanks for the generous draw and wonderful reviews. Writing from the USA.

  • “Treachery”
Loved a lot the description: “However Autumn reminds me everything that is falling apart goes back to ground where it belongs, and suddenly I start craving earthy smells as the most precious and full of life aromas”

  • This was a very good part 1 Autumn list, some real bangers here, perfect fragrances to take us to Spring.

In order, the ones I want to win are:

    1) Xerjoff Casomarati Lira
    2) Maher Olfactive Treachery
    3) Chemical Love from Olibere
    Parfums/Luca Maffei
    4) Histoires de Parfums Noir Patchouli

I look forward to the next list. I live in Waldorf, MD, USA.

  • Autumn is a lovely time of year especially sunny but cold days. I am in U.K. and these all sound amazing and echo Aitumn.
I’d love to try Treachery, Issara and Noir Patchouli.

  • Just like Ermano, I am not an autumn person. The darkening days and cold weather says to me, that everything will get even worse for at least 6 months, until I can enjoy the sunshine and the warmth.
Although, I really love autumn fragrances, that is the one thing that helps me to survive through this season.
I would love to win Treachery or Issara.
    I am from the EU.

  • I actually love autumn, the colors, the shadows and the smell of leaves and that feeling that everything slows down, for the winter to come. Treachery and Noir Patchouli both sound perfect for my mood this autumn, would love to try any of them.
Thank you. I live in EU.

  • They all sound like interesting stuff but I have not heard of most of them. Xerjoff is the only one I am slightly familiar with but mostly from others. I would love to be able to smell all of these . I am located in USA. I have no favorite fall fragrances really. I don’t even think of them in seasons really which I suppose sounds weird.

  • I love all kinds of perfume lists and use them as a guideline for future testing. This time Treachery and Chemical Love caught my interest. First because of the name and then there is the keyword “boozy”. I think it perfectly fits the autumn mood.
    I live in Croatia, EU.

  • What I love about this article is how it makes me discover fragrances I didn’t know about. Of course I knew about Lira, but even though I knew the houses of Histoires de Parfums and Dusita, I never heard about Noir Patchouli and Issara. The Marjorie Olibere bottle is stunning! Now it makes me want to find out more about the house… And I ended up reading the review on Treachery published on Ca fleure bon earlier this year. Every time i read a “Favorite [season] fragrances” on Ca fleure bon, it’s like falling down the rabbit hole…

I would love to win, in order:
    1. Treachery
    2. Issara
    3. Chemical Love

I live in Romania (EU). Thanks !

  • For me, the smell of fall is incorporate in a combination of dry leafs, smoke of wood and particularly, chestnut…I think the best description for my taste is Despina’s review for Parfum Dusita – Issara…is the most clear nearly to my favourite scent..and yes, I would love to try it! I live in EU, Romania.

  • All of the perfumes listed here sound cozy enough for a chilly autumn day. I thought the editors each picked a fragrance that spoke to them on a spiritual level and I think that is amazing: the fact that they shared with us their emotions.
I’d love to try Shawn Meher Treachery, Dusita Issara and Chemical Love. I’m from România.

  • These are all great choices for Autumn, I’ve been searching out new Tobacco fragrances recently so this list is timely. After reading the article, these are the bottles I’d love to have a chance to win:
1.) Maher Olfactive- Treachery- pipe tobacco, vanilla & whiskey? Yes please.
    2.) Parfums Dusita- Issara- Pine/Sage/Tonka Bean/Tobacco-awesome.
3.) Olibere Parfums- Chemical Love- Cocaine & Baileys!?
4.) Histoires de Parfums- Noir Patchouli- sumptuous

    Looking forward to Part 2!

    SK, Canada

  • I agree with Dana. I also feel robbed by 2020. The stress alone is pushing me to the brink, and with fires looming large in my state, even my sense of smell has been hindered. Perfume is my salvation, my place of comfort, even on the saddest of days. I welcome Fall with an open embrace and hope cool, rainy days are near. I would love to win Treachery. I’ve been visiting Shawn’s website over the past month, re-reading the notes and it’s just calling to me. I’d also love to win Lira. That is one of my favorites from Xerjoff and I’ve already burned through my sample. Thank you for the article, I’m in the US.

