One of our favorite fragrance brands, Shay & Blue London is now available in the USA. We can send our scent mules to the stable and indulge in Creative Director Dom De Vetta's fabulous boutique perfumery at the up and coming niche fragrance destination Indigo Perfumery (located in Cleveland). If you are a regular reader, you know all about Shay & Blue through our Creative Directors in Perfumery Series which featured Dom de Vetta (ex Senior Vice President of CHANEL and former Global General Manager of Jo Malone Ltd) or perhaps you might remember The Fox's sensual review of Shay & Blue Salt Caramel.  Dom De Vetta and next generation perfumer, Julie Massé of Mane, are reviving the lost art of quality fragrance making.  Each scent is hand crafted in England, hand blended and made with real flowers, fruits and spices. Did I mention the divine blue beribboned boxes, smoky blue flacons, natural beeswax candles and reasonable prices?  I think I just did.

Ann Onusko, owner of Indigo says, “I was intrigued when I first read about Shay and Blue. I had worn Jo Malone fragrances years ago and knew that Dom’s experience both at Jo Malone and CHANEL would lead to an exciting boutique perfumery. Indigo is thrilled to launch Shay and Blue in the U.S.! Their dedication to using the finest fresh ingredients and hand crafting each fragrance complements the aesthetic at Indigo Perfumery."  Indigo was also the first to launch Liz Moores Papillon Artisan Perfumes in America; so now you can find two GREAT British lines at  Ann's lovely shoppe.

  • The Amber Rose would probably be my favorite, but I’d love to get my hands on that sampler. WOW! I’m already a fan of Indigo on Facebook. Sweet!

    US Resident. Thanks!

  • I am SO excited!! Ever since Alex Law’s review, I’ve been wanting to try Shay & Blue’s Oud Alif! Why? I am one of those folks who isn’t tired of oud, and it sounds heavenly. I’m so happy Indigo Perfumery (which I like on FB) is now carrying the line. Obviously, I’m in the US!

  • I loved Fox’s review of Shay & Blue Salt Caramel…that photo of Nigella! So glad to see it is available at Indigo! If I won the draw, I would have to choose Salt Caramel! I live in the US. Thanks!

  • Oh I’d love to try Almond Cucumber, I’m absolutely intrigued by the idea of that combination! Although it was so difficult to choose between that and the gorgeous Atropa Belladonna. I also tweeted 🙂 Thanks for the amazing draw!

  • I already like Indigo Perfumery on Facebook 🙂 What a wonderful opportunity! The Silver Fox could sell me a snowball in the winter so his Salted Caramel review was hard to resist, but I think I want to win Oud Alif even more. Gourmand Woody is a favorite category and I like the combination of dark chocolate, dark wood, dark leather and dark patchouli. Yummy. Thanks, everyone.

  • Oh wow, I would absolutely love the salt caramel! I love smelling like something edible once winter rolls around… thank you so much for the draw! (U.S.)

  • Awesome draw. I can hardly contain myself. I did tweet this out for the world. I have read all the reviews and while they all are superb the Oud Alif is speaking to me in volumes. This would be my choice. Thanks again to Indigo Perfumery for the super draw. TY Ann

  • the offerings are far too delightful to choose between, so i would choose the sampler! so nice to see more houses becoming available here.

    cheers!

  • Yeah!!! A US stockist. Indigo Perfumery has a lovely selection and they are bringing in some exciting lines. If I was lucky enough to win, I would love a bottle of Salt Caramel. Thank you CFB and Ann. I am in the US.

  • This is awesome news! I grew up in a culture whose cuisine prominently featured salty and sweet combinations. For that reason, my first choice from the line would be Salt Caramel. I’ve previously “Liked” Indigo Perfumery on Facebook, and I live in the CON USA.

  • Great news from Indigo Perfumery! I have liked on facebook and will keep on liking 🙂 Salt Caramel sounds too delicious to pass up so that would be my choice. I am in the US. Thanks for the draw!

  • Hi Ann and thank you for sharing this wonderful development in carrying the Shay & Blue line. I have been interested in the line for quite sometime as I have read multiple reviews here, all which have piqued my curiosity. I went to the Shay & Blue website based in London and explored the site like crazy once upon a time and now I’m thrilled Indigo has this line available. Almost the entire line appeals to me in one sort of way or another but my favorite seems to be the Oud Alif. I’m pretty sure the perfume notes will go great with my chemistry. Sounds like a winner fragrance in my book and would love to wear this proudly. Thanks for a beautiful draw and thanks Michelyn and staff for all your dedicated hard work to make these amazing draws happen.

  • No question Oud alif is the one for me. Possibly because I’m a newbie to the world of fragrance obsession but I’m am still captivated by the scent of oud in all its variations and this sounds just lovely – leather, patchouli, saffron and cacao. Plus I can never resist smoldering or smoky.

I’m in the US. Thank you and thank Ann for the draw.

  • Jennifer Witt says:

I would swoon for the Amber Rose from Shay & Blue – great article as per usual; i live in the contiguous US and have liked Indigo Perfumery on FB

  • Nice! It finally made it to the US, I’ve been reading a lot of great things about this line. Awesome news. If i win if love to get Oud Alif. I live in the US. Thanks for the cool draw.

  • Salt Caramel without a doubt, I am working on my second decant, that is one yummi fragrance. So happy to hear they will be available in the US finally. Excited for this draw, definitely a fragrance that I LOVE! Thank you for the opportunity. I am in the US.

  • I would love to try Salt Caramel because I love gourmand smells.
    Thank you for the draw!
    I am in the U.S.

  • My choice will be Oud Alif. I still remember it was one of Cafleurebon’s best scents of the year in 2013. In addition, it experiments with oudy and chocolatey elements which I don’t remember seeing in any other fragrance based around oud. In addition, the fragrance also has leather elements and being someone who enjoys both oud and leather, it really piques my curiosity. Rounding up other interesting notes is Saffron so I am really really excited at the opportunity of winning Oud Alif. I am in the US.

  • oh sorry…. I forgot to mention I am already member of Indigo Perfumery’s Facebook community!

  • Donna Spiegel says:

Sounds wonderful! Looks beautiful. Here in the US! Couldn’t possibly pick just one when there is an opportunity for a sampler. That would be my choice. I like oud and caramel and salt also sounds so yummy that I know they all would just be great to try. The more the merrier. 🙂 thanks for the draw. I’ll head over to FB and twitter now.

  • So glad to see this line @Indigo! Congratulations to Shay & Blue and Indigo perfumery on a great fit in the US. Salt and Caramel sounds delish, however I would love the Oud Alif. Thanks for the generous draw. I am in the US and Like Indigo’s page on FB.

  • Way to go, Indigo! (As someone who was born in Cleveland, I’m particularly proud.) I would choose Salt Caramel, particularly after The Silver Fox’s stunning review. I live in the US, and *of course* I’ve already liked Indigo Perfumery on Facebook! Thanks for the fabulous draw!

  • Wow, very generous draw! And I had already liked Indigo.
If the review on Salt Caramel on this site hadn’t already sold me, yesterday on FFF on FB someone was showing off their beautiful bottle of this scent, which produced pure ENVY. So that would definitely be my choice. Thank you Indigo for bringing this line to the US!

  • While I am absolutely smitten with The Silver Fox’s review of Salt Caramel, I feel I could only do the line justice if I opt for the sampler. Wow, what a draw! I live in the (contiguous) U.S.

  • USA
