At the beginning of the twentieth century, the discoveries of new molecules allowed  perfumers to  lay the groudwork  of modern perfumery . Amber became popular with its use of vanillin and labdanum. Patricia and Axel de Nicolai  debut Amber Cashmere Intense, in  new luxury packaging, that honors the note in all its sensuality and with the signature Nicolai elegance. In my interview with Mme de Nicolai she wrote that she has always loved ambery notes.

Top Notes: Black pepper, mandarin, citrus

Middle Notes: iris butter, clove, violet

Base Notes: Styrax, benzoin, labdanaum absolue , tonka absolue, amber,sandalwood and musk