  • I love autumn with it’s colours and flavours, but it also has a sort of sadness because the summer is gone. It’s a very interesting selection of fragrances for this autumn, I only know Lira and it’s absolutely beautiful. I would be happy to win anyone of these, the most interesting seem Parfums Dusita Issara and Noir Patchouli, then Treachery and Chemical Love. I live in Romania, EU.

  • Autumn is one of the pretiest seasons. Everything gets their final colores before winter, you coze yourself up in warm sweaters and put on a nice hugging fragrance. All fragrances above sound great, snuggly and comforting. I would love to win one of those fragrances and add it to my collection. I live in EU, Czech Republic
    My picks are:
    1. Treachery
    2. Issara
    3. Noir Patchouli

  • Thank you editors for constantly curating fragrances for us. It would be an unsurmountable task to test all of them out so these lists are quite helpful and cater to different palates. These picks all sound amazing and from the five I’ve only tried Noir Patchouli from Histoires de Parfums and it was just ok for me. I much preferred 1725 and 1828 from the house. The ones I’d love to win from this list in order are:-
    1. Lira
    2. Issara
    3. Chemical love
    4. Treachery

I am in USA and looking forward to better things in fall 🙂

  • Wonderful choices! All of them embody the comfortable shade of colors and lights of autumn, after the summer sunburst.
I’d like to win Treachery, Chemical Love and Issara.
    I live in the EU.
    Thanks!

  • I thought the selection was wonderful and I even felt a small satisfaction predicting the family of fragrance each of the Cafleurebon editors would pick. I feel there is a growing sense of familiarity with them as time goes by reading their articles and especially their picks and that feels like a lovely dialogue (even though essentially it’s a monologue, haha).
The fragrances I would pick if I were to win are, in this order: NOIR PATCHOULI (I myself am craving earthy and damp smells in this autumnal period), TREACHERY(doing the autumn domestic / agrarian activities in community feels absolutely like a celebration), ISSARA (the gentle, more feminine dimension of a forest during autumn is very appealing) and lastly, CHEMICAL LOVE (the fact that I am temperamentally more drawn to the primordial voice of nature does not mean I do not appreciate the edgy character of mankind and its creation).
I am highly looking forward to the other editors’ picks.
    I live in the EU.

  • I’m not a fan of fresh or floral fragrances, I’m always impatient during summer or hot days, because it is difficult to wear fragrances that make me feel comfortable. from the first cold days of September until the last days of June, I love to wear heavy, woody, dark and smoky perfumes. My preference in order are: Dusita, Shawn Meher, Olibere Parfums, Histoires de Parfums. I already own Lira, and I love it. It is so playful and gourmand, but elegant and stylish at the same time. I’m from Romania, Europe.

  • Hashim Madani says:

I sampled Casomarati Lira at a Xerjoff boutique and it was wonderful. The gorgeous creamy caramel stands out from the start. Elena’s description of Chemical Love is photorealistic, I can almost smell the boozy orange. Would love to win Lira. VA, USA.

  • BostonScentGuy says:

Thanks for this draw! I loved the balance of darkness and light in these fragrances–something soft and tender and green like Issara and smokier and woodier like Noir Patchouli. I thinkthey capture various aspects of autumn! I like Lutens’ Chergui and Fumerie Turque for autumn, especially Fumerie Turque’s smoky leather. Thanks for the draw! I’d love to win Issara or Xerjoff’s Lira. I’m in the US

  • I agree with Ermano in autumn and winter not being my favourite seasons – to say the least. This year I am especially sad because summer was not quite summer due to the pandemic, and the cold season is looking increasingly grim with the danger of being in confined spaces.
That’s why I am really looking forward to comforting scents, and why I would love to win the elgant Issara by Dusita and the warm Noir Patchouli by Histoires de Parfums.
    I live in France, EU.

  • Great choices. I know Issara, Lira and Patchouli Noir which are wonderful choices. The other 2 I don’t know, but they sound great. I would be greatfull for any of the perfumes that can be send to EU, where I live. Thank you!

  • IngridMarcoianu says:

I was born in 22nd of September, a few decades ago. Even when I was a tinny human the best time of the year was the Fall.
Month September means fresh start for me, after a torrid summer as many before. We start so many things in September mich more than even after New Year.

I really love Histoires de Parfums because of it’s strong relationship with the nature.

