CaFleureBon Holiday Gift Guide 2019 + 12 Best Perfume Presents to Give or To Get Draw

Best perfumes to give for the holiday season

Black Friday seems to be hanging on, we hope you #shopsmall and today is Cyber Monday (which for many of us is really 365 days a year). If you are a regular reader of CaFleureBon you know I don’t believe in blind buying perfumes as a Holiday Gift unless it is a much-wanted bottle and I have reservations even then.  Even if you think you know what they want, true perfumistas are likely to spring for that bottle without telling you it’s off of their “Must…Have…Now” list and they are already onto the next acquisition, most likely something unobtainable and found only as a numbered Limited Edition and as times are tough went in on a split, so they end up with a decant. Last year I had a change of mind.  A dear friend was lusting for an Aftelier Perfume and I bought it for her as a Holiday Gift. Now my confession… although I test  hundreds of fragrances a year, I wear five-ten on a regular basis.  My precious bottle (it shall be nameless) was down to a few drops and I gently hinted to our team, “so maybe if you want to get me a Holiday Gift…”  So all bets are off and I am now thrilled with a bottle of one of my favorites. Now that I have almost (but not quite)discouraged you from giving fragrance as a holiday gift, it is time to think outside the bottle. This year‘s 2019 Holiday Gift Guide is filled with scentabulous ideas that will please even the pickiest perfume peeps.

Best Perfume Holiday Gifts That Aren’t Perfume

Roja Parfums Creme Elixir review

Roja Parfums Elixir Crème Suprême is what I wear on those rare days I don’t want to wear perfume. This luxurious body cream moisturizes and hydrates as well as makes my skin feel silky smooth, with a scent trail that lasts for 6-9 hours. It’s also beautiful to layer with many of Roja’s fragrances (I like it to amplify the sillage of Roja Parfums 51 Pour Femme and  Elixir Pour Femme). Top Notes: Bergamot; Heart Notes: Lily of the Valley, Geranium, Rose de Mai, Jasmin de Grasse, Ylang Ylang, Heliotrope, Violet, Raspberry, Peach; Base Notes: Violet Leaves, Cinnamon, Cedarwood, Casmir Wood, Sandalwood, Vanilla, Orris Sur Cèdre, Orris, Ambrette, Musk 200 ml/ $255

Belle Fleur Holiday candle Scarlet Flower

Many fragrance companies have beautiful candles,  so give or get a smoldering scented “fragrance in wax”  for Holiday Gift? Inspired by Bizet’s Carmen,  Belle Fleur ‘s Scarlet Flower has top, mid and heart notes, just like a perfume and is composed by world renowned perfumer Jerome Epinette…  created with rose, cassia flower, myrrh, oud, cinnamon, coffee flower & saffron. With a burn time of 50-55 hrs, your evening might turn into a long (hopefully passionate) weekend.  If you are lazy, like me, the box is so beautiful you don’t need to gift wrap. $80.00

Provision Scent Dream Extract Spray

Are those sugar plums that are dancing ALL NIGHT in your head whirling like dervishes as you stress about the holiday season? Provision Dream Extract by Provision Scents (from our Notes from the Lab Contributor and professional perfumer Sherri Sebastian) is what I personally mist onto my pillowcase, the bed linens and throughout the entire bedroom. Within minutes,  I chill-ax and can fall asleep.  Eco-certified clary sage, Italian bergamot, clean amber, musk . Holiday Price of $44 for 100 ml

Aftelier perfumes Ginger Rose Chocolate Bar makes a great all natural gift

One of the most delicious non-perfume Holiday gifts which is sure to delight is Aftelier Perfumes Ginger-Rose Chocolate bar, a collaboration between the renowned natural perfumer Mandy Aftel and Areté Chocolate. Mandy is every bit as passionate about flavor as she is about scent and her chocolates took six months to create. Composed with 67% Belize Maya Mountain Chocolate and Aftelier Perfumes Turkish Rose and Indonesian Ginger Chef’s Essences,  it’s absolutely delicious and makes for a perfect aromatic holiday stocking stuffer. Confession, I ate the whole bar in one sitting.  $15.00 ALL NATURAL

