Azman Oh My Shisha! Review (Sultan Pasha) 2026 +Decadent Smoke Giveaway.

Azman Oh My Shisa!

J’s image of Azman Oh My Shisha!

Oh My Shisha! is the latest release from Azman and their first with perfumer Sultan Pasha. It’s my first experience of Sultan Pasha’s extraits and like attars a little goes a long way. Oh My Shisha! is huge evolving throughout the entire day, capturing the feeling of being enveloped by large plumes of shisha smoke and all the elements that surround it. It’s been years since I smoked shisha, but upon smelling Oh My Shisha! I was instantly transported back to that time. This perfume takes you on a journey and asks “who are you?”

Dazzling electric greens give Azman Oh My Shisha! vibrancy in the opening. Apples feel juicy releasing a cool mint as they burst open. This is the mint tea I love, the kind where fresh mint is steeped in hot water. You get all that menthol freshness up top, while a dark camphor musk subtly lingers underneath. My Shisha! is only just beginning its ritual. Just like Alice talking to the Caterpillar in Wonderland, we don’t fully know the adventures we’re about to go on.

Oh My Shisha!’s smokiness surrounds you, as if the steam from the mint tea has morphed into dark, honeyed clouds, creating an extraordinary ambiance evoking the shisha experience. Rich notes of almonds and cherries emerge like gems, adding depth.  Its gourmand elements are perfectly balanced, never overly sweet, harmonizing with spices and aromatic notes. Silvery almonds enhance the rich cherry flavour, floating through the shisha smoke.

Licorice makes way for mint, conjuring a black cherry sweetness. It adds an air of mystery as the fragrance hypnotizes you with mesmerizing iris. Oh My Shisha! radiates complexity and elegance, inviting you to unwind in its purple haze. I love how the hues and aromas of cherry and liquorice merge and shimmer like dark jewels within the sweet shisha smoke. Oh My Shisha!’s drydown is my favourite part, after six to eight hours of being wrapped in its decadent scented smoke an unexpected sensuality reveals itself. It’s as if you left the shisha bar heading into the night as Oh My Shisha’s delicious scent is now part of you. Creamy tonka bean and sandalwood feel smooth and milky on your skin. The tonka bean seems caramelised with a gentle amber char; again the sweetness is balanced beautifully, here with aniseed. Darker wafts of smoke are joined by musks intensifying Oh My Shisha’s enigmatic allure. Iris returns with a powdery sophistication, enhanced by the sandalwood with a counterpoint of vetiver bringing a rooty earthiness. Oh My Shisha! is oh so decadent, with a kiss of oud purring seductively in its powdery woody mist. It whispers of desires that simmer with spices. It’s addictive to smell, as if you’re snuggling into the neck of your lover with the honeyed shisha smoke weaving between your bodies.

Azman and Sultan Pasha have created an olfactive experience with Oh My Shisha!; complex with voluptuous delights. Come get lost like Alice in the dream of Oh My Shisha!

  • I live in Romania, EU. What sparks my interest in the review is how Oh My Shisha! doesn’t just feature a simple tobacco note, but masterfully recreates the entire shisha lounge ritual. The transition from a fresh, juicy opening of apple, mint, and tea into a dark, rich heart of cherry, almond, and liquorice sounds incredibly addictive. I would love to win the bottle of Azman Oh My Shisha! Thank you for the draw!

  • Two confessions, I’ve never tried a Sultan Pasha that hasn’t completely won my heart and mind! And or… but… I’ve never met a wet tobacco fragrance I enjoyed. So now we have the standoff of intrigue! And I am definitely intrigued. I like that he seems to have added in popular flavors for the narguile (hooka) – mint, apple, cherry, honey… Ooof I’m so nervous but curious! I am located in the U.S. thank you for the generous giveaway.

