EastWest Bottlers Sportsman was developed by perfumer Caroline de Boutiny from Galimard Parfumerie. Galimard is a historic perfumery in Grasse, France, and Mme Boutiny translates her technical skill with raw materials into authentic American cologne. The scent is very masculine and feels like you are outdoors; pine and leather are central to the composition but Sportsman is not overpowering and is great for everyday use.
