    The “experts” disagree vehemently yet again! In The Holey [sic] Book, Eau de Lierre was awarded one star! Right up there with the oeuvres of Paris Hilton and the house of Clean. Whom to believe????

    I have a question. Are the creations of Demeter supposed to be “photorealist” works? Thanks for any insight which you might be able to offer on the use of this term. (-;

    I always nag about open sky not catering to the needs of Europe. I am actually not so frustrated about missing my chance with no.05, not because I don’t like it though. As it happens it is one of my favorite perfumes and I own a full bottle. Of course the price you pay when you buy it from open sky is a fraction of the cost and it is a bargain even if you already have it. I love the naturalness of Eau de Lierre and how it can convey an outdoorsy feeling even if you happen to spend a whole day in a cubicle. I had no idea that Turin hated it so much.

    Even though they may be “experts”, everyone’s opinion is always to be taken with a grain of salt, as we all have our subjective bias, and more so, someone who is used to being taken as a reference.
    Also, what you, Amer, and Luca Turin look for in a perfume may be two completely different things. I also like the naturalness of Eau de Lierre and find it very evoking.

    I have been following the reveals on Cafleurebon but this was my least favorite . It was a love letter to diptyque ( which if it was an untitled coffret would have been appropriate) and for most of the video had veered off track on the subject of Eau de lierre
    How many times can you use the word extraordinary in one 10 minute spot? Open sky seems like a large organization and should invest in less amateurish videos IMO and better production and sound