  • I’m a huge fan of tobacco, liquorice and cherry notes in fragrances. I liked that “Licorice makes way for mint, conjuring a black cherry sweetness.” In my wishlist it goes. Thanks for another wonderful review and draw. MI USA

  • I live in Brooklyn, NY. Camphor and mint are two of my favorite notes though they can often go in too fresh directions (especially mint), so I’m curious about how SP is using them in relation to smoke and musk. J Wearescentient mentions that from the get-go the mint, musk, and camphor are all apparent, though in the drydown, “Darker wafts of smoke are joined by musks intensifying Oh My Shisha’s enigmatic allure.” To me it sounds like the I might have finally found a minty-camphorous fragrance that stays not too fresh throughout while drying down dark and smokey as opposed to mossy.

I’m a huge fan of SP’s attars, especially his Middle Eastern renditions like Hindi Oud Nasha, Cheval d’Arabie, and Aurum d’Angkhor, and was somewhat miffed by the fact that the closest his first four spray perfumes got to making one of these legends was an amber! Oh My Shisha! sounds like a happy medium, and a fragrance that emphasizes intimacy and sensuality in a way that the monolith that is Amouage’s Interlude Man, perhaps the most shisha of shisha fragrances, does not.

  • It’s rare to encounter a scent which captures the entire scent experience in itself, most scent just evoke parts of the scented ritual or certain aspects of it. This perfumer is very gifted at transposing scented experiences into scents. As a lover of tobacco scents and of shisha I would love to try this perfume. Thanks for the giveaway!

  • What a beautiful and evocative review! I love how you describe Oh My Shisha! as much more than a fragrance — almost a complete olfactory journey that evolves throughout the day. The contrast between the fresh mint and apple opening and the darker, smoky cherry, liquorice and almond heart sounds absolutely fascinating. And that drydown with iris, sandalwood, tonka, oud and musk sounds incredibly sensual and addictive. I also love the Alice in Wonderland reference — it perfectly captures that feeling of mystery and discovery. Azman and Sultan Pasha seem to have created something truly immersive and unforgettable. Now I’m very curious to experience Oh My Shisha! for myself!

  • Inspired by the smoky vibe of Shisha lounges, Oh My Shisha is a tobacco forward, amber woody, elevated gourmand that is fresh, vibrant, green and invigorating in an opening that features a natural, crisp tart apple that gradually shifts in its core, to the ashiness of the Shisha accord, bringing that smoky ash to the forefront blending with a honey note that leans musky. With supplemental notes of cherries, almonds, spices and anise added to the mix, creating an aromatic blend that is never overly sweet while being atmospheric, rich, nuanced, unique and captivating.

  • I’ve never had the chance to try any of Azman’s offerings yet, but i was always so curious about the brand, especially that a lot of my fraghead friends praised the brand a lot and had only great things to say about it, and i’m even more curious knowing the creator for this perfume is the amazing Sultan Pasha. After reading J’s review, beautiful review, i’m all in now to try this Oh my shisha, the pyramid notes sounds fantastic. Thanks for the chance, i’m in the EU.

  • Azman house is one of a kind. The way they work with oud is remarkable (“Two minutes after the kiss” is still my fav).

Oh My Shisha!’s drydown must be the most intriguing part of this perfume, as J: “with a kiss of oud purring seductively in its powdery woody mist.”
Would love to add this to my collection. Thank you for the draw.

    I live in Portugal.

  • This is definitely my type and makes me want to go light up the hookah! How I would love to smell once more as if I’m snuggling into the neck of my lover with the honeyed shisha smoke weaving between our bodies! Tobacco and licorice and smoke and oud! Delicious double apple for me! I’m in the USA.