Providence Perfume Co beauty Elxir Oil review

Providence Perfume Co. Beauty Elixir Oil: As the Editor in Chief of a perfume site you would think that the # 1 question I get when people meet me is about fragrance. Actually it’s about my hair. As someone who adopted argan oil early on, I have grown skeptical of the clutter of argan oil products on the market that contain little or no argan oil at all. I asked American artisan perfumer extraordinaire Charna Ethier who created this magic elixir, “How much argan oil is in the Beauty Elixir”. She replied, 60 percent Michelyn that is nearly 5 x the amount of what’s out there”. This is perfect holiday gift for yourself or those who  would appreciate a non greasy, nourishing hair and nail and cuticle treatment that smells divine, (with orange blossom, neroli and jasmine).   $44/2.oz ALL NATURAL

Ineke Perfumes holiday fragrances

Fragrance A-J: Give special someone, (and that might mean you) a holiday gift of a perfume from Ineke Ruhland of INeKe. One of the most talented indie perfumers on the planet, every perfumista I know loves at least two or three of her award-winning perfumes.  This year, her Holiday Bundle includes her Deluxe Sample Collection and a gift code for a full-size fragrance of their choice.  The Deluxe Sample Collection includes seven of Ineke’s gorgeous perfumes from the powdery lilac of After My Own Heart to the newest Jaipur Chai, her first gourmand (reviewed by Lauryn here). At a price of $125 for the holiday special, the Deluxe Sample Collection ends up being a free bonus, and you can be sure that your gift recipient gets a fragrance that they/you love.  Need some help choosing? Read Sr. Editor Ida Meister’s The Three You Should be Wearing.

L'Artisan Parfumeur Holiday perfumes

L’Artisan Parfumeur discovery set is a perfect holiday gift and includes five of the iconic niche house’s most legendary  fragrances including Mûre et Musc Extrême and Premier Figuier by Olivia Giacobetti. Please note the three other fragrances in the set will vary depending on if you reside in the US or Europe.  60€/$70/£54

Shalini Parfum Gift set for the holiday season

Shalini is the creative director
for four ultra-luxe haute parfums and a former fashion designer. Each of her  coveted extraits are collaborations with Master Perfumer Maurice Roucel. The buzz of the blogosphere and on many of our editor’s personal Holiday Gift lists is the new Shalini Parfum Flight Set. In a beribboned gift box, the set includes 7.5 ml of the white floral masterpiece Shalini created in 2004, Jardin Nocturne inspired by Dubai,  Amorem Rose and Paradis Provence that launched this year (Despina’s review here).  $580  Shalini Parfums are available at Indigo Perfumery and Jovoy Paris.

DSH Perfumes Heirloom Elixirs Holiday Gift set

One of the highlights of 2019 was Dawn Spencer Hurwitz’s Heirloom Elixir Limited Editions, and we reviewed every one!  A Limited Edition that could only be purchased for a month or so, refilled and then they were gone. Loving Dawn believes in second chances, so she’s offering the last six No. 4 through 9 from this past year in 10 ml (refillable) rollerball bottles.  Please take a moment to read Gail’s review of  #9 Lautrec here  and  #8 Gold Leaf here. Lauryn’s review of Sharkskin # 7 here and Wild Coyote # 6 here. You can read Ida’s review of #5 White Rabbits here and Love is Everything #4 here.   This set IS everything.  $175

Senyoko Paris discovery kit for the holiday season

One of my favorite fragrant discoveries this year was the house of Senyokô Paris whose perfumer Euan McCall of Jorum Studio composed four perfumes that had us sighing with delight. The Franco Japanese aesthetics of Madama Butterfly II, Migration De L’Abre, La Tsarine and Duo de Fleurs show such artistry in composition and their discovery set packaging is as beautiful as exquisite origami. Another great stocking stuffer for your favorite perfumista at $18

What a generous perfume community. I live in the USA, and would love any one of these fabulous items. I am grateful for so many people in my life, but no one more than my sister. We reluctantly shared a room growing up, but now we can’t wait to see each other. I look forward to spending holiday time with her.