I live in Romania, this beautiful country, with really great autums in here. And I hope to win “Noir Patchouli”.

Greating and many thanks to you, all!

  • Autumn is my favorite season in a somewhat melancholy way. These scents sound fabulous. My favorites based on the descriptions would be:
    Lira Casomarati
    Treachery
    Issara
    I live in the USA

  • Wow this is great!Great, because autumn is my season!Obviouslly, I favour warm scents usually. This article is a great idea for inspiration.if I were to win ,my order of preference is:1.Chemical love 2.Treachery 3.Dusita Issars.I live in Italy

  • The description of Issara from Parfums Dusita sounds very interesting and also it has some notes that I love, therefore Issara is my choice if I were to win.

EU. Thank you and good luck to everyone!

  • Fall is my favorite season. It is relaxing and special in many ways, for us here in Florida it is a breath of cold air after the hot and humid summer. Currently I do not have a fragrance line up in my small collection, I couldn’t not even identify which of the few fragrances I own could be the most wearable during this time of the year but now thanks to this lovely review, I’ll definitely create a fall fragrance line up to enjoy. From the article I have to say that I’ll love to smell first Lira, second Treachery and lastly Histoires de Parfums Noir Patchouli. Thank you again for another great review and for the opportunity to participate in this great draw. Commenting from Orlando, Fl. USA.

  • My favorite part was Ermano’s summary of autumn, when everything that is falling apart goes back to ground where it belongs. Such a great way to describe the seasonal change. All of these fragrances sound amazing so I’ll list them in order of which they interest me:
    1. Dusita Issara
    2. Maher Treachery
    3. Olibere Chemical Love
    4. Xerjoff Lira
    5. HdP Noir Patchoili

Cheers from Indiana, USA, where autumn is the best season.

  • It’s difficult to comment on the list as I haven’t smelled any of them. So I’ll choose to win based on the notes: 1) Chemical Love, 2) Lira, 3) Treachery. US

  • This description of autumn fragrances struck me by how autumn can be associated with certain notes, like tobacco or patchouli, but can also be evoked by using other notes in creative ways. I found Despina’s depiction of Issara especially evocative and that would be my No. 1 choice, if I were to have one. But Treachery and Patchouli Noir would also be super welcome. I live in the US, in North Carolina.

  • What interesting choices. Some totally unexpected. If I were to win, I would like: Treachery by Shawn Maher, Histoire de Parfums Noir Patchouli and/or Xerjoff’s Lire Casomarati 1888. I am in the US.

  • I love love autumn and winter, ☕ I’ve been waiting for 5 months this time of the year, love to wear jackets, boots, cozy hoodies, sweaters and spicy, leathery, sweet, gourmand fragrances. Autumn is also the season I begin testing and testing and testing lots of samples. Crazy about tobacco, leather, cardamom, vanilla, whiskey, patchouli notes. So difficult to choose only one fragrance from all mentioned above. Let’s say, top 3: 1st Treachery, 2nd Noir Patchouli, 3rd Chemical Love. Commenting from Romania. Thank you for the chance!

  • I like Dusita with mix of tonka+Tobacco and other lovely mix that will be my favo for fall which Im same as you , I like only spring and summer. I live in Sweden EU

  • The change of whether usually brings the excitement of change, change of food, new pieces of clothing… Not this time. I didn’t get to enjoy this summer; no beach vacation, no summer festivals… I don’t expect anything from this fall either, more isolation and loneliness, I guess.
Warmer perfumes will have to comfort us. I think all your choices can do it.
I’d prefer Chemical Love if I win, something in Elena’s description as simultaneously flirty, dangerous and elegant appeals to me.
My second choice would be Issara which Despina describes as “Adventurous at heart and peaceful in manner”. Just what I need. I live in USA.

