One of my favorite Amouage perfumes is the beautiful Lilac Love, with its surprising gourmand twist that can be worn by both men and women. It was the first in the “Secret Garden” series and debuted in 2016. Now in 2018, Amouage Creative Director Christopher Chong adds another bloom to the garden with Amouage Love Tuberose (co-created Nathalie Lorson who also collaborated on Lilac Love). The inspiration for Amouage Love Tuberose is Russian literature and classical music.
“In Amouage Love Tuberose, I see a woman enraptured by romance with dreams that can only be found in classical Russian arts. A manifestation of passion, hope, and adventure, the fragrance embodies the excitement and mystery of her unfolding love story”, explains Creative Director, Christopher Chong.
According to the press release Love Tuberose “blends the warmth of Gardenia, Tuberose, and Jasmine in harmony with a gourmand inflection of tender notes of Vanilla and Chantilly Cream tocreate dramatic and heavenly sweetness. The woody and musky base of Cedar-wood and Sandalwood adds depth to the affectionate and wistful bouquet of aromas that recreate memories with its rich aura of feminine notes.”
The elegant ivory pastel bottle of Love Tuberose depicts the florals. The Amouage silver cap is topped with a light rose Aurore Boreale Swarovski crystal
Amouage Love Tuberose will be available worldwide and all other stockists in September 2018. Saks, Bergdorf Goodman, Bloomingdales and amouage.com (Available now exclusively at Amouage Stores)