It might sound very cliché, but it is my husband who deserves the best gifts in the Universe. He’s my rock and my best half, he’s been on my side during bad times and good times and he’s just perfect in any possible way. I wish I had the gift of eternal youth to give to him, but I don’t so I am just trying to make him happy very day. I’m in the U.S. I would love to win Mandy Aftel’s Ginger-Rose Chocolate, The Heirloom Elixir Gift Set, Providence Perfume Co. Beauty Elixir Oil, Roja Dove’s Elixir Creme, Shalini’s Flight set, L’artisan Parfumeur discovery set, Senyokô Paris discovery set, Master Parfums’ olfactory games or Ineke’s holiday bundle.

  • All I can say is wow what an amazing guide and many I have not heard of. I would gift a friend who is 93 and in an assisted living who always likes to wear perfume and get her hair done
So Roja elixir creme and providence perfume beauty elixir would be wonderful

  • This is a great guide! I tend to purchase discovery sets or coffrets at this time of year so the above information is perfect. My friend lost her daughter to suicide recently and I would love to give her something uplifting. Scent is a powerful emotional touchstone and she needs positive thoughts. I’m in the US and would love to win any of the following: Shalini flight set; Ineke bundle; DSH Heirloom Elixir Gift Set; L’artisan discovery set; Senyokô Paris discovery set; Indigo Perfumery GC. Thank you!

  • Thank you to all these generous companies!
I would love to gift my husband because he never buys himself anything, but he doesn’t really wear fragrance, so I would love to see my mother-in-law gifted with a luxurious gift for the holiday. She is always generous and caring for those in her life, and I’d like to see her pamper herself. I’m googly eyed right now over the DSH Heirloom limited set, the Senyoko discovery set, the Provision dream spray, and the Indigo gift card. I’m in CA, USA.

  • My daughter deserves a special gift raising 3 lovely children. I am in USA
    DSH heirloom elixer Gift set
    Flight set of 4 parfums
    Ineke Ruhland gift
    Ginger-rose chocolate

  • I have a friend who recently lost her mother she was really close to and I think she deserves a great holiday gift. My choices are Shalini flight set and Ineke gift bundle. USA

  • After a 13 year hiatus, my best friend from college released a new album in the Far East recently and his singing is gradually being recognized by local musicians. Like myself, he enjoys fragrances but has yet to try out some of the more exquisite scents. I would love to forward him one of your holiday gift items to congratulate him on the traction that he has finally gotten. I live in the USA and I would be thrilled to win any one of the items listed in your 2019 Holiday Gift Guide. Thank you for the generous draw.

  • I can’t think of a more deserving person to gift – my Mom! She’s absolutely loves to spritz perfume. I’m going to wish for: Shalini Parfums, Roja Dove crème, Ineke set, L’artisan set, Indigo gift card, & the Scarlet Flower candle (for me). Thanks for the fabulous draw! USA

  • Thank you for the lovely drawing. I live in the United states. If I were to win, I would share my winnings with the nurses with whom I work. Unsung heroes, every single one of them. I would like to enter all the US-eligible and worldwide-eligible drawings. Thanks so much.

  • My workaholic mother deserves a special holiday gift. Her recent retirement from a job she loved has left her feeling bereft, and I would love to shower her with something luxurious that will remind her to prioritize herself. I’d be delighted to win any of these gorgeous sounding gifts for her, particularly Shalini’s flight set of four parfums, the Ineke bundle, or the DHS heirloom set. I’m in the USA.