  • Honeydew Crenshaw says:

    US reader

Autumn is a my favorite season – especially in cooler climates where there is a definite delineation between summer and autumn. These all sound lovely, but:
    Maher Olfactive Treachery
    Perfumes Dusita Issara
    Histoiries de Parfums Noir Patchouli

    Those hit my favorite notes

  • Sorohan Adriana says:

“Autumn has come, cover my heart with something,
with the shade of a tree or better with your shade.”
The autumn emotion Nichita de Stănescu
    Romanian poet
I love autumn for the color of the leaves and its scent.
All the perfumes presented are interesting but I can order them in the following order:
    1.Lira
    2.Treachery
    3.Chemical Love

  • The change of seasons is hard on me, so I would prefer to sparkle in Chemical Love. This sounds intriguing, cocaine accord? USA

  • Hello, warm greens, golden yellows, browns, and deep burgundies! Hello, warm enwraping gourmand scents! Luca maffei is the master of very interesting gourmand parfums, Chemical Love sounds something I wanna wear this autumn – unusual combo of Baileys and davana, ok, but then also cocaine accord!
I live in the EU and would love to win Chemical Love by Olibere, thanks for amazing opportunity!

  • Gabriel Garcia Leyva says:

Fall is short and light here in the American southwest, you can only reach it’s peak, with the right scent. My choice is Issara, that modern Fougere she does well, like in her beautiful Erawan, also Shawn meher’s, treachery sounds interesting.
    Nevada USA

  • Such great picks. I would choose the following if I won. USA
    1 Dusita Issara
    2 Marjorie Olibere Chemical Love
    3 Xerjoff Lira
    4 Maher Olfactive Treachery
    5 HDP Noir Patchouli

    Thank you

  • All of them sound absolutely amazing. I’ve only tried Issara and Noir Patchouli before. Issara reminds so mich of a matcha red bean cake which is a dessert that I love with a hint of smokiness. And Noir Patchouli is like a rosy darker version of Incident Diplomatique, which is probably my top 5 favorite fragrances of all time. I would love to win either of these two.
Fragrance that I would love to win: 1, noir patchouli
    2, Issara.
    I live in France EU.
Thank you for the opportunity of the giveaway, good luck to everyone!

  • Autumn reminds me of the circle of life. During autumn, our earth is accumulating it last energies to carry itself through a final showdown of magnificent colors falling to feed and renew the soil and provide food to its inhabitants. Earthy smells of leaves, moss, and trees ground me, yet the air changing from crisp to dewy brings excitement and comfort.

The fragrance the best describes what I’d like to feel like when wearing it is
Xerjoff’s Lira Casamorati 1888 because it wears an autumn coat of many colors.

Honestly, they all sound wonderful and I’d appreciate winning any of them.

    I hail from Ohio. USA.

  • Fall is my favorite perfume season – I can start to wear some of the more potent offerings in my collection! The picks in this post are fantastic! I would like to win Treachery, Issara, Chemical Love, or Noir Patchouli! I am from Canada.

  • I am from Germany, so i choose Dusita, Olibere, Noir Patchouli and Maher.
    I like the diversity 🙂
    Thank you! !

  • Caroline Gachari says:

Would love to try Dustin range. However its damn costly. Do you ever have markdowns or a payment plan?
I am based in Seattle u.s.a

  • Anamaria Bianca says:

I dont love autumn so much, because it gives me a feeling of sadness, but reading the descriptions of these perfumes I realised autumn& fragrances is a good combination.
    TREACHERY
    LIRA
    ISSARA
    I am from Romania

  • Reading the reviews above makes me see all the glorious colors that are coming very soon. Ever since I smelled my sample of Issara from Dusita it has been on my mind. My sample is long gone, but I keep the vial in my kitchen and smell it often. That rich honeyed pine makes me long for my youth when my family camped amongst a forest of pine trees. It was always the first week of October. Issara makes me melancholy the same way that Autumn does. It is my first and only choice. I love it! Thank you for the giveaway and thank you, Pissara, for creating it.

  • Alyssa Incollingo says:

Love the use of such rhythmic movements to describe the lush fragrance of each scent, tender prose brings to a place beyond…

  • Oh my I love Autumn. This list of perfumes sounds lovely, I have been reaching for warmer fragrances although it has been hot here for the last week. I would love to try chemical love for boozy glam or Dusita Issara for a soft cocoon.. I am in the UK

  • Aleksandar Kostov says:

I was pleased to read about autumn fragrances, I’m born in October which makes me an autumn child.
Issara sounds intriguing, I’ve recently discovered the world of fougere and would love to try that one
Another one is Treachery, and the review made me almost smell it from my phone screen
I would like to win either Treachery or Issara
    I live in Denmark, EU

  • redwheelbarrow says:

The three I’m most drawn to are Chemical Love, Noir Patchouli and Treachery. But I think I’m most curious about Treachery because that whiskey, cocoa and tobacco blend has everything I love about fall scents. Although I’m not a fan of fall, I do love the ability to wear some darker fragrances. Thanks for this review and draw. I’m in the US.

