Poetic license may be summoned when artistic vision warrants it. Such is the case with one of the most stunning perfumes I’ve been privileged to smell this year, Senyoko Paris Duo des Fleurs – inspired by the famous Flower Duet from Léo Delibes’ opera Lakmé. Scottish perfumer Euan McCall of Jorum Laboratories was the nose of choice for all of Senyoko Paris. Euan McCall transports us from flowered fanfare to the lovers’ murmured vows, sotto voce on ever-present wings. In the context of marrying Franco-Japanese aesthetics and a necessary delicacy, Euan McCall has created an operatic perfume which feels authentically Indian sans oud or patchouli. Thanks to the generosity of Senyokô we have a 50 ml tester of Senyokô Duo des Fleurs for one registered reader in the USA or EU. The random winner is Sandi L. Please email michelyn at cafleurebon dawt com with Senyoko Duo des Fleurs by Euan McCall by 11/13/2019 2PM EST along with your complete mailing details, phone number and name. This is a deadline and NO exceptions if you are late. A warm thank you to Senyoko for this wonderful gift in your email to would be greatly appreciated as we do forward what you write exactly to our generous perfumers, retailers and creative directors. Please use the email from your comment so we know it is you.