  • My goodness, usually when there are long suggestion lists like this I tend to gravitate toward two or three items and have limited interest in the rest. The Holiday Gift Guide of 2019 is a grand exception! I would gladly win any of these and am already dreaming of which items I could give to friends, family (and let’s be real, myself lol.)
My husband is such a catch and it has been a difficult year for him. He’s one semester away from graduating college and has recently spent a lot of nights writing countless essays (he’s an English major.)
We have both recently discovered how much we love oud (through a now discontinued candle, actually) and I just know he would love Scarlet Flower. Thanks to all companies who have donated items to this ridiculously over-the-top generous giveaway, and thanks to Michelyn for expertly crafting this gift guide!
    USA

  • What lovely gifts. I did purchase myself a gift on small business Saturday. I don’t purchase fragrance for others because I know how “selective” (not picky) I am. I would love to win any of the fragrance samplers for my dear daughter in law. She had a stillborn baby at the beginning of the year (38 weeks along). This might bring her some joy in smelling these fragrances and take her mind off of her loss as we look to a better 2020. Secretly I am hoping for a new pregnancy announcement for Christmas. Wishing everyone fragrant and happy holidays!! Thanks Cafleurebon for always being an interesting moment in my day. USA

  • Shamrock1313 says:

Such a generous giveaway and great alternative ideas for gifts.
I would love to win & pass it on to my special someone who never spends money on herself.
    Have a great holiday season!
    Pennsylvania USA

  • Well, it’s been confirmed I won’t be getting my beloved Rêve d’Ossian this side of Christmas, so I do deserve a great holiday gift because I’ve been a real good boy! I would love Senyoko, with L’Artisan as close second. I’m in the UK. Happy holidays and thanks for all the discoveries this year!

  • Thank you all very much for this draw and all these amazing gifts! This year i am the Santa’s helper for an amazing 16 years old girl who lives is a placement center for minors who have lost their family and she is a fragrance fan so this is exactly what she wants. My choices would be all the gifts that can be delivered to EU. Peace and love to everyone! XOXO

  • Yana Lysenko says:

As I was reading the list I was like :”yes, yes, oh yes, amazing ideas” but when I reached the end and saw a draw of all products… Oh my! That’s so cool! My mom deserves a beautiful perfume gift because she loves perfumes very much and is very hard working lady. It would be awesome to win Many Aftel chocolate bar, olfactory game (it’s actually on my wishlist) Senyoko Paris kit, Shalini and L’artisan Parfumeur set. Greetings from Germany

  • I have so many amazing people in my life, but I think the person highest on my “deserving” list is someone I barely even know! They recently helped me realize a dream during a rather stressful time. I am incredibly grateful for their willingness to take a chance on me.

I would love to snag the Ineke Holiday Gift Bundle, the DSH Heirloom Elixer set, or the Indigo gift card. I am in the US.

Many thanks to all of the fabulous companies who make these posts possible!

  • I would love to win Senyoko, Shalini or Dsh heirloom set for my mother who has had a really tough year. Thanks from UK

  • marcopietro says:

What a nice list of gifts! For an addict perfume it would be a dream to find all of them under the Christmas tree.
They satisfy all the needs and pleasures of a demanding fragrance connoisseur. Thank you for those proposals.
I’d love to win Senyokô Paris discovery set, Master Parfums Olfactory Game and Shalini Flight set.
    I live in EU.

  • I would love to win Dsh heirloom, Senyoko or Shalini’s flight for my Dad who has had a pretty hard year. Thanks from UK

  • I would like the discovery set Senyoko Paris, a beautiful gift for an unconventional woman for that time, a person who has never given up in the face of a thousand difficulties, an extraordinary ability to love, now his memory is gone, but the image of this lioness remains. I love you, Mom
    Linda UE