  • Sultan is a brilliant creator. Everything from his legendary attars to his newest sprayable collection I’ve been reasonably impressed with. Not a smoker myself, but I’m certainly a fan of sweet tobacco scents, especially in the autumn. Never experienced mint in a tobacco though, so that immediately drew my attention! Difficult to get the sweetness just right in a smoky perfume too (believe me I’ve tried), but that added powdery iris sounds like a great modifier. Suddenly the purple makes sense! 🙂 Honestly haven’t tried many from Azman, but this genre is an autumnal dream for me. Anything with a dark cherry, woods and spices (and booze ;)) makes for a warm and decadent evening. Comforting smoke without the….smoke. And coughing. 😀 Can’t wait to give this one a try. VA, USA

  • The way it captures the full shisha ritual, from juicy apple-mint tea opening to honeyed smoke, cherry-almond-licorice heart, and that sensual tonka-oud-iris drydown sounds addictive and immersive. I live in Poland, EU

  • Thank you, J Wearescentient, for this wonderful article on Azman’s *Oh My Shisha*. I really love the Sultan Pasha *eaux de parfum* that recently arrived at Jovoy—*Irisoir*, *Quintessentially Amber*, *Joyeux*, and *Thèbes*. He chooses the right people to work with, such as Victor Wong (*Sacred Scarab*) or Russian Adam (*Civet de Nuit*). I also really appreciate Husen Baba’s partnerships; he doesn’t hesitate to work with true independent artists like Antonio Gardoni (*Risk*). *Oh My Shisha* appeals to me because, even though I don’t smoke, I love the scent of hookah—and even more so, the aroma of the authentic mint tea served in Morocco. My favorite excerpt is this one: “Oh My Shisha!’s smokiness surrounds you, as if the steam from the mint tea has morphed into dark, honeyed clouds, creating an extraordinary ambiance evoking the shisha experience.” I live in France, EU.

  • Wow, who wouldn’t want to try this fragrance? With Sultan Pasha on board, no less!

I’m a sucker for mint and tea, so that certainly piqued my interest. And I just ate some delicious black liquorice, so that’s a happy coincidence!

Please enter me in the draw.
    I am in the US.

  • The cherry/almond on top, mixed with the musk in the dry down caught my attention. The whole of this fragrance may a sensory overload!

    Texas, USA.

  • This sounds so cool, I want to smell like shisha! I’m quite surprised by the note list, I’d so intrigues to see what they will smell like all together. NJ, USA

  • Marques M Burgess says:

What immediately caught my attention about this review is how different Oh My Shisha! sounds. The combination of mint, black cherry, licorice, iris, and shisha smoke is definitely intriguing, but that drydown is what really got me. Tonka, sandalwood, amber, vetiver, musk, and a touch of oud sounds incredibly rich and sensual. I also love fragrances that create an atmosphere, and this one sounds like it literally transports you somewhere. I live in New Jersey, USA

  • Smoky, gourmand and also fresh? Sign me in. This is truly one of the most unique scents J have seen. It’s smoky, but at the same time with some gourmand touches and freshness. You typically don’t see these styles together because one could overpower the other and you don’f notice it but it looks like Sultan Pasha did his big one here. On paper this shouldn’t work but that’s when artistry and mastering ingredients come into place. This is a garden I’d want to be in. I’m located in the USA.

  • How fun! I haven’t been to a hookah bar for shisha in ages. I’m curious how the notes will play together to give that headiness of the experience. Is it a mix of all the flavors at once, or does it weave between the flavors? In PacNW USA.

  • Oh wow a new Azman and the perfumer is Sultan Pasha! I was very excited as son as I started reading this review. But upon reading I know this will be right up my alley. Almond and cherries mixed with smoky notes and sandalwood and tonka in the base? Plus J has emphasized the beauty of the drydown, the “powdery woody mist”, which I really appreciate, but also kind of expect from Sultan Pasha! Cannot wait to get my nose on this one. Cheers from Illinois, USA.

  • What really caught my interest is the combination of mint, cherry, almond, and smoky shisha. I like fragrances that have a strong atmosphere and evolve over time, and the description of the drydown with tonka, sandalwood, oud, and amber sounds especially interesting. I’d love to experience how that smoky, sweet, slightly mysterious character actually comes together on skin. I live in USA.

  • Kenneth Kiiroja says:

“Oh My Shisha” sounds absolutely amazing! Those notes sounds so good! I love the entire note breakdown the tobacco, tea, cherry, licorice, almond, sandalwood, amber, shisha accord, and honey particularly intrigue me about this one. This will pair perfectly with the coming fall weather.

