Beach Geeza Sea Spritz, Bay Rum and Coco Moon

Beach Geeza Coco Moon, Sea Spritz and Bay Rum

Beach Geeza has a whole new look-bold and colorful. Next level branding for next level fragrances. Here’s what perfumer Ryan Hunts told Michelyn:

Ryan Hunts of Beach Geeza

Ryan Hunts of Beach Geeza

The team and I wanted to give Beach Geeza a bit of a glow-up, and honestly, we felt it’s been a little overdue. The fragrances I’ve create have always been vibrant, and they deserved to look the part. The idea was to shoot for a slightly retro vibe, like a tropical movie filmed in technicolor – but with a bit of a modern punch. The snorkel on the new BG iconography is something we’re very proud of, we think it complements the house of Beach Geeza by signifying the depth and freedom of the brand, that anything is possible. All in all, the whole team is excited that our come-up is being celebrated, and we’re just happy to be along for the ride; after all, Beach Geeza just getting started.’Ryan Hunts, CEO & Perfumer

I would love to try Coco Moon. I really like tropical perfumes for the summer. They remind me of all the tropical places that I have visited. I watch Redolessence reviews and Steve is my favorite reviewer of perfumes. I have done some blind buys based on his recommendations. I live on social security so I can’t get as many fragrances as I would like. I hope to be able to wear Coco Moon this summer. Thank you, Lynette

I’ve become incredibly interested in this line. I honestly can’t wait to smell them all. I will say though that Coco Moon is the scent that originally sparked my interest in the brand as I was searching for coconut fruity scent that projects and that will transport me to an Island hahah! Anywho if I won the giveaway I would choose Coco Moon. Thank you Redolessence for describing the scents so well.

  • WildPinkPony says:

I love that it is expressed as a vaca in a bottle. That Coco Moon hooked me right in! The ingredients sound well planned together for that perfect aroma. Truly Amazing even for a rebranding!

  • Petrica Tabacaru says:

Because it will liftmy morale knowing others will turn theirheads trying to figure out the exact fragrance they smell.i want to make people smile when they smell it on me.

  • I like bold and tropical scents. I’m torn between coco moon and bay rum. I love the packaging, fits the tropical beach vibe. Love Steven’s descriptions of fragrances. USA

  • Jenna Park says:

Steven gives wonderful descriptive reviews. You can get the vibe of a fragrance before trying it. I need to try Coco Moon. The notes are making me imagine a beach in the afternoon clear blue water just myself and significant other and a coconut tree behind us. I love a coconut note. Sea Spritz and Bay Rum sound fantastic as well. The rebrand with the bright colored bottles is eye catching yet very classy and original. This house has a great esthetic. I am from Pennsylvania in the US.

  • My interest was sparked by all three individual descriptions made in the video. I haven’t followed the branding enough to comment. For the draw I pick Sea Spritz. US

  • Brad Woolslayer says:

I love tropical fragrances in the summertime. I like how Beech Geeza has 3 different tropical fragrances for different occasions and tastes. I think the rebranding is very cool looking and contemporary. I would love to win a bottle of Sea Spritz. I live in Maryland USA.

  • Ramses Perez says:

Love the re-branding. I vaguely remember the old bottles and they don’t look anything like it. Ryan looking dapper and on vacation here signaling the vibe of the house overall. Three great choices but I gotta say I am leaning towards Bay Rum and its spicy aesthetic should I be the lucky winner. Steven always conveys the feeling he gets with each fragrance in a very easy way for us to understand. Sea Spritz – bold and daring sea fragrance; Bay Rum – spicy and woodsy and Coco Moon – fruity and coconutty like the name implies. A great selection and a great house to check out as well. I’m located in the USA.

  • Kensolfactoryodyssey says:

Stevens take is always spot on .. bay rum is always something that is nostalgic to me!! Love the bright colors!

  • So excited this popped up on my YouTube feed today. I’ve been on the hunt for some warmer weather fragrances and these sound perfect! Torn between the Sea Spritz and Coco Moon… maybe I need both!