  • Wonderful piece I really enjoyed it! Honestly numerous people in my life deserve so much more than just a wonderful holiday gift! My mother who is an oncology nurse and works so hard and puts so much heart into her profession and still has enough for her family certainly does. As does my father who is the best man I’ve known along with his father, my Gramp who passed last year deserves an amazing gift but he doesn’t love fragrance as I do and tells me often I’m crazy for it lol lovingly of course. As well as numerous others. Really the two who stick out the most and like perfume and scent oriented things are my mother whom I mentioned and my girlfriend. My girlfriend, who is also the mother of a 14 year old son has been on her own since 16. She works hard, well has, up until she had foot surgery in mid October and has been off her feet since (I have been doing my absolute best but feel I cant match up to her lol). She takes care of her son, me lol, our puppy and our small in law apartment at my loving and generous parents house since we moved here which hasn’t been easy on anyone especially the two women I’ve mentioned. My girlfriend on top of all that created a Facebook group to help connect people in need with free items others are willing to give away. We have made numerous donations including delivering many items and she has connected and helped so many people! I’m extremely proud of both my girlfriend and my mom. My mom has enjoyed perfume since I can remember and since I have gotten more and more into the fragrance community my girlfriend now is very into it as well. They certainly deserve better gifts than I could ever afford to give them. Sorry for the length of this and thanks for letting me talk about it. I somehow feel a bit better at least having written this and appreciate Cafleurebon and anyone who reads it as well for that. As far as what of these items… I think any would be enjoyed and we’d be grateful for any. But to be more specific about it… I believe my girlfriend would love to recieve the INeKe Holiday Gift Bundle, The Indigo Perfumery 50$ E-Gift Card, The Shalini Flight Set, The L’Artisan Parfumeur Discovery Set, The DSH The Heirloom Elixer Giftset or the Senyoko Paris Discovery Set. I think my mother would love the Roja Parfums Elixer Creme as well as the Belle Fleur Scarlet Flower candle, the PROVISION Dream Extract Room and Linen Spray, or the Providence Perfume Co. Beauty Elixir Oil. Some of these overlap as either would enjoy them in my opinion as well. Also, thenidea of the Master Parfums Olfactory Game is really cool, such a neat concept and a greatbeaybto learn to distinguish notes. Also to create the chocolate bar as done by Mandy Aftel with the Ginger-Rose Chocolate Bar and keep it all natural is very sweet indeed. I again apologize for the length of this and sincerely thank Michelyn and Cafleurebon as well as all of the people and companies associated with this draw and anyone who took the time to read this. Happy Holidays to you all.

I would like to thank my grandparents, who unfortunately is no longer, because I grew up until 7 years old, taught me to love animals, to cook, to make my flower circle, to plant trees, to have my turn the onion, which I had to take care of, I cannot tell you how proud I was of my harvest, or when I made the first pancakes, because he offered me the most beautiful memories, he went with us in the woods to pick up bags, acorn for pigs, edible chestnuts, freedom I miss because of the lack of worries since then, I was holding my side in front of my mother and when I was doing nonsense, I could hardly wait for the holidays. Now I enjoy the holidays and the little spare time with my mother.

  • I would like to thank my grandparents, who unfortunately is no longer, because I grew up until 7 years old, taught me to love animals, to cook, to make my flower circle, to plant trees, to have my turn the onion, which I had to take care of, I cannot tell you how proud I was of my harvest, or when I made the first pancakes, because he offered me the most beautiful memories, he went with us in the woods to pick up bags, acorn for pigs, edible chestnuts, freedom I miss because of the lack of worries since then, I was holding my side in front of my mother and when I was doing nonsense, I could hardly wait for the holidays. • I would like to win the shalini perfume flight set (7,5ml jardin nocturne, amorem rose, shalini and paradis provence) my little sister deserves to get a pretty present. I live in France, UE.

  • What a wonderful giveaway. My answer will be what i believe to be quite a common one, and that’s my mom. She is a superhero woman, with seemingly infinite resources who takes care of all those around her physically, mentally and emotionally. She is so hard working and devoted and strong and gentle at the same time. I actually, like many others, always split my perfumes with her (even though, again, like many other moms, she’s the one who gets and is happy with those I am not too delighted with. So this time I would give her the whole gift set if I won and she could give me those she isn’t too fond of. IF she wants 😀
I live in the EU and would like to enter for all those available for my region: Shalini, L’artisan parfumeur, Senyoko sample sets and Master Parfums’ Olfactive game. Truth be told, the chocolate would be very nice too. Thanks and happy holidays to all, from cafleurebon writers, to CFB readers!