    Kenny from South Carolina

  • What sparks my interest is the mint tea opening as J describes it as fresh mint steeped in hot water, and that’s exactly how we make it here, so I’d love to smell that in a perfume. The turn from juicy apple and mint into cherry, almond and liquorice inside the smoke sounds like something I’d be sniffing off my wrist all day. And a drydown of tonka, sandalwood and a bit of oud after six hours is very much my kind of autumn. I’ve never tried anything by Sultan Pasha, so this would be a lovely first. I live in EU. Thank you for the draw

  • I remember shisha as being something to do with friends. I’d love to try this for those memories. I live in Pennsylvania USA

  • redwheelbarrow says:

This sounds incredible for the cooler seasons coming up. I really enjoyed this review and it felt like I was following the twists and turns of the fragrance as I fell down the rabbit hole. I’m really interested in all of these notes because I’ve never smelled anything with any combination like this at all. Mint and cherry sound like such a great combo and I love a smoky fragrance. Great review. Thanks for the draw, from the USA.

  • TheScentedPage says:

While reading this review I kept thinking of the practice of fragrance layering with Bakhoor. While I don’t have the equipment (or patience), the description of Oh My Sisha! brought the image to mind. To be enveloped in the lush aromas. Beautiful. Just beautiful.

  • Goos grief. What an awesome profile. I love the aroma of shisha smoke. With the review highlighting caramelized tonka beans with gentle amber char…oh my, please let it be me. So many facets to love. Tobacco smoke, liquorice, orris, oud, and honey just to name a few. I can’t help but to believe this will be an amazing fragrance in any collection. US, Mississippi. Thanks for the opportunity.

  • J’s review of Oh My Shisha! captures Sultan Pasha’s incredible work for Azman so vividly. What fascinates me most is how the fragrance recreates the entire atmospheric ritual of a shisha lounge, opening with that vibrant, cooling burst of crisp apple, fresh mint, and tea before melting into a rich heart of silvery almonds, dark cherry, and honeyed smoke. The way it balances its decadent gourmand and spicy nuances with a smooth, sensual drydown of tonka, iris, and a kiss of oud sounds like an absolute olfactory journey. I’m in Texas USA.

  • I love Azman. Oh My Shisha! sounds smoky yet with a vibrant minty opening. Cherry and licorice add complexity and depth. Greetings from EU.

  • J’s review of Oh My Shisha! transported me straight back to evenings spent in shisha bars with friends, watching plumes of smoke curl into the air. What sparks my interest most is his description of the fragrance as “capturing the feeling of being enveloped by large plumes of shisha smoke and all the elements that surround it.” The journey he traces from “dazzling electric greens” and “apples feeling juicy releasing a cool mint as they burst open” through “dark, honeyed clouds” with “rich notes of almonds and cherries emerging like gems” to a drydown that is “oh so decadent, with a kiss of oud purring seductively in its powdery woody mist” sounds like a complete sensory experience. The detail that “a little goes a long way” and that it evolves “throughout the entire day” promises a fragrance of real depth and longevity. J’s comparison to Alice in Wonderland, asking “who are you?” and inviting us to “get lost like Alice in the dream of Oh My Shisha!” makes me want to fall down this rabbit hole. I am from the EU

  • What sparks my interest most is J’s description of the opening as “the mint tea I love, the kind where fresh mint is steeped in hot water. You get all that menthol freshness up top, while a dark camphor musk subtly lingers underneath.” As someone who drinks mint tea daily, the idea of a fragrance that captures that specific, comforting ritual is incredibly appealing. The transition from “the steam from the mint tea” morphing “into dark, honeyed clouds” that evoke the shisha experience is such a beautiful evolution. The “licorice making way for mint, conjuring a black cherry sweetness” and “adding an air of mystery as the fragrance hypnotizes you with mesmerizing iris” sounds like a composition of real complexity. J’s observation that “the hues and aromas of cherry and liquorice merge and shimmer like dark jewels within the sweet shisha smoke” is pure poetry. The fact that Sultan Pasha is the perfumer behind this an artist known for his attars and extraits that require only “a little” assures me this is a creation of genuine quality.