  • OMG! Fall for me is perfect for shooting landscapes, I’m a photographer and my favourite season is fall.
I am from Europe and I would love to win Issara or Noir Patchouli. Thanks for the draw!

  • All these perfumes sound so perfect for autumn, my favourite Season. I live in the EU. My picks would be
    Treachery
    Dussita
    Chemical love
    Patchouli
    Thanks for the draw.

  • Autumn is such a poetic, melancholic season and the one fragrance that would be suited to the lyrical music of falling leaves, I think is Issara. I know all their fragrances are created with a poem in mind, so this one is perfect.

I live in Europe and my choice is Issara, of course.

    Thank you kindly!

  • You guys make autumn sound nicer than it actually is! It’s getting colder and colder by the day, and one of the few things that help me get through autumn & winter are perfumes. I’ve noticed that some of you use cinnamon, spices and/or vanilla as a substitute for summer bliss, which is hardly a suprise: I was wearing Arabie the other night, and yet I feel that the truest autumn forest lies in the heart of the magnificent Issara. Still can’t believe it was Pissara’s first creation! Obviously, Parfums Dusita is my choice.

Thank you all for the beautiful reviews, can’t wait to read the rest of the fall series.

    (I live in Russia)

  • ScentitarFragrance says:

i loved that we were introduced to these fragrances in both a visual and touch feeling kind of way ! I i am really excited for the fall and i loved that such enthusiasm came through too. Treachery for me is gorgous and the one i really would love to win the most. If i had a second choice it would be dusitta issara . Thank you for this chance !!!!!
    Usa,ms

  • wandering_nose says:

The very evocative reviews have left me feeling all nostalgic and craving some comforting warmth. I would love to win the Treachery, closely followed by Patchouli Noir and Chemical Love.
    Based in Ireland.

  • I enjoyed the fall round-up, with the exception of a “cocaine” accord. Just as I would reject a “heroin” accord. That said, in order, I’d love to try the Xerjoff, the Histoires de Parfum, Parfums Dusita Issara and, finally, Maher Olfactive. I live in the USA.

  • andypanayiotou27 says:

I really enjoyed the descriptions of what autumn mama to each of the writers and how the scent they chose reflected those emotions. Especially the description of a hot wind at dusk by Dana. It’s indeed been a difficult period and these are excellent tableaux and choices for the necessary olfactive aromatherapy during a transition to more gloomy weather.

I’d like to win Treachery by Maher Olfactive.
    I live in Cyprus.

  • What a great picks for autumn, lira and noir patchouli grab my attention would be great addition in my collection for upcoming autumn.
    The article is great !
Thank you for sharing such a beautiful frag review!
    Greetings from New Jersey

  • What an interesting list! Included is a perfume house that I’ve never heard of – Olibere Parfums. Its Chemical Love, in Elena’s words, really seems out of this world with its combination of “bitter, metallic, and refined sweet that feels flirty, dangerous, elegant and boozy”. When the leaves start to fall outside my window, I know this is something I will consider wearing. So Chemical Love is my pick, with Noir Patchouli as a second choice. I’m based in the US.

  • I love how autumn brings out an opportunity to be more bold and daring with fragrance! Thank you for these wonderful suggestions. They all sound fascinating and appropriately bold and layered for this season, but Xerjoff Casomarati Lira definitely appeals the most to me.

  • What a great selection. Have never tried any but only heard of the brands. I would love to win Parfums Dusita Issara, Histoires de Parfums Noir Patchouli or Xerjoff Casomarati Lira. IL, USA

  • I love Lira, but this autumn of 2020 is calling me toward something more cerebral, although no less decadent– I’d love to win a bottle of Chemical Love. One needs chemicals to get through these crazy times, it seems! I’m in the USA and keeping my fingers crossed for a bottle of CL to ease my fall melancholy. Thank you for the opportunity!