  • I think that the persons who most deserve a gift would be my parents. This year has been a particular hard year, because my marriage has fallen apart and the people who have been besides me have been my parents. I want to thank them and I will thank them properly this Christmas. If I were to win in this draw, the gift would be more special.

I am in EU and I would go for: Senyoko Paris, Shalini and the discovery set from L’Artisan.

Thank you and good luck to everyone!

  • Hello all, this is so generous and very suiting for this time of the year. Most deserving in my life would be a friend of mine. He managed to say good-bye to a toxic work-environment and land a new job. Would love to win:
    L’Artisan Parfumeur discovery set
    Senyokô Paris discovery set.
Shalini Flight set of four parfums
    Master Parfums Olfactory Game
    Living in the EU

  • Thank you, Michelyn for this amazing blog and this draw!
I think in my life my mother deserves the best gifts for me, because she did and doing all her best for my happy even she is old. Now she need for my sweet words, care etc.
I would like to win Roja Parfums we have the Elixir Creme, Shalini for the Flight set of four parfums, Dawn Spencer Hurwitz The Heirloom Elixir Gift Set and Senyokô Paris discovery set.

I would love to try out Shalini set. Senyoko and L Artisan Parfumeur seem lovely as well.
I live in the EU. Many thanks for the generous draw.

  • Fantastic guide! It would be my wife who deserves a gift, simply because she is the joy of my life 🙂

What I would hope to win:
    L’Artisan Parfumeur: discovery set
    Master Parfums : Olfactory Game
    Senyokô Paris : discovery set
Shalini: Flight set of four parfums

  • I’m putting all my chips on Roja Parfums Elixir Crème Suprême! I have an extremely deserving person in mind, not me, although day-um! She had a very extensive , complicated surgery yesterday in NYC. Seven hours, but so far so good. She is a wonderful woman and the other grandmother to the best 2yr old in the world. I realize this is not particularly compelling without details, but I don’t feel they are mine to tell. I can say I’m on my second viewing of Frozen in two days.

  • VerbenaLuvvr says:

Great ideas! I love giving perfume samplers as gifts, rather than trying to select myself what a person would like. My Aunt (by marriage) recently passed away, she was 87 and had dementia. Her younger daughter, my beloved cousin, cared for her mother at home these last three years as well as working full-time herself, after determining that nursing home care was just not the best fit for their situation. I admire my cousin for her dedication and loving care for her mother, not giving up when her other four older siblings did. Caring for a loved one with dementia is heart-breaking, in addition to being mentally and physically exhausting. My cousin has certainly earned her reward in the afterlife for honoring her parents. She deserves a holiday. If I would be selected, I would appreciate any of the gifts on your list. Right now I could especially use the Indigo Perfumery gift card, and would be extra thrilled to receive the DSH elixir gift set or the the Ineke sampler. I live in the USA and thank you for this generous draw.

  • What an inventive holiday gift guide and I really appreciate all the companies who are giving away presents and the time it must have taken for Michelin to write this. I would gift my wife with the Roja cream, the Ineke discovery and since she always has trouble managing her hair since it’s curly the Providence Perfume beauty elixir. I think we could share the Shalini flight set and the heirloom elixirs by Dawn Spencer Hurwitz
    USA

  • Truth be told, my mother hasn’t been doing too well lately and could sure use some cheering up. I’ve long been a proponent of using fragrances to encourage introspection in order to alter mood and perception as a form of long-term therapy. What better way to bring people together and stimulate change in their lives than to give a scent-ual gift – a unique work of expression and art – that can not only resonate with the deepest facets of our minds, but also solidify new memories to charish in time. Boy did that sound like an advert, but it’s true. I’d love to be able to present my mum with Ineke’s holiday gift set. A very happy holidays to all. From Canada.