  • The rebranding is certainly bold and eye-catching. I like the new bottles, but I’m not sold on the boxes quite yet. I dog the logo quite a bit, though. The juice is what matters and I’ve heard great things about this house. Steven’s reviews make me lean towards Bay Rum and Coco Moon as they both sound as if they truly embody vacation vibes. Of those two, I’d go with Coco Moon. I really like the sound of the coconut, pineapple, and florals on top of a vanillic resin base. I’ve heard it mentioned many times before through various media, so there has to be something going on with it. Steven heralded the experience it provides, calling it a “phenomenal” offering. Sounds like a great choice to me. I live in NC, USA.

  • Karla Herrera says:

This line has caught my interest with Steven’s review. I feel like they Coco Moon and Bay Rum great fragances for summer with all the tropical notes. I am from El Paso Texas, USA

  • I love Bay Rum in general and I’m super intrigued by Steven’s description of BG’s version. I have a enough unisex fragrances at this point and appreciate masculine scents. The rebranding looks great. The boxes give me a bit of a 70s/80s vibe.

  • Ooh, I fell in love with the description of Sea Spritz! I imagined walking the beach, the sand warm beneath my feet, and the wind blowing my hair around my face …. Sea Spritz wafting in the air around me.

Then Steven described Bay Rum …. I think I’ve found a new house to explore!

    Melissa Kentucky USA

  • I have no idea what the brand originally looked like but the aesthetic is nice. From the sound of it I would be most interested in trying Coco Moon because I’m a big coconut and pineapple lover. This will have me ready for the beach! I’m in the USA

  • omg…I absolutely love the rebrand! FUN, COLORFUL AND REALLY CONVEYS Summer in a bottle! Bravo! Love Sreve and hus reviews and I find his choices always line up with what works for me as a retired consumer on a limited income. Thanks to Steve I don’t have to blind buy and spend on scents that won’t work for me. Which scent I would want to win…that’s a tough one. They all sound fantastic! I would have to say Sea Spritz as I would like to explore other scents. I live on the ocean.. and nothing smells as wonderful than the amazing salty brine as a walk along the shore. Mood enhancer . Steve nailed it.. if I can wear the scent that my daily walks give me…I will have found my new signature sent as a retiree. Thank you Steve and CaFleureBon!

  • robinson_michelle says:

I typically love a fresh clean scent. After reading & watching Steven’s review the Cocobeach is what I’m wanting to purchase. I love the summer weather & outfits and the fragrance that complements that is exactly what I love this to wear this season!

  • Loved to hear Steven’s descriptions of these scents. Sounds like a lovely trio to describe the feeling of beachy-ness in 3 completely unique ways! I’d love to try Sea Spritz, (I love a unisex scent) but they all sound wonderful. Thanks for sharing them! Love the punch of the new packaging

  • Kevin Wright says:

I blind bought Coco Moon after watching one of Equality Fragrance’s videos. I really enjoy the scent and looking forward in trying the other two.

  • AromaDulce73 says:

Loving the rebranding. I had sampled their fragrances when they 1st came out. I’m glad they came out with EDP’s. I would pick Coco Moon for this giveaway.

Like how Steven says Coco Moon is tropical in a bottle. Pineapple and Coconut combination really nice. This one is a compliment getter according to Steven. I believe him.

Refreshing review! Coco Moon is the scent that originally sparked my interest in the brand as I was searching for coconut fruity scent that projects and that will transport me to an Island. From PA,USA

  • Eris.can.swatch.kaos says:

I love a perfume that makes me feel like I’m on vacation. As someone who doesn’t get out much, I appreciate the feeling of a holiday I can get from fragrance. Coco Moon would be my choice, easily made because this particular combination of notes is a recipe I look for. Steven described all 3 of these scents beautifully and I can imagine what it would be like to wear them. I am a fan of the new packaging, the retro vibe is a hit for me. I am a Redolessence subscriber and follower of Cafleurebon on insta. I live in Oregon.

  • I really love Ryan Hunts aesthetic. Beach Geeza is all about joyous, vibrant celebratory olfactory experiences. I appreciate the new look. It’s a bit retro, very distinctive and all about the scent, Would love to have the vacation in a bottle, Coco Moon, for my own. MD, USA.

  • Barbara Douglas says:

I’d love to try the Coco Moon! I have forever been looking for a tropical coconut pineapple and I think the packaging looks really appealing to the eye. This brand is entirely new to me and I love to watch the YouTube videos Steven posts to help me learn about fragrances I’d otherwise not know about. I’d definitely like to learn more about Beach Geeza. Who doesn’t need a getaway every now and then and what more of an accessible way to do that…with fragrance. Love the idea of this and can’t wait to try several of these fragrances. Also definitely the Cocoa one.