  • I agree with Truman, fall does seem the time of new beginnings. And I love warm spicy scents. All these sound wonderful but the ones I am familiar with and would most like to win are
Issara – another Dusita masterpiece and her first scent, which makes it special
Chemical Love – Olibere is a new discovery for me and I am loving their scents made in the traditional French way
Histoires de Parfums Pachouli Noir – an indie house forever and always flying under the radar. Why? Their scents are excellent.
Thank you for the ideas and draw. I am in the USA>

  • I really liked the diversity of the choices. They all sound different from eachother and also unique in their own right. I live in CT USA. If I was to win id love to win most of all Xerjoff Lira. However I’d be glad to win Parfums Dusita Issara, Olibere Parfums Chemical Love, Maher Olfactive Treachery, or Histoires de Parfums Noir Patchouli. I’ve listed them in order starting with the most preferred. Thanks so much for this generous draw as always.

  • Cocaine accord, eh? Very interesting. I appreciate the offbeat nature of these autumnal selections.

I’m in the USA and would most like to try Chemical Love or
    Noir Patchouli.

  • Andreea Florica says:

Great! Fall is my insiration, I have rainy days and lots of time for reading and meditation.
First of all I would love to win Noir Patchouli and Issara. Lovely fragances.
I am in Eu, good luck all and thank’s for the draw.

  • Fall is such a beautiful season, the only downside it is that it never seems to last long enough to imprint its beautiful colours and the crispness of the air on my retinas and nostrils.
I’d like to associate a fragrance with fall, and I think Issara gets real close to that [at least from Despina’s words].
I’d like to get my paws [errr, nose] on any of the following : Noir Patchouli, Chemical love, Issara, Treachery.
    I live in Europe.

  • Such a marvelous selection.
From the perfumes listed, I own a travel bottle of Issara from Dusita. It’s very nostalgic to me, I don’t really know why. I love it.
I would love to win Treachery from Shawn Maher, Issara by Dusita, or Patchouli Noir by Histoire des Parfums.
Many thanks for the draw. I live in France.

  • Wonderful picks! Thank you for this opportunity! I liked reading about these scents and I can only imagine that cozy feeling and how great they smell as I have never tried any of them before.
Chemical Love sounds so intriguing to me, I would love to smell it. Xerjoff’s Lira has also been on my wishlist for a long time and I’ve heard amazing things about it.
To be honest, I would love to add any of them to my beloved collection. Greetings from Bucharest, Romania!

  • All the articles made me dream of autumn rainy days and excursions in the countryside, enjoying the beauty of nature and the wonderful merging of the rain and the forest trees…

Treachery , Chemical Love, and Issara will all be welcome in my collection!

I live in Greece , EU.

  • Lovely picks for autumn. I love the season!
    My picks are:
    Parfums Dusita Issara
    Maher Olfactive Treachery
    Histoires de Parfums Noir Patchouli
    Marjorie Olibere Chemical Love
    I’m in Slovenia, EU

  • The three fragrances stand up to me the most are Maher Olfactive Treachery, Parfums Dusita Issara and Xerjoff Lira.
Treachery because it’s smoky, boozy and spicy, Issara because of tobacco and herbs, and Lira because i love combination of caramel and blood orange in it.
    Thank you for the opportunity
    USA

  • Fall is my absolute favorite time of the year. The high desert where I live takes on a whole new dimension of colors and smells. Loved reading this and looking forward to part 2.
I would love Lira, Noir Patchouli, Treachery!
I am in the USA and I am registered.

  • This is such a fantastic series. Autumn and Winter fragrances tend to be my favorite. I have not tried any of these fragrances listed, and would be grateful to try any of them. They honestly each sound very interesting. Thank you for doing this series, as well as such generous giveaways! I’m located in the US.

  • I really loved how the descriptions and pictures conjured up a mental image (or olfactive portrait?) of the scents and how they fit into the environment in the fall!

I live in the UK, and would love to win, in order of preference:
    1. Issara
    2. Chemical Love
    3. Treachery
    4. Noir Patchouli

  • I like that the reviewers on Ca Fleure Bon always seem to give their honest opinions! all these sound lovely and autumnal, so i would choose:
    Issara
    Treachery
    Lira Casamorati 1888
    Chemical Love
Thank you for the reviews and the lovely draw! I’m in the US

  • All choices do sound amazing. Parfums Dusita Issara for sure will be one of my choices, because of the vanillic tobacco Despina mentioned. Lira is the only one I have smelled, and to me is grown up gourmand. Treachery would be my last choice, fermented plums and whiskey?!?
    Thanks. USA

  • I liked how each author had a different take on fall. It can be a polarizing season, but there seems to be at least one thing everyone can appreciate about it. And, these different creations illustrate that well. I’m most interested in:

    Maher Treachery
    Dusita Issara
    Olibere Chemical Love

    I live in the USA.

