In the past, Bond No 9 has chosen existing neighborhoods as inspiration for their perfumes. For Spring, they look to the future. Hudson yards is a huge area in New York that boders Hell's Kitchen and Chelsea and extends to to the Hudson River. It is being transformed as we speak into a mini city with huge skyscrapers, parks, shops and markets and will eventually be home to New York Fashion Week. All this will rise up in urban greenery that is as much part of the future of Hudson Park as the buildings.
To capture this spirit of renewal, rebirth and looking forward, Perfumer Laurent Le Guernac has created a green and vibrant floral. Even the bottle is green, with a nod to the past with a cloth rose as homage to James Joyce.