  • redwheelbarrow says:

These all sounds fabulous! My mother is quite deserving of a special gift these year as she’s always giving and helping others. It’s often so hard to come up with a gift idea for someone who has done so much for everyone else. The Olfactory Game sounds like such a neat idea and a great way to learn about scents. And the DSH gift set also sounds awesome because I have yet to delve into her fragrances. Thanks for the draw. I’m in the US.

  • My wife definitely deserves a great gift. She works hard being a part time teacher and taking care of our two young children every day while I am off at work. She hardly ever buys perfume or things like that so this would be a nice treat for her. Would like to win Shalini perfume flight, Ineke gift bundle, L’Artesen perfumer disco set, Scarlet Flower candle, Indigo Perfumery gift card, Elixir hand cream, Heirloom elixir gift set, Elixir oil, and ginger rose chocolate bar. In the USA and thanks for the giveaway.

  • My elderly neighbor is so kind and she watches my cats so I would love to give her some perfume
Ineke set and Shalini would be lovely!
    USA
Thank you for such a wonderful holiday post it was great to read

  • I’m going to make a really beautiful gift to my mum either way: she’s one of the best people I’ve ever known, and I want to make sure she knows it, too. She shares my love for perfumes and chocolate, so the choice is obvious: Mandy Aftel Ginger-Rose Chocolate bar!

Thank you for this chance! I live in Russia

  • The one special person who deserves a fabulous gift is my cousin Diana. We’ve been friends since we were kids. She is smart, funny and honest, besides, she introduced me to the world of perfumery for which I’m forever grateful.
I’d be glad to win any of the following:

USA, EU and USA: Shalini the Flight set of four parfums
USA and Canada ONLY: Ineke & her wonderful holiday gift bundle
USA and EU Only: L’Artisan Parfumeur discovery set
USA and EU ONLY: Senyokô Paris the discovery set.
USA ONLY: Roja Parfums the Elixir Creme
USA ONLY: From the ever generous Dawn Spencer Hurwitz The Heirloom Elixir Gift Set

Thank you for the great selection of gifts and the draw. US

  • My mom deserves a great holiday gift, as she’s the only one to be able to juggle with everything in life with grace, calmness and a smile. This year we won’t be together for the holidays, unfortunately.

I live in The Netherlands, Europe and I would love the Discovery Set from L’Artisan Parfumeur or the flight set of Shalini, the discovery set from Senyoko.

    Happy holidays, Cafleurebon!

  • Sarah deserves the best holiday gift because she’s the most empathetic and insightful person I know. I am so happy to have her in my life. I am in the USA.

  • BostonScentGuy says:

This is a wonderful guide–I love the variety of perfume and perfume-adjacent things! If I were to say anyone was deserving of a gift, it would be my partner (perhaps predictably), who is so wonderful, generous, and giving of his time and heart…and understanding of my odd hobbies, perfume included. He deserves the world, in my eyes. If I were to win this, I’d love either the Heirloom set by DSH, the Shalini set, or the Senyoko discovery set–I know things that he would enjoy as he likes exploring a variety of new scents in a line. Thanks for the draw! I’m in the US.

  • It’s easy to think of a friend who deserves a great holiday gift. He is a kindhearted man who is always there to help friends and family and is a genuinely good person.
My choices would be: Indigo Perfumery $50 Gift Card, Roja Elixir Creme, Provision Dream Extract Room and Linen Spray, Mandy Aftel Ginger-Rose Chocolate bar.
    In the USA.

  • My boss actually deserves a great holiday gift. She has had a heck of a year, a flood in her basement, helping her mom through chemo, a doggie drama, and her own illness. It has been tough.

I pretty much want to win ALL of them! They all sound so divine.
    My top 6 are:
    Roja Elixir
    Providence Elixir Oil
    Master Parfums Game
    INeke sample set
    L’artisam Parfumeure set
    and the Shalini set

    What an exciting Draw!