  • My picks are:
    1. Xerjoff Lira, super sexy scent.
    2. Maher Olfactive Treachery, fruity, alcoholic, spicy mix . Feels like a fragrance made to push the boundaries.
    3. Parfums Dusita Issara, creative perfumer, innovational brand.
    Thanks
    USA

  • Nice photo Elena! I don’t like autumn because it is such a long time until summer returns. Loved reading everyone’s comments on autumn. Great choices. I’d love to win: Treachery, Chemical Love, Lira (even though I already own it) or Patchouli Noir. I hadn’t thought much about patchouli lately until this gem was mentioned. Thanks for the chance. USA

  • I deeply relate to the sentiments expressed by dana sandu and so I think I’d love to win the Meher Treachery she enjoys. I’ve also finished up my sample of Issara which Despina Veneti so poetically describes and would be thrilled to have a full bottle. I’ve really enjoyed the reviews and photos in these Favorite Autumn Fragrances articles–thank you. I’m in the US.

  • I see a lot of Cafleurebon reviewers are on the “Whiskey Train” last few days 😉
    – Treachery , this one intrigues me a lot. Obviously it goes through a lot of phases, it’s not linear and it’s picked by Dana
    – Lira , one of the best Xerjoff fragrances, period.
    – Issara, cozy sweet tobacco, herbs , tonka and pine blended to perfection.
    – Chemical Love. Olibere Parfums I know by name only, but Baileys and cocaine accord mentioned by Elena picked up my interest.
Thanks for sharing your Fall choices .
Non stop back and forth between USA and Scotland, one week in US -> one week in Scotland and so on. Basically both USA and EU/UK at the same time.

  • Nice Picks, I’d like it try Treachery, Chemical Love Followed by issara. I’m waiting to start my Fall Frags rotation. Thanks for the Draw

  • I really enjoyed the selections; it’s always nice to see some lesser-known houses. I’ve been a huge fan of Shawn and own a handful of his creations under Chatillon Lux. I’d love to win Treachery, Issara, or Lira (in that order of preference). Located in CA, USA.

  • Cristea Camelia says:

There’s only one reason I am excited for the next season and that is the fact that I can wear earthy, balsamic, sweet, leathery fragrances without getting a headache. I am intrigued by these perfumes equally although Chemical Love sounds like something different from all the perfumes I have ever smelled.

  • I love fall fragrances with notes like tobacco, vanilla, spices, patchouli… These choices sound amazing!
I would love to win Treachery, Chemical Love, Issara or Noir Patchouli.
    Thanks for the draw.
    I’m in Canada.

  • Loved reading everyone’s choices and in this order
    1. noir patchouli
    2. Lira by Xerjoff
    3. Issara by Dusita
    Than you for the chance
    Happy Autumn

  • Michael Prince says:

I enjoyed learning about the top Autumn fragrances part 1. Casamorati Lira sounds like a beautiful, opulent, and sweet gourmand fragrance which I love. Histories Noir Patchouli sounds like a really unique and modern twist on a chypre fragrance that I know I would love. Maher Olfactive Treachery sounds like the perfect autumn fragrance with so many notes that I love a warm, boozy, tobacco, and gourmand fragrance. I would love to win all of these fragrances in this order.
    1. Xerjoff Casomarati Lira
    2. Histoires de Parfums Noir Patchouli

  • Danu Seith-Fyr says:

Having spent the last few days exploring the decay of ruined Medieval and Renaissance castles with their broody, the perfect stilling of time and the earthy intensity of mossy stones and moldering leaves as they fall through unroofed towers, open to rain and mist, I am in the mood for Ermano’s choice of Noir Patchouli, that would be my comfort. Thank you for the great article and contributions. Living inbetween layers of times in deep France.