  • AromaAdventurer says:

J’s description of the drydown as his “favourite part” is what sparks my interest most. He writes that “after six to eight hours of being wrapped in its decadent scented smoke an unexpected sensuality reveals itself. It’s as if you left the shisha bar heading into the night as Oh My Shisha’s delicious scent is now part of you.” That transition from a shared, smoky experience to something deeply personal and intimate is beautifully described. The “creamy tonka bean and sandalwood feel smooth and milky on your skin” with “the tonka bean seeming caramelised with a gentle amber char” and “sweetness balanced beautifully with aniseed” sounds like the perfect skin scent. The addition of “darker wafts of smoke joined by musks intensifying Oh My Shisha’s enigmatic allure” with “iris returning with a powdery sophistication” and “a counterpoint of vetiver bringing a rooty earthiness” suggests a fragrance that is both sophisticated and primal. The final image of “snuggling into the neck of your lover with the honeyed shisha smoke weaving between your bodies” is incredibly sensual.

    EU

  • What sparks my interest most is the fact that this is J’s “first experience of Sultan Pasha’s extraits” and that “like attars a little goes a long way.” As someone who has admired Sultan Pasha’s attar work from afar, the idea of experiencing his artistry in a spray format is exciting. J’s description of the fragrance as “huge evolving throughout the entire day” and as an “olfactive experience” that is “complex with voluptuous delights” suggests a creation of real depth and longevity. The combination of “Tobacco Smoke, Shisha Accord, Cherry, Almond, Anisic Spices, Orris, Liquorice” with “Sandalwood, Vetiver, Musk, Amber, Honey, Milk Accord, Oud, Tonka” is a note list of extraordinary richness. J’s comparison to Alice in Wonderland and the Caterpillar—”we don’t fully know the adventures we’re about to go on”—perfectly captures the sense of mystery and discovery this fragrance promises. The fact that this is Azman’s first collaboration with Sultan Pasha adds an extra layer of excitement. EU based

  • katyakotovskaya says:

This takes me right back to those late autumn evenings in small, hidden shisha bars… that exact mix of cold night air, sweet fruity smoke and hot mint tea. Thanks for the amazing review! EU

  • My interest is sparked by reading “licorice makes way for mint”. And sparked again reading the details of the dry down. US

  • This sounds really interesting for an attar. Apples and mint tea are not notes I associate with Arabian perfumes. They sound like a refreshing introduction to the gourmand and spice notes and an unexpected licorice. The smoke and iris notes along with a very complex drydown of amber, sandalwood, musk, homey and tonka sounds like an olfactory experience. MD, USA

  • The licorice note caught my attention. I am always attracted to an iris note. Yes I’d love to get lost in a dream with Alice. USA.

  • I have yet to experience the magic of either Azman or the legendary Sultan Pasha, but reading this review makes me feel I need to change that immediately! What a decadent and hypnotic creation Oh My Shisha! sounds to be. What sparks my interest most is the incredible transformation described in the essay—starting with that crisp, bursting apple and hot mint tea, and then morphing into dark, honeyed clouds of shisha smoke. The idea of a gourmand that avoids being overly sweet, balanced instead by a gentle purr of oud, sounds utterly captivating. The drydown with lingering spices sounds like pure poetry.
Thank you for this giveaway and the opportunity to win. I am a registered reader living in the EU.

  • The combination of cherry, mint, smoke and iris sounds really unique! I love fragrances that have something dark and slightly strange going on rather than being simply sweet, and this sounds like exactly that kind of perfume. The image of the cherry and almond floating through the smoky shisha accord really caught me, and I find the drydown so rich and cozy, with the tonka, sandalwood and vetiver. I also love how J describes the scent changing so much over the day. It sounds like one of those perfumes that you keep on smelling after applying, cause there is always something new happening.
    Thanks for the draw! EU.

