The reign of the Sun King was noted for its indulgences; the monarch loved Beauty, Women, Drunken Festivities, the Magic of Dances and Parties, Voluptuous Colors and Scents.
P. Frapin & Co.asked Bertrand Duchaufour to create a fragrance that evoked the Court's multi-sensorial sensuality. The famous nose imagined notes spicy and sweet for a sophisticated unisex fragrance, rich in glamor. The most precious ingredients open the composition Rum Absolute, cassis, tonka bean, rock rose, davana and rose … evoke a leathery cognac. A Spicy floral heart includes hawthorn, jasmine, cinnamon, Dried fruit and rose. he base notes unfold with amber, musky and woody accords, softened with French vanilla.