  • What an article! Autumn is the best time for fragrance lovers in my opinion. So many awesome fragrances and so much space to experiment. One time I won something in my life was here, and I won Treachery By Shawn Maher. Epic scent and perfumer. After a month fighting delivery servisec company i got it, and it a pearl in my collection. It extremely powerful! Every fragrance in this article seems amazing, i dug a bit further about all of these and Issara is my fovourite, and would fit perfectly in my small collection. • m.r.everything says:

Wow, what a lineup! Fall happens to be my absolute favorite time of year, as with many people, so every year, I really look forward to everyone’s fall lists on YouTube and the fantastic lists here on CaFleureBon! These are the lists that I happen to love most, and I would say about 75% of my collection is based on Fall and Winter scents. The heavier, denser, and richer the scent, the more I happen to love it! Treachery is a newly added fragrance to my list that I really need to check out! I love Shawn’s work and this one sounds so promising! Issara is one I have wanted to try for a while and will eventually get around to it, as I have heard many wondrous things about…Chemical Love, as of this article, has now been added to my list. Another reason I love CaFleureBon (not just during Fall)… you guys introduce me to so many new fragrances and brands that are either new, or ones I have not yet heard of. I have a sample of Noir Patchouli and is on my list for a full bottle purchase for sure. I love its dark earthy-ness! I also have a sample of Lira by Xerjoff and would be thrilled to own a bottle of this! IT IS STUNNING! As well as Michelyn’s pick of 1888… I received a sample of that one not long ago and will DEFINITELY be picking up a bottle! Thank you all for your wonderful thoughts on these fine Fall fragrances! I have added a few to my list and reassured myself of the others! You all have amazing taste and it shows right here! I would be thrilled to win ANY one of these fragrances as they are all now on my list to purchase! Every single one of them I will have to at least sample (if I have not done so yet)! Thank you ever so much Shawn, Pissara, Marjorie, Gerald, and Team Xerjoff for your generosity and for this phenomenal opportunity! It is appreciated more than you know! Thank you Michelyn, as always, for bringing us this superb content and making all of this possible! Sending warm Autumn wishes and gratitude from Delaware, US. Good luck all and stay safe friends!

Hi there! Spectacular fragrances! I need them all (just kidding), but they are all amazing, I’m sure. I would love Chemical Love best for its name and then Noir Patchouli ‘cause I’m a big fan of this note and why not- Issara Dusita for its commendable reviews.
Good luck everyone. Regards from Romania, EU.

  • I’ll share my thoughts about the fragrances i know, from the article.
Noir Patchouli by Histories Parfums is way too dry for me, patchouli is really earthy and rooty .
Issara by Parfums Dusita is special fragrance. It pays homages to the 80s classics. It’s rich, full and cuts through the cold .
Lira by Xerjoff to me is a lustful fragrance. Super seductive.
I’d like to win one of:
    1. Treachery by Maher Olfactive, it’s extrait , notes i love and Dana description was great.
    2. Issara by Parfums Dusita
    3. Lira by Xerjoff
    4. Chemical Love by Marjorie Olibere.
Virginia USA or London UK at least 97/100 times

  • I really enjoyed reading about the various picks selected as I have never tried any of them! Fall is my favorite time of year and I always look forward to this. My choices are:
    -Parfums Dusita Issara
    -Treachery
    – Lira
Thanks for the generous giveaway and I live in the US!

  • Such a pleasure to read
I had to read twice all the reviews. I’ll go with
    1. Maher Olfactive Treachery
Dana’s description reminded me of Traditional Irish Christmas Cake with plums and whiskey. It’s pretty popular in the autumn and winter.
    2. Xerjoff Lira I’m familiar with, to me it smells pretty similar to Blood Orange Caramel Cake i do on regular basis.
    3. Marjorie Olibere, Chemical Love
I use Baileys regularly for 3 of my staples at my bakery. That’s where I’m leaning towards because of Elena review. Irish Cream Bundt Cake maybe?
Not that I want to push my bakery, but if you Google “Baileys Cake” 3 of the most popular pictures are mine 😉
    4. Parfums Dusita Issara, for the rare occasions when i have to wear a suit.
Appreciate sharing your Autumn choices, and the giveaway campaign

Or any of the ones for Europe.
    I’m in Dublin Ireland

  • Autumn is my absolute favourite season, so I am anxious to try all of the scents listed, with Issara, Noir Patchouli, and Treachery being the ones I long for most.
    I live in Canada.
Thank you to all the perfumers who make these draws possible