  • Daniel Rutan says:

Really interested in trying Bay Rum based on Steven’s overview!! Love a good spicy fragrance that works for the transitional seasons of spring and fall. Love the new look of the brand, seems much more in line with the aesthetic and is fresh. Cheers!!

  • Brandon Rodriguez says:

I like the retro vibe of the bottles and the olfactory description by Steven sounds like a tropical getaway in each bottle. Bay Rum intrigues me the most with its fragrant spices and rum. I live in NY hoping to be the next winner

  • teatreesoil says:

Beach Geeza Sea Spritz sounds the most appealing to me based on the notes! I’m curious how the cucumber note comes off to my nose given Steven’s favorable comparisons to other classic cucumber & calone focused perfumes. The rebranding looks modern and should appeal to younger audiences, which seems like the intended market based off the CEO Ryan Hunt’s introduction & Steven’s review.

  • This is a tough choice! Steven’s description of his favorite, the tropical-influenced white florals Coco Moon, sounds right up my alley, but I think I would choose to try Bay Rum – for the warm dark spices and boozy elements; the idea of a spiced rum fragrance sounds so delicious. The new brand design seems befitting for the bold fragrance profiles. I am in MA.

  • MatthewKeilwitz says:

I’ve been on the hunt for a good take on a bay rum fragrance for about a year now, and Steven says that Beach Geeza are bold and a bit more experimental. So why not give this a try?! I didn’t personally think that branding needed an update, but the new look will definitely draw younger eyes.

I love a cheat sheet on the box or bottle. No having to check my phone in the store. By the notes I was drawn to Bay Rum, but after Steven raving about Coco Moon, that is what I would pick if I am the lucky winner. Tropical in a bottle is what I crave since I got home from Miami and the weather is cold where I returned to. I don’t care about a brand changing bottles or packaging, I only focus on what is inside. Thanks for the chance. USA.

  • Beach Geeza’s new branding is a lot of fun—equal parts Miami Vice and Ibiza poolside club—with a particularly good logo. Steven’s reviews highlighted how Sea Spritz is a marine aquatic that doesn’t overdose Calone. I agree that it’s a quite literal experience, making it perfect for hot weather. Coco Moon is indeed “tropical in a bottle”, and while it flirts with tanning lotion, the “juicy” fruit and fleshy coconut elevate the execution.

I’m in the USA. If I were to win, I’d choose Coco Moon.

  • FragranceIsMe says:

I have yet to smell any of Ryan Hunts’ creations. Each of these scents seem to offer something quite special. The one that speaks to me, is Coco Moon. The tropical fruity notes would seem to vibe with me the most. Especially, in the Spring and Summer months. Looking forward to getting my nose on all 3. However, should I win the giveaway, Coco Moon would be my choice.

  • You know what since all of these are something I would normally not try I think I’ll really step out of my usual and see if I can be so lucky as to win Bay Rum. I am sure they are all amazing I’m just not much of a vacation scent sorta person! But we must push our limits some days! Sometimes I do that and it’s my new favorite! I do love some spice.

  • Oh, Coco Moon, please! These all sound lovely, but I’m a sucker for coconut. Thank you, Steven for your wonderful descriptions of each fragrance. Sea Spritz also sounds wonderful. I do love beach days, and unfortunately i don’t get enough of them, so I can “get away ” from work with a spritz, when I don’t have the time. I also love the snorkels in the logo! Great iconography! Thank you for the draw and the great reviews! I’m in the US.

  • Katrina Stout says:

Steven has an uncanny ability to make you want a fragrance, you didn’t think you needed. The one that intrigued me,is Coco Moon. I love tropical, fruity enticing scents. It’s an art when a fragrance can take you on a journey. Nothing is better than taking yourself to the beach, even if it is in your imagination.

  • Sherin Thomas says:

Lovely review by Steven and I 100% agree on his view. Coco Moon is the scent that originally sparked my interest in the brand as I was searching for coconut fruity scent that projects and that will transport me to an Island . From PA,USA

Thanks for the great writeup! I would love to try the Bay Rum and Sea Spritz scents!

    The rebranding looks great!
