Peoneve, the latest creation from British fragrance house Penhaligon’s, is an exquisite portrayal of an English garden in summer, bursting with lush green foliage and heady with the scent of blossoming flowers. At the garden’s heart grows the radiant Peony flower; beloved by master perfumer Olivier Cresp of Firmenich for its abundant petals and velvety scent. Olivier Cresp has captured the dominant peony note using Nature Print® technology; a technique which enables the perfumer to immortalise a single flower. In addition, both the Vetiver and Bulgarian Rose have been obtained using CO2 Extraction; a process that captures every last drop of scent from the ingredient.