  • A collaboration between Azman and Sultan Pasha? Say no more! Within the world of perfumery, the name of Sultan Pasha is renowned for the artistry and skill that he manifests in so many of his creations. I personally have not tried any of his work, but love the perfumes I have tried from Azman.

J’s vivid depiction of Oh My Shisha’s development from initial spray to the sensuous, smoky drydown is what really piques my interest, as shisha smoke has such a complex scent profile on its own. To hear that this experience has been vividly captured by Sultan Pasha’s expertise, per J’s excellent review, makes me truly believe that this has been accomplished. It’d be a joy to smell it! Thanks so much as always for the chance. I’m in Oregon, USA.

  • I live in Amherst, MA in the USA! I am working my way through Sultan Pasha’s attar sample set at the moment (wearing Aurum D’Ankhor as we speak) and I already consider him the greatest perfumer in the industry today (above anyone working for IFF, Givaudan…) and had to learn more about his newest fragrance. I’m even more excited after reading this review, since my first job in the US after moving from Lebanon was as a hookah maker for a Mediterranean restaurant. Thank you for the opportunity to earn a bottle and I’m sure that whoever ends up with it will love it!!

  • I love a good tobacco scent and a good licorice / anisic fragrance (which are more rare) and have never tried them together before but it sounds like a stunning combo (especially a honeyed tobacco!). Please enter me for the giveaway – I’m in GA, USA

  • Regis Monkton says:

I would really like to try Azman Oh My Shisha! Some of the parts of J’s review which intrigued me the most are when J says: “the sweetness is balanced beautifully” and “Darker wafts of smoke are joined by musks intensifying Oh My Shisha’s enigmatic allure. It’s addictive to smell”. For a long time now, I’ve been interested in trying a fragrance made by Sultan Pasha. I live in MD, USA.

  • It sounds like all the elements here balance perfectly! I wonder if this could be a scent with licorice that I could wear around my licorice-hating husband! I live in the US.

  • TobeFrankincense says:

What sparks my interest is the promise of juicy apples in the opening of the fragrance! Together with a mint tea feeling, it sounds incredibly interesting. I have Sultans attars from his sample set as well as his sprayable perfumes in sample form and I seem to be drawn to his style. I live in Sweden, EU.

  • What hooks me in J’s review is the dramatic evolution from a bold, atmospheric opening into an intimate drydown. I am fascinated by how the scent transforms after hours of heavy, enveloping smoke into a velvety, second-skin experience that feels soft, warm, and deeply personal. The way the review captures a shift from a grand, room-filling ritual into a subtle, skin-hugging aura makes the journey sound utterly hypnotic.

I reside in the United States.

  • I loved J’s description of the minty tea steam transforming into the smoke cloud—felt like I could smell it! Two of my favorites lately have been Meo Fusciuni’s Shukran, for the morrocan mint tea accord, and Kilian’s smoking hot for the apple shisha accord. Would love to see Sultan Pasha’s take on this all too rare style! I live in Indiana, USA

  • J’s review makes Oh My Shisha! sound like a complete sensory journey rather than just a perfume. What sparks my interest most is the way he captured its shifting atmosphere, from nostalgic shisha-bar memories to that mysterious, decadent, intimate feeling it seems to develop on skin. The Alice in Wonderland imagery is perfect too, making it sound like the kind of scent you do not simply wear, but get completely lost in.

    Hi there,

Azman gets high marks, first off, for this classic, tasteful, and modern packaging, and for the naming of Oh My Shisha! I love imagining the intertwining of sandalwood and tonka bean, and notes of mentholated smoke seem like they’d usher in this cooler weather very nicely. Always grateful for a change in seasons, and thank you for contributing with this generous offer.

Wow! I don’t think I have ever tried a perfume with such an intriguing mix of notes. But I can definitely see the tobacco notes blending so well with the cherry and licorice. They blending of notes in Oh My Shisha do indeed sound like a merging of dark jewels, as J so eloquently wrote. I have never smoked a shisha pipe, and, honestly, I do not think I ever will. But this fragrance from Azman I will definitely try.