I am grateful to my mother, sister and late father (none of whom are anywhere close to me write now). I’m also grateful to a close friend who I talk to regularly and has been my support system for a while now, who could do with a gift as she is going through a tough patch.

My interests rest in Roja Parfums’ Elixir Crème Suprême, L’Artisan Parfumeur’s discovery set, the Inigo Perfumery gift card, and the Shalini Parfum Flight Set. (USA)

Thank u for the recommendations and the draw! N the us

  • My youngest sister, CharNel is the most deserving person that I know. She is as selfless as they come. I will not go into detail about her other than she takes such good care of our mother. Not in the manner that I would either I’m a hopeless nurturer sometimes to a fault. She is a nurturer as well but not to her own detriment. She loves her job working with the handicapped kids that look to her as an extension of their families. Last she is a fabulous single mother of four, and Grandmother to 6. I do spoil her as often as I can and supply the love and support that only an older sister can.
    So here are my choices.
Dawn Spencer Hurwitz The Heirloom Elixir Gift Set.
Senyokô Paris for the discovery set.
Shalini for the Flight set of four parfums.
    Indigo Perfumery $50 Gift Card
Roja Parfums for the Elixir Creme.
I am in the US and very grateful for the generosity of those that always supply such wonderful draws, and to CaFleureBon for the
    beautiful posts always.

  • My daughter deserves this gift. She has gone back to school, worked, taken care of her daughter by herself, has tirelessly helped my partner and I when we needed it, all the while grieving the death of her brother, my son, who was her best friend. Thanks so much for the draw. If I win:

  • Such an amazing guide for fragrant gifts! My mom would be the person in my life that deserves a great holiday gift. She does so much for me, especially when I am very sick and am in pain. She flies in to be with me and goes with me to my doctor’s appointments. She is also the matriarch of my family and is there for all of her siblings, nieces, and nephews. If they need her for advice or financially, she is always there and I know it is very stressful on her because she never says no. • The person in my life who most deserves a holiday gift is my significant other, who is having a hard time completing a passion project and is also dealing with some health problems. I like to do little things like give him drive-by hugs and absurd compliments to elevate his mood. He’s not a perfume guy, but I like to think that our home smells good because I make a point of filling it with fragrances.

I have two people in my life who I think deserve a great holiday gift this year. My best friend is very stressed out trying to balance planning her wedding with finishing her undergraduate thesis, and another dear friend of mine is dealing with problems at work while going through a difficult breakup and sharing an apartment with her now-ex boyfriend. I would love to get both of them something special to take their mind off their problems and let them know they are cared for. I am in CONUS so I am fortunate enough to be eligible for all 12 gifts, and I would be thrilled to receive any one of the 12! Thank you so much for the opportunity, I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season 🙂

  • My mom for all she has done this year to help me during a very difficult period. I love the gift guide and I’d appreciate any one of these as a gift, especially the Shalini flight set or the Argan Oil from Providence Perfumes. Thank you! I’m in the US.

  • MissJanners says:

My sister deserves a great gift because she often puts her own dreams on hold in order to make sure the rest of the family has enough money to pay their bills. She is one of the most selfless and generous people I know.

I live in Canada, and I would love to win the Ineke gift bundle.

Many thanks for the draw, and Merry Christmas!

  • The person in my life who most deserves a great holiday gift is my spouse of 10 years. He is the most selfless person I know. He is always putting other people before himself and working so hard to take care of his family. He grew up on the very small island of Palau, and now lives in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is the guardian and care giver to his two younger sisters. He works non-stop and has the biggest heart of anyone I’ve ever met. Christmas is his favorite holiday as he loves giving gifts to others. Growing up in Palau, his family did not have much and there were many Christmases that him and his siblings didn’t receive any gifts at all. He loves to make sure those around him feel loved and taken care of, but it would be wonderful for him to receive some of these amazing holiday gifts and feel spoiled this Christmas.
